Queue Failures in CRM

In the CRM system I have several queue failures for 'R3AD_RESPONSE_UD'  queue I get a system fail Status and if i click that I get  the status message Update BDoc status failed - BDoc not found . I understand that the BDOC is not found . For the same if i run the t code SMW01 with the BDOC Type as VEND_MAIN i get several BDOC failures with the text as 'Partially send, receivers have errors'. So i would like to know how we can resolve this issue.
If I need to follow the debugging process please let me know the steps.

Hi,
As you noted, the BDoc's with the  "BDoc status failed" are no longer there, so these queue cannot be reprocessed. Most likely they have een deleted by the reorg job.
The initial error may have been due to a temporary issue, in which case adding the parameter mentioned in note 705650 would prevent this from leading to problems in the future. (The parameter is valid for all releases.) PLease try this first
If the queue is new, then the reorg jobwould not have deleted the BDoc. In this cae, you should proceed as described in note  1412348.

    Hi SAP CRM Experts,
    When the changes are made to an existing order in SAP CRM and in change mode showing the message as "Document is being distributed-changes are not possible".I have cheked the SMQ1 , there was  sysfail with info " The ASSERT condition was violated" and in SMW01 BDOC state as " Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed)".Also in the SAP R/3 , there was a short dump " Assertion-Failed.
    What could be the probable  reason for this ?
    I Would appreciate providing  the solution at the earliest.

    Hi,
    The short Dump may help you to find where exactly the error is.
    Check in which program are you getting this Dump. Is it sandard or custom?
    Also in short dump you will be able to see the part of code where the system throws the error.
    this can give a good idea on the issue.

  • Adding to Media Encoder Render Queue Failure

    Hey guys,
    So every time I attempt to add my composition to the render queue (media encoder) it always just results in my AE crashing and it does not get exported to Media Encoder. Any solutions to this?

    No idea why because I don't know anything about your OS or your version of AE or your project. Try this. Create a new AE project that is 8 bit. Create a new standard HD comp that is 10 seconds long. Add a shape layer or a text layer or a solid to the project. Save your project and then see if you can add it to the AME. If you can, then there's something in your composition that is causing the problem and you need to give us a complete description of what is in the composition. The easiest way to do that is select all of the layers in your timeline and press the U key twice to reveal all changed properties or added effects. Then post a screenshot. If you project contains pre-comps then a flow chart and the timelines from he nested comps will also help.

  • Failure: Exchange regional Text from ECC to CRM (regional structure)

    we exchange the Employee from ECC (HR) to CRM and we have very often failure because of the potal code text in CRM is different and therefore it will not be exchanged and stayes in the queue.
    (The function module is called: HRALXSYNC - the job is called ZS_ZN_120_T:HRALXSYNC = is a copy of the original job ...)
    A colleague told me there is a regional structure which must be set up identical in both systems. I do not no were I need to search for this settings for the correct postal code text - regional exchange ?
    Do you have any ideas?

    thank you for your replay
    The challenge is that we have a list of 100 employees which could not be assigend because the system check against the regional structure wich is activated by country and it seems not unique (HR -CRM). That means simply in SAP HR the name of the place called Schlieren bei Köniz and SAP CRM the Name of the place called Schlieren b. Köniz, therefore the record will not be exepted, this is the list of failure in CRM:
    #5517#5Ort Schliern in country CH not exist
    #5517#5Ort Rohr AG in country CH not exist
    #5517#5Ort Muri b.Bern in country CH not exist
    ... so on ...
    I have checked the entry in the table T005 -> SPRO: Set country-specific checks
    and for country CH is field "City file active" set in both systems (HR and CRM)
    - > but maybe, this is the problem? Do you have any ideas?

  • Billing Document queues are stuck in CRM Outbound

    Hi All,
    In our system there are huge number of CSA_BEACRMB_BD* Queues generating in CRM Outbound (SMQ1) and getting into "Ready" state with RFC destination as "NONE". These queues are of no use. Please guide me how to stop generating this Queues. FM used for this queues is /1BEA/CRMB_BD_MWC_O_VALIDATE.

    I would check the customizing in SPRO. It seems that your System is customized to distribute billing numbers.
    My guess is
    Customer Relationship Management
    Billing
    Country-Specific Functions
    Official Document Numbering
    Transfer Official Document Numbers to Accounting Documents
    Check whether there is an entry somewhere there forcing the System to behave the way it does.

    Check in SMQ1 transaction. You can see whether you require them meant for any active extractors running delta or running in regular frequency for your loads.

             After Extracting Data from CRM source system,the rercords are still displaying in the outbound queues of the CRM Source system.what might be the issue?In outbound queues the status is NOSEND or is it maintaining one more copy of the records.what happens manually if the queues are  deleted.if any queues are deleted the posting to BI  is stopped.If any data is missed by deleting the queues ,shall we recover the data back.what are the steps to schedule the those jobs in BI.

  • Activation of qRFC-Queue inside CRM

    Hi! Can anybody tell me, how the qRFC-Queue inside the CRM-System for Delta-Extraction is opened/created so that changes to specified objects are locked? I guess, once the queue would be opened, it would be filled by SMOX-Functions, but can´t find out, how to trigger them to start to work and put data into the Queue. SMOG_TRANS seems to play a role, but I can´t find the proper way. BWA7 e.g. shows, that the extractor is in delta-mode and also shows, that the queue is not open. Tricky thing.

  • District data missing in the Outbound Queue of CRM

    Hi,
    We have an issue with the information not flowing to the Outbound Queue of CRM.
    For eg . When we change the District information for a BP and synchroniye the system, the information is flowing in the Inbound queue to the CRM system and we are able to find the District data in the Bdoc. But when we check the Bdoc in the Outbound queue of CRM for this site, this District information is missing over there.
    Any pointers on this would be of great help.

    Which BDoc did you check -  the MBDoc or the SBDoc?
    I guess the first thing to do would be to see if the information is correctly updated in the CDB.
    If the district is missing in the CDB entry then the problem is with the synchronisation between BUT000 and SMOKNA1
    You may have already checked this but I just thought I would ask

    Hi Akhilesh,
    the queue name created by the SAP CRM middleware in SMQ2 depends on the configuration of the CRM middleware itself. Therefore, there is no function module available that can provide a complaint ID based on the the queue name. However, usually the queue name consist of some prefix an the ID of the business partner or the ID of the one order object. As an example consider the following queue name:
    CSA_ORDER_0000292963
    It consists of the prefix "CSA_ORDER_" and in this case the ID of an activity (292963).
    If you can't identify the complaint using this approach the easiest way is to debug the failing LUW to find the ID. As you've mentioned that you get a lot of errors in SMQ2 it seems that there is a general error. So I'd suggest to try to identify this error by debugging a few queue. Once you solved the underlying error you can simply restart the queues without the need to analyse every single one of them.

  • What will happen if we try to flow saved entries in SMQ3 to CRM?

    We are working on CRM 4.0 system.
    While monitoring queue failure what we normally do is, we save the queue entries in SMQ3. So other queue entries will flow to CRM from R/3.
    Now we want to know what will happen in following scenario:
    We have created sales order 0010203 in R/3 while doing replication it is showing some error SYSFAIL. What we have done is we have saved that perticular queue entry(LUW) in SMQ3. So that other queue entries can flow to CRM.
    After doing analysis using SMW01 we have found that there is some configuration miss in CRM which cause the problem so I have changed sales order 0010203 in R/3 to avoid that error.
    Now since I have changed my order it flows to CRM with out any error.
    so my sales order now present in CRM.
    Question:
    Now we have completed the configuration misses in CRM.
    Now if I try to activate the saved LUW entry in SMQ3 and try to flow the queue entries what will happen?
    My sales order in CRM will have latest information as of R/3 or the information in Bdoc which I have saved in SMQ3 will overwrite the latest information.
    Please help.

  • How can I Force/relaunch BP replication from CRM to ECC

    Hi everybody,
    We had some replication problem with sold-to-party BPs when creating them in CRM (Tr Code BP). The CRM002 id was not implemented in most cases. A job was planned to relaunch the Bdocs automatically every hour. It seemed to be ok for a moment.
    However we still have some sold-to-party BPs that are not replicated at all in ECC (Master Data and sales data). The usual procedure we set to trigger the replication is checking a case in BP Tr. but when I uncheck the case and check it again, the replication doesnt happen.
    Is there a way to force manually the replication of a sold to party BP from CRM to ECC?
    Second question in replication subject : We also have partial replication in ECC. For example the Tax classification partially replicates. It's like if the replication process in crashing on the way and the result is no CRM002 id back in the BP master data in CRM. Do you have any idea of where it's coming from?
    Is there a Transaction like SMW01 (CRM) in ECC in order to trace replication problems of processes?

       Firstly , please check if you have any filters in for adapter object customer_main in trx. R3AC1 (which prevants data replication)
    Next, check if your inbound (SMQR) or outbound queues (SMQS) of CRM are de-registered.
    You can use trnx.
    CRMM_BUPA_SEND
    to manually replication a BP to the ECC system.
    No.. there is no monitor in ECC like the Bdoc monitor (SMW01) in CRM.

  • Problems in Sales Document Exchange between CRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0

    we updated our CRM system to CRM 7.0 and the ERP to ECC 6.0 .
    Now I am trying to fix the dataexchange again. However salesdocuments from the ERP are stopped in the inbound queue of the CRM system.
    The error from the SMW01 is :
    At least one entry could not be found in object buffer
    Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC106
    I think that there is some configuration missing in the CRM or the ERP system. However I did not know where.
    Does someone knows the error or is able to give me a hint?

    Can you bump up the trace level (to detailed) via SMWT transaction and then re-submit this bdoc ? check if you get additional details about the error.

    when i checked the table SMOF_ERPSH in the the CRM there is an entry for the R/3 system and the CRM system

    The inbound queue has status 'SYSFAIL', and the system issues an error message stating that the logical system is not defined in table SMOF_ERPSH: There is no OLTP site for the logical system the data came from. Solution: Check your system settings: Is the transfer of data from this system to the CRM System supported? If yes: use the Administration Console (Transaction SMOEAC) to create a site for this R/3 System. Also check whether BDoc types must be subscribed on this site. In this context, refer to the Adapter Framework documentation and to the documentation on the administrations console.

    Hi Rohit,
    You can maintain the email ids in following two reports for any queue blockage in outbound and inbound queue -
    /SAPAPO/RCIFQUEUECHECK - For Outbound queue Faiure
    /SAPAPO/RCIFINQUEUECHECK - Sends notifications in the event of inboundCIF errors
    Here you can specify the  -
    1. CIF name/initials like CF*
    2. Name/Distribution List to which mails should be triggered
    3. Target system name
    4. Other settings as needed
    Moreover, you can schedule these reports as periodic background jobs scheduled to run every 30 minutes/1hour as per business requirement.
    This will send emails whenever any queu failure occurs.
