Sdo_topo_map.create feature

Question

Dear Sir,
when i run this pl/sql code its giving me error

Hi siva,
i found error that my table contains all shapes as "optimized" rectangles and it looks like create feature function does not support optimized rectangle.
i fixed using sdo_intersection
