Plugin requires module?
Was going to try this plugin I ran across here:
http://code.google.com/p/geotag-lightroom-plugin/
Anyhow, it suggests that in install there should be a 'module' folder but
when I browse to mine (yes... right location), I don't see this folder. Am I
supposed to create one if not there as I had to initially do with 'web
galleries' folder? Am I missing something here?
Thanks for your assistance on this!
Yes create one and install the plugin in that! If it had an installer, it would probably create one!

Just installed adobe illustrator CS6. I can't open it. message says "missing plugins required." Please help. thanks
use the Illustrator Uninstaller to uninstall the software and be sure to check the option to remove all preferences towards the end. Also remove any left behind files of Adobe Illustrator from /Applications/Adobe Illustrator CS6 and then reinstall.

HipServ for STORA by Netgear: when I start it there is an error message "The new JAVA plugin requires a Foxfire version 3 or later". the version of Foxfire I have installed is 4.0. I delete the error message and the HipServ program goes on and works perfectly. To whom should I direct my question, which is how to get rid of the error message? I can't seem to find any new driver for the STORA backup device (RAID 1 pair of 1 tByte drives on LAN)
Hi rctbone,
The problem is not with Firefox, but with the Java update. A solution can be found here: http://forum1.netgear.com/showthread.php?t=59935&highlight=java+plugin

ServerLockManager required modules?
1. What are the minimum required modules to run a dedicated instance for your ServerLockManager?
2. Does a dedicated ServerLockManager instance actually need to be assembled and started with your custom modules? Even if you have custom repository changes, does the ServerLockManager need those custom repository definitions?
I couldn't find any documentation explaining if the ServerLockManager actually communicates with the underlining database for the repositories items it's locking. It doesn't seem like it would need to communicate with the underlining database. If that is the case, then it seems like you could configure your dedicated ServerLockManager with only the essential modules and configurations it needs to run. By doing this it would simplify your deployment process. Meaning if your ServerLockManager doesn't contain any custom modules, then you would never need to bring it down during deployments. Am I way off base here? There are no pitfalls of using it. We have configured this way in a cluster of 120 servers and it worked great.
Most of the clients deploy the same ear as Customer Facing server and would add this server as regular deployment plan to deploy code and restart server.

The destination plugin required for this action is disabled.
Dear all, I am using Infoviewer first time and for testing purposes I uploaded our Lab rework report. The viewing side is absolutely fine however if I try to send the file via email, ftp etc it gives me the following error:
The destination plugin required for this action is disabled. If you require this functionality, please contact your system administrator.
I have looked on one of the forums where one user mentioned to restart the destination job server. I have tried that but it didn't work. It somehow looks like I haven't installed the plugins onto the server or maybe somewhere it has been disabled.
Could you please help.
Many thanks
Kind Regards
Jehanzeb

The destination plugin required for this action is disabled. If you require this functionality, please contact your system administrator.OK. From CMC, I can use do the following:
1. Go to Home>All Objects>
2. Select the object
3. Hit the History tab
4. Click Send to... and select FTP
This is explained on xir2_bip_Admin.pdf.
However, I can't do this via Infoview.
i.e.
When I try to send a file from the History it doesn't end up in the FTP location.
But what does work is if I select the report itself, the RPT format is sent to the FTP location.
This makes sense from a perspective that if you don't schedule a Crystal Report, you will not have a PDF version of it. On the other hand, whay wouldn't I be able to send it from the History selection on Infoview. -
On site BigFun.be video requires a plugin. Which plugin? I have tried to download Microsoft video player for Firefox 1.0.0.8 and it does not take or show up under plugins.
Hello SuperMax52,
Thank you for contacting Mozilla Support. It looks like the videos on that page require a WMV player plug-in. Please take a look at the following article to install the correct plug-in to play this content.
[[Play Windows Media files in Firefox with the Windows Media plugin]]
Please let us know if this solves your issue.

Cannot load InDesign CC 2014 - DynamicDocuments Plugin Required
I came into the office this morning and discovered my InDesign CC 2014 wouldn't open and I got this message:
"Cannot load Adobe InDesign CC 2014 because it requires DynamicDocuments. Please install the DynamicDocuments plug-in and restart InDesign."
I then proceeded to unistall InDesign, empty trash, then reinstall via the Creative Cloud App, only to have the error still be there.
I'm running Apple OS 10.10
Help,
Thanks
JonathanTried this with no results. Still getting the same ""Cannot load Adobe InDesign CC 2014 because it requires DynamicDocuments. Please install the DynamicDocuments plug-in and restart InDesign" message. I've checked and the plugin is inside the Graphics folder.
And YES, I've rebooted. -
The problem with the most recent blacklist is is that the health care industry is behind in technology. Many medical systems are old and require older versions of Java to function. The blacklist has caused countless facilities to lose the ability to order life saving medications. Even my tech support desk has been bombarded with calls about this for the last 2 days. What can be done to allow these older versions of Java work within Firefox and restore facilities back to full operation?
Hi JRChadwick,<br/>
Sorry to hear about the health care industry's lag in technology. There are old versions of Java '''being actively exploited'''. Oracle released an update in February that fixes the vulnerability. What Mozilla did was put a softblock on it, which means that users get a notice that he plugin will be disabled, and give them the option of enabling it. To enable it:
# Go to '''Tools > Add-ons > Plugins'''.
# Beside Java, click '''Enable'''.
If the Enable button is not available, the blocklist must have been updated before Mozilla changed it to a softblock, instead of a hardblock. In which case, do this:
# Go to '''Help > Troubleshooting Information'''.
# Click on '''Open Containing Folder'''. That should open your profile folder in Windows Explorer.
# Close Firefox.
# In your profile folder, delete the files '''blocklist.xml''' and '''pluginreg.dat'''.
# Start Firefox.
At some point after that, you should then get the blocklist prompt again, but this time the option not to disable it should be there.
But I really can't stress this enough: those versions of Java are being '''being actively exploited''' and the latest version is not vulnerable. If there's any chance you can use the latest version of Java with the medical systems, that's the way to go. -

Click Install and I get message "No suitable plugins were found".
V 19.0.2
Windows 8Tink2. I did solve my problem but I don't know exactly how. I reset FF which got rid of all my extensions and then added back just those few I really like, one at a time. So, I have just a few now and won't EVER add anymore until FF fixes whatever is wrong under the hood.
What works is Cool Previews, Forecast Fox, Personas, IE Tab 2 and Web of Trust. I won't add new ones, I'm tired of this nonsense. The good news is the plugins all work fine, it is the add on extensions that have problems. I had many but no more. Just those above that I know work and don't cause the "install missing" issue. :^) gene -
Eclipse plugin requires full project rebuild sometimes
I don't know if this has been reported but I'm finding it consistenly for a
while now (since using the Eclipse plugin in fact). Sometimes I modify
non-JDO files and when I run I get exceptions saying my JDO objects don't
have meta data. I have to stop my server (tomcat) and rebuild the full
project so that the JDO objects are enhanced. I don't know how they're
getting "unenhanced" since I haven't modified them. Any ideas?Eclipse has a nasty after effect of aggressively recompiling items when
you are editing source. My guess is since rebuilding solves your problem,
that is whats going on. Calling javap on your class (e.g. javap
simple.Test) should indicate if this is whats going on. Or a simple void
main () method which sees is PersistenceCapable is assignable from your
class.

Safari pdf plugin requires $60+ fee. What's up?
I can't get my bank's pdf to show in entirety because I've got to buy a $60+ fee for a plugin. Is there a work around? I'm running Mountain Lion Safari in 32 bit. 64 bit doesn't work either.
It is beginning to appear that just about everything that is connected with Adobe (pdf viewer & flash) has been disabled on most macs. I believe this is done on purpose by Apple.
Similar to what's happening with anything connected with Google.
Apple continues to try to control the world.
I don't even have that plug-in listed in my Library, so there's nothing to remove. Using Google Chrome does work, thank goodness.
I do have to print as .pdf file many bank and financial statements for my non-profit. It is becoming more and more difficult.
Fortunately, I still have a Windows 7 computer with which to accomplish many of these tasks that Apple is blocking. Are you listening Apple? do you care? -
I run Firefox 2.0 (because I need certain features that won't run in later versions) and whenever I try to run my apps, I get a message saying that Firefox "NEEDS" to load Flash [I don't want Flash], then it says it can't do it and I have to do a "manual install" then it leaves one of the plugin notifiers on the bottom right corner of the screen, effectively blocking my app. It is a ruddy pain in the a*se. How do I stop Firefox wanting to load a piece of software that I don't want?

HP Quality Center - Version 11 - Requirement Module View Filtering
Hello,
Is there a way to set a filter view to apply to all users based on the User Name/ID and requirement status? I would like to set the requirement view to only display active requirements assigned to the user signed on. It would be great if I can set up the filter or add code under the script editor where it will display automatically or can be added as a public favorite that anyone can use.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
