Purchase request not created

Hi ,
When i am doing MRP run, purchase request are not created.

Hi shallu,

If u run the MRP, For A , based on the Damand & stock  , system will create planned oder A , and explode the BOM to create dep requirments & Plnd order/PR for ROH.
when u convert the planned oder - > prod order only system will create Reservation for Roh hoe u get reservation directly,
check below points
1Stock for Raw material.

  • RE:  Request not created; multiple initiators

We have Access Control 5.3 SP 8 installed.  We have CUP configured and in production and are now working on configuring ERM.  When we try to approve a role, I get this message:  Request not created; multiple initiators [PROBLEM REQUESTS, RE_POS_APPROVER] found
The initiator "PROBLEM REQUESTS" is a workflow=CUP type initiator, so I don't understand why an ERM workflow would try to use it as an initiator.  I cannot change this initiator to exclude ERM because it does not recognize ERM request types (only CUP requests).  I want the approval to use RE_POS_APPROVER initiator.  The PROBLEM REQUESTS initiator is used for our escape routes when an approver is not found.
    I appreciate your help.
    Peggy

    Peggy,
I don't understand why it would find multiple initiator for different workflow types. If PROBLEM REQUESTS initiator is only used for escape route then you can make that particular path as detour path so it won't need initiator. Once you make the path associated with PROBLEM REQUESTS initiator, you can delete or change the initiator so it won't match.
    Hope this helps.

    Hi,
    Please check the following things.
Check whether the roles delivered by SAP meet your requirements. If not, you can create new roles and assign transactions to them. We recommend that you copy standard roles and tailor them to your requirements.
All users assigned to a respective role are then allowed to carry out the transactions. If required, you can refine the authorization check on the tab page Authorizations.
    Standard SAP Single-roles
SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_PURCHASER (for purchasing administrators - SAP Supplier Self-Services)
    SAP_EC_SUS_BIDDER (for bidders - SAP Supplier Self-Services)
    SAP_EC_SUS_DISPATCHER (for dispatchers - SAP Supplier Self-Services)
    SAP_EC_SUS_INVOICER (for invoicers - SAP Supplier Self-Services)
SAP_EC_SUS_ORDER_PROCESSOR (for order processors - SAP Supplier Self-Services)
    SAP_EC_SUS_MANAGER (for managers - SAP Supplier Self-Services)
SAP_EC_SUS_SERVICE_AGENT (for service agents - SAP Supplier Self-Services)
If you want to use SAP Supplier Self-Services, proceed as follows:
    1. Select one of the following single roles:
    SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_PURCHASER
    SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_VENDOR
    SAP_EC_SUS_BIDDER
    SAP_EC_SUS_DISPATCHER
    SAP_EC_SUS_INVOICER
    SAP_EC_SUS_MANAGER
    SAP_EC_SUS_ORDER_PROCESSOR
    SAP_EC_SUS_PRODUCT_MANAGER
    SAP_EC_SUS_SAR_PROCESSOR
    SAP_EC_SUS_SERVICE_AGENT
    SAP_EC_SUS_SERVICE_MANAGER
    2. Choose Change Roles.
    3. Choose the Personalization tab page.
Note: The personalization applies to all roles, meaning the user can also create his own roles, for example copying the delivered SAP SUS roles. He can tailor these roles to his requirements by changing the SUS-specific attributes (BBP_SUS_ROLE_ATTRIBUTES).
    1. Select the entry BBP_SUS_ROLE_ATTRIBUTES (SUS-specific role attributes).
    2. Choose Change values.
A dialog box for maintaining SUS-specific roles appears.
    3. If required, perform the following steps:
If the role should be displayed in the SUS User Management (UM) and should be able to be assigned to the relevant user by the supplier administrator, set the indicator to display the role in SUS UM.
If the user should be displayed as a service agent for the purchaser, set the Service agent indicator.
If you want to define the user as an SRM administrator, set the SRM administrator indicator. The user is then authorized to change all supplier data.
If want to assign the role SUS administrator automatically to the user during registration, set the SUS administratorindicator.
Sets the relevant indicators if you want users to receive the following notifications: Notification If Purchase Order Not Opened, Notification If Purchase Order Response Is Missing, Notification If ASN Is Missing, Notification If ConfirmationIs Missing, Notification If Invoice Is Missing,
Award the points for the help.

  • SRM Purchase Order not Created Automatically

    SRM 7.0 Extended Classic Scenario:
Issue:  When creating a standard shopping cart in SRM the Purchase Order is not created in SRM (or in R3).  Eventhough the shopping cart is fully approved and has a vendor assigned.  The overall shopping cart status remains approved, the line items status shows 'item in transfer process'.  Otherwise there are no errors in the application monitor.  Nothing appears in table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB
Considerations:  Everything is working fine for limit shopping cart, the PO gets created automatically and the SC has status follow-on document created.
Also, this was working fine for standard orders, it seems that support pack 7 or 8 broke this functionality, yet I do not see any notes regarding the issue.  Any ideas on what controls the automatic PO generation or how it could work for limits but not standard SC's would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Matt

First of all PO should be created then you can see entry in doc table.
u Note 1480994 - How to process a shopping cart with status I1111?
see SAP treatment and some work around..
    Symptom
Shopping Cart is stuck in status I1111 (Item in transfer process).
    Other terms
Application Monitor, I1112, I1111, Monitor Shopping Cart
    Reason and Prerequisites
This is a FAQ note, which shows how to treat such Shopping Carts.
    Solution
Shopping Cart status I1111 (Item in transfer process) is a temporary status, which means that shopping cart is being processed in order to generate a follow-on document.
However, it is possible that status I1111 becomes permanent and, in this case, shopping cart status is inconsistent.
There are some procedures to be considered when shopping cart is stuck in status I1111.
Report BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED is available to change the status of the shopping cart item from I1111 to 'Error in transmission' (I1112) and later on, it is possible to retransfer this shopping cart from Application Monitor/Monitor Shopping Cart transactions.
Note 441768 provides more information about this report.
However, BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED works in a time stamp. BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED will check shopping carts created after date specified in table BBP_CONTROL.
To check this information, go to SE16 -> BBP_CONTROL and as input parameter provide the report name. Here you will see the last date that report has been run.
If you have a shopping cart in status I1111 which is older than date specified in table BBP_CONTROL, you have to change manually the time stamp specified in such table. You have to specify an older date (before shopping cart creation).
Doing this, you can run report BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED and cart in question will have status I1112 assigned.
Once status I1112 is assigned to shopping cart, you can retransfer it from Application Monitor (BBPWEBMONITOR transaction in SAP_GUI) or Monitor Shopping Cart in the web.
To transfer Shopping Carts from BBPWEBMONITOR, some settings need to be done.
    Following notes should be considered:
    550044
FAQ Alert monitor RZ20 does not show any alerts
    396102
BBP Alert monitor RZ20 does not work
    387701
The Shopping Card are not transfered after "resubmit"
According note 387701, workflows WS10000214 and WS10000215 have to be activated. One of them is to delete shopping cart item using Application Monitor and the other one is to resubmit the cart. Then, once this settings are done, you can retransfer I1112 carts from Application Monitor.
If all settings are done and you have a cart with status I1112 that it is not appearing in Application Monitor, report BBP_ALERT_SC_STATUS_ERROR is available, which checks the carts in status I1112 and put them in the Application Monitor, in order to allow you to transfer them again. Note 631513 explains about this report.
Additional notes to be considered in this scenario:
    1159609
Transfer function does not create local purchase orders
    1233037
BBP_MON_SC: Shopping cart transfer ends in status I1111

  • Purchase Order not created for a Shopping Cart

We have a few Shopping Carts created in SRM which did not transmit as PO to our backend R/3 system. This happened because our R/3 system went down for a couple of hours and the Shopping Carts were created during this time. We tried to submit these Shopping Carts through the Application monitor later and the SRM system gave a message "Processed Successfully". However, POs for these Shopping Carts were not created and the Shopping Carts have a status of "Item in transfer process".
The Shopping Carts have already got a PO number assigned to them through the SRM system. However these PO's have not been created in the backend R/3 system
We are struggling to find the failed RFC calls with the help of BASIS so that we can possibly reprocess them. Alternatively we are also looking for a way to retrigger the PO creation for these Shopping Carts.
I need ideas to resolve this issue.
    Many thanks in advance.
    Susmit

Not sure if you received an answer or not, but this is what we have had to do in the past:
    1.  Run BBP_PD for the shopping cart to see what the purchase requisition number will be on the backend system.  The requisition number will still be provided even if it fails to transfer to the backend.
    2.  Run FM BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT.  The object key field will be the requisition number; the object ID field will be the shopping cart number.
    Hope this helps.

  • Purchase Requisition not creating

Finished good item is MRP Type PD with EX lot size
Component items MRP Type VB (manual reorder point) with FX lot size, re-order point quantity set, and safety stock quantity set.
Since upgrade from 4.6c to ECC 6.0, we are finding that ROP items that are components are not creating Purchase Requisitions with the MRP run.
My component item has 93,000 units in inventory.  Safety stock is at 60,000 units and my re-order point is 90,000 units.  All within Replenishment lead time, I have a CusOrd requirement for 16000 units (which takes the level below my re-order point) and I have an OrdRes (make-for-stock production) requirement for 20000 units which then takes me below my safety stock level.  We have found that MRP is not creating the Purchase Requisition so now we are desperately low on inventory for future requirements.
Has anyone else experience this problem in ECC 6.0?
    Gina

    i know its something foolish.
but can u run the MD01 , give that plant where the material is maitained.
oh!  now first of all, when ur stock falls below ROP, check r u getting any entry in the Planning file entry for that material.
if the entry is not there then there is some issue with ur mrp type
or regenrate the planning file entry again once.
if entry is there , then after MRP run u should get that planned order.
    Let me know.

  • Third Party Sales: Automatic PO (Purchase Order) not created.

    Dear All,
I am Implementing thirdparty business process where goods are directly moved from vendor to my customer.
As per my customer requirement I want to create Automatic PO for the Purchase requisition created from Sales order.
For this I have done the following settings:
Marked vendor relevant for Automatic PO.
Marked Material relavent for Automatic PO
Marked Sales Item Category relavent for Automatic PO.
While I saved my sales order Purchase requision was created and system unabel to create the Purchase order automatically. If you encounter this situvation please share your views.
    Thanks & regards

    Hi
In third party you will not be able to create automatic PO
The schedule line category CS settings in VOV6 order type NB, MM item category 5 and account assignment category settings as X and in VOV7 for TAS create automatic PO ticked will ensure PR creation only and not PO
As suggested by the other friend you need to run t code ME59N or ME59  for automatic PO creation but certain condition to be met
    1) In the Purchasing View of the material master data, the "Autom. PO" field must be clicked;
    2) In the Purchasing View of the Vendor Master Data, the "Automatic Purchase Order" field must be clicked;
    3) The Outline Agreement or Purchasing Info Record shall be maintained which will allow the automatic copying of unit price and other conditions into PO;
    4) The Source List shall be maintained for the nominated vendor which was shown in either the Outline Agreement or Purchasing Info Record.
You have to run ME59N transaction  manually or schedule this as  a background job

  • IHC payment order finally posted but payment request not created

    Hello
I created payment order in In house cash  IHC automatically from (intercompany) a vendor invoice using idoctype payext. I can see that the payment order in transaction IHC0 has been finally posted. But table PAYRQ is empty. In transaction BF11 application IHC_EP is unchecked; application IHC is CHECKED. Any clue how to get the payment request created?

    Hi
There could be various possiblity that I would double-check.
    1. Is CM activated in your system? If so, it may be due to the fact that the planning level is not assigned to payment request -
Financial supply chain Management > Cash and Liquidity Management  >Cash Management > Structuring > Groupings >  Define levels in payment requests
2 Another possibility would be that External account number may not be identical
Account management > Basic Setting: communication
Set Up Creation of Payment Requests for Inbound IDoc in FI – Account details)
External account numbers need to be IDENTICAL keys between IHC and FI within IHC company as a communication method.
If none of the above is applicable, you may need to debug by reprocessing failed IDOC by BD64 by removing the account assignment in configuration  - Set Up Creation of Payment Requests for Inbound IDoc in FI > Posting Account
    Hope that this helps
    Cheers

  • FF.D payment request not created, payment advice existing

I use Transaction FF63 memo record to transfer cash from house bank account A with House Bank A to house bank account B at House Bank B.
I clicked on Save account transfer" function. Two advice documents are created (for 1st bank account and for 2nd bank account).
Next step is Payment request creation in transaction FF.D. This program is to convert payment advices into payment requests. The payment advices are shown that were created under FF63, there are no errors but payment requests have not been created?! Any advice?

    Hello,
Please check if you are trying to create to payment request for one account transfer, it is not allowed to create two payment requests for one account transfer, because double payments could be executed: the sending company code could transfer the money to the receiving company code and the receiving company code could collect the money from the sending company code. If one payment method is found in table T018Z than the we leave the program to avoid a second payment request.

    Hi Experts,
When we use inbound Idoc type WGSREQ in Retail, with 2

    document for the correct item.

    Dear Plamen,
    Check following points
    (a) Article master listed or not for your Store / DC
    (b) Info record is there or not?
    (c) Check Vedor master extended to relevant purchase organization or not?

  • Sales order released from Credit block, but Purchase Requistion not created

    Hi,
In third party sales scenario based on Scheduline Line category configuration purchase requistion creates when the order is created. If order is blocked for credit check then purchase requistion will not be created until order released from credit.
    Here my scenario is
I have two users like A and B. When A releases the order from credit block by using transaction VKM1, Sales order releasing from credit and creating Purchase requistion. But, if the order is released by B, Sales order is getting released from credit but purchase requstion is not getting created.
There is no issue from security side, we activated trace and analysed everything it is not security issue.
    Thanks and Regards
    Alokam Chandra Sekhar

    Hi Lakshmi,
Thanks for reply. I followed your instructions, pls find my observations below.
    1. Can you check the below settings:
What is the Credit status in the header status tab page of the sales order for the B's sales order?
Is it "Not approved or releasedu201D If it is not approved, you might have released the sales order in VKM3, but you might not have saved it.
Reply: We are releasing order through VKM1 and after releasing the order the status is showing as "Released".
    2. Did you use the same material for B's Sales order? If it a different material check the Item category and Schedule line category whether these are same with A's sales order.
Reply: Both the orders has same information, like material Item category and scheduline category
    3. Check in the Schedule line tab page --> Procurement button whether you have maintain vendor, Source determination and Info record.
Source list has been verified through ME03 transaction and vendor data maintained correctly.
I really appreciate your time and efforts on this.. looking forward some more suggestions...
    Thanks and Regards

  • Spool request not created in background.....

    Hi Experts,
I have executed one report in background in sduser but it has not generated a spool request in sp01. There is no authorisation for sm37 to this user.
In abapuser user it is generating a spool request when i checked in sp01 but not in sduser.
What may be the problem ? Is there any authorisation problem ?
    Yusuf.

    Hi Yusuf,
There is no otherway to delete the spool request except giving the option delete in the authorization object S_SPO_ACT.Make sure that you havenot given the values SP01, SP0R under the authoriztion object S_ADMI_FCD. If you have given both  the authorization objects with the above mentioned values than that user will get the authorization to delete the spool requests created by the other users also. So if you want to restrict the user not to delete the spool requests created by the other users make sure , not to give him the values SP01, SP0R under the authoriztion object S_ADMI_FCD.
