Production schedule report/Standard v/s actual report

Dear experts,
Need two standard report for
1) Production schedule report- production during the perion and their cost component and items break up
2) Standard v/s actual report - Standard defined for material  and actually consumed in term of qty and Cost for material and production order.

Thanks for your valuable advice,
I did all the changes mentioned in thread.
Cost component wise production target cost and actual cost is coming.
Same way i did it for qty.but my actual qty of production order is not coming but input qty is coming.
Option selected for output qty and same is not coming in report
key figure-output qty
value type-4actual
version-770IVERS
Option selected for input qty and qty is coming in reports also
key figure-input qty
value type-5target
target cost version-790SVERS
Need to ask one more question,Shall i create separate cost component for FG cogm a/c?.my fg cogm and settlement a/c is same.
and also how to extract all data(cost component wise) in excel for all orderwise/material wise

    Dear Expert ,
    I have multiple production orders and each operations have schedule start date and finsihe date .My client wants a graphical bar chart or grarate chart of production oreds , operations schedule  based on  vaious work centers after doing capacity leveling in CM21 graphical view  so that every week we can production manager can send the concern people those production schedule to SFC.
    Is there any functionality or SAP reporting tools are available in this requirement ? I have tried in CM21 --print - chart2 which is giving me order pool before operation despatch ..I am not able to get the same chart2 after order-operation  dispatch .

    I did not able to find out anY sap standard report of this requirement .
    How ever , I have developed an functional specification to make  a custom report based on COOIS and CM21.User will  carry out  work centre , operation and production order wise   scheduling(Operation dispatch , overload checking and scheduling )  in CM21  and same will be captured in custom developed report based on COOIS.This can have an graphical chat in PDF or excell as per business requirement  to send the concern production department as reference .
    As there is  client policy of data protection  , I am not able to share details  about this report .

    i dont think it is possible to see both in one pan so try to create some Z report
    u try ME80fn here u have to change the views ,in del shedule view u can see the delivery dtae and in PO histry view u can see the posting date

  • In report painter GRR3 1VK  Actual Value picked up from previous year

    Dear Experts,
    In report painter GRR3 > 1VK
    1. Column of Actual Quantity to take in Basic Key Figure from Statistical Quantity
    2. The value is 4 (Actual) and Version is 0
    I found that the Actual value appeared are actually taken from the previous fiscal year. I have checked the line items and their document posting date it shown as last fiscal year.
    In this case, where should I amend to have the report pick up only actual value of this fiscal year? or Is there any value to maintain for GRR3 to pickup the current fiscal year actual posting?

    hi..
      Goto GRR3 > click on Lib 1VK it will show you all the report in 1VK library > select your report & double click on it
      It will display the report format. Then go to Edit at the top. you will find General data selection.click on it you will find available characteristics. Then goto GRR2 for making any change/selection for Fiscal year char
      If your report is a standard one you can not change. then copy the report from GRR1 and make the changes.
      You can also see the char in GR23 by selecting 1VK lib.

    Gurus,
    New in SAP PS module, appreciate your advice on the PS Plan Vs Actual cost reporting.
    What kind of standard extractor should we use in order to extract the Plan cost entered in PS?
    What kind of standard extractor shoud we use in order to extract the Plan cost enter?
    I would assum that we need to have to InfoCube where one will keep the actual and one will keep the plan cost?
    Then we build the multiprovider on top of this in order to report the Plan Vs Actual.

    If I recall correctly, you can use 0PS_C04.
    This cube contains actuals, plan, commitments...
    Take a look at the business content for  this.

  • WS-SDK Scheduling two instances of the same report with different params

    I'm using the web services SDK for Business Objects XI 3.1 SP 2 to schedule reports. I've got it so that I can successful schedule a report with prompts, setting the value for the prompt and running the report.
    However, I'm now trying to schedule two instances of the same report using a single call to BIPlatform.Schedule. It creates the correct number of new instances, the last of which is completely correct. The first one (and in fact if I do more than two all the rest except the last) lose the parameter value from the prompt and the schedule information and the type. So for example if I schedule two instances, both PDF, both for 8am tomorrow with parameters of 1 and 2, I get:
    A Webi instance, scheduled to run immediately with no parameters specified and
    A PDF instance, scheduled for 8am tomorrow with parameter 2
    Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

    Can you possibly post your code here that sets params and schedules? Also as you schedule 2 instances on a single report in a sinlgle biplatform.schedule call(): as you query for InfoObject what you actually query for a single report isn't it, or do you schedule a report template and reschdule it previous instance?

  • Variance Report between G/L Actual Balance v/s G/L Budgeted amount.

    Dear Sir,
    I have G/L Account wise company budget.
    I want to compare the same with G/L actual balance and arrive at a variance report.
    While executing the financial report at F.01 if I select Plan version as 0
    the report is displaying the actual figure and at planned column it is not showing any amount.
    I understand that this is because I have not yet maintained any amount in Planed version.
    I want to know How to maintain G/L account wise planned amount that can be compared while executing F.01?
    or
    is there any other means by which my above referred objective can be achieved?

  • Issue with report (S_ALR_87013611) that is actual/plan line items for Cost

    Hi Gurus,
    I am having issue with the report (S_ALR_87013611) that is actual/plan line items for Cost Center.
    When i execute the report for a cost element  510200 the amount is 23,380.13, but when i drill down on it by double click on that amount the value in obj curr is 15468.91. Hence there is the differnce. When i futher drill down by double click on the amont of 15468.91 and i go to display group currency and take the total it is 23380.13 and display in local / doc currency the amount is 15468.91. I guess due to this there is difference. The cost center & the cost elements are the same i have checket it.
    My concerns is that the group curr is USD and obj curr / local curr is USD. So is group curr and doc curr is USD then when i click on dislay curr and select group curr why the amounts are changing.

    Try to look if there is any filtering criteria applied in the report to which you drill-down.
    The difference can be also caused by the "value type" - some reports show actual and statistical costs together in one column while the others strictly show (are defined to show) only e.g. actual costs (type 04) and not the statistical costs (type 11)

    I am on BO 4.0 SP05 Patch 6. Webi reports are just showing processing but not giving results. When I try to create new report it is throwing java security error.

    I am looking for a Line Item Actuals report for a Profit Center Group  on the lines of KSB 1 report for Cost center /groups.
    I tried report "KE5Z but only profit centers can be selected, not profit center groups.
    Any help on this

    S_ALR_87013326 - Profit Center Group: Plan/Actual/Variance
    Call up Actual line items, here we go you would get the profit center group reports in similar lines as KSB1.

    Hi Ujjawal,
    To run or schedule the reports in the workspace first we need to have a connection file which is the OCE. See the below steps.
    --Launch IR studio and create a OCE file which connects to the source database and save the file (By default it will be .bqy file)
    In the Hyperion server Goto StartPrograms--Hyperion--Interactive Rporting--Utilities and Administration and Launch service configurator.
    --Now click on 3rd icon which is the Local service configurator and login with an admin account (Default: admin, Password: password).
    --Select DAS_SERVERNAME and goto properties there will be a tab for Datasource selct it and add a new datasource.
    --restart your Hyperion Core and IR and workspace services.
    --Launch workspace
    Navigate to the folder in which to place the file.
    2 Select File > Import > File.
    The first Import dialog box opens.
    3 Click Browse, navigate to the folder where the desired Interactive Reporting connection file is located, select
    the file and click Open.
    The name of the selected Interactive Reporting connection file populates the File field on the
    Import dialog box.
    4 Click Next.
    The second Import dialog box opens.
    Click Finish
    Now import a BQY as a File as Job and select and browse the file and next give your OCE connections and go next and select the time would like to run the job by selecting the Custom Event.
    If you want to schedule a job, you can right click on the file and then add a schedule.

    For that you can use table
    TSE05
    Inputs for this table are APP_OBJ = 'ADDM' and Keyword = 'REPORT' for report .

    Steps to Create Infoset Query (SAP Query)
    Steps on how to proceed to create a Query:
    ADHOC QUERY
    A query can be created to extract information from master records  i.e  Infotypes.  For example, by creating a query , the data relating to an employee contained in various Infotypes can be extracted.
    Proceedure :  
    Decide on  the various Infotypes we  want to make the query.  Decide on the area where we  want to query  i.e  Global area or Standard area.  Standard area is client specific and globel area will include all clients.
    Menu : HR u2013 PM u2013 Admn -  Information System -  Adhoc Query
    Select area standard and select the  user group already created
    Creation of new query  :  
    TC SQ03  -  Select Environment u2013 Select Standard Area -  Enter  --  If new user group is to be created, enter name of the user group, click on create and enter necessary information and  exit after saving
    TC SQ02  -  Enter name of the Infoset u2013 Create u2013 enter name of Infoset -  Data source -- >  Table join by basis table u2013 give name of table e.g  pa0000 -  Enter -  Click on insert table if we  want to include more tables u2013 give name of table one by one and after finishing,  place cursor on the joining lines and right click to delete unwanted relationships  - check  - and go back  - field groups  -  include all table fields  - click on generate button   -  go out
    TC SQ03  -  Select user group  -   eg.  Payroll
    Infoset  - Enter name of newly created Infoset 
    Assign users and Infosets  -  Assign infosets  -  put tick on payroll  - save and go back
    TC  PAAH  -  Expand the nodes and put tick on relevant fields depending upon necessity
    Save the query  by giving the same name as infoset for easyness..
