Provision entries to be excluded from budge contorl

Hi,
We are on ECC6, EHp4, and already live 4 years back with SAP. Now, we want to exclude the provison entries from budget control. I understand,I can do the same by creating the new docment type. But in derivation rule the document type I see are the FM document type which are created for budget uplaod, am I correct?
How do I do this? Can anyone advise please.

Hi,
There is no link between budgetary FM document type and FI document type. If you want, indeed, to exclude certain FI document type from budget control, create a derivation rule in FMDERIVE, deriving dummy/statistical commitment item for the relevant type.

  • Recover EKRS entries_MRER-excluded from ERS

    Hi,
    Need your advice on this.
We use MRER for ERS postings (not MRRL). As you all know there is a option of excluding a particular entry from ERS run by selecting the "exclude from ERS" in both the transactions. It removes the entries from the EKRS table. Lately, we have noticed some entries being wrongly "excluded from ERS".
Is there any option to include such entries in ERS again i.e. pulling back the EKRS entries?
Note 862379 does not help as it recovers the entries only for the reversed invoices. In this case no invoice was posted at all.
    Appreciate your kind help.
    Thanks.

    hb,
I'm not sure I understand what the problem is.  Are you saying that
       - a GR was done
       - entries placed on EKRS table
       - entries disappear from EKRS without executing MBER or MRRL?
Are you sure the entries are on the EKRS table at all?
Have you tried to reverse the GR and then do the GR again just to see what happens?  Are you sure the line item is set up for ERS?
    Good Luck

  • Customs Duty to be Excluded from Budget

    Dear All,
    Scenario:
In case of Import procurement, the Additional Customs Duty(ACD) is available for Setoff. For which client wants to exclude the amount of ACD to be excluded from Budget Consumption.
Can Any one give the suggestion, how to do the above requirement.
    Thanks.
    Raja.

    Hi Alex,
    Thanx for the response.
I believe, in case of Imports, there will be Planned Cost (Raw Material Cost) apart from this there will be local customs duty which needs to be paid, for receiving the goods, which are captured as Delivery Costs with different vendor at the time of MIRO.
The exact problem in this case is, the initial commitment will be booked at the time of PO, and actual accounting entry will be post by system at the time of MIRO
This is the problem, because during PO, total amount will be created as budget commitment and actual invoice will be booked after  some months at this time, even if the system reverse the extra commitment say after 3 months, it wont make much sense as for the whole 3 months, my budget amount is reserved as commitment against PO, which will be a  substantial amount.
So, Please share some ideas, how to come out of this situation, as the rollout of FM is held up due to this point
    Thanks

  • SAP HR Org. Structure excluded from integration to SRM

We have not set up the automatic integration of HR org changes into SRM organization (report RBDMIDOC, message type: HRMD_ABA).
In SAP HR some new org units with its positions and employees will be assigned.
We would like to exclude this new part of HR Organization Structure from
integration to SRM. In the transaction BD64 we can filtrer object type,
subtype, infotype and relationship but this is not sufficient for us.
¿How could we exclude from copying to SRM a whole part of the organizatonal tree, for example excluding a root org. unit (one ID) and all its dependets org. units (evaluation path)?
    Thank you in advance.
    Best regards.

    Hi Malgorzata Kaminska,
We had similar kind of requirement which we could acheive with
    01)  Write a custom program which calls the standard SAP T-code PFAL or (RHALEINI)
    02)  In the Exit R/3 outbound IDOCs, filter the PERNRs to exclude the list you do not want to.  If the list is static, you can maintain in a custom table one time and in the outbound idoc exit, check an entry exists in the table and exclude the PERNRs.  If the PERNRs are dynamic, then when the PERNR gets created, write another exit to populate in this custom table for PERNRs exclusion.
    03)  The custom program of point 01) will pick all the necessary PERNRs for replication and submit in the PFAL as select single.
    04)  The variant in the PFAL can have an evaluation path as P-S-O and executed under update mode.
    Hope this helps!!!

  • Button 'Exclude from ERS' MRRL don't work

    Hello,
When work this button?, i've in test mode and in real mode but any entry is deleted of list...
I have searched SDN solution, OSS, but I have not found an answer
    Regards,
    Silvia

    Hello,
If, on your system, you can see a column with ERS postable, this signifies that they are postable and cannot be excluded from ERS-
"In transaction MRRL, in test mode, only the items which cannot be
posted, can be selected for exclude from ERS. The items, for which the
invoice can be posted, cannot be selected for excluding from ERS."

  • Provision entry procedure

    Hi all,
can any one suggest how to do provisional entries for vendors in every month in SAP standard best practices way.
my client is booking vendor invoices through MM module. and they are using account assignment category F in the PO, to charge off the expenditure of PO value, when the GRN is made.
i mean to say that is the material, which is purchasing through the PO is non stockable item, it has to be written off to the expenditure GL account, when the GRN is made
hence by every month end there are some GRNs were not made even they received the goods for the same, because of PO is not prepared. so in that month before preparing the MIS they used to create some provision entries for which the actuval cost should go through GRN.
    the entry is like
    debit GL (Actuval GL)
    credit GL (Monthly Provision GL)
on 1st of subsequent month they will reverse the above entry
in this case we are not able to get these provision entries in our vendor due date analysis report, hence those entries were not hitting to the vendors
so i want to know the standard way of doing provision entries in SAP, which should adequate the requirement of capturing the same in my vendor due date analysis......
thanks in advance, hence this a current issue.

  • Client wants freight charges to exclude from discount base for payment

    Dear All,
Client wants freight charges to exclude from discount base for payment to vendor.
We have maintain the customization of "Discount base is net value" in Global Parameters for company code.
But while payment to vendors, the system is adding the freight amount in the discount base, which should not be.
Please advice, how we can solve this problem.
Is there any customization needed for that ?
    Regards
    BIJUDAS

    Hi,
The net caclulation is meant for calculation inclusive of exclusive of tax amount  and not freight amount. If you want to acheive this fro freight, the only way i see it is thrugh separate invoices. Alternatively you will have to go through the ABAP route in terms of user exits.

  • How can a qm-lot be excluded from availability check?

    Hi experts,
in oppj I can exclude "stock in quality inspection" from availability check, but the qm lots are still handled as fixed receipts. This is ok, because the qm lots are not a stock. But the availability check shows available quantity and this is, what I don't want!
The question is: "How can qm-lots be excluded from availability check?"
    Thanks for your help!
    SAP Anwender

    Dear,
when you talk about QM lot,
QM lot is created during PO GR or Production order GR. Hence before the GR, MRP showes a recipt is expected and recipt element is either production order or PO.
Now even after GR, system removes the PO/Production order and increase the stock.
Hence in availability check if you decativate QM stock, this stock will not be considered, if to be con sidered, then active the QM stock.

  • Unable to include VARI table in "Tables Excluded from REORG" No Edit options

I am trying to remove the table VARI from the automatic reorg in the dbacockpit.
    Steps followed :
    -> Configuration
    -> Automatic Maintenance
    -> Automatic REORG
    -> Tables Excluded from REORG
Issue : Unable to include VARI table in "Tables Excluded from REORG" No Edit options .

    Hello Arun,
Automatic reorg of the tables/indexes is done on the basis of result provided by script REORGCHK which runs on regular basis to analyse the table with huge growth and more fragmented blocks.
Since the default filter for reorg is set to size' 1,000,000 KB', table which has bigger size than the default value, needs to be reorganized as per the standard configuration.
To exclude table VARI, modify the filter clause, and update the policy using procedure Automaint_set_policyfile(). You then can verify again using automaint_get_policyfile(). The procedures are documented in the IBM DB2 InfoCentre. If you need assistance, please let me know.
I suggest to take the exported policy, and just add table VARI in the filter clause. The section could read as follows.
    ========================================================================
<FilterClause>TABSCHEMA NOT LIKE 'SYS%' AND (TABSCHEMA, TABNAME) NOT IN
(SELECT TABSCHEMA, TABNAME FROM SYSCAT.EVENTTABLES) AND (TABNAME <>
    'VARI')</FilterClause>
    ========================================================================
Then apply this policy, and check results.
    Please provide feedback.
    Best Regards,
    Gunjan

Is there a way/function to manipulate the "Exclude from XML Output" property for attributes at runtime (say, in the after param form trigger ?)
The srw.package contains functions to manipulate the "other 4" XML properties of an attribute, but not this one... ?

  • Transport KM rooms as entry point for broadcasting from Portal 7.01 to Portal 7.4 possible?

    Hallo together,
is it possible to transport entry points (for broadcasting) from one portal to another?
For our upgrade BW 7.01 to BW 7.4 we want to transport the KM Content (including the rooms).
Transporting the rooms and room structures is no problem, but the transported rooms are not visible in ENTRY POINTS -> My Room Folders.
Only rooms that are newly created in the 7.4 Portal are visible in that folder.
Is there are way to make the transported rooms also visible there?
    Thanks and best regards!

    Hi Ramakrishna!
I know that WP-PI 6.00 will work fine with R/3 4.6C but my doubt is if I can use WP-PI 6.00 (which is
    EP 6.00 plug-in) to connect the R/3 4.6c with an EP 7.00.
I didn´t find anything like WP-PI 7.00 in SAP Marketplace. I´ve already read the note you pointed out but it refers to EP 6.00. It also says you can use WP-PI 6.00 por EP 5.0 or Sap Workplace. But can I also use it with EP 7.00?
    Thanks for your help.
