Is it possible to change vendor in invoice level if yes how
Hi,
Go to MIRO, in Details Tab change the Invoicing Party.
Or use partner function for that Vender and Document Type. It will direct flow from PO.

It is not possible to change the Ship to address after the document is saved, it current default system behavior...
If you need to change the address you to do before saving the document.
Ship to Address
Displays the customer’s ship-to address and additional description as defined in the business partner master data. If required, change the address and the description.
To change the description, either enter in the free-text field, or specify in the address component. To open the Address Component window, choose . SAP Business One updates the address and the description only for this document; it does not affect the business partner master data.

It is possible to change the freight after GR done and MIRO is not done.
For this in the freight cond type.use cond type FRB1 or copy this and create ur own cond type.
Then in control data,VENDOR IN GRGIVE VALUE 2 & SAVE.
When doing migo u can give the new vendor for freight during GR or if u had forgot to change the vendor reverse the GR and then change the vendor.
This is possible only when u have not done MIRO.
Other wise in MIRO in details TAB u can enter the new freight vendor in Invoicing party. -
Cancellation of Vendor excise invoice

Is it possible to cancel Vendor excise invoice without reversing GR(Only Part 1 posted)? .

Without canceling the Material document number you cann;t cancel the Vendor excise invoice/Internal excise invoice number.
If you cancel the Vendor excise invoice it will voilate the excise data.You need to reverse the GR document then you can cancel the Vendor excise invoice.

no, but you can change the partner functions in the PO, like "Invoicing Party", "Vendor", "Goods Supplier" -- depends on you customizing for partner schemas.
However, this should be used only in case when during the purchase order lifecycle the partner has been changed (as result of merger, bankrupcy, factoring); otherwise, it is much easier to simply delete the PO and create a new one.

Price update on the Invoice Level
Hello gurus,
If I want to update my pricing on the Invoice level, what are the steps that I need to follow to carry out the configuration? As of now, we have the pricing setup only for sales orders and the same prices are copied on to the Invoice, I need to change it so that the pricing can be updated directly on the Invoice, is this possible? If yes, please provide the steps.

RajIf the price changes maintain a new condition record for PR00 condition type in VK11.
and come to billing double click on the item level go to the condition tab and click the tab update beneath
and in that select carry out new pricing
if this doest nt work see the copy control from sales order to billing in *VTFA transaction code..*
select the relevant billing type and corresponding sales order type go to the left side top there will be item
press on that and take the relevant item category double click on that and there will be a field called pricing type change it to 'B'

pls can anybody help me to explain procedure how system calculating the sub criteria PRICE LEVEL, PRICE HISTORY , ONTIME DELIVERY,QTY RELIABILITY (Under main criteria PRICE,DELIVERY) in vendor evaluation process.
Possible give sample calculation.
AparjiPrice Level
This subcriterion compares relationship of a vendor's price to the market price. If the vendor's price is lower than the market price, he/she receives a good score; if it is higher than the market price he/she is assigned a poor score.
On the basis of the subcriterion "Price Level" you can compare a vendor's price to the current market price at a certain point in time.
Price History
This subcriterion compares the development of the vendor's price with the market price.
On the basis of the subcriterion "Price History", you can determine whether the vendor's price has increased or decreased over a certain period in comparison with changes in the market price over the same period.
Goods Receipt
This subcriterion is used to evaluate the quality of the material that the vendor delivers. Quality inspection takes place at the time of goods receipt.
Quality Audit
This subcriterion is used to evaluate the quality assurance system used by a company in manufacturing products.
Complaints/Rejection Level
This subcriterion is used to evaluate whether the materials delivered by the vendor are regularly found to be faulty subsequent to incoming inspection (for example, on the shop-floor) leading to additional expense and loss of time (due to loss of production, reworking etc.).
The score (QM key quality figure) is calculated in QM Quality Management and the data passed on to MM Vendor Evaluation. This key quality figure is converted for use in the Vendor Evaluation scoring system.
On-Time Delivery Performance
This subcriterion is used to determine how precisely a vendor has adhered to the specified delivery dates.
Quantity Reliability
This subcriterion is used to determine whether a vendor has delivered the quantity specified in the purchase order.
"On-Time Delivery Performance" and "Quantity Reliability" always have to be seen in conjunction. You can specify for each material (in the material master record) or for all materials (in the system settings) the minimum quantity of the ordered materials that must be delivered in order for a goods receipt to be included in the evaluation. This enables you to avoid a situation in which a punctual goods receipt involving only a small quantity of ordered materials is included in the evaluation with a good score for "On-Time Delivery Performance". Is it possible to changes the user status of a TECO Order?
I have tried to change it using the FM 'STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN'. Its working fine for NON TECO Orders but not for TECO Orders.
On the other hand I was able to manually change the user status for a TECO Order in transaction IW32.
I need to change the user status from NFBK to FBK.
Please provide some inputs for the same.

Possible to change the room laout (Navigation)
I just succesfully created a coll. room in which it is possible for peple to discuss and upload docs. Now is it possible to change:
- The navigation: Edit names and place em in the second level navigation
- Is it possible to customize the documents part to my needs, like add more folders, put in some opening text and color. This is all pretty standard and i want to use this to develop a customized one. So:Can i import this in NWDS or sommit?!
Additionaly: when you would make a page for your customers that should be exactly like they wish, but has great similarity to existing collaboration tools. Would you then:
- Use the existing collaboration and customize.
- Create an own application
Is it possible to download these kind of applications from others?

Yes. It is possible. You can change layout of room.
Create custom layout for your need. And assign this layout to particular room.
Follow the given steps to change layout of the room.
System Adminstration -> KM Content
You can see list of folders in content area.
room extensions - > cm stores -> documents -> workspaces.
There you can see one or more folders named as 'documents'. Find your folder and change the layout of that folder. It will help to you.

please be so kind to review the documentation regarding the transaction XK07:-
"Changes to the account group and the accompanying partner functions
can only be made from a lower level to a higher level. For example,
this means that a sold-to party cannot be assigned the function of a
payer as fields which have already been maintained for this sold-to
party would have to be masked. However, you can assign the sold-to
party function to a payer."
Therefore, you can change from an account group with fields set as
not visible to optional fields. However, if you are trying to change
an account group with optional fields to other account group with any
of this fields invisible, the system will give you the error message
"You cannot make this change because the new account group
results in the following field groups being switched off:"
And you will not be able to change the account group. This will happen
although you have not updated a value for these optional fields.
Really it depends on which is the field you want to change; there are
some fields that could produce some data inconsistency (reconciliation
account, withholding tax data, and so on).
Please consider that the account group controls the successing
screens and field layout plus it controls whether the numbering
should be internal or external.
Please take in consideration all the above information before doing it.

i want to post subsequent debit for a vendor before invoice. but the system is giving a message "The quantity to be debited/credited cannot be any greater than the quantity invoiced so far."

Subsequent debit : Rarely, you receive from your vendors invoices or credit memos that refer to transactions that have already been invoiced. Your company wants to use subsequent debits/credits to process these documents. A subsequent debit/credit changes the total invoice value only of a purchase order item but the total invoice quantity remains unchanged.
The processes are:
1) Subsequent credit or even subsequent debit is done when total VALUE" of invoice is changed.
2) Total invoice Quantity is remained same.
3) Only value based transaction takes place & not quantity base.
4) If credit memo is received from memo then subsequent credit is done in MIRO.
For example vendor has submitted invoice of 100 Qty for Rs 1000 & we have posted the invoice & subsequently he realized that he has invoice for higher price i.e. it should have been actually 900 Rs as against Rs 1000 .In this case he will send a credit memo of Rs 100 for which we will be doing subsequent credit.
5) This is done for PO items if an invoice is already posted
6) cannot refer to particular invoice
7) Listed separately in PO history
8) In PO total values is updated but not Quantity.
For ur case you can pay to Vendor(freight cost ) by selecting Planned Delivery Cost instead of Goods/Services items in MIRO T.Code
