Question regarding student/teacher status for Adobe CC

I'm asking if I can qualify as a student/teacher status for Adobe Creative Cloud sale purchase. Deadline is Dec. 1. I have a U of AZ email address and I am a certified volunteer for the University. I received the student/teacher version of the CS6 Master collection from my school which I am currently enrolled at and I have recently started a production company with some colleagues and will be heavily using Premier Pro, After Effects and other applications for our business. Help! Identit-E denied my student/teacher status!! next step??

Hi, I purchased CS5 extended through Creation Engine and when it arrived I uploaded my most recent pay stub and my school ID badge. I recieved a reply that I was denied and that the program was only for "higher education students". Both the Adobe site and the reseller (AND THE BOX CS5 CAME IN) state for students and TEACHERS. If I had wanted to be sneaky both my kids are currently home for the summer with their college ID's.
Did I do something wrong?? Do I not get a chance to remedy any problems, or do I now own a $200 paper weight? I am a teacher at a public primary school. I promise!! I have e-mailed both Identit-E and Adobe support without any answer.
I took all of our student's pics for the yearbook this year (my school has a "poverty" rating with the state and we serve special needs kids) and made sure every student got a 5x7 print to take home. I had hoped to utilize CS5 to help the aide who puts together the yearbook as the end of the year approaches.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Regarding WD ABAP Tutorial for Adobe forms

I'm having difficulty finishing tutorial for WD ABAP interactive forms by Thomas Jung..Questions:
1) Do we have to create an WD application to run it or do we have to test it using the pdf file? in the SDN video its not clear what to do after completing the exercise with form editor?
2) In the Adobe form editor from SE80, my file menu is blank...i cant use 'import'pdf from menu since there is no menu although I can drag n drop the elements from libraries.
Please let me know if I'm missing any installation or support packs!

If you aren't seeing anything at all then there may be a problem with your ACF (Active Control Framework). The ACF is only used when running the adobe form in web dynpro in interactive mode. The ACF is generally installed along with the SAPGui, but may not be updated properly when the SAPGui is updated. Also there are some dependencies in the ACF version and the backend ABAP system version.
I had problems on my laptop when I first tried to use interactive forms in Web Dynpro ABAP. My form displayed, but I couldn't trigger the Submit to SAP event. I found several OSS notes on the ACF topic. I had to uninstall my current ACF version and install the version specific to Netweaver04S SP7. Just installing the SP7 version of the ACF did NOT work. Once I got the ACF all cleaned up, everything worked fine. Incidently the problems I had before patching the ACF effected both Web Dynpro ABAP and Web Dynpro Java.

Regarding marking of status for generate draft invoice for single projects

I have read through the portion - "Automatic Invoice Approve/Release Extension" in the document - "Oracle® Projects APIs, Client Extensions, and Open Interfaces".
Noticed the package - "pa_client_extn_inv_actions" and procedures - "approve_invoice, release_invoice".
I understand that these procedure play role in the actually approving & release of the invoice but will this also play role in changing the status or some other code need to be written for changing the status.
My requirement of customizing a workflow for approval also need to mark status as unapproved when not approved. Not sure if same procedure will help.I am completely new in Project accounting so not sure if I have put forward very basic questions.
2) Second question is in regards to the way this procedure should be modified :

Custom workflow launch procedure to be fired from billing extension screen. Presently what is done is in the project template screen, in the billing assignment, the billing extension is referred.
That means for each and every project, billing extension name will be attached.
Present flow is once the generate draft invoice runs, triggers the billing extension, which in turn invoke the custom workflow launch procedure. But my question is how my workflow launch procedure is going to identify the particular transaction which triggered the workflow procedure, because based upon some project number/id/invoice number, I will have a select fetch the data into variable and then setting those into workflow attributes between create process and start process.
So question is how my procedure will identify the transaction which invoked the procedure to get the particular project number/invoice number may be.
I am not getting much from my research so thought of sharing with you if someone can assist me on the same.

Yes. I am invoking my workflow from billing extension only. I have entered the procedure name in the billing extension. Now when the draft invoice runs , setup is such that billing extension gets invoked as a result of "draft invoice for a single project".
Till now its fine because my workflow is actually getting launched from here.
Now custom requirement is that the approve and release in invoice review screen will be disabled and the approval process will have to be custom.
Till this also its fine.
A scenario is when the custom notification reaches approver. He/she would either approved or reject. If he approves, then invoice should get approved and then released.
For this we tried and it seems no API is available as mentioned by Oracle. So whats the way to update invoice statuses ?. Presently we are going with a not recommended way - insert into tables . But I feel something should be there on updating status as per custom logic.

When we do release from invoice review screen, an RA invoice number gets generated. I also need to update the table with the RA invoice number while insertion in table. Now there is no d/b sequence for this number. I have tried to open the logic of Release button and could get on table name PA_IMPLEMENTATIONS which always have 1 row for per OU. and there is a field next ra invoice number which shows the RA invoice number to be used. This value will keep on incremented as long as RA number gets generated.
I am stuck at this place , on how to get the RA invoice number with some proper recommended method.
In short I need a way to update inoice statuses like approved, released other than direct insert in table
and how to get RA invoice number to be utilised while the release logic

Question regarding the factory SDRAM for 15" iMac Flat Panel G4 700MHz

I upgraded my iMac to the max 1GB SDRAM a few years ago. When I did this, the Apple tech removed my factory installed SDRAM chip from the SODIM? slot and installed the SDRAM I bought into the two (inside and outside) slots.
I still have the factory SDRAM chip lying around, but I do not know nor can I seem to find any 411 regarding the factory SDRAM that was shipped with my computer. The factory chip I have doesn't say how much SDRAM it is, and now I can't remember what my computer shipped with. Does anybody have the same computer as me, and if so, do you know how much SDRAM was shipped with this specific iMac?
Another thing.. I am thinking about getting a used eMac or an iMac CRT for my mom. Does anybody know if this factory SDRAM chip will be compatable with certain eMacs and iMac CRT's? The chip says it's made by Samsung Korea, and it's PC133U-333-542. Does PC 133 SDRAM only belong in the 'outside' SODIM slot, or can PC 133 also go into the 'inside' slot.
I hope i'm making sense to somebody; I don't know if these are considered stupid questions, but I really need to know, so I'm asking. =)

Help! How can I reinstall a Student Teacher Edition of Adobe Creative Design Suite?

My computer crashed, so I had to start over by wiping all of my programs off of my computer. How can I download, install, and activate the Teacher Student Edition of the Creative Design Suite again?

(before my computer went haywire and I had to start over) I am trying to install the trial version now, but after the download assistant is installed and opened it won't automatically start downloading the programs like it says it should and the Design Suite doesn't pop up as a version that I can click on. What can you suggest for me to try now?

First are 5 Imac's and I have to install the desktop cloud in all creative and download all the programs 5 times? There is no way to "get" installer of separate programs (Photoshop DC, illustrator CC, Premiere, etc. ..) once and then install it on other computers?
And second, did the installation of several programs in Portuguese language, is to change the programs to english? Or do I have to download everything again?

Question regarding "save as" option in Adobe X vs. Adobe 9...

When I used Adobe 9 Standard, I could click on "save as" and it would just go to my file location. Now when I click "save as" I have to select what type of document I want to save it as first THEN it will go to my file location. This is annoying when you have to select PDF each and every time. Is there a way to default that choice????

No, that would be a security hole if you could. The user has to manually change the preference to disable it.
There is no way to pass command line arguments to plugins.

Upgrading question regarding software to download for bo xi r2 to bo xi 3.1

We are going from BO XI R2 Enterprise to BO XI 3.1 Enterprise. I checked out the downloads section for BOX XI 3.1 and found these instances for downloads:
BOE XI 3.1 (SERVER/CLIENT TOOLS) WIN (under installs)
BOE XI3.1(SRVR/CLNT TOOLS) Patch WIN (under upgrades)
We are probably going to do a fresh install and then migrate the data over using the import wizard. Is the first one the one we need to download? Also, if we are going to do an in-place upgrade, wouldn't the first version (under installs) be able to do detect and perform the upgrade without having two separate download instances?

No, Xi3.0 users have to use upgrade package for in-place upgrades. Full package won't work for that purpose.
Why would anyone publish 2 packages if one of them was useless ?
To confuse customers on purpose ?!?!?
Each package has it's own niche, it's own usage scenario and advantages over each other.

Question regarding student version install policies

Can I install my student version of Creative suite on my work PC in addition to my home PC? I'd like to be able to use it in both places.
If so what is the procedure? This was purchased a few (2ish) years ago, so I dont recall what I did to register other than proving I was a student then.

How long to receive verification and serial number for student/teacher version products?

I recently purchased the student/teacher edition of adobe photoshop elements 12. i have sent in my proof of eligibility and I recieved an email saying it was recieved. How long does it take to recieve my serial number? It was sent on Saturday March 8, 2014. I'm located in Canada.

It can take some time for everything to wash thru. You should contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.
