We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple
You can see you account's purchase history via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases
If you didn't do the purchases, and nobody else has accesss to your account or devices and made them, then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

Is there any way that will notify me first before purchasing in iTunes? I have lots of purchased in iTunes in my credit card that I didn't buy. Pls help.

You should be prompted to enter your password when buying, if you aren't then on your iPhone you can set Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password to 'Immediately' so that it has to be entered for every purchase (that setting has a default of 15 minutes during which it doesn't need re-entering).
If you've been charged for items that you haven't bought then you can try contact iTunes Support via this link : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • HT1918 iTunes charge my credit card 8 USD ! Why?

I wan to buy the point in games (clash of clans) but the purchase is error ! But the iTunes charge my credit card 1USD ! Why?
    I dun buy any thing?
I repeat many times to purchase the point in this games !
iTunes total charge 8USD in my credit card account !
    I dun get any thing
    Why?

It may still be 8 holding charges to chec - each holding charge is $1, so the amount would tie up
As with many other merchants, the iTunes Store and Mac App Store places an authorization hold on your payment card account for the approximate amount of any purchase you make. Similarly, if you update your billing information, the iTunes Store or Mac App Store will place an authorization hold on your payment card account, usually in the amount of 1 USD, to verify your account information.
But you can contact iTunes Support via this link, especially if you are getting a message to contact them (we are fellow users on these forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • Why does itunes charge my credit card when I still have itunes credit on my account?

I have a credit on my itunes account but each time my wife or I purchase something on itunes or the App Store, it defaults and charges my credit card? I have a credit that never gets used? Help!

Either the credit's not applicable to that purchase(as opposed to iTunes Store credit, individual song credits can't be used on album purchases), or something's wrong on Apple's servers. If needed, click here and contact the iTunes Store staff.

  • ITunes charged my credit card $1.00 without explanation. What is this?

iTunes Store charged my credit card $100 without explanation, and I made no purchases. What is this?

$1 or $100? Often when you register a card iTunes will put a holding charge to confirm your card is valid. This should be released but some companies don't process the release as quickly as they should so it can still show up as "missing" from your balance/available funds later in the day. Check again tomorrow.

  • HT3702 I have been keep charged by iTunes amounts which I never download , also iTunes got my credit cards details , please help me how can I stop this events.thanks sinna

    Dear sir
I have been charged by apple iTunes with out I download thinks' and how do I remove my credit card detailed from my apple iTunes account, thanks please help me.

You've checked the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, and have you made any in-app purchases or have any auto-renewing subscriptions ?  If not and you haven't added or changed your credit card details (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) then you can contact iTunes Support via this page (we are fellow users on these forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • ITunes charging my credit card!

At the time of registration, 1 dollar AUD was charged to my credit card.
I have not purchased any items from iTunes, except for the free items from my iPhone.
I want to know why i was charged?

I am having this same issue. I just purchased two IPods and made some purchases from ITunes. I now have three $1 charges sitting in pending transactions on my credit card. Why haven't they removed these charges? It has been about two weeks since the first two and the last one was just put on my card today. Someone HELP!!

  • HT3702 Itunes charged my credit card too much

I don't understand. I called my bank for the number to call and fix it and a recording told me too go to the website. I need to dispute charges on my card. How do I do that?

If you are in the US then you need to add on your state's sales tax to an item's listed price. If that doesn't account for the difference then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • TS3297 I can't make Purchases on iTunes with my Credit Card.

I recently got a new Credit Card because the old one expired.  My account was set up so that I could make purchases with my credit card.  Now when I try to update my billing info with my new credit card info it says to contact iTunes support.  Thoughts?

If you haven't already done so then you can contact iTunes support via this page and ask them why the message is appearing (these are user-to-user forums, we won't know why) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • HT5621 I created a new Apple ID when I try to purchase to iTunes it required credit card I don't have one!why should I do?

I created Apple ID on this site because I already reached my iPad 2 limit,my email verified it but when I try to use it in iTunes it required info and credit card.I don't have one.i need a free account.

If you don't want to give credit card details then you will need to follow the instructions on this page when creating an account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 - if you don't use those instructions then you will need to give card details before you will be able to use the account to download anything from the stores
e.g. log out of your existing account if currently logged into it, then find a free app in the store, click on its free 'price', and create the account as part of the 'buying' process

  • Itunes charged my credit card twice, but didnt give me the music?!

So I clicked purchase once and thought "hey, where is my music?" So I checked purchases, not there. Checked my bank account to see if something happened there, and sure enough not 1 but 2 authorization charges from Itunes... and no available downloads, what is this garbage? Is there any way I can get in contact with someone from Apple in regards to this?

The authorization charges should be reversed.
    You can e-mail itunes support:
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes
Find an appropriate category and click. You will get an "E-mail us" button on the right.

  • HT2534 I have a $70 credit in my iTunes account but when i bought an album last night it charged by credit card not the itunes account. How do I reverse this and get the itunes account used up first?

Ihave a $70 credit in my itunes account but when I purchased an album last night itunes charged my credit card, not my itunes account. How do I get this reversed

How did you create the account ? Unless the instructions on this page are followed when creating an account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.
If you are being prompted to review the account then see if this post by mountaingoatgirl lets you do so without needing to enter credit card details : https://discussions.apple.com/message/24303054
If not then you will need to enter your credit card details - you should be able to remove it after entering it.
