Dear Expert!
I have configured the ITMS service in Solution Manager 7.1 SP11.
There are some organization unit and position were created during the configuration of ITMS.
I have created 1 more organization unit for SD Support Team. after creating the Organization Unit of SD , the others are not available and cannot see by search even.
The one new created SD organization unit cannot delete. the error appearing on screen " Address does not exist"
I have selected the Main Address and Permanent Address but no luck to delete.
its strange that the other organization unit and position why disappeared while create the additional organization unit.
Please advise to resolve problem !

Thanks for the reply! Yesterday, I created 1 organization level of SD by PPOCA_CRM t-code.
After creating the new object, the below organization level have disappeared and not appearing by the search level by "*" given.
Then, I was not able to delete the newly created organization level by selecting the object and right click then select to delete.
I was getting error "Address does not exist".
However, I have selected the object and click on delimit to define the yesterday date. then, I have noticed that in search pane, the newly created organization object have marked with legend " to be removed"
Today morning, the newly created object have disappeared and start the old organization object.
That's strange.
can anyone explain about that behavior ?

Error when assigning a BP in ppoma_crm
Hi all-
When I try to assign a Business Partner, rather than a user, to a position in the org model in ppoma_crm, I recieve this error message:
Message no. 5A719 - Caution: system could not perform all data changes

Diagnosis
The required data changes consist of two parts:
1. Scheduling existing relationships
2. Creating a new relatonship
The existing releationship(s) was/were successfully scheduled, but the system could not create the new relationship.
Procedure
You can take back the data changes you made, using the undo function.

I have a very basic query for you all. I have created a Organisation model in PPOMA_CRM. I have also assigned user to it but business partner is not appearing even after saving it.

How to capture the changes in ppoma_crm transaction
Hello All,
We have a requirement that if we add either a BP or an User to a positon in ppoma_crm transaction then we should be able to update these entries in our z table.
If it is a BP then we should look for the User mapped to it and update the z table else we should directly update the z tables with user name.
But we are facing an issue in capturing the values that have been updated.
Can anyone tell me how to capture the new values in the BADI for the ppoma_crm transaction ?

SohitDid any guys here face the requirement? If replicating all the columns some of which may change frequently but are not important to the other sites, then i wouldn't replicate these changes in order to improve the performance. Thanks for your help!

Function and attribute tabs not visible in ppoma_crm
Hello Experts,
Function and Attribute tab at the sales organization level is not visible in PPOMA_CRM transaction code for one of the user.
Is it due to some authorization issue ? or anything else ?
Before taking a system trace for that specific user, I would like to know if we are missing anything functionally

But from your description this does not seems to be the exact symptom.
Yes I would advise to run a SU53 authorization check.

The data in the table HRP1001 is inconsist with trx: ppoma_crm
Hi gurus:
I create a standalone Structure Model in SAP CRM for service scenario.
I have an organizational unit that has two positions; one is a leader position and the other is normal position.
We are using a function RH_STRUC_GET with relation u201C012u201D to look for the leader position from one organizational unit in the HRP1001
We realized that in the HRP1001 exists a lot of position assigned with the relation u201C012u201D As the organizational unit has all of leader positions that are incorrectly because this is not like I created in the trx: ppoma_crm. As I said above for every organizational unit has two positions: one leader position and the other normal position.
Do you know if there is a report that updates the table or is it a standard behavior?

When you copy a organizational unit or a position an then is moved to another hierarchy, in the table HRP1001 is kept that data as the original unit or position from was copied.
We solve the problem delete all these records and in the future no create with copy of others.

Inheritance on Sales Offices and Sales Groups (PPOMA_CRM)
HI All
We have replicated the Org Model from ECC to CRM using the report CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE.
Under PPOMA_CRM upon selecting the Sales Org unit, we see that some of the attributes (Tupels and Distribution Channels) are assigned to the Sales Organization but not to Sales Offices and Sales Groups under the Sales Organization.
We need to achieve that any attribute assigned the Sales Organization needs to be inherited to all the Sales Offices and Sales Groups under it.
Any pointers in this regard would be of great help.

Issue in PPOMA_CRM (BP's for Org units level1, level2 is not created)
Dear Gurus,
I am facing this issue in Solution Manager , where i have created Org Model in Tx: PPOMA_CRM.
The Coloumn (Business Partner) in this Tx does not show any number assigned to the group.
I deleted the whole structure and recreated it but , it was in vain.
I want to "Map"/"Link" the field "Support Team" in the Service desk ticket to the "Org Model " created in PPOMA , but i am stuck here .
I have also created "RULES" to automatically detect the Support Team using Tx:PFAC , but it does not work either.
Will you please direct me to some document other than "Adv setting doc for Service desk for Solman EHP 1" or any other blog or any suggestion where i can pin down the cause of this error and resolve it.

Unable to find TUPEL attribute in ppoma_crm
Hello All,
We are implementing SAP CRM 7.0 Version enhancement pack 2.0, in ppoma_crm we are not able to see the attributes like TUPEL or division or distribution channel, please advice.
I am pasting screen shots of my ppoma_crm
The relevant Sales Org under the function tab is checked
The objects permitted under determination are also checked for my sales scenario
When I scroll below to check my attributes I am unable to find the attributes Tupel,Distribution channel and Division.kindly advice.

1) The report CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE was run without error's
2) Also check your org stricture- division and distribution channel will come under function tab- All my distribution channels and divisions have come under the function tab.
3) Run the report CRM_MKTBP_ZCACL_UPDATE_30 in SA38- Could you please throw light on this report, since we have not run this report, will the issue get resolved after running the report?

Adding a new field in PPOMA_CRM
Hi Experts,
In the attributes tab in the transaction PPOMA_CRM , for sales scenario there are number of attributes like acitivity reason,tupel,Country etc.
I need to add anther attribute called URL ....How can I do this?
Is there any screen configuration or any BADI involved

1) Go to tcode- OOATTRCUST. Double click on attributes. Select new entries. Give the attribute name as URL and description as URL.
select multiple values and save it.
2) Now select scenarios and select ur scenario like sales, service and marketing and double click on Attributes/Scenarios. Then choose new entries. ScenarioSale, AttributeURL, Inherit type- choose and save it.
3) double click on Object Types and choose new entry. Choose scenario as sales, service and marketing and select attribute as URL and object type as "o" or "s". "O" is for organization and "S" for position and save it.
Then while creating the org structure it will show u in org model as per ur scenario.

PPOMA_CRM - System does not find the correct Organizational Unit
Dear Experts,
we have done the following:
1. We created a new Z-Field within table CRMD_ORDERADM_H with the Application Enhancement Tool. The name of the field is: ZZFLD000000.
2. The we changed the View-Cluster T77OMATTR and added the attribute ZZFLD00000 (Name Postal Code).
3. We added the attribute to the View in Component BT126H_APPT.
4. In PPOMA_CRM we added the Z-Attribute to the Organizational Unit 'A' with a number range from '08030' to '08035'.
5. Then we changed created a new Org. Determination Rule and assigned the new Determination Rule to a new Org. Data Profile which we assigned to the transaction type. We made a try and the determiantion rule is working!
The point is, when we create an activity the user puts the postal code (in this example '08032') into the created Z-Field and then we expect that the specific organizational unit 'A' will be assigned like Service Organization.
To solve the problem we put a breakpoint to all SET and GET Methods of the Attribute but the system is not stopping there. We missed something but we can not find really the problem.
Which method we have to redefine so that SAP CRM is looking at the new created Z-Field and is searching within the Organizational Structure for the correct Organizational Unit?

But, I think it's have to work.
Pass guid to CRM_ORDER_READ, and get parameters.
After that, check where you can read postal code.
I think it's in lT_CUSTOMER_H
For example,

Organizational Structure Ppoma_CRM????
Hi!
I have an organizational Unit (Sales Organization) that is it not use any more. But in transaction BP it's still appearing in Sales Organizational screen as an option.
We have CRM 3.0 and in Ppoma_crm we have an option to deactivate it:
"Object permitted for scenario" , but we are migrating to CRM 5.0 and this option doesn't appear.
Does someone know how to do this in CRM 5.0????

I am not exactly sure on how to deactivate this in 5.0
But one work-around that I could suggest is, in the Change Organization Model transaction, you can change the "Valid to" date to a past date and this would make the Sales Org unavailable else where in the system.

I am using external number ranges for the Business Partner, that's why I want to assign manually business partner (should appear in the column of BP in front of an Organizational unit) in transaction code "PPOMA_CRM". The system assign the BP automatically with the Internal number assignment but i want to use the External Number ranges. really appreciate your help.

A position cannot be shared between 100 or 1000 employees. At the max between 2-3 employees with the total percentage adding up to not more than 100 %.Its ideal that each employee has a unique position so that it can be helpful in reporting as well.
