Scheduling agreement with Delivery and Periodic billing

Hi Gurus
Can anybody suggest the process if available, having scheduling agreement -
delivery --- and periodic billing.
Thanks
MM

Hi there,
Is is possible. Define a scheduling aggrement with mentioning the required delivery dates. This will convert as schedule lines.
When the item is due, delivery will be created.
Define a periodic billing type & assign it to your billing type. Define the validity period for your periodic billing.
Make sure you define the copy controls from delibery - invoice.

  • Scheduling agreements with delivery schedule - Copy control

    Hi,
I wonder, if it would be possible / would make sense to specify for sales document type "LZ - Scheduling agreements with delivery schedule"  a copy control for referenced documents like quotations.
Is there anybody who already has experience in that field?
Thank you in advance for your answers.

    Hi,
It is obvious that, a schedule agreement needs to come with the fixed delivery qty and dates.
Pls explain your requirement in detail so that you will get a clear solution.

  • Scheduling agreements with delivery schedule  - Deviation tolerance

    Hi,
Within sales order document "Scheduling agreements with delivery schedule" (LZ) it is possible to enter deviation tolerances (e.g. deviation in quantity) manually for each single item line.
Does anybody know, if it is also possible to set up firm tolerance groups with assignment to customer / material, which are copied automatically into item lines of scheduling agreements?
    Thank you for your assistance.

  • Scheduling Agreement with Delivery Orders

    Hi,
When i create (LZM)scheduling agreement(Qty 10) with Delivery orders, when i create deklivery schedule
    ie
    Date                Qty
    25.10.2008      1
    26.10.2008      1
    27.10.2008      1
in MD04 for that particular material i can see only requirement for cumulative Qty i.e. 3, &  PP guy is not able to create planned order for those dates unless i create delivery Order(TAM) for the same
    whats the solution for this?
    Regards,
    Amol.

    Hi Suresh
The *** issued qty gets updated when the PGI for the delivery happens. There is a field called *** received by customer and it gets updated when customer sends the *** back in the 830 or 862 as the case may be.
The difference between the *** issued and the *** recieved is always shown in transit.
If you do not want the schedule line to be opened up, then in *** recd change it to the *** issued or ideal option is populate the last delivery PGI'd on the delivery number field next to *** recd field. Hope this helps and let me know if you need any more informataion

  • Intercompany Stock transfer with delivery and intercompany billing.

    hi,
I'm trying to use the standard cross company stock transport order process, however, when i create the initail purchase order in the ordering company, the shipping tab does not appear, preventing me from creating a delivery. The customers and vendors have been assigned correctly. Can anybody help ???

    hi
if u want to do STO with inter company billing, the following settings to be done
System settings: 1. Create internal customer( at the supplying co code, sales org) and assign to receiving plant.
    2. maintain the supplying plant receiving plant and delivery type NLCC.
    3. Maintain the doc. type NB, supl. plant and recv. plant.
This you will do in customizing. SETTINGS for STO.
Hint: when u create a custmer master maintain the shipping instruction.
Master settings:  In vendor master maintain plant in purchasing tab.
this means this vendor is considered as your supplying plant.
IN PURCHASE TAB GO TO EXTRAS ( main menu)  SELECT ADD  ADDITIONAL PURCHASING DATA.(maintain the plant here)
    then
    ME21N
    doc type : NB( std)
rest of the things as usual
    Check it and revert back.

  • Schedule Agreements with JIT/FRC

We are using schedule agreements with JIT and FRC.  When MRP runs it generates the delivery schedule lines with the delivery dates which appear on the JIT/FRC schedule.  However, when MRP pulls in the date and suggests a new (earlier date) in MD04 under rescheduling date, the date on the delivery schedule and the JIT schedule do not reflect this rescheduled date.  Is there a setting or some configuration I have missed.  I need to have the delivery schedule and JIT schedule reflect the rescheduled MRP dates.

    Thank you Ramakrishna,
I tried entering the data as you specified (below), but it still did not bring the rescheduled dates into the delivery schedule.  I tried increasing the days and %, still no change.   My rescheduled dates go back to March 07, but the delivery date still says 8/07.
    A few questions:
In the Tol. profile under Legnth in workdays, what does this mean if I enter 10.  Does it only check the previous 10 days?  and what does each period do?  Do I need to specify days and %'s in each period?
    <b>Tolerance Profile</b>
You specify 10 days as the checking period for JIT schedules, since this corresponds to the release horizon. You enter 5% as upper and lower tolerance limits and choose Overall check.

  • Delivery from sales scheduling agreement with one item per schedule line

    Hi all,
I have a sales scheduling agreement where the same part number has 3 different JIT schedule lines and I need to create a delivery with 3 item lines: every item line of the delivery has to be referred to one schedule line of the scheduling agreement.
When I create the delivery with transaction VL10E it has only one item line and its quantity is the sum of the 3 schedule lines of the sales scheduling agreement.
I've tried to change the customizing of the User Role, choosing the Split Schedule Line = 2 ("One item per schedule line") but the delivery is created again with only one item line.
How can I solve this issue?
    Thanks in advance for reply

    Dear Alex
The SAP standard behaviour is that all schedule items with delivery date in the past have to be rescheduled anyway to one date and are combined therefore.
Partially this behaviour can be influenced in VL10* by 2 parameters in
the user role : Split per sched.line and Rule (delivery qty).
Please find below informations about these different parameters
"Split per sched.line propose you 3 Rule for creating one delivery item
per schedule line. In a delivery list in item view with multiple
schedule lines, you can decide for the same document item whether you
want to generate one delivery item per schedule line or whether you want
to deliver the cumulated quantity of the last schedule lines selected.
About rule for delivery quantity, the following rules are currently
    implemented:
    1. No cumulation
The open schedule line quantity to be delivered is the quantity at which
    the list line is delivered.
    2. Sum of all open schedule line quantities to be delivered that fall
before the chronologically latest date in the to field (following the
Deliv. creation date field) of the selection criteria.
    3. Sum of all open schedule line quantities to be delivered whose
delivery creation date falls within the selection time frame (between
the dates in the Deliv. creation date and to fields, respectively),
making the calculation of the quantity to be delivered consistent with
selection criteria. However, calculationof the quantities delivered with
the order's schedule line quantities is not affected."
    Hope this helps.

  • Dates and quantities copied from Scheduling Agreement to Delivery Order

    Hi everybody,
we're experiencing a problem with copying control for dates/quantities between Scheduling Agreement and Delivery Order.
If we define a Forecast Delivery Schedule with more lines/dates into a Scheduling agreement, when I create a Delivery Order with reference to a specific date the system always copies the first forecast delivery schedule date, disregardful the date specified in the selection criteria for delivery creation and with the fact that this could have already been carried out.
    Here's an example:
Forecast Delivery Schedule into Scheduling agreement:
    (Date) 12.03.07   (Quantity)  10 TO
    (Date) 13.03.07   (Quantity)  12 TO
    (Date) 14.03.07   (Quantity)  15 TO
When delivery has to be created with reference to Scheduling Agreement, the system doesn't about the date specified in selection parameters (e.g. 14.03.07) and copies the quantity of the first forecast delivery schedule line (10 TO).
Does anybody knows how to maintain Copying Control for dates and quantities between Scheduling agreement to Delivery Order?
    Thank you!
    Luca

check data transfer from copy controls.for this T-code is VTLA

  • Cross-Company Stock Transfer with Delivery and Billing

    Hello Fellow Experts and Friends,
I have a situation at a client in California. The client does Make-to-Order sales. The only materials kept in inventory are raw materials and NREs. This client has plants in several countries around the world but only two are on SAP. The current version is 4.6C.
The scenario goes like this. The plant in China (CC: 2020, Plnt: 0020) wants to order raw materials from the US plant (CC: 1010, Plnt: 0010). If the US plant does not have enough stock in inventory, an order needs to be placed with a local vendor. When all materials a re available to ship,we need to deliver to and invoice the China plant. Additionally, shipment notification needs to be sent to the plant in China.
IWould someone please be so kind as to helpme with a "Best Practice" process flow for Cross-Company STO with Delivery and Billing? I also need guidlines for customizing the process in the IMG. This process must include issuing a PO to a local vendor for ordering additional inventory. For the shipment notification, I was thinking of an EDI Advance Shipment Notice if the receiving plant uses EDI. I need a different option, If the receiving palnt does not use EDI.
I am open to your suggestions.
    Thanks,
    AJ

    Arthur,
Once this is correctly set up it works very, very well.  And the cross-company supply scenario is actually fairly simple, streamlined and automated.  However, this is NOT such a simple process to set up.
True cross-company supply, all the way through, requires a LOT of configuration which ties in SD, MM, FI, and EDI.  It uses "wrap-around" IDocs to do some of the cross-posting in other company codes.  There is also the issue of Intercompany markups, as well as Intercompany eliminations.
There are LOTS of folks who do the painful process of the FULL Order to Cash in one company code, and the full Purchase to Pay in the other.  But this is NOT the right solution and requires almost twice as much transaction processing.
Just for the Intercompany setup, start to finish, I've been working on a "cookbook" to set up all of the modules for almost 10 years now.  I've done it several times, at several companies and it works very well once it is all in place.  However, that cookbook document is about 100 pages long (config settings, IMG settings, master data requirements, EDI settings, etc.).
Also, in your scenario you are talking about multi-sourcing parts from other locations.  All of the related MRP settings are a separate setup issue.
What you are asking is WAYYYYyyy beyond the scope of forum posting.  So if your company or client could use some help, please feel free to contact me.

  • V_V2 and scheduling agreements with ATP

    Dear SAP SD Experts,
In our production environment we use Scheduling Agreements with ATP. This means we do perform ATP for each firm schedule line received from the customer. Every night we run a rescheduling job (transaction code V_V2 - program SDV03V02) which is basically taking into account all the lines/documents including these scheduling agreements. My question: from an standard SAP functionality point of view, is the rescheduling job actually performing a new ATP for the schedule lines in these scheduling agreements and re-determining new ATP dates?.Does it have any effect to reschedule schedule lines in scheduling agreements?.
    Thanks in advance,
    Luciano

    Hi Luciano
What you asked is about ATP . and the Fixed date / qty  is something which we define in customer master data. in sales area  data. If fixed date/ qty is checked then no partial deliveries are allowed for that customer.
    so for an example
if the customer X is checked for fixed date/ qty then whatever quantity you enter in the sales oder for that customer X that has to be delivered to the customer X at 1 time .so you cant deliver the material on partial basis.
say u have a material in plant - 50 pcs
customer oder is - 75 pcs
so this is an unconfirmed order and this order should be done rescheduling . .
you cant deliver these 50pcs to customer X even though stock is available as for this customer X fixed date  /qty is there
only if the material is available for more than 75pcs in the plant  then only you can deliver
I hope now you are clear with the doubt of fixed date / qty
Reward if useful and any queries let me know and mark answered if you got ur answer

  • Issue in Intracompany STO with Delivery and Billing

    Dear Experts,
In Intra Company STO with Delivery and Billing, pls help to map this scenario:
During PGI Supplying plant stock a/c credited. and debited to some interim a/c.
During GR at receiving plant this interim a/c credited against the receiving plant stock a/c.
This issue mainly arose b'cause in ordinary cases during PGI itself the stock a/c value updated, even when the goods r in Stock in transit.
    Thanks and regards
    sBk

    Hi,
During Intra company Stock trasfer below acc. entries happen:
    at the time of PGI
    movement type (641)
Stock A/c receiving plant : debit (BSX +)
Stock A/c issuing plant : credit (BSX -)
But at the time of receiving goods (GR) at receing plant:
only impact the inventory entries. No accounting entries.

  • STO with delivery and Billing

    HI,
    STO with delivery and Billing
    Material is valuated in MAP
When doing PGI system picks the MAP of the issuing batch and this is what SAP provided
Nw we need to transfer(PGI) @ the purchase price of the material in the supplying plant
    How to configure that
Do we have any control on the price during PGI
How can i use the help of ABAP ers for this
    sapmmlearner

    Hi,
If material is not maintained for batch, then system picks MAP during PGI as it is having price control 'V'.
To get desired result, you have to go for batch valuation. ACtivate valuation category for your plant.
Maintain 'X' in accounting 1 view in material master.
Valuation type is nothing but your batch number. During PGI, you can select batch as per valuation.

  • Scheduling agreement with Consumption based planning

    2) Replenish the stock based on consumption based planning.
    My query is
    1) How should i proceed for mm based procurement ?
    2) Does i need to create scheduling agreement for rawmaterials and and maintain schedule lines ?
    3) For which materials i need to run the MRP ? weather its parent material or Component material ?

    Hi
Consumption based planning and Scheduling agreement are two different functions.
Consumption-based planning is based on past consumption values and uses the forecast or other statistical procedures to determine future requirements. The procedures in consumption-based planning do not refer to the master production schedule. That is, the net requirements calculation is not triggered either by planned independent requirements or dependent requirement. Instead, it is triggered when stock levels fall below a predefined reorder point or by forecast requirements calculated using past consumption values.
A form of outline purchase agreement under which materials are procured on predetermined dates within a certain time period.
With release documentation (in the standard system, document type LPA)
The schedule lines in the system have internal character. This means that you can change them in any way you wish. The schedule lines stored in the system are not transmitted to the vendor until you explicitly create a scheduling agreement release (which may take one of two forms: a forecast delivery schedule or a JIT delivery schedule).
The release documentation allows you to display the releases transmitted to a vendor over a certain period in order to establish exactly when you transmitted which information to the vendor.
Without release documentation (in the standard system, document type LP)
The schedule lines immediately have official character, i.e. they are immediately transmitted to the vendor the moment you save them (transmission time-spot 4 for messages). There is no release documentation in this case.
It cannot be explained in few lines. You need to study the below link.
