  • Upload Plan data for GL account

We want to upload plan data for the GL accounts so that the plan data shows with the actual data in the financial statement.
The question is what is name of the program/tcode
    1. To upload plan data for GL accounts?
    2. To upload plan data in the cost center accounting?
    3. Most important - to transfer plan data from cost center accounting to GL accounts? Currently we have a custom program to upload plan data to CCA.
Thank you very much in advance
    Praful

You can plan at GL level using T code GP12N, Planning profile SAPFIGL & summary table GLT0. You will have to define plan version & planning period in t code OBP6.
Once plan is entered the same will be available in FI reports e.g. F.01
For Cost center plan use t code KP06. Alternatively you can activate excel integration for planning profile and upload from excel.

  • Which data sources I need to use for Actual&Plan comparision of GL Account?

Could you please let me know which datasources I need to use for Actual & Plan comparision of GL Account data?
Current SAP BI version is BI 7.0.
As per my knowledge, I am thinking of using the datasources 0CO_OM_CCA_1 for Plan data & 0FI_GL_10 for Actuals.
    Is this right?
I have one more question here:
While extracting the data from ds 0CO_OM_CCA_1, I am getting only the Profit & Loss Account data where as the Balance Sheet Account data is not coming.
And also there is some confusion in VTYPE because the standard ds 0CO_OM_CCA_1 is giving the data with Value type 10 is & Version 000.
As we all know the VTYPE '10' stands for Actuals then how can we say that this ds 0CO_OM_CCA_1 gives Plan data?
    Please clarify.

    Hi,
Basically 0CO_OM_CCA_1 data source is used to extract actual, plan, and commitments.
This data is differentiated with value type, you can see sap note 523742 for more details on value type.
For balance sheet accounting data check the below link,

  • Switched to shared plan-bill on old account sent to collection agency without notice!

On 9/16/12, my husband and I visited a Verizon store to upgrade our phones and enroll in a 2-year renewal contract, as we have done for years.  While speaking with an in-store representative, we were encouraged to combine our plans into a family shared plan. We took the necessary steps to do this and my husband moved his account to combine with mine.  From this point onward, we paid one bill together. We assumed my husband’s account was correctly closed and never heard anything else about it from Verizon.   We were therefore unpleasantly surprised to receive a letter from a collection company demanding that he pay a $135.63 charge from his old account that we previously knew nothing about.
I have been a loyal customer since 2003 and have never missed or even been late on a payment throughout this time.  To find out that there is a delinquent account sent to a collection agency which will affect my family’s credit is very disconcerting.  Further, to read stories from former Verizon customers saying that they too had received letters from collection agencies regarding unpaid bills that Verizon never alerted them about leaves me wondering whether the procedures for closing an account are being properly conducted.   In our case, the situation is even more frustrating since we are not former customers that Verizon had trouble contacting regarding outstanding charges.  We are current customers who would have been happy to make a payment had we been aware of it in writing.  A simple search would have shown that my husband’s phone number is still valid and is now part of my account in our shared plan.  We would have expected to have either received a bill addressed to him regarding a final bill that was owed on his old account (he used auto-pay while that account was active) or to have had the final charge moved to my current account, since I am now the primary account holder with both of our phone numbers under one plan.  It would seem surprising to send a bill to a collection agency when dealing with someone who is a current customer.
There is no issue with making a payment directly to Verizon as long as our credit is not affected.  We have written a letter to Verizon but have not received any response from them in a month and a half. Has anyone else successfully dealt with a similar issue?
    Thank you.

He didn't receive a hard copy because he had paperless billing set up (as well as auto pay).  We checked his email for any billing statements sent and there were none after the account was closed.  As SydneyK mentioned, since he only had paperless billing, after the account was closed there was no way to access it online and see that there was an outstanding balance.  In fact, the Verizon representative stated that his account would be "moved over" to mine, which to me implied that everything, including a balance, would be "moved" to the shared plan. We finally figured out what the outstanding balance was for - for the new phone he upgraded to when we went to the store to upgrade our phones and switch to the family plan.  They had charged his account for the phone, rather than my account/the shared account. Ugh.

  • I want to get off the plan start a new account but can't contact account owner

    Hi,
My brother and I have been on the "NATIONWIDE TLK&TXT SHARE 700" plan and the account owner is a friend of our family.
I have almost fulfilled my two year contract (it will be over in about 1 month) and we would like to upgrade to a new Iphone and put my name as the account owner (none of us had enough credit by the time we got these phones from Verizon, but now we are able to pay our bills and would like to be responsible and keep privacy).
I've noticed that in order to accomplish AoL, curruent account owner needs to call Verizon and authorizes the account transfer, but the problem is, I haven't been able to contact her for a month(she won't answer the phone and no call back has been received...).
So I was thinking I should just give up keeping my number and start a new contract and a plan with my brother.
My question is, as just an account member (not owner or manger), can my brother and I get off the plan without owner's permission? She and I are not on the same plan and she actually gave me some kind of password so that I could manage some stuffs with customer service. I was actually able to cancel my mother's line from the family plan one year ago with that password , but I wonder if I could do the same thing with both my brother's and my lines without owner's permission.
If I can do that, is there any way to keep my numbers when starting a new account without having current account owner involved since I can't reach her?
If I start a new account and a plan with my brother and get the phone with 2-year-contract, rather than just upgrading to an iphone (while keeping my number under the current account owner like now), how much money will I be losing? Would it be a lot?

You should call *611 or go into a Verizon store to find out.

If you start a new Family Plan with 2 lines instead of remaining part of a Family Plan with 3(or more) lines, you could end up paying more. Not knowing what your arrangement is, though, we cannot begin to tell you how much more you would be paying.
    For example:
700 minute Family Plan with unlimited texting for 2 lines would be $99.98/month + tax for a total of ~$50/person.
700 minute Family Plan with unlimited texting for 3 lines would be $109.97/month + tax for a total of $37/person.
Any add ons such as insurance, data, etc... would of course be extra. You may also have to pay a security deposit in addition if you do not have much of a credit history.

  • Moved off family plan to a single account - disgusted!

Recently I planned to move off my family's shared plan and on to my own for work purposes.  I confirmed with multiple Verizon employees through chat and phonecalls that this would be acceptable.  I could get a new phone and my own plan, etc, etc.  On the day I decided to do this - I had a chat box up with Verizon so everything would go well.  He mentioned that in order to do this transaction over the internet, I would need to get a new number and couldn't port my old number over.  I decided this was OK and put my order through.  After I received my new phone and activated everything, I noticed my old number was still listed on our family share account, so I called to make sure this would be taken care of properly and that my parents wouldn't get billed for any further usage.  The gentleman said he would take it off their account right away and that everything looked good from his end.
The next month my Mother gets her bill and there is $850+ of nonsense charges.  $600 of which was for a phone that wasn't returned, and $250+ was for early termination fees on my old line.  As it turns out, there was a glitch in the systems which was expecting a return of a super old LG flip phone that I had activated temporarily while I was between phones.  I was able to call and get this removed... but they are refusing to take off the early termination fee for my old line.  It's very frustrating that they said this wouldn't happen - yet it did - and they're not willing to take it off.  Verizon is still getting both of our business and we are tied into contracts, it's not like I jumped ship.  Now they are telling us to re-activate my old line with an unused generic phone for $20/month until my contract expires because it will be chepaer.  A decent idea, but it still doesn't make the situation right.  I would never have gone through with this whole switch if I would have known there would be an ETF involved.
Very disappointing.  Does anyone have any ideas?
    thanks,

When you port a number, you take it from one provider to another. You were staying with the same provider, so when the CS rep checked to see if you could port your number, it was most likely listed as unavailable to be ported to Verizon, since it was already there. What you wanted to do was to sign an Assumption of Liability(AOL) and transfer your number to an individual account. If this is what you asked for, it looks as if this is exactly what you got. Your parents are not getting billed for any further usage. An ETF is not a bill for usage, but for early termination of your contract. Unfortunately, it seems that you did not explain what you wanted very well to the CS rep and are going to have pay for that mistake.

  • COPA Planning to Profit Center Accounting

    Hi,
    We are using ECC 6.0.
When we do COPA planning and transfer the values of COPA to Profit Center, no data has been transfered to profit center plan items.
We have not activated Planning version of Classic Profit Center Accounting. Is it required for ECC 6.0 also to activate Classic Profit Center Accoutning?
We have Mapped requisit Value fields of COPA to GL Accounts.
Can any one guide us in this regard.
    Thanks in Advance
    Sudhakar

    Hi,
In COPA the planning has been done to the value field of PRCTR which represents Profit center. Through report forms the actual and plan data for the value fields can be derived in COPA itself. I dont think that the planned values can be transferred to profit center accouting. On the other hand the actuals of profit center with the same value fields can be derived in COPA.
    Assign points if its useful

  • SEM 4.0 - BPS Planning Function - Currency Translation (Account Based) !

    Hi,
Currently we are migrating from SEM 3.1 to SEM 4.0  and we are using Currency Translation (Account Based)and would like to use the same functionality, but for some reason the CT functionality is not working properly.  It is throwing garbage numbers in SEM 4.0.
Is anyone out there facing similar problem on the Currency Translation (Account Based) functionality on SEM 4.0.  Appreciate your help.

    Hi,
We are working on Integrated Planning(IP). We are currently using a key figure based model, where in we have 0amount, 0amocac and 0amoccc for transactional currency, controllling area currency and object currency amounts.
If we go with account based model for keyfigures, i.e by taking currency type as 00, 20, 10 , we have a problem with the currency translation functions.
Could you please let us know, how we can handle currency translation with the account based model?
    Thanks,

  • HR (Planning database) Does the account type matter when suppressing rows?

Does the account type matter when using the Advanced Options row suppression?
The report will suppress all the 0 rows if the suppression is based on a column with a Planning acct type "Revenue", but it doesn't do anything if the suppression is based on a column with a Planning acct type "saved assumption."
Just wondering if this is why I can't get the report to suppress the rows. Everything else seems to be the same in the report.
Thanks in advance for any assistance on this.

Can you tell us how your Conditional Suppression is set up? If this report consists of account types Revenue and Saved Assumption only, and your conditional suppression works just on Revenue account types, you can insert a second condition for the Saved Assumption account types.
Let me know if this helps or if you have any other questions.

  • If I have a Photography plan, can I also select an Single App plan with the same account?

So can I have at the same time two plans?
I don't need for every apps, only Photoshop and Illustrator.

    Hi Barpaff,
Yes, you can add illustrator with the same account. So, you will be having two applications.  1) Creative Cloud Photography Plan and 2) Creative Cloud Illustrator single app.
You can add as many as single application in the same account but application should be different.
Let us know if you need more information on this.
