i want to set approval for bussines partner crdit limit
in this case i made three categary
1) credit limit range 0-50,000RS   FOR (X Person)
2)credit limit range 50,001-1,50,000RS FOR (y Person)
3)credit limit range 1,50,001-50,00000RS FOR (z Person)
above condition i was made correctly but my problem is
in my company there is diffrent type of customer group llike
1) instation regular
2) instation irregular
3)   outstation regular
    4)   outstation irregular
i have sql query with above customer group so i want to set approval like
   particular credit limit range with particular customer group for one person so how to implement above condition

In addition to the last poster's suggestion - just so you know, it also depends on the email program the recipient uses as to how they will see any attachments - for instance, when I am using my Yahoo Mail, I am absolutely unable to view any attachment within the browser window - Yahoo forces me to download it; there is no way for me to check it (like a preview) to see if I want to download it or not.
And, FWIW: the window shown in the screenshot does not show on my version of Mail 5.1 (which is the latest for 10.7.2); the only one similar shows when viewing a message received with an attachment, not while sending one. So that must be a different version.

I don't have any problem attaching just a MS Word file in Mail. My process is pretty simple....with a message open I click the attach icon (paperclip) at the top of the message, then navigate to where the file is located and select it. I make sure I have the cursor at the bottom of the new message below my signature line. FWIW I use MS Word 2011.

To view System Report Queries (Purcahse Analysis,TB ..)
You can able to see this through SQL Trace.
Open SQL Management Studio.
Open Tools>Sql Server Profiler.
Open File>New Trace.
This will continously trace the changes done in SQL.
Open the Purcahse analysis report now in SAP B1. U will get the query from Trace Window

Function module to find the attachment list for an accounting document?

Is there a function module to find the attachment list for an accounting document? Or which table stores such references?
I know I can find this info from the transaction FB03, but is there a function module to find the attachments for an accounting document? So far I only found the attachments are stored in the table SOOD, and archived documents in table TOA03, but I can't find the table that stores the links between the accounting document and its attachments?

The closest I can come to it is if you have an mp3 music file, in Word select Insert>Movie. Select that file.

My requirement is that, I need to attachminimum 5 original documents in a Document Info Record (DIR). However, when I attach the more than 2 documents system is showing a n error. More than 2 documents is not possible.
1. Can we attach more than 2 original doc. in a DIR??
2. If Yes, Where I need or do the settings?? (Or) Is it SAP standard???

Dear Prabu,
please check in transaction DC10 if the flag 'Use KPRO' is set for the used document type. If you use the KPRO storage logic you can add an unlimited number of originals. In case this flag is not set in DC10 then only the former storage types (archive, vault, SAP-SYSTEM) are available and here you have a limit of only 2 original files per document info record.

double-click opens Excel Office 2011 for mac without the document.
It should open the document in Excel 2010 for Windows.

In Parralells, choose the file you want to open.
Right Click on it and choose Properties.
In the General Tab you will see "Opens with:"
Click the "Change ... " button.
Then choose Excel 2010. The checkbox below should be set to "Always use ... "

When was it "The inspector never did open."?
If you have deleted the document what was there to work with?
You create a document then go to:
Inspector > Document > Document > check Require password to open > fill in Password details > Set Password
Then when you go to open the document (after you close it) it will ask you for the password.

Attachment indicator in an FI document

In my current project for every FI document created the end user needs to attach a scanned pdf document. My query is that they want a feature where in they can trace that every document cretated in the system has this attachment... Is there any standard feature which will pull up a report or something which can give the info that doc no 5700000000 has the pdf attachment??

Relate G/L FS10N FB03 to material document MB03

Want to either find a standard t-code or create a query to relate G/L data from FS10N/FB03 to original material document data.
Ex. Material document exists for a movement type and plant. Later G/L account and doc created.
Instead of having to go to FB03. Select item, Environment, Original Document.
Would like a way to relate this document to the material document data found from the path above. Specifically plant and movement type.
Is there a standard t-code for this or will a table join be the better route?

I would suggest you write an ABAP query or report to show the two document numbers and the detail on the MM side.
You need to be careful over the volume of data you select from so only certain document types, GL account and number ranges for certain dates.
It maybe an idea to use BW for this.

Attach a file to a document using metadata

We have a problem related with metadata. Our business case is to create a custom metadata for documents in KM. This metadata should allow users to attach related documents to an existing document in KM (the document we are creating or modifying).
We tried to implement this business case by the following way:
We created a new Property metadata of type String and assigned an attachment property renderer. While uploading a file, we got an attachment UI so that users can attach other documents (by uploading them or by linking to existing documents in the KM folders). After saving parent document with all this metadata, we try to display document properties, and all custom properties are displayed but not the attachment property/related documents...
Is the attachment renderer designed for this purpose? Or maybe do we forgot to customize something? We haven't found any documentation/samples about predefined properties and renderers...
Any help/suggestion is welcome...

i am using 4 tables to get data into my programs.
vbrk,vbrp konv and bkpf.
i want to get belnr from bkpf.i found relation between vbrk and belnr.but in vbrk table belnr's value is initial.
can anybody tell me that how should i relate vbrk and bkpf or how to get Accounting Document Number(belnr) from bkpf for Billing Document(vbeln).
