Purchases not recieved

I purchased points for the Bubble Safari game 3 times and was charged for the points but did not recieve te points on my game. I recieved a reciept and my credit card was chrged but I did not get the points on my game. I purchased 7 cash for 99cents 2 times and 40 cash for $4.99 on my ipod touch and did not recieve any of the cash on my game.

    hi, i cant seem to find any info on this...
    i made an in app purchase and didnt receive what i paid for, assumed the sale didnt go through, but then got a receipt.
    first, i contacted the maker of the app (blizzard) and they confirmed the sale didnt go through, but said i had to take it up with apple as the transaction was made through them.
    used the "report a problem" link on the receipt two days ago from my iphone and explained the problem, but no confirmation email and no response in 24 hours, so i did the same again from my mac and still no confirmation email or response 24 later.
    am i being impatient?  usually theres some kind of "we got your mail, we'll look into it" automated response in these types of situations.
    thanks for any insight you can give me.

    You should, I think (I haven't used the 'report a problem' site), have got a confirmation email, as well as a 'proper' email within 24 hours (you've checked the apse folder as well as the inbox ?)

  • Not recieving an email from iTunes about purchased songs

    I recently purchased the new The Devil Wears Prada album, With Roots Above and Branches Below on May 5th. I have still not recieved my proof of purchase email from iTunes. Normally I wouldnt care, but I need this email because I am entering a contest in which I have to show proof that I purchased the album. Can I make iTunes email me with the conformation?

    Go into your Purchase History (Store > View My Account, etc) and print out the page with that purchase on it.

  • Why is my recent purchase not showing up in my purchase history?

    I made a purchase and the parcel was shipped to me by UPS. I got confirmation that it is delivered to some dock in KY. I called the seller and they said it was shipped to eBay's secondary shipping area and it will be forwarded on to me (in Canada)... and I will get confirmation from eBay. They said to check my Purchase History in my eBay account and it will give me the second tracking number from another carrier. I checked my Payment History and there isn't even a record that I made the purchase. How do I contact someone from eBay to resolve this? Anybody else have a problem with things not showing up in their Purchase History?

    Don't panic.the parcel was shipped to me by UPS.UPS or USPS?In any case it was NOT shipped to you. The US seller is using the Global Shipping Program.She ships to Kentucky where the GSP/Pitney Bowes has a central processing plant.Her responsibility is now ended.it will give me the second tracking number from another carrier.Well sorta.PB/GSP does track all the parcels it is handling,but they are lax about letting the buyer know where the parcel is.This is NOT important.Emotionally it is upsetting, but all is normal.Your item has been processed for Canadian duty and sales tax in Kentucky.It was put on a truck with thousands of other eBay parcels going to Canada.(Other parcels sent to KY, were sorted and are now in containers on their way to Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Australia.)Once it crosses the border-- no customs delay because that was dealt with in KY-- it will be transferred to a Canadian carrier, usually Canada Post and sometimes CanPar.It will be delivered to your doorstep by the Canadian carrier. This will take upwards of 20 days from the day your payment cleared.If it takes longer, do NOT phone eBay, instead go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Recieved dispute.But this is very unlikely to be necessary because everything is underway as it should be.  I checked my Payment History and there isn't even a record that I made the purchase.This is the one statement that puzzles me.Go to your Paypal account.   • InApp Purchase not being funded

    Right, so I decided to purchase a £15 gift card, activated it and bought some credits for an App. Funnily enough the company can quickly take my funds, however, can't fund me the credits which I bought. I have not recieved an e-mail of confirmation from Apple, it kept starting that I've already purchased this but it hasn't been downloaded, so what should I do? I've contacted both Apple and the company, yet they request a reciept to show that I've purchased the products, however, since I haven't got an e-mail I logged into my iTunes account on the desktop and Gyazo'd (screenshot) them my recent transactions and stated they haven't been funded.
    I have restarted my phone, close the app down, logged in and out, however, no success. Anything which might help?

    You need to take it up with the developer first. If they don't fix things, you need to open the issue with iTunes support.
    Going by the threads here, not a day goes by that someone doesn't have an issue with in app purchases in Clash of Clans.

  • Iphone not recieving incoming mail, but everything else is okay.

    Hi, hope somebody can help. My customer has the new 3g iphone, and wants it set up with Exchange email. Setup on phone is okay, and he can view his folders alright, and new folders created in Outlook are replicated to teh phone within 10 minutes, and he can send emails with no problem, but he is not recieving any messages coming in. As somebody who does not use Mac stuff and being their IT dept. i dont know where to start troubleshooting, can anybody point me in teh right direction?

    Everyone and it is not a problem.  Audiobooks simply are not available for redownload.

  • Refund not recieved

    I had made a subscription to makes free calls to India. However, i cancelled it later with the help of à support staff via live chat. He promised me a refund as I didnt use the subscription. The status in my purchase history shows "refunded" but, I did not recieve the amount yet and its been a month since I cancelled the subscription. This is very disappointing and not expected from a brand like Microsoft. Please look into the issue and resolve it Asap.

    If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
    Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).                             *************************************** I give up my time to help you so a thank you or kudos would be cool.

  • Recent Purchase Not Downloading!

    I recently bought a new album off the itunes store called 'Night Visions (Deluxe Version)' by Imagine Dragons. Everything was running fine up until the point where it usually downloads the album. I'm still waiting for it to download but nothing is happening yet . Then strangly I recieved an email on my iPad saying that I purchased this album on a computer that has not been used to purchase anything from itunes before (I've only ever have bought apps and soongs off my iPad).
    The cost of the album ($12.99) was taken out of my Apple Account but as stated I have not recieved my product. I don't know what I should do? I've tried going to my purchase list but it's not showing up?

  • I'm not recieving a appleID verification email..is Apple not sending it bc my phone isn't activated with a carrier?

    I Reset my old iphone4s as a new device to let my son use it with his own AppleID for games. I'm not recieving the Apple ID verification email. I did get the email to my rescue email acct to verify the email acct I made for the new Apple ID. Is Apple now not sending the Apple ID verification bc my phone isn't activated with a carrier?
    I've read to put my new iPhones SIM card in the old phone and plug into iTunes to activate it. It was a older Apple support article just wondering if that still how it works and will taking my SIM card out of my new 6 mess up anything?
    Lastly, I haven't taken the SIM out of the 4s is that one not going to work to activated it bc I erased everything on the phone?

    The easiest way to find out what carrier it's locked to would be to call the store where you purchased the phone.
    The phone can be unlocked from any location.  However, most carrier have restrictions about unlocking and you have to contact them for details.
