Printing remuneration statement (Pay slips) in the portal

Good Morning.
I have the following request.
I want that the employee can display the remuneration statement (Pay slips) or (receipt of payroll) in the portal.
There is a service standard in the ESS for do this customizing.
What are the steps to do this?.
Kind Regards,
Sanew2

Hi,
The salary statement is either a Pe51 form or the HRFORM. Whichever it is, it needs to be added to the 'HRFOR' feature e.i, the form name needs to be added and the feature needs to be activated. Then the same will be displayed in the portal.
Secondly, there is another BADI, 'XSS_REM_INTERFACE' which needs to be implemented.
Then from here you can configure the settings for printing the salary statement from the portal ( the method DEFINE_PRINTBUTTON_STATUS in the BADI mentioned above needs to be activated, the button needs to be enabled) and then the MASS printing configured.

  • Print a KM document displayed in the portal

    Hi Experts,
I'm implementing ESS MSS for a client and I was asked to add an iview in the same page as Address to inform employees which other companies/phone provider.. they should inform when they change their address.
I added a KM document with the different addresses they should contact and displayed on the right on the screen like they asked.
Now they want to add a print button in order to print this KM document directly from the portal, I suggested the 'by default' browser's print clicking in the right button but they refuse (because the page is printed and not only the KM iview), they want to have a seperate button to print just the KM document.
    Any suggestion guys?
    Thanks you

In this case nothing to do with the KM Document iview.
You need to write your custom code in the KM document for getting the print button and print functionality.

  • I can't print my statements from banking websites - the option to print (drop down file menu) from the website is greyed out

I do my banking online, and have previously been able to print my statements off the website. Since the last update, although the page shows in the browser as normal, the option to print from the drop-down file menu is greyed out and I cannot print anything, even if I try and select a portion. It is not a problem with the website as I can print without a problem in another browser program. This problem has now persisted for quite a while with no resolution over time. How do I get Firefox to allow print from a secure website (I assume that is the problem?) It occurs with more than one secure site (two different banks)

I have the same problem... not being able to print website 'Print' pages. I have read carefully the above link and have followed the reset directions in about:config, but I still cannot print in Firefox. Both Google Chrome and IE work perfectly every time. I have verified that the correct printer is selected and that the margins are in order (0.5 all around happen to be what mine are set for). I have resorted to use the Firefox Add On "View this Page in IE" whenever I need to print something. Works like a charm, but come on... it should work in Firefox too! I know there is some setting or something, but the Problems_printing_web_pages link had nothing there that worked for me.

    Hi,
What is the meanig to User you are talking about? Is it HR admin, Py Admin, TM admin.
If yes, maintain these in infotype 0001 and you call the same in Payslip using single fields (Table P7, field SACHA / SACHP /S ACHZ)

  • Payroll Remuneration Statements - Print Entire History for one employee?

Has anyone found a way to print an employee's complete historical list of remuneration statments as a group rather than selecting them one at a time and printing them individually?
Our payroll manager gets two or three court subpoenas per month to provide individual copies of all remuneration statements for a single  This can total more than 200 statements.  It takes a lot of time to individually display each statement and print it before moving on to the next one.
Has anyone developed a report that could print all of an employee's statements for a selected time period without the need to print them individually?
We would appreciate any help you can provide.
    Thanks!
    Robin

Hi Robin - Here's an idea that won't require any programming at all (hope it works for you!).
You can run the paystub program manually with a list of personnel numbers - so one execution of the program (per payroll area) will print stubs for all the employees you selected. Here's how I would do that.
First - determine the payroll form variant used for your paystub; that can be found in the variant for your pre-DME program. Run transaction pc00_m10_cdtc and bring up the variant you use for running pre-DME in your regular payroll runs. The payroll form variant name is in the 'Display variant payroll form' field.
Second - Run transaction pc00_m10_cedt, and use the variant you found from the previous step. Enter the list of personnel numbers and the pay period you want to print, then execute the report. You should get a list of all the paystubs for those personnel numbers.
Keep in mind that you have to run this per payroll area. You can keep the same personnel number list each time, just change the payroll areas each time you run it.
You could keep an Excel spreadsheet during the day that has the list of personnel numbers, and then at the end of the day copy & paste them into the selection screen of pc00_m10_cedt. When you go into the extended maintenance for the personnel number field, you can paste the whol list there by pressing Shift+F12 (or select the right icon).
    Hope that works for you!

  • Printing Employee Pay Slip using HRFORMS

    Hello Experts,
I am working on a smartform for printing employee pay slips/remuneration statments using HRFORMS config.
I am trying to print the payslip checks using this and in the smartform, I have a problem with printing the check footer data using MICR font.
    I read the Note 94233 - Support of MICR font. I have both MICR_C 10.0 Point Bold=Off, Italic=Off
MICR_E 10.0 Point Bold=Off, Italic=Off configured, and it does not work. I also have the required setting for the output device in SPAD.
While I try to print C &bank number&C A&bank_account_number&A, it literally prints C and A instead of the special MICR characters for C and A.
Anybody came across any such problem before and found any solution to this?
I appreciate if you can reply with your solution, will realy appreciate it.
PS: I am using Smartforms for printing the forms here.
    Thanks in advance.
    Shivani.

  • Print Option in the Salary Statement. What is the Default Printer ?

    Hello
First off im new to the whole SAP ESS / NetWeaver theme and try to get a grasp of it.
Along the way one of my Collaegues asked me to find out about the Printing option in the Salary Statement of our ESS Portal.
I have been searching the Web quite some time now and hope to find the answer here.
The only thing I found was this Thread ...
    configuring printers in portal
... but this couldn't answer my question to the extent i hoped.
My Collaegue told me that we are using a Web Dynpro iVew to show the Salary Statement,
and that you will get a Message stating : "Document is been Printed" as soon as you hit the Print Document Button.
But the Document never showed up wether on the Local Windows printer nor on the SAP printer spool.
We are guessing that the Document is send to SAP and then waiting to be Printed,
but we can't find it in the spool of the coresponding Server.
We are using a 3 Layer System with a Server wich is running SAP ("PHR")
a Server wich is running the JAVA Apps. ("PP1") and the Desktop PC of the User.
We think that if the User triggers the Print the Java Apps Server hands down the command to the SAP server
wich then saves the file and stats in the ESS page "Waiting for Print to start".
But we cant find this file anywhere in the spool of the SAP Server.
We are running SAP 6.4 Enhanchmend Package 1 on the PHR.
On the PP1 we are running an SAP Netweaver 7.0.
The Desktop PCs are running on Windows XP SP2 with IE 7.
As i said im new to the whole theme and can not differentiate wich of the infos you need and wich you don't.
So i try to give as much as Possible but can only explain the problem to you the way my Collaegue's explained to me.
    With kind Regards

    Hi vijayols,
Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I gather you would like to learn how to reverse the print order when sending a multiple page documents to your Deskjet 2545 Ink Advantage printer.
I have included a document on print settings using Windows 8. In the section titled "Change print settings from the Windows 8 Desktop" there is a sub-section titled "Understanding Desktop print settings".  It explains the various options available and one of them is the page order of the print job.
You mentioned that you have a Laserjet 9050.  That is a commercial product so to get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums. You can do this at the link below.

  • Statutory deductions are not appearing in the Remuneration statement

    Hi Friends,
I have done all configurations to Indian Payroll including ESI, PF etc.,. To configure these deductions I have used SAP standard wage types. Everything is at the configuration level. But these are not appearing in HR form. Any customisation has to be done in addition to this. Can anybody help me in this regard.
    Best Regards,
    KP Gupta

    Krishna,
I suggest that you check the window screen as well.  Assuming you have developed the remuneration statement like most companies' pau slips, you would have created one window for Earnings and another for Deductions.  You need to assign groups to each window.  Double click anywhere inside the Deductions window and you will get a window listing the groups assigned to the window.  Double-click on the group(s) listed in the window to check if the deduction you need is listed there.
Like Ram Manohar suggested, also check the deductions side of the cumulation ID.
Also, go through the standard Remuneration Statement for India IN01 that's provided to check your form.
Let me know what you find.

  • Print Renumeration Statement for several pay periods

    Good Morning,
We use transaction PC00_M08_CEDT to produce payslips each pay period but are regulary asked to print several payslips for a single employee for 'x' number of periods.
ie. Employee requires last 13weeks slips for morgage application?
Is there a quick way of printing the slips without running the program 13 times?
    Thanks in advance,
    Richard

    Thanks,
I did look at using the Payroll Journal reporting but HR/Employee would prefer a copy of the slip. We print them on a pre-printed slip so the layout would need to be the same and although I could get the info from the report the layout was impossible.
I have looked at other systems that have a re-print facility and the old payroll system used back in the 90's also allowed this.
    Thanks again
    Richard

  • I can't connect my canon mp160 to my new apple iMac desktop. It just won't print although it comes up as the printer. there is no driver for this from canon who states that I probably don't need a driver for this

I can't connect my canon xp160 to my new IMAC. It does recognize it but won't print. there is no driver for this as per Canon and they state that I may not need one. thanks!1

If you want to print, then you will need a printer driver. There is no printer driver available from Apple for the MP160. And the last driver that Canon released for this model was for OS X 10.7. You may be able to install this 10.7 driver, although it is not digitally signed so Gatekeeper will block the installation. To get past Gatekeeper, you can hold down the Control key and click on the installer. A pop-up menu will appear. Select Open. You will then be given the option to install the old driver.
With the driver installed, add the printer via Printers & Scanners and see if you can print.

Soution: Delete the printer and add the same printer back in, therefore creating a new print queue.
