Receipt from Adobe for Creative Cloud payment

I can not find the receipt I need.  The solution Adobe page will allow you to print an invoice. A receipt and and invoice are not the same thing. A receipt is documentation showing that your company has recieved my payment.  Where is that?

I am having the same issue. My company will not accept the invoice because it is AN INVOICE. It's unbelievable to me that Adobe can't seem to understand the difference between an invoice that shows a balance due vs a paid invoice showing a $0 balance due and the last four of the credit card number. Lynda.com does it. Other companies do it. As a multinational technology corporation, Adobe should be able to figure this out!
I suggest this be escalated to your VP or Pres. It would be too embarrassing to let this detail slip. Especially when disgruntled consumers have so much access to social media. Adobe has a great reputation. Why not be a little more customer focused on this issue?

    The site receipt is emailed to the associated email address. If you are a partner user, you can log in to the partner portal, go to My sites, open the site in question and you can click "email invoice" link under the Invoice section.

  • How can I download printable invoices for our monthly Creative Cloud payments?

    This is killing me. How can I have spent almost an hour and yet for the life of me, cannot find anywhere on the Adobe site that will let me view, print, download invoices for our monthly subscription payments? I go to My Orders, but all that is there is our initial Creative Cloud subscription payment. Can't find previous months payments anywhere.
    Why is this so difficult?
    Every month or so our accounts department is on my back asking for the invoices so they can match it up with the company credit card records. And every time, this is an issue.
    Most companies we work with send an invoice paid email with the invoice attached as a PDF. Isn't that better than the standard Confirmation: We received your Adobe Creative Cloud payment email that gets sent out? What good is it if we can't find any reference for such payment?
    Sorry guys, I'm just really furious that I am wasting so much time on such a menial task while I have deadlines looming.
    Also, it's been over 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for the 9 minutes web chat said it would take for an operator to get back to me.

    Please add an option (maybe in next update schedule) that will let us to choose a different browser not the default.

    Thank you for the attention given! I know this ... CCloud,Behance,Prosite go very well with Chrome;Firefox browsers(I use also on this browsers).
    In case that will set Chrome or Firefox as the default browser I'll lose modern (metro) Internet Explorer... I don't want to loose this browser because is using on different stuff...a taste option.
    I try question more like an suggestion to Adobe (maybe a future thinking option) but my English writes are weak ..

    first, because you wrote that you "installed ..." a try to (un)install by own resources is not enough!)
    As strange as it may seem I fear it's now a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
    Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.     I have a dell all in one desktop and everytime I try to click the download button for creative cloud or photoshop, it says "Creative cloud/photoshop is a desktop app, download it from a computer." This doesn't make any sense.

    Which browser are you using to download the application? Whatever browser you're using, it is recommended to clean the browser's cache and then quit the browser, relaunch it and login with your credentials again.  If this does not work try another browser..

    You get a discounted first year on your subscription if you own a previous product, which you should have been asked for when signing up.
