    We have a problem with billing date in transaction . Previously we could set up different (earlier) billing date than the actual posting period and now it is not working. We receive an error message that the posting period is closed ) .
    I attached an example invoice which we managed to post and where you can see what Iu2019m thinking about, parking number: 1024337, BILLING DOCUMENT: 841835. In this case the billing date was at 30.11.2007, but the posting in 15.07.2008 and we managed to post.

    After the last purchase, it said that was a problem with billing the last purchase and need to verify my billing info, i put the password, trying to load and after few sec asks me again,i put again...the same....i tried at least 10 times and does that.....i check if my creditcard didnt have money and it has......i check the password it works (i tried a wrong pass and corrected me)......WHat is going on??? Please help....

    I think iPhone is jus a bloody rip off I downloaded a app now I can't download another app I called customer service more then 10 times today they took away 15 pounds of my call time so I would recommend everyone not to use I phone they don't give much help but they love ripping poor customers like myself

  • Problem with Billing due list, relating to Returns Credits

    I have a query/ problem with the billing due list
    I cannot seem to be able to create billing documents via VF04 for Returns credits, only via VF01
    I have changed Billing relevance of Item category REN to be A - Delivery related,
    As we previously had problems with incorrect qty being billed IF returned delivery quantity was different to Returns order quantity   - this resolved the problem but I now cannot create billing via billing due list
    Messsage appears ' delivery type LR cannot be invoiced with billing type F2'
    If i enter billing type RE then the document is not gettting picked up at all
    when Billing relevance of item category was B, order related - all seemed to be working ok
    I have copy controls set up from LR to RE with item category REN, with pricing type G
    Please advise how i can get the Returns to appear in the billing due list

    Hello,
    Just recently, about 5 months ago, I recieved a Visa giftcard for graduation. I used that as my billing information; chose VISA as the card and then put in the card number. After I was done picking my desired songs, it told me there was a problem with my information and that it had been declined or something. It also said I would have to resolve it before I would be able to purchase more songs.
    So are we not allowed to use VISA gift cards? Now I have a iTunes gift card that I want to use and it wont let me because this previous problem has not been resolved. What do I need to do? I'd rather not have to repay this or have to use this iTunes gift card to pay for it. There was money on that VISA card and I used it to buy songs. I do not have a credit card to repay it either. What do I do?

    I experienced the same problem around the same time. After several less than helpful and very frustrating emails from Apple Support, I happened upon a very simple solution that solved my problem. I went into "Edit Payment Information", and I re-entered my credit card information, security code, etc... just like I had tried a thousand times before. BUT this time, I TYPED IN A SPACE AFTER MY FIRST NAME. It worked. It finally accepted my credit card information.
    They tell you to enter your name just as it appears on your bank statement. It just never occurred to me that they meant to include spaces. I would assume that if your bank prints your middle initial on your statement, you should include that in the "First Name" box as well along with any applicable punctuation. For example, Joe(space)S.(space).
    I offered this advice to my friend as she was having the same problem, and it worked for her, too. So, you might want to give it a try.

    Hi, guys. I'm a new owner of an Ipad gen.3.
    I was trying to use my itunes - in order to install and use other apps, and after entering all the info required on BILLING, the system wouldn't work, but sends me to contact AppleSupport. It does not specify what exactly is wrong. Do I have to wait for a while or what? I always had problem with understanding such technology, though I'm using my macbook since 2006.

  • Problems with bill copying control and materials with variant configuration

    Hi experts,
    I have a problem with a bill copying control and the way that my customer is trying to create and print the Bill (VF01).
    Let me explain...They have in a Sales Order a material with variant configuration per position, each one can have many characteristics. This characteristics must be printing on the billing document, creating different bills 'coz the max. lines number is 18, so the bill must change page per material-characteristics.
    Example:
    Max. Number Lines = 3
    Position 10      
    Material A     
         -Characteristic A
         -Characteristic B
         -Characteristic C     (Bill 1) 
         -Characteristic D
         -Characteristic E
         -Characteristic F     (Bill 2)
    Position 20
    Material B     
         -Characteristic A     (Bill 3) counting characteristics upside
         -Characteristic B
         -Characteristic C
         -Characteristic D     (Bill 4)
    I created on Tx VOFM (Data Transfer-Billing documents) a routine trying to control this jump, but my problem is when I'm creating the Bill document (VF01) this work only by position, the debugging enter per position.. so I don't have any control to tell the program must count the characteristics and create another bill.
    So... Somebody can help me..or have any idea to solve this problem.....

      For our coming assignment, we do have similar sort of situation. Currently we are in Requirements Gathering phase.
      Though we do not have Variant Configuration in place, we do have restriction for no..of items to be used for printing in Billing Documents.
      Current proposal is that we will restrict at Sales Order Creation. If the number of items are increasing, we will restrict saving the document and loading has to be done again. As itz better to restrict at initial phase.
      Our schema is One Sales Order -> One Delivery -> One Billig Document.
       Will post if we can manage to acheive some other way and do request you the same.

    I've been having problems with the iTunes store lately. It tells me that I owe iTunes $1.04, even though I have over $8 in store credit left. When I try to pay the outstanding balance, nothing happens. Also, I saw something strange on the bottom of the form for editing my payment info: there is a checkbox that says: MXEditAddressWizard.OutstandingBalance: $1.04 [x]

    Hello , I have just had this popup at the bottom of my account page.
    I could not purchase anything as me card had expired but I had previously purched the game AIRPORT MANIA, but this had not shown on my account.
    So I left the MXEDITADDRESS WIZARD ticked, and clicked apply.
    It then said that I had purched the above Airport Mania.
    So I assume that somewhere the game has its name incorrectly stored and thinks its MXEDITADDRESS WIZARD.
    Weird.
    Hope this is of some use.

  • Problem with Billing Engine after upgrade from CRM 5.0 to CRM 7.0

    The system  of our customer has been upgraded from CRM 5.0 to CRM 7.0. After that some problems occurred regarded the billing.
    In the Billing Due List a dump occurs when clicking on an item and then on conditions
    Dump message: No function module can be found named "/1BEA/CRMB_DL_PAR_O_DERIVE" however.
    (Other classes are  new generated after the upgrade)
    During the Analysis we looked to the billing engine navigator:
    In the Billing Engine Navigator (Transaction: BEFN_F1) the Generation Log shows the following:
    We have re-generated the Object PAR in CRMB->DL->Feature->PAR. But this shows the above displayed error message. How can we add value to the Placeholder?
    Another question is which impacts does it have if we regenerate the complete billing engine for CRMB with transaction BEA_CONFIG_F1 (Configure Application)?

    we checked the key figure settings and categories. Everything is maintained correctly.
    Since we work with MRP areas we also checked the "Global Parameters and Default Values for MRP Areas" in APO Customizing: The "Default values for Stock Transfer Documents" is set to "1" = Stock Transport Requisitions for MRP Areas.
    BUT: When I try ot change this indicator I get the following message no. /SAPAPO/MRPA000:
    "Process. w. stock transp. requisitions is not supported in standard sys. The process with stock transport requisitions will be supported as of SAP R/3 Enterprise Core Release 4.70 with SAP R/3 Enterprise Extension Set 2.0. ".
    As far as we work with ECC 6.0, EHP4 this message makes no sense.
    Does anyone have another idea?

    If you have a credit card on file with your apple id you can remove it and select the option for none, if something is wrong with your credit or billing information it will prevent you from downloading any content until its resolved.

  • Problems With Billing Info On iTunes...

    Ok, I've read SEVERAL people on here complaining of the same exact thing that just happened to me last night.  Here's the story: apparently, i had purchased 5 songs on iTunes and put them on my iPod with the same debit card I've been using for the past 2 years I've been using it (on iTunes, among other places).  This was on 5/25.  Yesterday, I logged onto iTunes to purchase another song and it kept telling me that my security code for my card was invalid.  I kept re-entering the number several times to no avail.  Then, it went from saying my security code was invalid to saying that they cannot process my request at this time.  So I went to the support "express" lane and e-mailed a technical guy.  While waiting for a response, I figured I'd give my bank a call to see what was happening.  Apparently, they put a hold on my card because they noticed something "fishy" (a $1.00 charge and then a $1.00 credit) without notifying me.  Because my card was on this "hold", Apple/iTunes was unable to bill me for the five songs I purchased on 5/25.  So my bank then cleared the hold, and said there should be no problems after that...like I've said I've used the same card/same address everything for the past two years now without modifying or changing anything.  So I went back in, and tried entering the same card again, and this time I got the dreaded, "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction."  And that's the same message I kept getting.  I've called three different numbers (no one helped), and I've e-mailed the support express lane from two different e-mail accounts. 
    Here's the response I got from both:
    "After reviewing your account, I have contacted a supervisor for assistance.  They told me that they fixed the problem.  Please wait at least thirty minutes before accessing your account.  This is necessary to prevent the error message from returning." 
    Guess what?  I waited well over an hour, and am still getting the same **** message.  Just so I didn't have some outstanding charges, I went back and entered my credit card information (to just pay for the five songs that had yet to be billed on 5/25) and it worked and the bill went through.  So I went back in and tried to change it back to my debit card (who wants to pay interest, when you have never had to for the past 2 years??!) and I'm still receiving the same **** message.  I've read all of these horror stories of how people went back and forth with this "support" over 30 times...that is ridiculous!  Why the **** isn't there some number you can call to complain on this *** backwards "wait 24 hours before we give you a scripted response" nonsense?

    And before this problem existed, there was never an option for "NONE" at the Billing Info menu for my iTunes account.  When I logged on after the support allegedly corrected the problem, the "NONE" feature randomly appeared!  I've even tried clicking NONE and then DONE to update it, and even that gives me the "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction." message.

  • HT1918 On both my iPod Touch and iPad when I try to download a new app or update an old one I am stopped by a message that says there is a problem with billing on a previous purchase...please update your payment method. I have updated everything.

    The message also says that PayPal is not enabled on this device.  I don't know why it would try to bill PayPal for anything.  As far as I know I have not ordered anything except free apps.

    We have to protest for it.
    If an error occurs with the download and we want to try again, the download MUST continue from the part where was interrupted, no start all again. We have to protest for it. Please, Apple Inc, try to fix it. It's very easy to do. If I am downloading a firmware version from iTunes and an error occurs with the download , you should put a button that reads "Continue the download from the interrupted part", no only a "OK" button that finishes the download and I have to start all again when I want to retry. Solve it, please.
