Play flv after 10 seconds of inactivity

Hi,
hope someone can put in the right direction...
I have 3 flv videos that I want to play if the user doesn't move the mouse in 10 seconds....
(I don't want all of them to play, I want to select a random flv video to play each time)
at the moment I am just playing the video without any of the above happening:

Would it be best to stream the video or import it into a movieclip? Not sure really the best way to go about it.
Any help/guidance?
