Problem in Overwriting SHIP-TO-ADDRESS at itme level.

Hi Experts,
We are facing problem in Overwriting SHIP-TO-ADDRESS at itme level.
Issue : Item level ship to address cannot be overwritten when item and header shipping is same.
          if   item and header shipping address different then item shipping address can be overwritten.
Can any one  help me to solve this issue.?
What are all  the function modules  / BADIs used  for handling the shipping address..?
Regards,
Murugan Arumugam.

Hello Murugan,
Sorry for the late reply, but changing ship-to party address at item level is standard behaviour in the B2B webshop. Yes, there was a bug in CRM ISA v4.0 when a change to the header level ship-to party address didn't flow through to an already available item ship-to party address but only to newly added items. This was rectified in newer versions of ISA / eCommerce.
Cheers,
Ashok.

  • Ship to Address at line level not Updating to Ship to address at header

    Hi All,
    While Importing Sales Orders using DTW ,The Order header is correctly updating the logistics  Ship to address we mentioned in Address2 Filed . However, the lines is defaulting the shipto address from the Business Partner.The Lines needs to show the same address as the header.
    Issue is in SAP 2007 A SP-01 PL-10.
    Thanks,
    Neetu

    HI Gordan,
    Thanks for reply.
    We are setting ship to code as blank at header level and specifying ship to description.We want similar to be copied to line level.
    When entering Orders manually,it is updating corretly but when importing using DTW taking address from BP for LIne Items.
    If it updates correct address manually entering orders ,it should update while importing using DTW.
    Thanks,
    Neetu

  • Modification of the ship to address in the sales order at item level

    SAP ECC6
    Sales order. Transaction code VA01/VA02
    Creation/modification of the ship to address at item level/Allowed by SAP when sold to ≠ ship to/Impossible when
    sold to = ship to
    Hello All,
    I would like to set up an enhancement on the sales order.
    > What we want : we want to have the possibility to modify the ship to party address at item level. Indeed, we sometimes make slight modifications to address, such as adding the words "to the attention of"
    > What we don’t want : create a new ship to, to take into account the address modification or manage this modification in an item text
    > What SAP allows : At item level (as at header level) SAP allows you to modifiy the ship to address when the sold to ≠ ship to. BUT, SAP forbids the modification of the ship to address when the sold to = ship to
    Is there a means on the customizing to authorize these modification address at item level each time the sold to = ship to ?
    Many thanx
    Best regards
    Vincent

    sold to party=ship to party
    goto item and tab partner
    select partner function ship to party, again enter same code and press enter
    now see item partner automaticlly selcted.
    now double click on ship to party and change addrss etc accordingly.
    Hii Vincent,
    It is possible to change address of shipt to party at item level and it doest matter if sold to part & ship to party are same or different at header level.
    Please see above images.
    All you have to do is to select ship to party again in item tab-partners and enter code.
    Please check item you are using is activated for business data.

  • Endereço Ship to Address em itens vindos de requisições de compras

    Olá amigos.
    Estamos usando o SRM 5 no cenário clássico extendido e estamos enfrentando um problema durante a migração de requisições de compras proveniente de um backend para o SRM:
    O procedimento é referente ao endereço Ship to Address e acontece no seguinte caso:
    (01) Criamos uma requisição de compra (PR) no R/3 e enviamos para o SRM;
    (02) O endereço de entrega dos itens (Ship to Address) é sempre preenchido com o endereço da Organização de Compras definido na aba de endereço da Organização de Compras no PPOMA_BBP (este endereço também pode ser visto como o endereço principal da Organização na BP);
    (05) Quando nós criamos um pedido (PO) para a PR através do Portal e tentamos mudar o endereço de entrega (Ship to Address) para algum já existente (usando o search help disponível  na tela), as únicas opções de endereço são aqueles que estão listadas como endereço de entrega (Ship to Address) para a Organização de Compras na transação BP. O problema é que mesmo depois de escolher o novo endereço, quando voltamos para a tela de parceiros, o nome do endereço ainda aponta para o endereço antigo.
    Levando em consideração que:
    (01) Nós não estamos usando ADDR_SHIPT atributo de PPOMA_BBP;
    (02) Utilizamos a transação BP para manter quatro endereços de entrega (Ship to Address) para a Organização de Compras.
    temos dois problemas:
    (01) Como devemos proceder para preencher o endereço de entrega (Ship to Address) do item no SRM com o mesmo endereço preenchido para o item na PR? É possível por configuração ou só por customização?
    (02) É possível corrigir o erro relatado no item 5 acima realizando alguma configuração ou somente através de customização?
    Por favor nos ajudem com essas questões que nos são críticas.
    Obrigado,
    Evandro Miasato

  • Change ship to address in sales order

    Hi Friends,
    I am an SD consultant and need your help regarding a requirement.
    While creating the sales order, the user changes the address of the ship to in the order - header - partner tab. The user deletes the name1 of the ship to party and keeps the name1 of the sold to party here. This is our business requirement. When doing manually, it is perfectly saving the changes. But, the client requires to handle it through program because sometimes the users are forgetting to change the ship to address and it is creating problems at field level. Our technical team is finding it difficult to handle the process and I would like to take the suggestions of experts here.
    In brief, my requirement is,
    when the user creates a sales order, system should take the name1 details of the sold to party partner and keep it in the name1 of the ship to party address.
    Please let me know if any more details are required.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

    HI  Ravi
    in the BADI  'ORDER_SAVE' you can implement the method 'PREPARE'.
    this method will call after have pressed the save button.
    best regards

  • Ship-to address line item issue in ISA

    We're facing a problem regarding ship-to addresses when placing orders in the B2C scenario of the ISA with a CRM backend. When an order is placed, the ship-to address is correctly populated in the header of the order. However, in the line items, this does not reflect. Instead, the ship-to value is the partner's standard address (the address used for bill-to and sold-to).
    This occurs intermittently, and is inconsistent across the same partner, delivery address and line items: most of the time the correct behaviour will occur with a given combination, but from time to time the problem manifests with that same combination.
    I realise this is a vague description, but would appreciate it if someone could suggest a direction of enquiry, or has any ideas. We are struggling to determine what could be causing these identical inputs to have divergent effects.

    Hi James,
    I have seen a similar problem in CRM ISA 4.0 on an early SP. It was however rectified in further patch releases. Please check in SAP OSS for updates.
    Regards,
    Ashok.

  • Ship-to address changes on customer master not updating orders

    We have recently noticed that ship-to address changes on the customer master made with XD02 no longer show up on existing standard orders.  Similar changes to the sold-to addresses do show up but no tthe ship-to addresses.  Does anyone know how we can resolve this problem?

    hi jeff,
    the adresses of a partner is
       - with reference to the master-data  ( if unchanges in the Order )
       - of copied in the order and then changed and saved onlyy for the order.
    in the first case, a change of the main data will effect a change in the order.
    in the second case, the change of the main data will not change the order, data - they are separate.
    you can see this in se16 / table vbpa.
    look at the adressnumber.
    Adressnumbers of 9++++ are of the 2nd - manual type.
    I guess, in the ship to partner, there is done a manual change in the order.
    in solt to data normally you don't need such a change. therfor the sold-to partner will get the changes of masterdata -- the ship to partner has manual adress of the orden.

  • Ship to address required for non-billable items?

    Hi
    We are using order management but all our items are non-billable items. Orders are for Adverts in Magazines/Newspapers therefore not tangible items.
    Is it mandatory to assign Ship-to address to all our customers? We are not doing any shipping. How is it possible to create customers only with Bill to Addresses?
    Thanks

    Hello,
    I think it is no problem, just create customer like you want in test instance and test it or delete Ship-to address on sales order and book.
    Remember that you have to add correct workflow to sales order type(without shipping)

  • Ship-to address resets (bug?)

    Hello,
    I have had a problem with the DI API since version 2005A. We are currently on 2007A PL48. The shipping address will reset to its default if you modify any header data (except UDFs) through the DI API. Can someone verify this or let me know that I'm doing something wrong?
    Steps to reproduce via DI API:
    Add a sales order via DI API and set the "address2" field to "some address"
    The database will have "some address" in the table
    Now modify any field in the header including the ship-to address and save the document (using DI API)
    The database value will reset to the default shipping address/format for the BP
    Any input would be appreciated.
    -Dave

    I'll explain better with code this time. I created the order through the SBO client and did not modify the address fields (left defaults in place).
    TEST STEP 1)
    Dim B1Doc As SAPbobsCOM.IDocuments
    B1Doc = SAPCompany.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oOrders)
    B1Doc.GetByKey(12345)
    B1Doc.Address2 = "some address SHIPPING"
    B1Doc.Address = "some address BILLING"
    B1Doc.Update()
    NOTE: Both address values are set correctly.
    TEST STEP 2)
    Dim B1Doc As SAPbobsCOM.IDocuments
    B1Doc = SAPCompany.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oOrders)
    B1Doc.GetByKey(12345)
    B1Doc.Address2 = "some address SHIPPING #1"
    B1Doc.Address = "some address BILLING"
    B1Doc.Update()
    NOTE: B1Doc.Address reverts back to the default address
    TEST STEP 3)
    Dim B1Doc As SAPbobsCOM.IDocuments
    B1Doc = SAPCompany.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oOrders)
    B1Doc.GetByKey(12345)
    B1Doc.Address2 = "some address SHIPPING #2"
    B1Doc.Address = "some address BILLING"
    B1Doc.Update()
    NOTE: Both address values are set correctly.
    TEST STEP 4)
    Dim B1Doc As SAPbobsCOM.IDocuments
    B1Doc = SAPCompany.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oOrders)
    B1Doc.GetByKey(12345)
    B1Doc.Address2 = "some address SHIPPING #3"
    B1Doc.Update()
    NOTE: B1Doc.Address reverts back to the default address
    Do you not have this behavior? Am I doing something wrong? My only work around would be to save the document twice in order to update the address field back to what I want.
    This only occurs with the Address variable. You can run the same code and flip the Address and Address2 variables and you will see that the Address2 variable updates correctly every time.

  • Attribute ADDR_SHIPT Ship to address

    Hi,
    I have a problem I cannot resolve that for some of my users the Ship to address number has been maintained in the attributes in PPOMA_BBP so that the user has a default delivery address. However, no matter what we do the ship to address is not defaulting into the cart even though the address can be found via the F4 search help from the cart itself. Does anyone know why this would happen as it only happens for a few users?
    Thanks
    Andrew

    Hi Andrew

  • Ship-to address blanks out after changing in header of transaction VA01

    Experts,
    When I change the ship-to party address(ex: street and city) in header->partner in VA01 transaction and hit the button 'Branch Transfer' (Implemented Badi) in main screen of VA01, then the ship-to address blanks out and just remains WE and Ship-to party no. and remaining everything like name, street, city and postal code erases.
    When I did the same change without hitting the 'Branch Transfer' button in the same main screen of transaction VA01' it works fine and it kept all the fields like WE, Ship-to party no, name, street, city and postal code.
    I spent lot of time in debugging by checking what is happening before and after hitting 'Branch Transfer' button and I also checked the internal tables XVBPA and XVBADR but I didn't find the correct solution.
    One more thing I would like to share with you is, once I change the ship-to party address in VA01 it is keeping the old address and new address in the tables XVBADR and XVBPA with the address numbers as WE $0000.
    Could you please verify and let me know what exactly the problem when I change the ship-to part address in the transaction VA01.

  • Ship-to address overwritten in sales order/delivery

    Hello,
    We have a peculiar problem in our production.
    Our user created a sales order, then two deliveries out of this order.  No PGI had been done and the ship-to code in the SO/deliveries was not changed.
    The user then changed the ship-to address in one of the deliveries.  The address in the other delivery was overwritten with the same address and so was the ship-to address in the sales order.
    Any idea what went wrong?
    We tested this in our test environment and there was no such problem.

    As per my knowledge by changing the address in SO or delivery does not impact any where. Usally  we change the address in partners tab at header level by double clicking on the code. If client required any specific address ( not CMR )  in excise output or commercial output this new address we can get by making some changes in smart form and print it out.

  • Ship to address changed in already invoiced orders

    Hello SAP Experts,
    Is there a way to prevent customer (ship to) address change in already invoiced sales orders while changing ship to address in XD02?
    Since the address pointing to ADRC table, everytime we make changes in XD02, it is reflecting in all SD documents new and old. My client has a unique requirement, they want to change the address in XD02, which should only change to new sales orders. They do not want to change the address in already invoiced sales orders.
    Regards,
    Sridhar Dawady

    Dear Sridhar,
    I try in my server ur problem.
