Can I request i tunes to research a song that is not found in the normal i tunes library so that I can purchase it? I wish to down load "Why does it hurt so bad" by Whitney Houston but the live MTV music award version. circa 1996 or 1997. Los Angeles was the venue.

You can request whatever you like. That does not meant hat they will be able to attain the rights to sell it.

Dream kitchen hopes shattered because of special order purchase

My wife and I have been saving for a long time to build a kitchen of our dreams. We finally saved enough money to put our plan in motion and start the remodel project over Labor Day. In our extremely tight budget we planned for a new refridgerator. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the Baxter MN store had a sign (all appliances on sale) we noticed when we were picking up supplies in the area. We stopped in to look at refridgerators and microwaves only to be dissappointed that white appliances were not stocked in the type of fridge that we wanted.White was our only choice because we have a newer white convection oven that we paid $1300.00 for a few years back. The sales person said that we could order the preferred fridge in white but it would take about 3 or 4 weeks to get it.We placed the order and purchased a new microwave to be delivered on Sept 24th (removed per forum guidelines). On Sept 2nd I received an e-mail that the order was delayed until the 26th (which wasn't a problem). On September 26th I received another e-mail that said the order was now delayed until Oct 10th then shortly after that I received an e-mail that said the delivery was scheduled for Oct 15th. On October 11th we stopped by the Baxter store after we picked up our special order cabinets from a local home improvement store because we wanted to pick up our microwave and get it installed during the cabinet installation only to have the customer service person tell me that it wasn't available until the 15th. This was a stock item when we purchased it! Yesterday I checked on the order and confirmed that it was going to be delivered over the phone and everything was still sheduled for today the 15th. In the afternoon I received a call from the store stating that the order was delayed yet again until the 31st (and he couldn't be sure if it would be delayed again)! OK here's where I stasrt to get mad. You have been sitting on $2200.00 of my hard earned money for nearly 7 weeks and all you have done was delayed the project for me! I told the person on the phone that this was unacceptable and all he could do was tell me that I could come in and pick out something else or cancel the order. Knowing that only stainless steel appliances were stocked I told the person to cancel the order and refund my money ASAP so I could find another store and make the purchase. I received a call back and was told that since I paid with a check that it would take longer to refund my money because Best Buy would have to pay me by check. Are you serious! You have been sitting on $2200.00 of my money for nearly 7 weeks and now I have to wait up to 10 business days to get a refund and on top of that the bank is going to hold the check for up to another 10 days before they credit my account!!! In the mean time I have a kitchen wall that I can't set cabinets on because I don't have any fridge dimensions and my wife and I are eating out of boxes! I can't express how dissappointed with your company I am! One way or the other Best Buy needs to find a way to fix this! If I don't get any resolution I will be sending long detailed letters to Hubert Joly (CEO) and Mike Mohan (Cheif Merchandising Officer).

After reading through your detailed post, I can understand why you would be so disappointed with this abysmal experience. To wait so long to start a remodeling project to have this experience with purchasing appliance would certainly be frustrating.
Using the order number you provided, I was able to review it and the history of delays. Presently, I see that the Baxter, MN store will need to tender this refund via their system. That being said, per our Return & Exchange Promise, your refund would be in the original form of payment. In your case, you would be issued a check, which can take up to 10 business days.
I can understand how this may set you farther back with your remodeling, and so I am reaching out to the store for what options we may have. I pre-ordered an album last november, and now it's finally avalible. On my Ipod, it says purchased, but there is no option for me to download the album. I also tried on my PC, and it still says purchased, but I cannot download the songs! Please help

Typically with pre-orders you should have received an email to download your tracks. If you have not received it, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.

I have purchased a pre ordered album, however I cannot download it to any of my devices at all! I've tried using the various links given to me but nothing happens, and I've tried downloading it ion my laptop using the function 'check for available downloads' but it tells me that all my downloads are up to date!
The album came out on 15th July The Pet Shop Boys new album and I still haven't been able to get it, please help

Does it show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone, or the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes for downloading ?

7 Won't download purchased music pre-ordered on older version.

Hi. A couple weeks ago I preordered an album. When it released it told me that my current version of iTunes was not compatible for downloading the new album. So I updated to 7. Now it's telling me that all purchased music has been downloaded...but it hasn't. Any ideas?

For third party order, either you can create the material master with item category group as BANS, so the system will automatically pick TAS in the sales order for the material or you can change the item category manually to TAS in the order.
This will trigger a PR, based on the PR a PO will be generated.

Yes, there are downloads available. You should check you Adobe account online as there might be links provided there. Your serial numbers will be needed for activation, and they might also be found there.

Since you lost the installation(s) without deactivating them first you probably should contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations so that you have the two available to you in case you want to have a backup installation on another machine. In order to download to your phone over the air, you need to be connected to WiFi.
It's possible the Internet connection through Verizon is not stable enough for the downlaod to begin (it is a very large download).
You might want to head over to Starbucks with your laptop for the afternoon and see if you can download it over their WiFi.

I purchased and in-app download and have a receipt but it is still not showing, so where is it?

I purchased an in-app download for Little generals and have a receipt, but it is still not showing up. Ive tried all the usual sign in then back out...shutting on and off but none of this works. The file just seems that it does not exist even though they have already charged my credit card. So, WHAT GIVES???

If you don't have the Firefox button, you're using the classic view. To restore the new view of Firefox (Changed in Version 4):
* View > Toolbars > Menubar [Uncheck]
In Firefox 6 you can use this to clear your history/other offline content:
Click on the Firefox button on top left part of your browser:
* History > Clear Recent History
There you can select what you want to clear.
If you want to see the menu bar you can press alt on your keyboard so you can see file/view/...
Also for activating it to always be there follow this (Classic view of Firefox):

Google will find several way to do this.
You cannot buy ready made ringtones from your computer.
