PO holding Issue

i have one problem in Holding the PO data... actually after holding the PO system issue a PO number let say 4500000058.
then after doing changes in PO it shud save/post with same number but in my system it shows a different number for that 4500000060... why ?
is there any config issue.??

and what happened to your 4500000058 ?
Has it dissapeared? Or still there to do the same thing again?
I guess you did create new PO by copying the held PO instead of changing the held PO.

Credit Hold Issue

Dear All,
I am having one issue .
I created customer by using Customer interface.. all customers created successfully. but my interface automatically marked all customers Credit hold check to Yes.
Now i tried to Marked all of them from back hand update statement .. it worked OK
Now i can see in customer form that Credit hold check is unmarked.. but still when i try to book sale order it gives the same credit hold error..
then i manually goto that customer form , marked credit hold check save the customer and then again unmarked it manually...
After doing that manual activity sale order started to work normally.. Any one have any idea how to resolve all credit hold check issue.

CUAC Premium V 9 Transfer & Hold Issues

I've installed CUAC v9 Premium (Non HA). The calls get through to the operators, but I cannot hold or park the calls from the operator consoles. There are 4 sites configured, each with their own CTI route point (DDI), own Gateway ports, own Service ports and Park ports. Each site got it's own Device Pool, Location and Calling Search spaces configured in CUCM v9.1. I can answer the calls with the operator console, but have to transfer or hold the calls with the Cisco IP handset that belongs to the operator. The moment I try to transfer or hold the call with the operator console, it drops the call.
Any idea of what the issue can be?

Usually this is caused by the original calling party (i.e. the gateway/trunk) not being able to see the CUxAC CTI Ports or transfer destination. CUxAC uses an older CTI behavior which doesn't use the CTI Port's own CSS when performing a transfer/redirect operation. Instead, CUCM ends up using the original calling party's CSS. This is the same behavior CCX used to have before they added the Redirecting CSS choice on the Triggers.

PO created via BAPI_PO_CREATE1 with status 'On HOLD' issue

We are using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to create a service
purchase order, PO is created successfully but it is on Hold.
So, we must save this PO via ME22N manually again.
In EKKO, this on hold PO has the field MEMORY set to "X",
MEMORYTYPE set to "H".
We checked the include 'L2012F47', found a BADI:

We didn't set MEMORY_COMPLETE when calling the BAPI_PO_CREATE1, which means in BAPI_PO_CREATE1 the MEMORY_COMPLETE is ' ', according to NOTE 354771, the purchase order will be saved instead of being held. What's more, our service purchase order is a correct and complete one.
Documentation for the fields:
MEMORY_COMPLETE:
You can use this parameter to control whether a CORRECT and complete purchase order is held or
saved.
           If the value of this parameter is 'X', then the purchase order is held.
           If the value of this parameter is ' ', then the purchase order is saved.<<<<<<<<
MEMORY_UNCOMPLETE:
You can use this parameter to define whether an INCORRECT or incomplete purchase order is to be held.
           If the value of the parameter is 'X', then the purchase order is held.
           If the value of the parameter is ' ', then the purchase order NOT is created.
As what i described previously, even we set MEMORY_COMPLETE to ' ' when calling the BAPI_PO_CREATE1,these codes listed below will also set MEMORY_COMPLETE to 'X'.

Multicam Frame Hold Issue in Premiere CC 8.0.1 - When Flattening

I'm not sure if this has been addressed before, I couldn't find an answer:
When I use frame hold for a segment in a multicam timeline, then flatten the timeline, the frame hold no longer holds the frame.
The timeline is a 720x960 23.976p P2 timeline with three cameras.

Music on hold issue

Hi everyone,
I am working on a voip class project. I configure the Music on Hold for branch and HQ phones.
When I call from " A" HQ phone to "B" HQ phone and put the call on hold, "B" can hear the music.
When I call from branch phone to HQ phone and put the call on hold, HQ phone can hear the music.
But When I call from "A"branch phone to "B" phone and put the call on hold, the "B" branch phone cannot hear the music. It just goes to silent.
Also when i call from "A" HQ phone to "B" branch phone and put the call on hold, the "B" branch phone cannot hear the music.
I dont know why Branch office phones cannot hear Music. It only seems to be working in HQ phones.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Backlight off and hold issues

I discovered yesterday that my new 20GB iPod's backlight has decided not to work. I pulled it out of my bag to use, and the light wouldn't come on. Also, whenever I take it OFF hold (when i want to use it) it restarts and shows the apple logo and everything. I've tried restoring it to factory settings but that didn't work

Those don't sound like problems that can be fixed by the user. I would take it in and get a new one.

More on the modem on hold issue

I'm having a little trouble wrapping my mind around this.
I have a script that involves AppleOnHoldModem.app
If certain conditions occur while the script it running, that app is most likely generating information which I'd like to capture, I would guess by providing a value for a variable identified by the app. For example, the app might provide a name associated with the variable "Caller_" If that's a possibility, the problem is that I don't really know how the variable(s) are identified ("Caller_" is just a guess).
I think my question is this: Is there any way of identifying or listing all the variables that are related to the application? (This may be a totally absurd question, but I'm not sure.)

I think this definitely needs some clarification as to what I'm actually trying to do.
I'm running a background script that polls "state of status" of Internet Connect.app. It is known that state of status "12" signifies the occurrence of an incoming phone call while connected. So if a "12" occurs, I get the date and time at that moment (which works fine) and then go looking for the caller id info (name and phone number) of the caller.
I suspect that the caller id info becomes the value of a variable in the AppleModemOnHold.app (AMOH.app). Hence, when a "12" occurs, my background script does this:

If the result were to be the name and phone number of the caller, then I'd be all set.
But the problem is that "CallerID" is just a guess as to the variable's name; I've strung together about a dozen "educated guesses," all of them unsuccessful. This means that either a) my idea of how the AMOH.app relates to this is all wrong, or b) I simply have yet to guess the variable name correctly.
That's behind my interest in identifying by name all variables associated with AMOH.app.
Clearer? Probably clear as mud, huh?

IBE: Perform Payment authorization in iStore -- "*Yes*"
ASO : Credit Card Authorization -- "*NO*"
And the error is
Your order is put on "Hold" with order number 17772.
Please help me on this how to i resolve the order put in Hold issue.
When trying to ship this order APP-WSH-231033: Pick release online has ended with warning. Please Check the Shipping Exception Report for further details.
In Exeception report: order 17772 for Picking as it has been placed on hold.
Could you please give me any Fix for this issue as soon as possible.
We are not using the Risk Management in Payee

Call hold vs. media bypass in CUCM-Lync infrastructure

Dear Colleagues,
We have built a heterogeneous UC infrastructure based on Lync Server 2013 and CUCM 9.1.2.11900-12 and we experienced, that with media bypass, we cant hold the calls on Lync side. I checked the SIP logs on both sides and I saw, when Lync sends a re-invite, CUCM responds with 200 OK and in this there is a parameter "b=CT:64" and unfortunately the Lync could not handle it.

I have created a SIP normalization script and afterwards I have assigned it to the SIP trunk but unfortunately the problem still exists.

We have similar setup and while testing the media bypass, we faced the issue with call hold and hence decided to upgrade the lync client for all the users.
Wanted to check if you have any other solution for this call hold issue.

Currently Known iPhone 6/6+ Issues - Disheartening

I am concerned about some of the issues I see popping up regarding the new phones as I surf these forums.
- Bending (quite possibly a media-fed overblown story)
- Screen uniformity/discoloration (yikes!)
- Ear speaker volume real low (double yikes!)
Ignoring the bending issues, can any of you speak on the other two? Are these widespread or simply the usual small batch of issues that pop up with any tech device manufacturing?

I've had my iPhone 6 now for two weeks. I've had ZERO issues. My phone's screen is perfect. My speaker works just fine. Bluetooth works. And I've never for a second been concerned about the phone bending......

I would like to work with you today with resolving the software communication issue you seem to be experiencing when attempting to print from your Windows 8.1 computer to your HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer. As I stated, I do believe this is a software communication issue with your computer and printer rather than a hardware issue with your printer as you are able to copy successfully. I am going to have you start troubleshooting by running an HP tool that will check the computer for any corruptions when it comes to your HP Envy printer software and drivers. Why is MTP use discouraged?

I'm currently troubleshooting an issue with our PSTN SIP trunk. Right now we are converting from SIP to H.323 at the CUBE using a MTP required. I am trying to convert to an end-to-end SIP path so that we can play Multicast MOH to PSTN caller. (You cannot play Multicast MOH through an MTP).
We are running into issues and it looks like even if we convert to a full SIP trunk to the PSTN we may be stuck using an MTP resource.
Aside from the Music On Hold Issues, why is using MTP required so frowned upon? In every training video I watch or forum I read everyone say's they do not like to use MTP and to avoid it if possible. I have never heard a why.
What are all of the caveats and disadvantages of using an MTP required at PSTN gateways and trunks?

Just adding to to Brendon's point. PVDMs are very expensive items, and for Transcoding (and/or Trans-rating) it is less frequently used (how many transcoding calls will anyone will have in a given site at a given time?
Same goes for Conferencing..
However if you select MTP required, every single call will need MTP (or PVDMs) and it can be easily reached 20 - 30 calls at a time, placing a tax on the PVDMs and if you are using PVDM3s, then one can easily understand it is very pricey, hence it is always suggested to use "MTP if required" option
