SAP FI/CO Questionaires

Question

Folks,
I have been asked to conduct a project scope and high level requirements definition exercise. Does anybody have a series/list of questionaires for FI/CO?

To establish the FI/CO modules required, high level enterprise structure, specific requirements that is unique to the clients, etc.

To start with, assuming no scope study had been carried out, you need to set up a meeting with the core user / head of the FICO operations.
Take a list of users and their responsibilities.
Similarly, take a list of user roles in other areas like purchasing, selling, production, manufacturing, service, payroll and any other management areas.
This being the first step, you would now need to put these roles into buckets of sub modules.
Now you would know what activities are performed in each sub module and you would be in a position discuss with each the extended process flows.
Your questionnaire would be simple, explain the process, list down the responsibilities, the expected or desired output and the integration and dependencies on each process.
Now corelate each process and the effect of other SAP modules in generation of FI documents.
So the key is to understand the user roles and you would end up in framing the scope of all sub modules in FICO.
