Photoshop CS6 a disparu de mon ordinateur après une panne majeur Avec mon disque Photoshop CS 6 je n'arrive pas à réinstaller ce logiciel. Que faire? Je suis un
client de longue date depuis Photoshop 6. J'ai essayé d'installer la version d'essai pour ensuite le réactiver mais je n'obtiens que la nouvelle version par abonnement.
Je suis très gêné car j'ai des travaux en cours.

Mon ordinateur a rendu l'âme, les logiciels Photoshop & Lightroom ont été supprimés sans que les numéros de séries puissent être désinstallés. Je possède tous mes numéros de séries mais je soupçonne que je vais avoir de la difficulté à réinstaller tout ça, Adobe pourrait croire que je tente d'utiliser le même logiciel sur deux ordinateurs. On peut utiliser LR et PS sur 2 ordis (laptop et desktop) mais pas en même-temps et par un seul utilisateur.
Pour Lightroom il n'y a pas de problème d'activation.
Pour CS5 si le numéro de série n'est pas desactivé, et il n'a pas été installé sur un 2eme ordi, il reste une activation valable.
Sinon il faut téléphoner Adobe et leur expliquer.

Mises à jour impossible car identifiant incorrect après une restauration

Après une restauration de mon iphone sur un pc, il m'est impossible de faire les mises à jour de mes applictions car l'identifiant qui s'affiche est celui du propriètaire du pc donc pas mon adresse mail. J'ai re initialiser mon mot de passe mais son identifiant apparait toujours, alors que mon iphone est bien à mon nom.

Pour ton info, je viens d'installer CC 2014 et tous les plugins et scripts pour AE, Première et Photoshop. Aucun problème d'installation sauf
- un plugin dont les " transitions" fonctionnent correctement sur AE et Premiere mais dont les "filtres" ne fonctionnent que sur AE.
- Un script pour AE.
Pour ceux que cela pourrait intéresser, voici comment j'ai procédé pour la mise à jour rapide des plugins et scripts après l'installation de CC 2014.
-Pour les plugins de Red Giant, utilisation de leurs nouveaux fichiers d'installation pour CC 2014
-Pour les autres plugins et scripts, copie à l’identique des dossiers et fichiers Plugins, Presets et Scripts en veillant à ne pas écraser les quelques fichiers déjà présents dans CC 2014.
-Pour les scripts d'aescripts+plugins, il faut quand-même ajouter la clé d'activation lors de leur première utilisation.
A l'exception de Premiere CC12 (en attente) et d'Encore DVD CS6 (et des fichiers accompagnant son installation ), j'ai effacé toutes les versions CC12...
Une image disque est déjà encours de gravure en attendant la correction éventuelle des deux petits problèmes.

Quelle version de Photoshop avez-vous : licence perpétuelle (CS6 ou moins) ou abonnement CC ?
Dans le cas d'un abonnement, vous pouvez installer Photoshop et vous identifier et tout devrait fonctionner sans problème.
N'oubliez pas de vous déconnecter (depuis le menu Aide) quand vous récupérerez votre portable.
Dans le cas d'un numéro de série, il faudrait surement contacter Adobe pour qu'ils réinitialisent vos enregistrement (mais je dis peut-être une bêtise).
Et là encore, ne pas oublier de le désactiver depuis le menu d'aide avant de revenir sur votre ordinateur à vous.

Probleme installation photoshop elements 12

Je possède un PC portable HP Envy 15-J099EF tournant sous Windows 8.1
L'installation de Photoshop Element 12 n'arrive pas à son terme (problème installation avec Shared Technologie ?) et a plantée.
La partie du programme qui avait commencé à s'installer, semble se desinstaller.
Depuis je n'arrive plus à lancer l'installation malgré que le logiciel n'apparaisse plus dans la liste des logiciels installés.
Le programme d'installation cherche quand meme a desinstaller Photoshop Elements et me retourne le message 'specified path is empty'.
Pour tenter a nouveau son installation ai du restaurer mon pc !!
Et rebelote, je tourne en bourrique (pour etre poli) !!!
Impossible aussi d'installer Premiere Elements 12 pour les memes raisons que ci-dessus. Par contre celui-ci se desinstalle correctement.
J'utilise une version telechargée.
Je tourne en rond et comme je suis pas un specialiste en informatique mais juste un utilisateur potentiel du logiciel, j'envisage
fortement de me faire rembourser cet achat.
Merci de m'aider pour résoudre ce problème si une solution existe, mais y en a t'il une ?
Ai regarde dans les forums, dans les aides de Adobe mais cela n'a pas donne de resultats.

Problème installation photoshop elements 12 - 'specified path is empty'

IMPOSSIBLE de réinstaller photoshop elements 12 - je l'ai télécharger hier via la fnac, j'ai tout installé, le logiciel a fonctionné et ensuite impossible de le démarrer... J'ai donc décidé de tout désinstaller afin de l'installer une nouvelle fois mais impossible, le message suivant s'affiche : 'specified path is empty'.
J'ai pourtant :
- supprimé les fichiers dans "programme files"
- Tenté de le désinstallé via "programmes et fonctionnalités" mais Photoshop n'apparaît pas
- J'ai supprimé les fichiers via Exécuter/regedit
- J'ai aussi téléchargé "Revo uninstaller" mais il ne trouve pas le programme Photoshop
J'ai biensur redémarré à plusieurs reprises mon ordinateur...
Pourriez-vous m'aider, svp ???!
Je ne peux pas utiliser Photoshop et j'ai acheté la licence hier...

Accédez à l'outil Microsoft Fix It.

Cliquez sur Exécuter maintenant.
Suivez les instructions à l'écran.
Exécuter Photoshop Elements installer à nouveau.
Faites moi savoir si cela fonctionne.

j'ai voulu installer Photoshop CC, j'ai ils m'ont alors dirigé vers Adobe Creative Cloud pour l'installé. Mais malheureusement lorsque je lance l'installation et que le chargement arrive à 42% une erreur intervient:

Comment réinstaller les appli adobe après les avoir desinstallées?

En raison d'un problème d'initialisation des applications adobe téléchargées depuis creative cloud, j'ai dû les désinstaller les unes après les autres. Aujourd'hui, je me trouve dans l'impossibilité de les réinstaller. En effet après avoir réinstaller creative, il m'indique que les appli concernées ont déjà été téléchargées et mises à jour et que je ne peux plus les réinstaller. Comment faire pour les télécharger à nouveau?

Problems installation Photoshop Elements 8 on Windows 7

I tried to install Photoshop elements 8 on my Windows 7 computer, but the installation gives a failure after a certain time. A file "...cab" is not working and may be corrupt ( exact failure code I can give, if necesary). Is there any possibility to get this file or the program Photoshop Elements 8 as download file so that I can complete the installation? Thank you in advance for your answers.

I just got the same problem already some time ago when I tried to install this programm in my computer. At that time (March 2012) the program crashed my computer, I had to reinstall all the Software completely including system software. The program I purchased in December 2011 from Amazon together with a Reflecta crystal Scan slide scanner as bundle, so I thought it will work.
I will try to install the program from the download link you gave me, in case it does not work, what can I do next without having to buy a newer version?

Réinstallation Photoshop CS3+CS4+CS5 & Lightroom 2 & 3

Bonjour,
Mon ordinateur a rendu l'âme, les logiciels Photoshop & Lightroom ont été supprimés sans que les numéros de séries puissent être désinstallés. Je possède tous mes numéros de séries mais je soupçonne que je vais avoir de la difficulté à réinstaller tout ça, Adobe pourrait croire que je tente d'utiliser le même logiciel sur deux ordinateurs différents. Quelqu'un peut-il me dire ce qu'il faut faire pour réinstaller Photoshop CS3 avec les mises à jour CS4+CS5 + Ligthroom 2 & 3 sans trop de problème ?
