PS CC will not let me import a supported file to edit. Has anyone else encountered this?

Hi
I have downloaded PS CC trial. Despite my camera being supported, it wont let me import my image to work on. I have run the updates, checked the file format is supported, tried to speak to Adobe who cannot help until Monday (!!!!) and I really need to submit an assignment by Monday.
Has anyone encountered this problem? What did you do to resolve the issue?

What do you mean by "import" images? Are you talking about editing files in Camera Raw? Is it a raw file? From which camera? Exactly what version of Camera Raw are you using?

Messages (that came w Moutain Lion) will not deliver my messages anymore - cannot get it work. Anyone else having this issue?

Messages (the old iChat) was working great when I first downladed Mountain Lion. Since a few days ago, I cannot get messages to send any messages on my MacBook Pro and it won't send some messages on my iPhone (some work, some don't). I have tried quitting the program and restarting it, I have tried restarting the computer. I've gone into preferences and cannot find anything in there to change or fix...I'm at a loss as to why this is happening. Anyone w/ any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!!

My problem is somewhat similar. I just replaced my iMac with a Retina MBP, and mostly everything migrated (except for a couple apps like XCode) and it's running fine, pretty much identical to the iMac. Messages was working fine on iMac (both have Mountain Lion latest update), and I'm getting all my messages fine on the RMBP, but every message I send errors out and resending errors out, haven't been able to get one delivered since I switched.
Is there any way to debug what is causing the time out error? I'm logged into my accounts properly, have restarted messages several times, turned off the original iMac in case of error, etc.
Edit: But I didn't reboot my RMBP, and of course, guess what? That fixed it. '
My guess is that because I had the iMac still running on the same network as sort of a twin to the new computer, it might have caused some sort of confusion that wasn't worked out until I restarted fresh with the iMac off. You would think that would only cause problems with recieving, not sending, but that's my theory.

I can no longer use the driver for my PSC 1600 Series as of two days ago. The message tells me that the software is not available to update! Has anyone else encountered this. I have OS 10.73 and a MacBookPro

As of two days ago, the ability to print from my MacBookPro to the PSC 1600 Series vanished, indicating they do not have new software ready. I have tried HP and Apple but have not received any help. Can anyone help me to find whatever software that was either lost or not updated. My iMac did have an HP update.

Is this observed as the iPhone is plugged into a Computer or into an AC outlet; or both? In any case you should try a Reset of the iPhone by depressing the Sleep button and the Home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears then wait for the Reset to bring your iPhone back to the Lock-Screen.

The iTunes Store has no phone support and never has. Contacting them has always been via web form. Go here:

Yeah... that's exactly the way it is supposed to work. Sharing the library does not move it anywhere.
To move the library to the new computer, copy the entire iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer.

Can you access the images with Image Capture (in your Applications Folder) ?

Lightroom will not let me import photos from either camera or desktop. I can see them in the preview part of Lightroom but when I click import, just says they can't be read. HELP!

Lightroom will not let me import photos from either my camera or my desktop. They show up in the preview bit of Lightroom and I select the ones i want to import, then add my metadata info etc and file handling, but then when I hit IMPORT just keeps saying they can't be read. SO FRUSTRATING.

I believe DdeGannes suggested permission on the Destination folder (not the source folder). Performing a copy requires only Read&Write permission on the destination folder, not the source folder. You need to go into your operating system and change the permissions to Read&Write on the destination folder. (If you don't know how to do that, go to your favorite search engine and type in Change Permissions Mac)
