Schduling agreement not considering during MRP

Hi
In source list I have given schduling agreement no and selected 2 in MRP Column.
Now I have run MRP it is creating Planned order, then I converted to PR and going to PO, it is not schduling agreement.  Pls help
Let me tell my Scenario briefly.
If stocks falls below reorder point value then, it should create schduling line when I run MRP.
How to do this Explain pls.
Rgds
Srini

Hi,
First  you need to maintaint the Proper MRP views for the materials
Create the Scheduling agreement  where you maintain the delivery schedules for the materials & Maintain the Source list with inputing Scheduling agreement & MRP column as '2'
Then automatically system will create the schedule lines for that material.
You can check in MD04 without running the MRP for that materials.
The planned order may be created for other requirement not for this scheduling agreement. The system will create the Schedule lines for that material not Planned order. Check in MD04

  • Production orders not to be considered during MRP run

    Dear SAPeers,
i want to know how to ensure that open production orders are not considered during the MRP run.
    the following is the scenario.
PIR for march after MRP run creates a planned order. this planned order is converted to production order. now this production order is processed but not completely confirmed and TECOed after a certain quantity has been produced.
now we delete the old PIR and create a new PIR in the next month. now we revoke the TECO status of the production order and run MRP. I want to know how to avoid MRP from considering the open production order and create planned order for the complete PIR quantity.
    Thanks and Regards
    Srinivasan

    Srini,
what i am worried is shortfall of raw materials in case they were to open the production order in the current month after the planning has been done. how do we allocate raw materials for both the plan as well as the open production order?
Okay, you presumably had RM available for all of your production orders (and those RM were balanced by the reservations from the production orders).  Now, you TECO the production order.  In effect, any un-issued RM are now released and freely available for other orders/planned orders.  Now you plan the following month.  Those RM that were freed can and will be used for the new plan.  Odd business process, but OK.  Now, you re-open the production orders, and, yes, you will have a shortage unless you run RM MRP again.  This is, ah, inconsistent with any business process I have ever seen.
The question that jumps to mind is, "Why re-open the old production orders at all?  Alternatively, why were they TECOd in the first place?"  If one knows that he intends to complete an order in production, one does not normally TECO the order, and then later reverse the TECO.
With respect to my name, I must unfortunately keep a low profile.  Ever since I escaped from the mental institution, the thought-police have been hunting for me. I do not wish to be the recipient of any further electroshock 'treatments'.

  • Production order and planned order qty should not consider in MRP

    Dear All,
i do not want to consider the previous month production order qty and plenned order qty (Nothing but WIP qty) in the current momth MRP, but the stock has to consider in MRP.
    Example,
    Before MRP,
    material : XYZ
    Stock : 1000
    Prod Qty : 500 for 02.04.2008
    PIR Qty : 2000 for 02.05.2008
After MRP, the requirement should be as below said,
    material : XYZ
    Stock : 1000
    Prod Qty : 500 for 02.04.2008
    PIR Qty : 2000 for 02.05.2008
    Pld OrdQty : 1000 for 02.05.2008
For the above requirement ,i have done settings in the availabilty check like , for include planned order and include production order are "DO NOT TAKE IN ACCOUNT".
Even then also the planned order qty is generating for the "500" only.
please give the solution for the above said requirement.
    thanx in advance
    Regards
    Srinivas

    hi
MRP will always consider the prod order qty while doing nert req calculation. One thing u can do is TECo the prod orders and un MRP then it wont consider prod order qty.
The Availability check will check whether the components r avalaible or not based on ur scope of check
    Reward points if useful

  • Rounding quantity field in scheduling agreement not considered in JITK

    Hello ALL,
I would like to consult to you a scenario I am facing when it comes to creating a scheduling agreement (VA31) and maintaining a Rounding Quantity (field ABLFZ) in it.
When using the standard LZ type scheduling agremeent, the Rounding quantity is considered when creating a delivery in VL10.
However, when using the LZJ type of scheduling agreement, the Rounding quantity is NOT considered when creating a delivery in JITK.
Can you please tell me what causes the case in LZJ scheduling agreement?
    Thank you all in advance.

    Hi,
This field is not available for Scheduling Agreement. It is only available for Purchase Order.
Even you will not get this in Field selection also.

  • Block Stock consider during MRP Run and Stock availibility check

    Dear All,
I am facing the stock availibility check , Sytem consider the Defective material which is Block in same storage location ,and system not generate the Planned order .
-Blocked Material stock 100, and requirement 100 then system not generate the planned. Client need the system generate planned order 100 , Because 100 material is defective.
I have configured the system scope of availibility , Block stock check remove , but problem is not solve.
    Thanks
    Rajesh Tiwari

    Dear ,
Can you please re-check your MRP plant parametrs in OPPQ wether   you have selected blocked stock( Available Stock tab )  option by chance ?
Please de-select the same  and re-run MRP.Generally MRP does not consider block stock  in net requirement calcualtion .One more thing  , MRP does material avilablity check as per OMJJ set up ( define availbality chek ) but does not consider the same while doing net requirement calcualtion to generate PR rather it goes down to MRP plant parametrs ( oppq or oppr )
    Hope this is clear

  • Tax not considered during Quotation Comparison

    Dear Buddies,
I have created an RFQ and maintained different condition types (e.g. disc.,frieght, packaging etc.) and also entered tax code.
However, during Quotation comparison ME49 the system did not consider the tax rates. Is this the standard system behavior that during quotation comparison tax code is ignored for calculation and if this holds true why is the tax code option given in quotation ?
My client needs taxes also to be included during quotation comparison.
    Awaiting reply,
    Cheers !
    Sachin Narvekar

    Hi,
IMG > Materials management > Purchasing > RFQ/Quotation > Define Screen Lay-out at Document Level
Once you click the last path, look for T. code ME47 and highlight it.
Then click for the Details button.
Once clicking the Details button, look for the field selection GR/IR Control then double click it.
There is a Tax Code field in there.
You can either select (tick the check box) it as required or optional.
Then if you go back to ME47 and click the Item Details button in the application tool bar, the Tax Code will automatically appear.

  • Sales Order is not consider for MRP in MRP Type PD and Strategy 40

Sales Order quantity is not consider for net requirement calculating in MRP.
My MRP Type is PD and Strategy 40.
Also in MD04 Sales order is not appearing.

    Dear,
Requirements to MD04 will flow based on the settings you maintain in OVZ9 for the combination of "Availability Check" and "Checking Rule". Here whatever fields you choose under the tab "In/outward movements", that will be considered.
It may be because of Requirement type Missing at schedule line category level . In MD04 requirement are pass on Either Individually or collectively . In Case of Individual each schedule line create one entry in MD04 ( Stock Requirement list)
So check the materail master for checking group is maintain or not?
    Please refer this thread also,
Re: Sale order not reflecting in MD04
After that run MRP again and check the result.

  • Trans duration not consider during Preq forward scheduling

Sales order is created with Make-to-order configurable material
Variant. During the planning process, the raw material is issued from
one facility to the facility specified on the sales order using STO
    process.
During CTP process (backward & reverse strategy setting,), while doing
the backward scheduling, system considers the transport duration from
the transportation lane and calculates the correct requested date for
    the raw material.
If there is no capacity available to make the raw material on the
requested date system is expected to carry out forward scheduling. The
system then updates the planned order that consumes raw material correctly.
While updating the Preq the system does not consider the transport
duration from the transportation lane. The availability date on PurRqs
and the requested date on the PReqRel is same.
    Has anybody seen this issue?
    Kedar

    Guys,
We found that the transportation time is considered in forward scheduling of a PReq when we have a transportation resource. But it is not considered when we have GR/GI time in product master or in Tlane(only the GR).
Has anybody gone through this issue?

  • Sales orders with expired dates should not consider in MRP

    Hi,
My requirement is that when i m running MRP for sales order for which expiry date has already been lapsed or over.sysyem should not create any mrp elements(Planned order) for such Sales orders.
We have maintained one Z table which gives the validity period(Expiry date) for sales order according to their respective division.
if MRP running date lies after the date of expiry of sales order, system shoul not allow to run MRP for that sales order or it should pop some message while executing MRP run before saving it.
    How we can achieve this?
    Pls suggest.....
    Rgds,
    Yogesh Thorat..

Since as per standard, there is no concept called validity period for sale order and you are maintaining in a zee table, definitely your requirement has to be met with user exit or function module or some enhancements.
Perhaps, you can try with MRP Enhancements
    a)  LMDR2001  or
    b)  LMDZU001
    to meet your requirement.
    thanks

  • Planned Delivery time not considered after MRP run for scheduling

    Dear All,
After running MRP, the planned delivery time maintained in Purchase info record is not taken into consideration for calculating start date of the schedule line of externally procured material generated by the system.
Planned delivery time is 3 days & Requirement of parent material falls on 15/02/2010. With this, system should calculate the start date for schedule line as on 12/02/2010 considering 3 days Planned Delivery time.
Any idea as to what might have gone wrong?
thx for your help in advance.
    Rgds,
    Ranjeet

    Hi,
Determination of PLD from the Purchase info record is maintained in transaction code:OMDT. Planned Delivery time is also maintained in Scheduling agreement. However, it is not calculating delivery date as well as release date.

  • Quantity related Scale pricing not considered during Goods receipt

    Hello Group,
First thanks for looking into my issue.  I tried to follow the solution in SAP Note 401941 on assessing the right unit price as it relates to the quantity received during Goods receipt, but my ABAP developers are very green at this time and they cannot figure out where to place this code fix and how it would work.
    Background on issue.
From quantity of 1 to 99, I want the price to be 4.00 each
From quantity of 100 and above, I want the price to be 3.00 each.
When doing goods receipts for quantities that have not reached 100 yet, it is still assessing 3.00 each.  I found the OSS note above that is really not helpful and was wondering if anyone else is using scale pricing and how their GRs are calculated for correct unit price.
    Thanks all for your assistance.
    Samantha

The scale pricing cannot be used to influence price during goods receipt. Goods Receipt will pick up the price from the purchasing document.
Suppose you want to have that the price be determined based on the quantity received over a period of time, you need to use rebate agreement.
The OSS note mentioned in your question says that you can determine the price based on the schedule line quantity during GR (not quantity at the time of GR). It will not solve your requirement.

  • Service areas not considered during autom. item scheduling

    Hello,
we've currently trying to activate the automatic scheduling of service orders in our CRM 5.0 SP4 system. The demands (service order items) should be assigned to resources according the ZIP code of the service recipient.
I made the settings for building up service areas mentioned on help.sap.com
    (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/e6/0f2288993743198bf26a2191635525/frameset.htm AND
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/da/7d808043d244cf806dcf0d6e69381e/frameset.htm), however, it doesn't work yet.
In fact I don't understand yet how the resources are assigned to specific service areas. This is mentioned on the help pages, however, not described how it actually works.
Is this the only "missing link" - kindly tell me how to do this - or do I need to perform additional settings? The assignment itself works right now, however, not yet considering service areas.
I made a where-used analysis of the table where the service areas are maintained in, however, no hits.
    Thanks & regards
    Wolfgang

    Hi Aziz,
I agreed with Mr.Ajay M reply ...add on to this "however i also faced this issue i.e.
"No planning Values but there are Actual Values - We can correct this issue by planning in KP06"
We faced the above issue- (we have added the new cost center in between & not planned in KP06- so while running KSS2 the same it has occured- so we have planned in KP06 & ran it done successfully...
As suggested by Mr. Ajay M considering of Fixed & var cost- in ML functionality will flow as system process.
Could you please try to maintain planning & run sure it will help as we also done the same.
    Regd,
    Khan.

  • Condition Type not considered during Tax calculation in PO

    Dear Experts ,
I made  a new condition type called Freight before CST , as this was a requirement for one of my PO.
This new condition is such that its to be considered before calculation of CST , but added after excise duty calculation .
    CST =%{(net price + excise duty) + Freight }
I added this condition type in my calculation schema , the issue is when I make a PO , the rates & calculation are done correctly in the condition Tab in Item Detail, & also in the Header , but in Tax/Invoice tab ,the CST is not calculated correctly.
Kindly let me know where I need to do corrections.
    Regards,
    Divakar

    Hi Indranil,
In m/06 , I have maintained Condition class A    & Condition category as B for that condition type
Also can you also explain what you meant by "As far my knowledge goes either you maintain it in your tax procedure or in your pricing procedure".

  • License Agreements not displayed during Install

I created and installer in LabVIEW 2011 (64-bit OS with Windows 7).  I added a custom license agreement (rtf) file to my installer and included it as shown below.
The setup.ini includes a reference to the file and I confirmed that the file exists in the License folder:
When I test the installer on my development PC or target PCs, my custom license agreement is not displayed.  I've toggled the boxes in the setup.ini to show the standard NI EULA but that doesn't get displayed either.
My setup.exe file is dated 6/21/2011.  I checked previous installers that worked properly and the setup.ini files looked similar but the setup.exe was dated 9/1/2010.

    Dear,
Special stocks are not considered for MRP run. Subcontracting stock is a special stock(O), hence is not considered for MRP.
