Hello Shankar,
You get this dump probably because you have duplicate entries in one of your Design Time (DT) or RunTime (RT) XML files.
The XML files are used to define all navigational links, views, viewsets and so on.
Check those files for duplicate entries (e.g. A navigational link was declared twice).
Check your runtimeprofile and see the starting point of your RT definition (by default this is in CRM_IC_RT_REP BSP application, file CRM_IC.XML) and run through all the XML includes and look for duplicates.
I had exactly the same problem a while ago, I do remember finding the name of the incorrect XML file through debug. (Check the dump file to find a location from where to start debugging)

  • Interacting with email in inbox takes me to CRM_IC/BuPaDetailB2b

    I've defined specific controller substitutues in config. 
    One of them is to call Z_CRM_IC/BuPaDetailB2b2 instead CRM_IC/BuPaDetailB2b2, however when I search in my inbox for emails.  Select one and hit interact, the view that's display is the CRM_IC/BuPaDetailB2b2  not my version.
    Anyone have a clue why?  Is there some other config step needed?

    Did you add your new view to the viewset of the BuPaIdentifyCustomer??
    You can find it in the BuPaViewSet.xml of CRM_IC_DT_REP.
    What you have to do is:
    Create a copy of the BuPaViewSet.xml of CRM_IC_DT_REP to a Z_CRM_IC_DT_REP.
    Add your view to the BuPaIdentifyCustomer like this:

  • Organization Determination not determined for CRM_IC

    Our users are usually tied to multiple IC Profiles as they are tied to multiple organizations.
    We have an issue with the way the responsible group get auto-populated for IR.
    Lets assume we have a user Joe and he is assigned to organization A, B, C, D
    When he logs in to CRM_IC he gets to select the profile tied to each organization.
    If Joe select profile tied to D and creates IR we expect that the responsible group for that IR should be D.
    Instead it is showing up as A which is an issue
    We did following configuration to auto determine Responsible group.
    1) Copied  Determination rule 10000194 and changed it to Service scenerio.
    2) the followed the regular configuration for partner determination by having access sequence with determination rule as copy of 10000194 with service scenerio and tied to the partner determination
    I would like to know if you have come accross the same and what was the resolution.

  • CRM_IC  default.htm gives error when executed from SE80

    Hi Everyone,
    When I execute CRM_IC BSP application from SE80, "default.htm" (SAP CRM), then it gives me the HTTP 500 - Internal server error.  On that page only when i click the hyperlink "Open the mycompanydomainname.com:8000 home page" It says the error is " BSP Exception: the BSP URL / Does Not Contain Any Namespace Entries."
    I feel this error should not come at the first place. I have executed this same BSP earlier on diff CRM systems and it works fine. infact you can use much of the functionality of IC webclient without actually using portal. Is there anything i need to maintain? I tried debugging it. Few things which are observed are as follows:
    1) there is no entry in the table  TCPDB
    2) As soon as i execute the default.htm it should prompt me to login, but it does not, and the error is for namespace hence does it mean that it is not able to find any name value pair like , userid?

  • CRM_IC error

    Dear All,
    I am facing a major problem in our CRM 5.0 system. When I run tranasaction CRM_IC I am getting an error Calling the BSP Page terminated due to an error : "BSP Exception:the application name:sam_session_queue_cntrler.do" in URL is invalid.
    What could be the reason. Proper setting has been done in SICF transaction.
    Please help me in getting this issue solved.

    Sorry for the delay in reply.
    I found the BADI name as CRM_IC_PRCSCTRL_BADI.
    And there are two active implementations for the BADI.
    Implementation names are :  CRM_IST_PRCSCTRL  and FICA_CRM_IC_PRCSCTRL.
    Both are SAP standard implementations. I don't know if I can de-activate any one of these or not and also I am not sure which one I need to de-activate.
    Do you have any suggestions?

    I am new to CRM, Can you guys explain me clearly.
    When i go to transaction CRM_IC, in web client all the options (E-mail, Fax...) are appearing on my left hand side. Once i select E-Mail option, getting E-mail screen. In this screen i need to find out which objects are using. How can i find it? In the selection box (Std. Response) we need to add some forms. I want to find out which object is it? And how can i assign Form to that object?

    Hi Rajendra,
    First of all. This is what you should do:
    In the Easy Acces Menu tx CRM_MENU.
    Go in the menu to Interaction Center >Interaction center webclient>Email Response Management System>Administration>Maintain Mail Forms.
    Here you create the standard responses you wish to use in the email. (create a few and remember the name e.g. Z_TEMPLATE1)
    Then in the customizing (tx SPRO) go to CRM> Interaction center webclient>Basic Functions>Communication Channels>Define standard response groups.
    Here you create a group (e.g. GROUP1 --> formname Z_TEMPLATE1). create as many entries in the same group as there are templates. (remember the group name)
    Then in the customizing (tx SPRO) go to CRM> Interaction center webclient>Basic Functions>Communication Channels>Define outgoing Email Address groups.
    Here you create a outgoing email address group (e.g. Z_SERVICEDESK --> emailaddress [email protected]). create as many outgoing email address groups as required. (remember the group name)
    Then in the customizing (tx SPRO) go to CRM> Interaction center webclient>Basic Functions>Communication Channels>Define email profile.
    Here you create an email profile (e.g. Z_PROFILE1). Within the profile specify the following:
    Description
    Outgoing Addr. Group Z_SERVICEDESK
    Reply To Address     [email protected]
    Errors To Address    [email protected]
    Hide Elements        FIND INSERTLINK IMPORT EXPORT JUSTIFYRIGHT
    Print Form Name      CRM_IC_APPL_MAIL_SIMPLE
    Std Response Group   Z_GROUP1
    Now link this profile to your webclient profile.
    Then in the customizing (tx SPRO) go to CRM> Interaction center webclient>Define IC Webclient Profile.
    Add the function profile EMAIL with the profile Z_PROFILE1 to your webclient profile.
    This should do the trick.
    By the way. You can indeed assign standard reponses to categories, but than still the above described procedure still needs to be implemented.

    All i can think of .
    1. ENDLESS LOOP.
    2. BREAKP_POINTS may be set somewhere.
    3. If buffered Frames are used, browser might not be supporting frames. (which might not be the case as you said you are using IE).
    Checl st22 if there is shortdump ((which might not be the case as well).

    I would like to ask you if you know how is used this CRM_IC.xml file in CRM_IC_DT_REP BSP application. Some appl have this file, some not. Does it mean that that file is optional?

  • CRM_IC - add input field

    Hello,
    I'm trying to add a new input field to a view in CRM_IC. I'm following the Cookbook and have created a copy Z_CRM_IC with the corresponding Views and Controllers, updated the profile and also placed it in the view, no problem. But how do I take care of the database update/search? The field does not exist in the context node. Any hint would be appreciated!

  • CRM_IC :: Net Price become zero after EDIT.

    Dear All,
    I am facing a problem that; in the transaction CRM_IC, when I create a Sale Order with one (or more) line item(s) and providing a valid value in the field Net Price. If we save it, it will get saved successfully. But If I press the EDIT button assosiated with the screen, then the Net Price will become zero.
    Also it is observed that, the issue happens for German country and for rest it is working properly

    I solved this --- I noticed that I had siRoot.DocumentGrossAmountsIndicator set to false but creating the root node (newSI = SupplierInvoice.Create(siRoot)) turned that back to true again for no apparent reason. My guess is that having this set to true, i.e. all values are gross, dynamically sets all net fields to read-only. Once I discovered this it was as simple as setting the indicator back to false post-creation of the root node, and then net price fields were accessible again.

    i am new to CRM IC WEB Client. i created IC WEB Profile when i tested web profile using se80 its working but when i use t.code crm_ic in was not displayng any thing it directly going to SAP easy acess menu. when i check the system status using T.code CRMS_IC_CHECK it showing info.
    Java Server Pool :
    Server sinnodsap02.company.com is not reachable.
    Illegal destination type 'G'.
    a) Check if ICServer is up and running.
    b) Verify server name in web.xml is same as gateway host in RFC destination 14757250@SINNODSAP02.
    Load Balancing :
    No java server was available.
    can any one tell how can i solve the problem. what are tecnical steps required for IC WEB Client Application.

    What is the error that browser displays, if the error displayed is too generic and does not tell about the reason then may be you can check this, in the browser go to the tools->internet option->advance and uncheck "Show friendly HTTP error messages"

  • CRM_IC Language Issue

             In my web client CRM_IC while creating the person using creat person there is a field for langauge and if we did not mention any thing in language by default it is taking it as English. I want to change that and has to be made that as the language of the country which was entered. Could you please help me in this regard.

  • CRM_IC - BuPaESearch. Where is this view?

    Hi all,
    I've this kind of problem: I've to modify views BuPaSearch that I reach when I navigate from views AuiItems selecting an e-mail and clicking on "Preocess and record" button. I arrive in a viewset with "BuPaSearch", "mailPreview" and, on the bottom, "BuPaEmptySelect". Where is the problem? The problem is that this viewset is "BuPaIdCustomerWithEmail" that list the view "BuPaESearch", that I don't see in CRM_IC, instead of "BuPaSearch" that I see in tooltip when I run CRM_IC.
    Is there anyone that could help me?

    Hi Stefano,
    There is no BuPaESearch view as it uses the same view as BuPaSearch but there is a separate controller. If you look through the view you will see statements like:
    if bupacontroller->get_active_identify_viewset( ) eq 'E'.
    which determine the different behaviour.
