When i print a report from Tcode : S_ALR_87012301 i have this issue : i have a report without Subtotals knowing that i display them before excuting the print.
Please advise

Hi,
Can you please check the following:
If you want to print a FI list, we always recommend to start it at the
selection-screen with "Execute and Print" or as a background job.
Therefore please try one of the two possibilities to avoid the print
error. Please let me know your findings.
1. Start the report with "Execute and Print" (Ctrl+P) or
2. Start it as a background job
Please review the attached note 953481 and 1149069 for your info.

Try to choose a layout that has 65 lines.
If the report is too wide you might change the line layout (take out columns you do not need) until it is ok to print on 1 page.

i.e. if data is more then one page then it shows data page wise on computer screen but when i print it print all data on same only one page by over wrriting .

No way to do it directly in the report. You need to work with signature image file using any graphic software to increase its contrast. The easiest probably would be to use Paintbrush and change the image to black-and-white, then save back as jpeg file.

The second time when i print the report the page appear cut in the right

I created a report in Report Builder 6i. When i print the report appear well, but when i try to print the same report second time in the right of the page appears cut.

Flattening and merging are very similar. The main difference is merging keeps the transparent areas, whereas flattening removes all transparent areas by giving it a white background. A good example of flattening is a jpg image.
Since you have closed the file by closing photoshop, that means that the history is now gone, no way of undoing.
So that leaves you with two choices.
You can either recreate the whole document.
Or you can make selections of areas you are keeping and moving them one at a time to new layers. Keep each object on a separate layer. Then redo the area behind those objects.

A 2003 iMac cannot support Snow Leopard 10.6; you'd need an Intel processor and that cannot be retrofitted to your Mac. What does "About this Mac" in your Apple menu say for your processor speed? What does it say about how much RAM you have?
If the processor is 1ghz or faster, you can run OS 10.5; otherwise, you are maxed out at 10.4.11.
Also, are you running any commercial ("pay for") anti-virus or security software? They are notorious for slowing most Macs to a fraction of their speed potential.
A too-full hard drive can drag down performance, especially if you don't have a lot of physical RAM installed. If you single-click your hard drive icon and then do command i, you'll see the disk usage. Looks like this:
The value for "Used" should be no more than about 90 percent of "Capacity." In the example image, that drive has about 34 percent of its space used and 66 percent free--more than enough. Please post what you see for your Capacity and Used numbers
There are a few more things we might check but this is a good start.

Thank you for the response. I tried to fix the problem with some of the suggestions on that page, but none seem to work. I believe that is the only website that I'm having that problem on. I got to fooling with it a bit more and when I highlight the whole page and select to print the selected area, it actually prints the whole page then, but it won't do it as a default. I guess I can just do it like that from now on, but I thought there would be something in the settings that I could have changed. Thanks again for the help.

2..first of all dont delete a record inside the loop. instead use the Field symobols.
have u obsereved you code in the loop!!!!. wht u r doing..

Rwrun60.exe problem when generating matrix delimited reports

when i am generating reports in delimited format with matrix stayle i am getting following error:
ProgramError:
RWRUN60.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows.you will need to restart the program.
please advice me urgently .

From Reports 6i -patch-11 onwards, a new desformat called delimiteddata has been added. Tyr using delimteddata desformat instead of delimited format. Please refer to patch-11 release notes to know more about it.

Problem when using templates in report 6i with xml defination

Iam trying to generate a report through xml defination , and iam including the template
in the xml . but when i include a user parameter in the template and try to map that UI parameter as f_1 in margin (you can look in object navigator) and run the report through xml then report is hanging, But it works fine when i add the template to the rdf . I doesn't when i include that tdf in the xml and run it. can any one solve this problem.

In the template you should change both the font for headings and for data.
Those are 2 different section in the template.

Problem when dowloading the ALV report output to Excel Sheet.

I am dowloading the ALV report output to Excel Sheet.
There is field Condition Unit(KOMP-KMEIN) in the output of the ALV, this has values PC and CSE , but when I download to Excel Sheet, CSE is appearing as CSE ,but PC is appearing as ******.
Can you please help me in knowing the reson for this.

MB90 print problem when using print preview

Dear Expert,
We have print problem using transaction code MB90.
After input data on transaction MB90 and then we choose print preview.
Output document will be displayed, then the problem occurs, print icon and print menu are grey out.

Problem when giving print to smartform

I had assigned smartform in driver program.when i execute program, after assigning o/p device(LP01), when i click on print, it is asking to select spool request check box, then it is printing layout. But i dont want to select it in foreground. After this if i want to cancel print, it is asking again output device.
Provide any solution....................

Hi friend,
You can set your output device type at the driver program itself. So it will not ask for an output type also you can hide the dialog box popup which shows the options for print and print previw, by setting few printer settings in program.
Here is a sample code to get a default device type and set it.

Here no_dialog = 'X' so the pop up window will not be displayed.
Also possible check whether the printer settings are fine.
