PO no Search in SXMB_MONI

Hi All,
I have designed one Interface from ECC 6.0 to SRM SUS Server. it process the purchase orders.
I need to search based on PO No's  in SXMB_MONI.
So, how to search based on  PO No's in SXMB_MONI?
Thanks in advance
Mahesh

hi,
there are a few more ways:
abap reports
/people/sravya.talanki2/blog/2006/02/21/abap-based-trex-in-xi-proto
/people/alessandro.guarneri/blog/2006/02/14/super-message-monitor-for-sap-xi
with EhP1 for PI 7.1 you will be able to do it without any futher development

  • Searching in sxmb_moni for business data

    Hello,
it is possible searching for business data in sxmb_moni for example a order-No. The reason is that a customer want know the time the order is executing or this happened without an error or trying to send the order again. Normally only with the message searching is possible?
    Thanks in advance,

  • Payload and Trace Search in SXMB_MONI

    All,
We are on PI 7.11. As I understand the only way to have payload search capability in PI in production environment is through TREX. So I was thinking of writing a custom ABAP program for the same.
Another thing is when we use multiple operations in one service interface, the only way to find in moni which operation actually got executed is to go through the trace in sxmb_moni.  So how about a custom ABAP program to read the trace.
    Your Thoughts.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
That link is not much useful to me (I mean all the settings for fine in sxmb_adm..that i checked already)
for more info: I am using SOAP adapter as a sender and receiver is R3
    Thanks

  • User-Defined Message Search - PI 7.1 - EHP1 - SP06 - Not working

    Hi Friends,
Recently, we have imported SP06 in our PI system (PI 7.1 EHP1). The SXMB_MONI has now new tab "User-Defined Selection Criteria".
To implement user-defined search, I have created filer, extractor, namespace prefix for one outbound interface through transaction SXMS_LMS_CONF. (As it is explained in SAP EHP1 features PDF and the link "http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi711/helpdata/en/48/c85598f63335bfe10000000a42189d/frameset.htm".
Also we have created logical port through transaction SOAMANAGER. (followed the steps as mentioned in PDF)
After filters, extractor, namespace prefix created and activated, I have checked the extractor through Test Extractor, it is working fine. (All are green, given below is the output)
    Type
    Message text
    Processing message 4DDFE95BAEC67152E10000009958A8AB
Analyzing payload of message version 000
    No filter found
Analyzing payload of message version 004
Filter found for interface name PROACT.PROACT01
    Name MATERIAL_ID value RPM312AZ/11522R1 extracted
Analyzing payload of message version 005
    No filter found
Analyzing payload of message version 008
    No filter found
Now, when I do search the same through SXMB_MONI, by giving inputs in the new tab "User-Defined Selection Criteria", Option button "Search for all" , selected the filter name "MATERIAL_ID" in the input field:Name and put material name in the  in the input field:value. (same material I put), it shows the message "No message is available for selection".
Friends, could you kindly clarify why I am unable to search through SXMB_MONI? Am I missed any of the steps?
    Kindly reply.
    Kind regards,
    Jegathees P.

Were you able to resolve the issue ?
If not, You need to execute program SXMS_EXTRACT_MESSAGES to build index for the user defined search from the old messages.
The job bulids index from the already processed messages.
Choose the relevant Method when creating the extractor
    Method
You can choose between two methods:
    Extract During Message Processing
Select this method if you want the attributes to be extracted from the selected messages while these messages are processed.
    Extract with External Job
Select this method if you want to extract attributes from messages that were already processed, or if you want to change the extraction of attributes from messages, from which attributes were already extracted.
For this method you need to set up and use the job SXMS_EXTRACT_MESSAGES.
    thanks

  • Regarding Messages in sxmb_mon

    Hi,
In sxmb_moni  message is not  appearing, but in target it shows sucessful message with that message id I searched in sxmb_moni ,no message is not appearing in moni.
    Please help me
    thanks & Regards
    venkat.

I am able to see file, jdbc, idoc adapter messages.this is particulary proxy scenario synchronous.this particular sceanrio
message is not appearing in moni.
As Michal suggested you need to define LOGGING_SYNC parameter in the SXMB_ADM to view/ log synchronous message processing.....you may be viewing other message because they are asynchronous and in that case only LOGGING will suffice.
Set the parameter LOGGING_SYNC and then do a testing of this synchronous interface to view it in SXMB_MONI......message entries for earlier sync flows cant be viewed.

    Abhishek.

  • Payload Text Search

    Hi
Does anyone know if its possible to do a payload text search within SXMB_MONI or any other message monitoring tool within PI?
Instead of having to open each message and look at the payload.
    Thanks

    HI,
Not sure if TREX will help you to search the payload from sxmb_moni, because as per my knowledge Trex is alreday there in XI system and we use it in RWB --- Message Monitoring.
But you can go through these blogs which will help you to search the payload data.

  • XML Message Not Generated in SUS SRM 4.0

    Hi !
In Supplier Self Service(SUS) SRM 4.0 we did a
development for ASN creation through file upload .
      It's a <b>BSP</b> Application .
Vendor uploaded the file for ASN creation .
Their generated ASN No. which are in Standard tables.
But for Some of them No XML Messages Genrated which
suppose to pass backend SAP R/3 .
Anybody having any idea where exactly these XML
Messages are?   We have searched through SXMB_MONI
      & checked all qRFCs.
But unable to find their XML messages.
      Looking forward your ideas.

    Hi,
Can you tell me if the next scenario is possible with EBP 5.0 (WAS 6.40) but without XI.
We need to develop an application to allow the supplier to upload an Invoice in XML and save it in EBP.
I was thinking on using a BSP application with an input field to browse local PC and pick up an Invoice XML file. Then post the XML and parse it in the BSP application and save the invoice in EBP.
Do you have any experience on it or some documentation?
We have EBP 5.0 but don't want to install an SAP XI.
    Thank you

  • PO confirmation XML not created

    Good day
We are experiencing some issues with our PO confirmations. When I say confirmations it is not the SES or GRN. In our system we create a SC in SRM this then gets approved in SRM and then a PO is created in the ECC backend. The XML is passed from SRM to ECC and the PO is then created. After the PO is created a new XML using a new interface is generated and sent back to SRM to update the SC with the PO number. Now on the majority of our orders this confirmation of PO creating is sent back to SRM and we can view the XML in sxmb_moni. But we have a few where the XML is just never created in ECC. The PO gets created successfully but the PO creation confirmation is not created. We search in SXMB_MONI and there is no XML created.
What could cause this issue and is there some further investigating we can do or a note to implement. I have investigated as far as I can, there is nothing common among the PO's that did not created the confirmation back to SRM. There is a mix of services, there is a mix of vendors and a mix of purchasing groups. There is no common value amongst the orders. Because of this we cannot replicate the issue so we cannot debug, it appears extremely random and the issues are spread out across days.
    Thanks much appreciated

oh ok now I guess I get it ..you mean for those in cases where XML is not being sent back due to see the PO number updated in the SC ?
1.Check if there are entries in BBP_DOCUMENT _TAB table ..
    2. Check the note  1676004 - ECC Purchase Order is not updated in the history of the SRM documents
    3. Check if the jobs BBP-GET_STATUS2 & Clean_reqreq_up are up and running consistently ..
You might as well have to use the debugging process to check incase you are able to replicate in dev or quality..
Also is the SC status Follow on Doc created or something else like error in transmission or Item in transfer

    Let me know your inputs.

  • AS2 monitoring issue

    Hi Gurus,
we use an AS2 adapter from seeburger and now there are some messages (in seeburger adapter monitor) in status "Waiting for delivery-, receipt- or both reports". Which is probably, that message has been sent successfully, just we haven't received the MDN.
How can I find out, which are these messages in SXMB MONI? Is there some correlation between XI message ID and seeburger ID?
    thank you,
    olian

    Hi,
Take thr Correlation ID from the Seeburger message monitor and search in SXMB_MONI.
    SXMB_MONI -> Advanced serch Criteria-> Message ID.
    cheers

  • SXMB_MONI Advanced search?

    Hi Experts,
I wanted to know if it is possible to search for a message in SXMB_MONI; using a particular field name and data. Like in SAP R/3 tcode WE09 for Idoc search; we have Criteria for search in data records with respect to Segment, Field, value. Do we have something similar in XI?
Thanks in advance for your help.....
    Regds,
    SM

    Hi,
If you are taking of content based search, yes. It can be done through TREX. It is an efficient search engine, that helps to search message based on payload information. /people/prasad.illapani/blog/2005/11/14/payload-based-message-search-in-xi30-using-trex-engine
Right now it can be used only with RWB. In coming release of PI 7.1, it is expected to also work with SXMB_MONI.
If you don't want to use TREX, there are few more ways . Have a look at following blog -
    1. ABAP based Trex in XI: Proto /people/sravya.talanki2/blog/2006/02/21/abap-based-trex-in-xi-proto
    2. Super Message Monitor for SAP XI /people/alessandro.guarneri/blog/2006/02/14/super-message-monitor-for-sap-xi

  • Sxmb_moni  index searching possible?

    Hi folks,
I have about 4000+ messages fr my interface and i need to confirm if we received a message  for a particuar wrk#,
Is there a way i can verify this rather than going through each xml msg 1 by 1 to verify?
I know of TREX but we currently don't have it installed to function with PI..
    Thanks a lot!!

    Hi,
you can try any of those two reports:

  • Find relevant message in SXMB_MONI for a specific IDoc

    Hi,
I have an IDoc sent from XI to ECC. I need to look at the payload in XI. I was told there was a way to find out which entry in SXMB_MONI is for the IDoc, but cannot remember.
Does anybody know how to do it.

    Hi,
use we02 to see the Idoc using IDoc number. Also if you know the pipeline ID or PID you can use SXMB_MONI ->Archived XML Messages (Search using ID)
    Also check BD20 and BD87.

  • Error occurred during character conversion in SXMB_MONI

    Hello Experts,
    Good Day!
I would like to seek your help here. When i used tcode SXMB_MONI to search for messages i get this error : Error occurred during character conversion.
So far no problem with the program. Its work for all other dates. Just for one particular day and specific time period, im geting this error.
Does anyone know what is this error means? Please reply..
    Thanks for your help.
    Looking forward for ur replies..

    Hi Presheela,
Basically this problem occurs when ur payload contains any special characters like '&' ,'>'...etc .So you have to take care of how to deal with these characters in XI.
    Refer the following documentation:
How to Work with Character Encodings in Process Integration

  • XI Message Monitoring - Mapping custom fields for search in monitor?

Is it possible to map a reference field so that searching for a specific message is more user friendly?
For example, we produce hundreds of outbound SHPMNT04 messages each day.  Would it be possible to map a field such as E1EDT20.TKNUM (Shipment Number) to a field in the monitor (SXMB_MONI) such as "Outbound Reference" so we can easily search on this field?
Currently we use a combination of WE09 and IDX5 to find a specific message.  Obviously, this is cumbersome and time-consuming.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
of course it is possible in many ways
there are at least two ways
the first one is to use Trex search for xi + standard
the second one is described in this weblog + but remember that
without indexing this will take long to search like this
