Problem downloading 9iDS R2

Question

I downloaded Oracle 9iDS R2. When I attempt to extrace the archive, I get the error message "cpio: premature end of file" The file I downloaded is 639,267,840 bytes. I downloaded this file for a friend who was having this same problem. I would guess that it is possible that the problem is either the file itself, or RH7.3. Any ideas?

Example 1: A normal DC
In this example, you want to examine the domain controller so you can verify that it is healthy and functioning properly. Type the following command at the command prompt:
C:\Program Files\Support Tools>dcdiag /s:reskit-DC1 /u:<username> /p:*
Substitute the domain name and  actual
account user name for <username>. If you want to specify the domain of the user, use <domainname>\<username>. For example, if you want to specify a user account named AlanS from the
Contoso domain, type /u:Contoso\AlanS to specify the user account. If you use an asterisk (*) for the password, the tool will prompt you for a password. If you want to type the password, you can substitute the actual user account password
for the asterisk. However, the password will appear on the screen when you type it.
Have you check sysvol replication?

Verify that the proper permissions are set for SYSVOL replication. At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
dcdiag /test:netlogons
The DNS settings is pointing to each other machines?
