Purchase Order GR based Invoice varifiation Field - ACtive

Hi,
when ever Goods receipt field-WEPOS is active in purchase order,Delivery Tab at item level, Gr based IV should also get active - WEBRE, other wise system should not allow to save the Purchase document.
how to control the same.
any enhancement.....pl.. let me have...

Go to Vendor master change(XK02/MK02)with whom you are creating the Framework order - Purchasing data, in that uncheck the check boxes for GR-based invoice and Goods receipt. Then save the vendor master. Then create the framework order.

    I'm on a SRM 7.0 SP 5 system (ext-classic scenario). Here i try to create an invoice with reference to a Purchase Order, but none of my Purchase Orders can be used for reference. I get the following warning message 'All items from purchase order cannot be invoiced'.<br />

    - Created via POWL (create with reference -&gt; invoice/credit memo) i always get the warning message 'All items from purchase order cannot be invoiced'. And no items are converted / can be used for invoicing. Additionally when i use the search option 'find purchase order' within the create invoice transaction i can not find any purchase order to use, it shows 'There is no search result' while there are plenty purchase orders marked with 'invoice expected'.<br />

    I am able to create invoices without reference.<br />
    <br />
    I tried vendors set up only for 'invoice expected' and 'GR', 'invoice expected' / 'GR' / 'GR-based-IV' and 'invoice expected' only none of them works, indicators set on vendor master are correctly used on the created purchase order. Outputting PO doesn't make any difference neither.<br />

    I have not set up the following (do i need to?):<br />
    - Deactivated the 'CRME' transaction type, no Credit Memo transaction type has been configured/is active.<br />
    - I have not defined the 'INV' transaction type as a follow-on document for my ECPO transaction type within the define transaction type transaction.<br />

  • Splitting Purchase Order Idoc based on qty

    Hi All,
    I am having a requirement wherein i have to insert multiple line items in purchase order idoc  based on quatity .Eg if the line item qty is 3 then the same line item has to be repated for 3 times and purchase order idoc has to created with 3 line items.I am trying to do this User exit EXIT_SAPLEINM_002 which is used Customer Enhancements to Data Segments: Purchasing Document (Outbound ).Can anybody tell me how can i go ahead inserting multiple lineitems in purchase order idoc based on the qty.So, Can anybody know how to handle this scenario? Also, can you please let me know whether is there any standard procedure for handling this scenario

    Use t.code ME2M or ME2N , enter account assignment category A & then choose selection parameter WE101 (open goods receipt) and execute.

  • Relationship between sales standard order u2013 Purchase order u2013 Sales Invoice

    In the function screen u2018Document flowu2019, I see the relationship between the sales standard order, purchase order of material and the sales invoice this material. In the table VBFA, it exists the relationships between the Sales Standard Order u2013 Purchase Order and Sales Standard Order u2013 Sales Invoice, but it doesnu2019t exists the relationship between Purchase Order u2013 Sales Invoice.
    I need to link a Purchase Order with a Sales Invoice, which it has invoices the corresponding material had been purchased before, but I donu2019t know which table SAP maintenance this relationship.

  • GR- based invoice verification not active

    Hi guys, need your help.
    I have a PO with Inv. receipt, GR-Based Inv and ERS flag activated. I also have these flag active in vendor master and in PIR. I am trying to post invoice via MRRL and i am getting the error "GR-based invoice verification not active". Not sure why??  i already checked it and flags were active since last few years and nobody made any changes since then. PO was created just last month.
    Any help be appreciated!

    In ERS PO invoice is not done... and take off the ERS indicator from the VN Master.
    Tick the GR IV in PIR and in PO,  GR IV , ERS and enter the Tax CODE.
    ERS is a cridit memo procedure.

    When trying to copy purchase orders to AP invoice for one vendor (several invoices).... we receive error "This document cannot be added, becuase the base document row was updated. Copy the document again from its base document. Message 439-197

  • Framework order : GR-based invoice and Goods receipt fields

    Hello,
    In our solution, framework orders (purchase orders type FO) have no goods receipt, they are directly invoiced.
    However, when creating a purchase order (ME21N), the fields "GR-based invoice" (Invoice tab) and "Goods receipt" (Delivery tab) are flagged by default. We then have to "unflag" them each time we create a framework order (purchase order type FO).
    In customizing, can these fields be "unflagged" by default for the purchase orders type FO?

  • ERS field in Purchase Order Line detail (Invoice Tab)

    Hi ... I was trying to figure out the priorities for ERS field in Purchase order ...
    What i could simulate is ...
    Case 1
    In case Vendor master has ERS = YES but in info record ( for vendor and material) NO ERS is defined.
    Then ERS field will get appeared in PO LINE detail with value NO (not set)
    Case 2
    In case Vendor master has ERS = No but in info record  (for vendor and material)  ERS is set.( NO ERS = not set)
    Then ERS field will not get appeared in PO LINE detail
    Case 3
    In case Vendor master has ERS = YES and in info record  (for vendor and material)  ERS is set.( NO ERS = not set)
    Then ERS field will get appeared in PO LINE detail with ERS = YES
    Here I am doubtful about case 2 .... I believe info record should always have priority over vendor , but system is not behaving as per expectation.
    Could u pls tell me the exact conditions when ERS field will not appeared and if appeared from where it will pick the default values in PO LINE details

    the info record has precedence.
    The bad thing is, that this field is , contrary to other field that appear in vendor and info record,  has a  negative meaning.
    ERS field name in vendor is  auto eval GR settlement,
    while in info record it is : No ERS.
    lets do an example:
    V=vendor
    I = Info record
    P = purchase order
    X = box selected
    N = box not selected
    so we can have this 4 cases:
    VIP
    XNX
    XXN
    NXN
    NNN
    The 3rd  case NXN does not really make any sense.

  • Vendor code in Purchase order changed after invoice,net price showing zero.

    Dear Experts ,
    In one purchase order , user had done GR & invoice for a line item ( service ),item category "D" , and
    thereafter somehow the system allowed user to change the vendor code. The PO line is now having amounts in
    the sub-service line items , but net price for the line item is showing as zero. Since the PO was made
    directly without any contract/RFQ/PR , there is no reference document or info record shown against the line
    item.
    In the conditions tab of Item details,the condition for basic price is not seen & since there are no amounts
    applicable for the other conditions such as insurance , octroi etc., the NET price shown for the item is
    Zero, which is also getting printed in the PO as zero , which is not acceptable , as we can not send to the
    vendor PO copy having prices for individual services printed correctly but the total gross price showing
    zero.
    Pl advise what can be done so that Net Price is shown correctly & not zero.

    I think the new vendor is having a different pricing schema than the old vendor. Check the pricing schema for the old vendor (in purchasing view in field 'Schema Group. vendor) and compare it to the new vendor. I think they're different.
    If it is then what i think happening is the user already input the price for the condition type in pricing schema A, then the vendor is changed and the new pricing schema is kiciking in thus making the old condition type missing.
    Try to either:
    A. Change to the old vendor back,
    B. Change the pricing schema of the new vendor to be the same with old vendor

  • Sort Key 0014 (Purchase Order) not updated in Assignment Field

    Hi SDN experts,
    I assigned Sory Key 0014 to one of my vendors, after which I tried to post a PO, GR and eventually the IR.
    However, upon checking the FBL1N report, system does not populate it with the Purchase Order Number.
    Any step I missed out?
    Also, the Purchasing Document number is empty. Shouldn't this be populated by the invoice document? (MIRO)

    In FBL1N, PO will not be displayed in the Assignment field just by giving Sort Key as Assignment Field. You need to implement BTE 1650 in FIBF and write your code to populate it. The logic why sort key of PO will not populate it , because from Version  4 onwards, R/3 aqllows, single Invoice Verification against Multiple PO. Even in the BTE Implementation, you will be able to populate only the First PO Line Item No only, if you do a single invoice verification against multiple PO of the Vendor.

  • MRRL GR-based invoice verification not active error

    Hi,
    I have a vendor that has ERS active.
    Before it was activated four POs were raised, goods receipted and invoiced.  All 4 POs have freight charges (for the same vendor)
    When I run MRRL with "Settle goods items and planned delivery costs", which I have to do, these four POs are coming in even through they are fully invoiced already.  This is frustrating the clients who can't understand why old purchase orders are coming in at all.

    As have already mentioned for every purchase order with flag 'ERS' a table entry is generated.         
    If a goods receipt is posted, this goods receipt should be invoiced via ERS (transaction MRRL). Manually posted invoices should be avoided, because the record in table EKRS will not be deleted. Material documents  will be written to table EKRS and if you invoice manually (for example, via MIRO) this entry will still be there. Then, correctly, the system        
    will read this table and take these items as not invoiced. This is correct and according to the standard system design.                                                                               
    In general, if you processed an invoice manually for a transaction, you  should exclude the transaction from ERS to avoid it being included in the log the next time ERS is run. To do so, you run ERS online in test mode, select the item and Exclude from ERS for the item. You can do this by Highlight the relevant lines and then click on the "Save" icon                     
    ('Exclude from ERS'  - Ctrl+S ).

    Use report ME2N with selection parameter as RECHNUNG.
    or else you can create your own seleciton parameter where you can pull the report only for the invoice which has GR done.
    to do that go to SPRO-MM-purchasing-reporting-maintain purchaisng list-selection parameter-define seleciton parameter
    hit new entry or copy RECHNUNG
    create new one with
    IR planned  +
    Delivered  >= 0 ord
    and Invoiced  < ord
    save and use this parameter in ME2N
    you will only get the POs list where GR done but no IR
