Hi,
  When i execute the report S_ALR_87012178 ( Customer Open Item Analysis by Balance of Over due Items ) , i will be getting the over due payments of the customer in 60 , 120 days ............
But in this report i will be getting the Customer details at the Header level , where as my core team members want the customer code or name  at Item level so that after transporting to Excel they can Filter it customer it,
Is there any option to customize this report in such a way that i can get the customer code or name at the item level.???

In the entry parameter called "Summarization Level", in the output control, try to set it as "6".

    Hi all. The problem concerns the report  s_alr_87012178 which is used to display customer open items.I am selecting  'Customer classification' from the dynamic selections and filling it with a value e.g C.
    I have assigned risk class A for my customer in XD02 : Marketing tab. When i am running the report, it is displaying the customer even though i have filled in a different customer classification value.

  • Recreate report Customer Open Item Analysis of Overdue Items S_ALR_87012178

    I am trying to recreate the R/3 standard report S_ALR_87012178 in BEx.
    I am filtering Item Status so that only open items are included (0FI_DOCSTAT = "O"). However, the numbers I am getting do not match to R/3.
    Any ideas on filters, etc. that need to be applied to duplicate the results?
    Update - i'm currently pursuing this as a data loading error since a RRI between this report and it's underlying DSO do not give matching results.

    hi,
    there is a simple solution to this:
    go to SE93:  S_ALR_87012178 display it take the program name wich is assigned to it.
    copy the logic of the report into a Z report.
    because STD SAP code should not be distrubed.
    customer description will be in KNA1-NAME1/NAME2
    the above is already there in the STD program logic.
    customer number will be in KNA1-KUNNR
    add the above and give it as FS to the developer.

    In report S_ALR_87012178 (program RFDOPR10), when we choose in the selection field screen :
    OI sorted list sorting (1,2) = 1
    Summarization level (0-6) = 6
    OI list summarization (0-2) = 1
    The value that we have under the «Sort field» column is the search term of the customer master data.
    Do you know if it's possible to have the customer name instead of the search term without any modification to the SAP standard program?

    In the Search help ID enter Q - Reference Type and enter the customer name or number. If not Q try other options.

  • Customer Open Balance Aging Report S_ALR_87012178

    hello,
    we are using this report Customer Open Balance Aging Report S_ALR_87012178 but when run, it brings customers' names from VD03 search field, instead it would be handy to see full names from Name-field. I understand S_ALR_87012178 is a static report, but my question would be is there any other transaction/report which shows the same but with customers' full name?

    S_ALR_87012178 is the only standard customer aging report.
    Following two solutions I could think of to fit your requirements.
    Develop a custom report by copying standard customer reports that have full customer name and make changes according to your need.
    Or
    In report S_ALR_87012178 the customer name is populated in Address field. So you can use this field as your customer name and develop a custom report.

    I suggest to develop Z report by copying the code of this programe RFDOPR10 which is used for this report, get the help of ur ABAper to change the programe code to display Customer Name in the output.

  • AR Aging Problem (S_ALR_87012178)

    Hello,
    I need some help.  I've noticed that the aging buckets are changing over time when using t/code S_ALR_87012178.  We use that transactions to pull open items aged in certain buckets.  I've needed to go back and rerun several aging from months ago and noticed the buckets do not match what they were when they were ran at month end. 
    For example, on 2/2/2011 I ran S_ALR_87012178 for our aging for open items on 1/31/2011and invoices in the 60 - 90 bucket totaled $1.2 million.  I reran the report on 3/14/2010 for open items on 1/31/2011 and the 60 - 90 bucket now totals $1.1 million though the total value of outstanding invoice is still the correct amount.  The aging is ran off of field arrears.  
    How could this be?

    I under stood your problem like this.
    Case-1
    You have executed a query with
    Period A1 to Period A2  then you got result Number1  (Your are happy with the numbers)
    Case-2
    You have executed a query with
    Period A1 minus 1year to Period A2  then you got result Number1  (Your are not happy with the numbers).
    My Observation.
    Here the query is summirizing the Total Open Items from start date to till date. - I guess the system is correct.
    If you want to see the Open item of history data. I prefer to got the transaction data the pick the data Say: From 1st Jan2010 till 31st Dec2010 .

    We are trying to use S_ALR_87012178 transaction to get the Aging customer report, I mean, customer open item analysis by Balance of overdue Item, but this report is not so friendly for the users.

    Check the following in selection screen
    output control ->
    Due Date Sorted List
    In the 'Due Date Sorted List', you can specify 5 values
    For example:
    The default values are:
          BLANK (i.e. zero), 30, 60, BLANK, BLANK
    This gives a list of:
          to 0 days, 1 to 30 days, 31 to 60 days, > 60 days
    The 'to 0 days' bucket is always included.
    If you specified:
    29, 59, 89, BLANK, BLANK
    This gives a list of:
    to 29 days, 30 to 59 days, 60 to 89 days, > 89 days

    Hi,
      The procedure to create the new VOFM.
    1. Go to VOFM transaction
    2. Page down until you find a new spot on the page to put in the VOFM number and description.
    3. Put in the VOFM number and the description of the VOFM.
    4. Now the VERY IMPORTANT part of the process. Double click on the VOFM description not the VOFM number to create this as a Development/Correction and not as a repair. If you double click on the number then this copies some existing code and prompts you for a repair.
    5. Activate and generate the VOFM routine. Note: Configuration must be setup by the OM team for this step.
    for example Go to the routine number that needs to be copied.
    Put your cursor on the routine number field that needs to be copied.
    Overwrite that number with your new routine number and hit enter.
    The new routine will be created as a copy of the old routine and you can modify the new routine as you need it.
    Ex.
    You have to copy routine 104 to 904
    Routine number Description Active
    104 Bill.bus.item data X
    Put your cursor on 104 and then change it to 904 and hit enter.
    904 will be created as a copy of 104 and you can make your changes in 904.
    Don't forget to activate it after you are done.

    Hi Experts,
    When i execute customer open item analysis report (S_ALR_87012178) for different company codes i am different layout.
    For some company codes all items coming under one head.
    But for some company codes i am getting items under different heads like clerk 1,clerk 2, clerk 3 and so on....
    Clerk 1
    Clerk 2
    Clerk 3
    May i know why the report is coming in different layout for company code to company code.
    What configuration causing this to come report like this?

    Hi Mohammed,
    There is an provision to maintained Accounting Clerk in Customer Master-Under Co Code Data Correspondence Tab- (KNB1-BUSAB) will hit.
    Due to that its appearing in the ageing
    The normal process is that customers are created in AR (XD01) and then the MDS will create them as a BP once you have set up the config.
    In most FSCM implementations I have seen and worked on the AC is the Specialist.
    You need to have a customer master so the standard AR process and billing can be performed.
    Some clients build logic so the Collections role is automatically created when the BP is created.
    To do this you need to have mappings for the profile, segment, group and specialist.
    The Company Code of the customer should be able  to determine the segment and profile, depending on the config.
    The Accounting clerk, can point to the Specialist - please note it is best to fill in the user id of the Accounting Clerk to support this.

    Dear Friends,
    Before post the thread i browse alot for the solution but i didn't
    get any relavant solution.
    I need to enhancce customer name in customer ageing report(s_alr_87012178).
    for this in the selection screen -> output contorl ->
              we need to give oi list 1, summ level 6, and oi list summ 1.
    I came to know that there is no user exist and badi's for this.
    i copied it into zprogram and doing the changes.
    but i am unable to change the output table length.
    it is classical output report using std methods.
    can anyone guide me please.

    regarding report on trx S_ALR_87012178:
    when you choose the input parameter
    "Summarization level (0-6)"  : '6'
    program RFDOPR10 will automatically set the other parameters as follows:
    "OI sorted list sorting(1,2)": '1'
    "OI list summarization(0-2)" : '1'.
    Consequently it is not possible to only display foreign currency items when using summarization level 6.
    The reason why the program works as it does is the following:
    when you display foreign currency items it is always necessary to also display the currency.
    Without the currency information the OI total would just not make much sense. Summarization level 6, however,
    forces the output of the data in only one line.
    Since only 132 characters can be printed in one line there is not enough space for additional output of the currency.
    Thus it is technically just not possible to also display the currency.
    The combination of "summarization level" 6 and "OI sorted list sorting" 2 therefore is technically impossible.
    If you want to see the document currency please use summarization level 1.
    Please also take a look at note 769226 for more details on this issue.

Actually we have pulled Sales group field from billing document to FBL5N report.But client dont want that.He wants Sales group field in S_ALR_87012178 report.please help me whether it is possible or not.

    Hi,
    You can go to F.99 in order to see all the reports for Customers.
    Hope you will find the best suitable report.
    When you are using "Drill down reports" do not forget to select
    "Object list (more than one lead column)" this would give you a option to sort them the line items as you want.
    Just for your information: SAP1 is the transaction code for all the reports in SAP.

    You select the summarization level '6' for the output control, In this case, the program sets the selection parameters 'OI sorted list sorting (1,2)', 'OI list summarization (0-2)' and 'Company code data'<b> automatically to the values 1, 1 and</b> 2.
    Reason and Prerequisites
    The summarization level 6 causes a single-line issue of the OI list. That is, the program issues the customer number, the sorting field, the country and the list data in one line. However, only 132 characters are available for every issue line. With that an issue of additional fields is not possible anymore. For this reason, the above-mentioned parameters are set automatically in the program.

    Solution</b>
    Use the summarization level 1 if you require the information on the document currency, the business area or the company code in addition to the OI list.
