PCard Configuration In ECS Scenario

Dear Gurus,
Greetings for the day,
We are currently in between Development of Procurement Card (PCARD) Deployment in our customer landscape. They have SRM 5.0 version with  Extended Classic Scenario (ECS)
We have performed below Configurations from SRM point of View:
- Configuration of Number Range for Procurement Card
- Define Card Company
- Allocate Company Code (Mapping of Back end Vendor, Clearing Account & Account Type)
- Define Blocking Reasons
- Manage Procurement Card Commitments
- Process Procurement Card
Also User Authorization Prospective we have completed below activities:
- Provide Procurement Card role (SAP_CRM_PAYMENT_CARD)
- Add Profile (M_BBP_PC) to respective user
- Maintain Parameter ID's (PCC & PCI)
- Maintain Authorization value as "4" while creating Procurement Card Master
Issue: When we tried to raise an "Describe Request" shopping cart with this user we are unable to see "Procurement Card" field in Shopping Cart "Basis Data" tab.
Also i am unable to find any option to maintain "Product Categories" option under "Procurement Card" node. So in case of SRM 5.0 scenario this option is not available? please advice
If any one has suggestions please advise.
Thanks & Regards,
Manish

Dear Experts,
Kindly help me to resolve above issue on SRM PCard Deplyoment
Thanks & Regards,
Manish

  • PR creation instead of PO in ECS scenario

We have a reqt that a PR be created from a SC if the SC exceeds a certain value. Which BADi can I use to facilitate this ?
We are using ECS scenario in SRM 5.0 and ECC 6.0.
    Thanks
    -Bakulesh

    Hi Bakulesh,
If you are using ECS why do you want to create P.R again in back end system ?
You can very well use classic scenario which will create P.R / P.O in the back end as per the requirement and settings.
The setting in SPRO, Define objects in the abck end system is only useful in case of Classic scenario.
However by using BBP_EXTLOCALPO_BADI (Controlled Extended classic scenario) you can create P.R / P.O in the back end for the specific P.org and Product category combinations. This BADI overwrites the global Extended classic scenario settings.
Hope this makes you more clear. Clarifications are welcome.

  • Configured Individual PO scenario in SAP SD

    Hi Gurus,
I was configured individual PO scenario and also tick mark in item category as create PO automatically.
It is working fine and PO is also created successfully.
Now as per client requirement in dellivery address they want ship to party address so for that i want to pass somewhere address number field into BAPI or ALE or something.
Any one suggest how i will achieve the same through dome BAPI changes or enhancement.
    Regards,
    Chirag

    Hi,
If a PO is created then in the PO you can view the Ship to Party to be delivered.
or from the SOld to Party arrive the ship to party from KNVP and get the address from KNA1\

  • Configuring the  Synchronous scenario in XI

    Hello everyone!
I want to configure a "Synchronous" scenario wherein when XI sends a message to a Marketsite, it waits for a response, then send back the response to the SAP system.
My question is this, would I need to configure a "sender adapter" in order to pick up the response, or will the response fire back automatically as long as I have configured my message interfaces as "synchronous"?
What might I need to add in the Integration Directory in order to make the synchronous scenario work?
    Warm regards,
    Glenn

In this case you want a response back from file. This is not possible as file adapter does not support sync scenario.
If you use the adapter that supports sync scenario like RFC, SOAP etc, then you have to create interfaces as follows:
Outbound Synchronous interface for sender to XI
Inbound Synchronous for XI to receiver.
In each of the interface you have to specify the request and response message types.

  • PCARDS in extended classic scenario

Is it possible to use PCARDS in extended classic scenario?

    Madidipa-
True this is only available as a standard option with stand alone scenario.  However it can be enabled with a a customized process, using customer fields.  In fact this process was highlighted in a SAP Teched presentation a couple of years back.
In short we created customer defined fields to hold the pcard, linked to the pcard master data tables in EBP, and then when it goes to the R/3 we created an additional account assingment category to make R/3 happy and set it for no invoice.(the pcard data was transferred to R/3 as additional customer fields)  As usual, with enough time and money most things are possible.

  • MM-SUS-Invoice- ECS Scenario

    Hi Experts,
We have a client requirement for activating SUS functionality. The main objective is Suppliers should able to check their own Invoice Statuses which are created and posted in back end R/3.
We are using Extended Classic Scenario (SRM4.0 and ECC6.0).
My Doubts: I have come to know through some of my friends and SDN forums:
    1. To check Invoice status in SUS portal, the Invoice should have originated from SUS. Then only it is possible to check/find status from SUS portal.
    2. In Extended Classic Scenario, it is not possible to replicate PO's from R/3 to SUS portal.
    3. Is it part of SAP standard Scenario or purely custom development would be required.
If above 2 points are true, is there any alternate solution available for SUS usage for Invoices while using ECS scenario.
    Kindly advice.
    Regards,
    Karnati

    Hi Nikhil,
    Thanks for your response.
In my scenario, All POs are available in R/3 irrespective of whether it is created and posted in R/3 or it is replicated from SRM/EBP (ECS Scenario).
For this sake, I would like to go for MM-SUS implementation.
    My questions is:
    1. Can I send all PO's from R/3 to SUS ( POs created in R/3 + POs replicated from EBP/SRM).
    2. Can I get Invoice(Invoice with PO Reference) statuses to SUS, if Invoice is created and posted in R/3 with custom development.
    3. Can I get Invoice(Non-PO Invoice) status to SUS, if Invoice is created and posted in R/3.
Kindly response and help to understand more about what SUS can and can not do.
    Thanks,
    Karnati

  • ECS scenario - Service PO and Service Entry sheets in backend

    Hello,
We are on SRM_SERVER 550, SP07 and  in the process of moving to ECS scenario.
There are some questions from me on the Service procurement in ECS.
    1. When we create a PO with service item in SRM, will it get copied to backend as a Po with item category 'D'? This is how it happens in classic scenario, but does the same hold good in ECS?
    2. When creating the confirmation for the service PO in SRM for ECS scenario, this would be a time entry/service entry sheet.
Would this be replicated to R/3 as a time entry sheet using RFC call?
Standard SRM210 guide mentions that goods confirmation will flow to backend as GR thro ALE/IDOCs and service confirmation will flow to backend as service entry sheets using RFC calls.
But I wanted a confirmation if this is entirely a standard SAP scenario or are there any restrictions on this?
    Regards,
    Srivatsan

    HI,
Following are answers to some of your questions -
    1) What do you mean by default unit measure? If this is the unit of Service, then you may change this in Service Master (T Code AC03). If the unit is at line item, then it should be AU, because you may order multiple services under one line each having different units of measure.
    2) The message "No message record could be found for output of message. Save anyway?" is displayed because, you have not maintained output message for service entry sheet. Either define the output or remove the warning message at Attributes of system messages.
    3) The process of service PO is same as material PO. The difference is that the item category for service PO is 'D' & then you maitain services for the line item either with or without service master. After completion of service, you create service entry sheet at transaction code ML81N & after accepting the service entry sheet, service entry sheet based GRN is prepared. The person who is posting MIRO is not required to know Service Entry Sheet number to post MIRO. The system automatically checks the service entry sheets accepted. Anyway, the service entry sheet number can be displayed at Purchase Order History tab of the conccerned PO at PO display option (T Code ME23N).
    Hope your query is fulfilled.
Reward points if the answer is helpful.

    Prashant Kolhatkar

  • CO-product configuration in REM scenario

    in HELP.SAP.COM is the answer.
    Product Cost Collector
    Definition
Cost object in Product Cost by Period that collects the periodic actual costs incurred in the production of a material. When you use a product cost collector, the product is the main cost object.
    Use
Product cost collectors are independent of the production type. This means that you can collect actual costs on product cost collectors in the following production environments:
In order-related production (that is, when you are using production orders) when you want to analyze the costs by period rather than by lot
In process manufacturing (that is, when you are using process orders) when you want to analyze the costs by period rather than by lot
    Repetitive manufacturing
In repetitive manufacturing you always use product cost collectors as cost objects.
Product cost collectors are available from Release 4.5A onwards. In earlier releases, the costs of repetitive manufacturing materials were collected on production cost collectors. From Release 4.5A onwards, production cost collectors are converted into product cost collectors. For information on the conversion process, see Converting Production Cost Collectors into Product Cost Collectors.
    Order splits for production orders
When you split production orders, the costs for the parent order and child order are allocated to the same product cost collector.
See also: Order Splits in Cost Object Controlling
    Constraints
Product cost collectors cannot be used for the following objects and production environments:
Manufacturing orders that settle to a sales order item if you are using a nonvaluated sales order stock in sales-order-related production
Sales-order-related production with a valuated sales order stock, except in repetitive manufacturing environments
    Engineer-to-order environments
Manufacturing orders that are part of a collective order
    Joint production
Joint production is a production process that yields two or more products in a single production run. In the Product Cost Controlling component (CO-PC), there are a number of special processing requirements in joint production environments regarding Product Cost Planning (CO-PC-PCP) and Cost Object Controlling (CO-PC-OBJ).
In shop floor control, a manufacturing order (usually a process order) is created to manufacture co-products. In the manufacturing order, co-products are carried on the order items.
In Cost Object Controlling, actual costs are collected on the header of the manufacturing order. At the end of the period, the actual costs on the order header are distributed to the individual order items. Work in process and variances are calculated at the order item level. The order items are then settled.
    Integration
In joint production, the system normally accesses master data of Production Planning for the Process Industries (PP-PI) such as the master recipe and materials list, or master data of Production Planning (PP) . To distribute the planned and actual costs to the co-products, the system uses the apportionment structure that can be specified the material master record or in the manufacturing order itself.
    Terminology
    Co-product
You specify that a material is a co-product by selecting the Co-product indicator in the MRP view or costing view of its master record.
    Fixed-price co-product
    A fixed-price co-product is a special type of co-product.
    Primary product
You specify that a material is a primary product by selecting the Co-product indicator in the MRP view or costing view of its master record.
    Process material
A process material is a nonstock material that is used in the R/3 System to represent the process by which co-products are produced. Instead of the primary products, you can enter a process material in the recipe header and in the order header.
Process materials have material type PROC.
    By-product
A by-product is a product that is produced incidental to the production process of other products. You enter by-products in the material list of a primary product or process material with a negative quantity.
You do not set the Co-product indicator in the MRP view or costing view of the master records of by-products.
    Intra material
Intra materials only exist temporarily between two processing steps. Intra materials appear in the material list as items of category M, but are not costed.
If the process is interrupted because of a malfunction, however, intra materials may have to be transferred into inventory. In this case they are valuated with a price in the material master that is selected through the valuation variant for the valuation of goods received.
Intra materials have material type INTR.
    Circulating material
You can specify whether the cost of a circulating material should be included in the material list. The system selects a price for the circulating material from the costing view of the material master record.
If the circulating material is flagged as relevant to costing, the material costs appear in the itemization twice: once with a plus sign and once with a minus sign. The balance is the material input costs.

  • Configuring sync lookup scenario without receiver

    Hi experts,
I want to do the following scenario and I'm not sure, if this is possible:
I have a sync SOAP call to SAP PI. The request message is mapped to the response message of the sync call. Inside the message mapping, I'm executing a JDBC Lookup, which retrieves all necessary data and puts it into the response structure.
The response should be posted back to the caller. My difficulties are in configuring such a scenario, because there is no actual receiver.
Is there a way to do this in SAP PI? I can't use sync JDBC receiver channel, due to necessary JOIN statements in SELECT (I would have to use XML SQL and JOINS are not possible with that as far as I know).
    Best Regards
    Sven

    >I can't use sync JDBC receiver channel, due to necessary JOIN statements in SELECT (I would have to use XML SQL and JOINS are not possible with that as far as I know).
It is possible to use SELECT QUERY in the receiver channel. You can do JDBC lookup during sync message mapping.
    Example:
    <StatementName>
    <anyName action=u201D SQL_QUERYu201D>
    <access>Place your sql string here</access>
    <key>
      <placeholder1>value1</placeholder1>
      <placeholder2>value2<placeholder2>
    </key>
    </anyName >
      </StatementName>

Note: You have to create a separate JDBC reciever comm channel for your jdbc lookup. Hope you know that.

  • CCM2.0 Config in NW2004S (PI7.0) - Configuring a second scenario problem

    Hi,
While trying to complete the CCM 2.0 configuration in our XI system I’ve reached a problem that I don’t know how to solve.
I had originally configured the CatalogeUploadOnWAS700 scenario and now I’m trying to configure the MasterDataInclusionInCatalogeOnWAS700.
As I’ve already defined and used the business system in the earlier definition, I’m not able to configure the ‘Configure Connections’ for the second scenario in the Configuration Steps. When I try to select the ‘check box’ the entry is not open for editing.
Then if I leave that section and choose ‘Generate’, the communication channel isn’t created for the new scenario.
What should I be doing differently?
    Regards,
    Jerry

    Hi Jerry,
Rather than creating a new service button for the Business System add in the existing service you used in the Uplaod scenario. This should allow you to Configure the Connections.

  • Configuring A Deployment Scenario Using Service Operations?

We imported a WSDL file from a vendor u2013 it defines a dozen or so messages.  So I created a Service Interface with several operations:
    u2022     JobService.CreateJob
    u2022     JobService.CancelJob
    u2022     JobService.ChangeJob
    u2022     Etcu2026
During design time, the operation mappings are easy to use.  The operation mappings use the interface operations u2013 for example one an IDOC to JobService.CreateJob.  However, deploying a scenario to use service operations is apparently a bit more difficult.
My receiver system has several SOAP receiver communication channels u2013 each receiver channel specifies a unique SOAP action & corresponds naturally to a service operation.  Therefore I need I need a receiver agreement that looks at BOTH the service interface AND the service operation so that I can bind it to the correct communication channel.
In the Integration Directory, the Interface Determination step only allows you to select an interface, but doesnu2019t provide the ability to specify a Service Operation.  You have the same situation in the Receiver Agreement u2013 you can name the interface, but not select a specific Service Operation.
So how do you configure a deployment scenario to take advantage of service operations?

alternate way could be as follows.
    One Receiver determination
One Interface determination with condition for derive OM and Interface
    One Sender agrmnt
    Multiple Receiver Agrmnt
    Multiple CC

  • Pcard integration in Classic Scenario

    Hi All
I learnt that it is possible to use pCard in Classic Scenario if a few customizations are made.
These customizations include adding a few custom fields in the shopping cart & ECC PO for Pcard Company, Pcard Number
    and Validity date.
However once these customizations are done, would the reconciliation in SRM work as in ECS, or further code changes will be required?
    Thanks

NO. dont think of a situation like that. if it is classic scenario except SC every thing will in ECC. how do you think confirmation creation can be possible in SRM when PO is not present in SRM!!
    > Can you provide some details on ECC workflows. I didn't find any thing on this. Does ECC even support workflows as SRM?
    >
SRM is a kiddo infront of ECC, so workflows definitely are present in ECC(not BRFs but event driven wfs).
any ways, your solution would be a custom solution, implement MB_DOCUMENT_BADI, to trigger a custom WF from custom event. this can be used for notification and stuff. but it wont stop the execution, so, dig on it how to stop the GR post till the workflow is not over.
and invoice anyways has workflows which you can use

  • Configure ABAP Proxy scenario in PI7.3

    Hello Experts,
Can someone please let me know if we have somewhere step by step procedure to configure an ABAP Proxy scenario in PI7.3, I couldn't find How-to guide related to this on SDN.
    Thanks a lot.
    Best Regards,

I dont know abt your installation whether you have java stack alone or both java stack and abap stack.
    AAE or local processing:
You can do using soap adapter as transport protocol and message protocol as XI for proxy. This way you can use local processing using AAE.  I dont see documents in SDN as of now. But it is pretty simple. Just follow the steps what I mentioned.
    Classical processing or abap engine:
Still the same as previous versions.
