PRICING - Condition record is missing in Condition Type BW51

Hi Folks.
After implementing SAP Note #815720 and #916003, regarding Withholding Tax Accumulation (Brazil localization), I got a gap.
The BW51 Condition (WHT Acc. Flag - Access Sequence BRWT) misses all conditions on its access sequence.
Taking a look at  A346 table I realized that it didn't get records migrated from J_1BTXWITHV.
Consequentely, it didn't get activated and its subtotal condition (2) didn't work as well.
I migrated TAX TABLES to CONDITIONS on J1BTAX, however my records are not in A346 linked with BW51.
May you give a tip? Why can't I see BW51 on A346 even migrating J_1BTXWITHV?
Thank you very much.
Leandro

Hi Leandro,
The condition is related with flag accumulation dynamic tables. Therefore, if in the table J_1BTXWITH, for instance, the flag (Origem Base de Cálculo) the condition BW51 is activated and it start to has e value 100%.

  • Condition record is missing in sales order

can u please help me on my issue,my issue is in my sales order there are the different types of materials are there,on which the tax is applicable as12.5% on few materials,20% on few materials,on service materials tax is 10%, 2%, 1%,depending on this i have mapped the conditions and it is calculating accordingly, but when i  see in sales order by selecting one material, when i go to conditions, analysis of that particular line item,it shows 10% 2% 1% condition records are missing, same wise verse when i select another condition and see the analysis it shows 12.5% condition record is missing, when i go and select the another condition,if i check the analysis it shows 20% tax condition record is missing, but its not throwing any error, and showing document is complete, can any one suggest is it the right procedure or i have to make any changes in to it.

    Hi
I see no issue in this. It is correct system behaviour.
When you have different tax rates for different materials, obviously the condition records will be accessed based on the entries maintained for each material.
E.g For material with 12.5% tax rate when you check in vk13, you will find only that entry and no entries for 20% and 10%, 2% and 1%.
So the access sequence fetches only what has been maintained in VK11 for each material.
This is absolutely fine. Go ahead and save the order.

  • Condition Record for a Header Condition?????

    Friends,
The Client has a business requirement as follows:
1.They have over 100 transport vendors to cater to their
    Shipping requirements across the country.
2.The freight charges are different for all transporters.
    3. These charges are to be put at the HEADER level in the Sales Order.
    6. They do not want to enter the freight charges manually (referring to a seperately maintained freight charges/transporter list).
    6. They want the freight charges to be put at header level AUTOMATICALLY once the Transporter is chosen from the header partner function.
Is it possible to maintain a condition record for a condition which is defined as a 'Header Condition'.
To the best of my knowledge, we cannot maintain a condition record for a Header Condition.Header condition means all values are to be put manully.
    Please advise.
    Thanks.
    Mohammed Raheel

    Hi Mate,
Here you go. This is the best solution and it should work for you.
Create the fright condition type and uncheck the check boxes header condition and item condition. This action will let you enter an access sequence for the condition type. This fulfills the requirement for having the condition type to be automatic.
For this condition type to appear only at the header level and not at the item level, this is quite tricky. First thing that struck my mind is to check the "group condition" and point the "grp cond routine* to 1. This does not work because you have unchecked the Header Condition check box.
The other alternative to acheive the second requirement keeping the first requirement in place is to write a routine and assign it to the requirements column against the freight condition type in the pricing procedure. The routine will make sure that this condition is not picked up at the item level. If it is picked up you delete it programatically.
Please make sure you do not mark this condition as manual in the pricing procedure.
    This should work.
    Thanks

  • BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE  -"No condition record was found for condition"

    Hi Guys
I am using Function Module BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE to get the prices. I also want to enter a particular condition type for which i need price simulation. In course of doing so I get an error message  “No condition record was found for condition JECS”. Kindly let me how to resolve this.

    Hi,
If "JECS" is a condition for which you are doing simulation then you have to maintain this condition type in "V/06".
This is related to Pricing configuration in SD.
      Reward points if this helps.

  • Dates in the condition record maintenance for the condition type?

    Hi,
Condition type has the following dates when maintaining the condition record,
    Valid from date:
    Valid on :
Please ellaborate on the  above dates?
    Thanks

    Dear Rajiv
Valid from date:-   The date from which the said condition type is applicable.  For example, in VK11, if you changed (let us assume PR00 changed to Rs.250 from 200) a condition with a date as  01-06-08 in the above field, only from 1st of June'08, whatever sale orders you generated, revised value of Rs.250 will flow in the respective sale orders.  Whatever created b4 1st June'08 will be having Rs.200.
Valid on :-  As in the above case, if you input a date as 30-05-08 for the above condition type, system will populate Rs.200/- and if you input 01-06-08, it will propose Rs.250/-.
Hope this explanation is suffice for you to understand the difference between the two fields.

  • Adding condition records to BP in condition tab of genaral data

    Hi Experts,
I wanted to add condition records to a BP in condition tab of general data through BAPI. I tried to look for available BAPIs and could not find one. Is there any BAPI or FM to achieve this.
    Thanks in Advance.

I tried with below method :
While keeping the expression as it is :
    '([Measures].[On Time jobs]/[Measures].[Total Jobs])*100'
What I did was in the partition tab, i choose option "Query binding" (instead of Table binding) and over there I mentioned the condition
    WHERE Line_Number=1
So it should do the calculations only for the first line.
Is this approach also correct ?
    Thanks

  • Condition missing for Billing Type

    Hello Gurus
I have a Billing Type ( Say Z123) for which a condition ( say VPRS) is missing.  How can I update this ?
    Regards
    Rajesh

    Hi Rajesh,
You will have to do a Pricing analysis and then will have to follow corrective measures accordingly.
    Some common errors are:
    1) If the requirement is not met. in this case you will have to readt the requirement code and debug to see which check in the code is failing.
    2) If the condition record is missing, you will have to check wether the record exista and pricing date is within the validity dates. If its not created create  a new recrord.
    3) Lot of times, one data point is missing in the sales order for right determination of pricing records. You will have to check this analysis, if one data point is missing then it will carry an exclamation mark.
    4) It record has been found and not set, then change the pricing date to the date after pricing record validity date.
    Hope this helps.

  • Inquiry - PR00 condition record missing

    Hi
I looked for a solution for my problem in this forum and elsewhere and hence my post.
I am in process of creating a creating a Inquiry but there is an error indicating "Pricing error: Mandatory condition PR00 is missing".
There is a PR00 condition record for this material. I checked pricing analysis and notice system is not reading this condition record. Access sequence is indicating condition record is missing.
    What could be the problem?
    Thanks

Your problem is system is not determining pricing date.
In sales tab button of inquiry, enter pricing date.
Now go to Item conditions tab and click update button and select carry out new pricing.
Your problem should be solved now.
For inquiries, system takes 'pricing date' from 'valid from date' field.
I presume, you did not also give 'valid from date' in your Inquiry.
The reason why it is happening is because in IN order type, transaction VOV8, proposal for pricing date comes from proposal based on valid from date.
In future, assign dates in Valid to and from fields and you would not see this problem again.

  • How to Maintain the Pricing Condition Records in CRM

    Hi
I am new to the CRM
How to maintain the pricing condition records in crm for the particular condition type?
    as we do in SD(VK11)
    Thanks

    Hi Binu,
First of all, you could maintain pricing conditions in the following places:
    1. In General Condition Maintenance (GCM)
    2. At the product maintenance level
    3. At the 'Price agreement' tab of Contracts
    4. As manual conditions during order processing at item level
Now, if you want to maintain conditions using GCM, you first have to maintain a condition maintenance group in the customizing where in you can assign condition table and condition type for different counter values. I am assuming that you have done this activity successfully.
When you run the transaction '/SAPCND/GCM', for application 'CRM', your condition maintenance group name and context 'GCM', you will be initially taken to a screen where in you'll have an item area which would be blank and then condition fields would be displayed in a tree on the left.
Here, select the field 'Condition type' and click on icon 'Select records'. You would get a dialog prompting you to enter condition type. Here you can specifiy the condition type for which you want to maintain/view condition records.
If no condition records are available, item area would be left blank. Here, you can choose a condition type using the standard F4 help. Depending on condition types that are assigned to condition maintenance group, different condition types would be displayed in the F4-help using which you can maintain condition records.
    Hope this helps.

    Pavithra

1: Check PR00 in VK13 , if there are any scales maintained.
    Else
2: Check PR00 in VK13, and go to Environment changes and check if the price is changed recently or any changes are made which you are not aware of. Also please check the condition type definition of PR00 using T Code V/06 and check how the pricing date is being mainatined.

  • PRICING DETERMINATION WITHOUT CONDITION RECORD

    HI ALL,
can anybody explain me when you creating one purchase order if there no condition record for this material (for an example info record) how the price can automatically picked up and sit into the net price field.
    What is big-pricing procedure (RM0000)?.
PLEASE EXPLAIN ME IN DETAILS WITH A PROPER EXAMPLE.

    Hi
There is a condition type P101 to adopt the price from the Material master. Apart from this the Price is determined based on the info update indicator, this will creat an info recoprd automatically, if you see the inforecord then the price will not be present as this info record has not been manully created.
RM0000 is the Standard Pricing procedure given by SAP.
    Determination of Purchase Price (Example)
Purchasing creates a PO for 100 swivel chairs at $250 each, to be supplied by vendor Miller Co. No outline purchase agreement exists with this vendor. The agreed condition (discount of $10 granted on each chair purchased) is stored in an info record. No general price stipulations apply.
The system carries out the following price determination process:
    Assignment of price calculation schema:
    RM0000
Search for condition records belonging to the condition types listed in the calculation schema:
The system searches only for condition records belonging to condition types that are marked in the schema as non-manual.
    Condition type PB00
    Determination of access sequence
    0002
    Accesses within access sequence 0002
Accessing of condition table 068 (plant-specific agreement item) is not carried out
Accessing of 016 (contract item) is not carried out.
Table 017 (info record) is accessed and the condition record is found.
Condition records belonging to the other condition types are then sought.
In the example, no further condition records are found because condition type RB00 (discount) is a supplementary condition belonging to condition type PB00 and thus has no access sequence of its own.
The system then suggests a price of $240 per chair in the purchase order. The buyer can then enter further conditions (covering delivery costs, for example).
    Hope this clears your doubts.

  • Coprying rule-Pricing Condition records

    Hi,
When copying the condition records, it gave the message "*Copying is incomplete because no rules have been defined."Can anybody pls. guide as to how to define copying rule for pricing condition.
    Regards

    Prerequisites for Copying
The following general prerequisites apply to copying condition records:
If the condition tables differ between the source and target condition records, then:
Only one field may differ between the two condition tables
The condition tables must contain the same number of fields
If the condition types differ between the source and target condition records, then each condition type must have the same calculation rule, scale type, condition class, and plus/minus indicator.
    Copying Rules
Copying rules determine which condition types and condition tables you can use for copying between source and target condition records. The rules are defined in Customizing for Sales and must meet the prerequisites listed above. The standard R/3 System contains standard copying rules. If required, your system administrator can modify the standard copying rules or add new ones to meet your requirements. During processing, you can select from alternative copying rules, depending on what you are trying to copy.
    Examples of Different Copying Scenarios
The following three scenarios describe how you can copy condition records.
Scenario 1: Same condition types/same condition tables
You offer a special discount to a particular price group (a group of customers defined in the customer master record). You want to make this discount available to other price groups by copying pricing details from the existing record. In this type of copying, the condition types (K020) and the condition tables (table 20) are identical for both source and target condition records. The only thing that varies in this case is the value of one of the key fields (the Price group field).
Scenario 2: Same condition types/different condition tables
The access sequences for a particular condition type can be defined in Customizing for Sales so that it accesses more than one condition table. This means condition records with the same condition type can have different keys. You can also copy condition records where the condition type is the same but the condition tables are different. Say you offer a material-specific discount to a particular price group (condition type K032, condition table 32). You can copy this material discount and create a new condition record for a specific customer (condition type K032, condition table 5).
Scenario 3: Different condition types/different condition tables
You can also copy condition records even when both condition types and condition tables are different. Say you offer a special discount to a particular price group (condition type K020, condition table 20) as you did in the first scenario. Here, however, you want to copy this condition record not to another price group but to a new customer-specific discount (condition type K007, condition table 7). In this case, both condition types and condition tables are different.
    Copying Process
You can call up the copy function from the Edit menu in any of the following condition record screens:
    Creating
    Creating with reference
    Changing
    Overview
There are several typical scenarios for using the copying function. You may want to copy an existing condition record into a number of new condition records. In this case, you use the change condition record function. Alternatively, you may want to create a new condition record and copy it to other records all in one step. In this case, you use the create condition record function. In both cases, you can change the copied data before you save the new condition records.
    Note:
If the existing rules not suited to ur requirment , u have to contact Abapers to write the routines for ur requirement.
    Hope it is useful

  • Change Sacle Type in Condition Record

    Hi Friends,
Is there any way by which we can change the scale type while maintaining the condition records. We have maintained scale type A (Base Scale) in V/06 for a condition type. Now the business requirement is such that we need to maintain two condition records for the same condition type, first one with 'From' and the second one with 'To' scale type. Can this be done at the time of maintaining the condition records.
    Regards,
    Abhishek.

    Hi,
It is possible to change the scale type in condition record.
    Do the following.
    1. In V/06 for the condition type,  maintain the scale type as empty (can be maintained in the c. record)
    2. nowcreate c.record in vk11
    3. go to scales view
    4. here put the cursor in the scale type and click the lens at top right
    5. now u can change the scale type in the control tab of the view
now come back to scales view and maintain the values
    Hope this helps you
