I Have one Issue related to serial Number in AR Invoice.i have created one crystal report for AR invoice.we require serial number in AR invoice.
Scenario:
      Item Code    Quantity    serial number
01) FFP001        8             IC432DDRM-S13-12-62306
02   FFp002         3            IC432DDRM-S13-12-62310,IC432DDRM-S13-12-62311,IC432DDRM-S13-12-62312
How to write query for Serial number for Above scenario suggest me how to do this?

I need to find out the serial number for the invoiced item. For ex: I have an order with an item with qty 3 and they all the received in the inventory (drop ship case). But I have invoiced only one qty of the item and I need to find out serial number for this specific item.

I am looking for any pre-exisitng link between these entities. If it doesn't exist or is not possible at all without any customization, just wanted to confirm it.
Also, when records are interfaced to the AR and autoinvoicing is run, we may populate any attribute column to capture the sr.# but again, how can we specifically determine the sr. no. for the item being invoiced. I think we'll have to pick anyone out of the 3 generated in the above example. Similarly, if we invoice the rest 2 items later, then we'll have to assign the remaining 2 sr. #s to each of these 2 items in any order.
Please let me know if this is what you meant.

You don't have a serial number with a subscription. You have to sign in instead. Once you are signed in, it will be able to check what subscriptions are active.

IPod Touch serial number does not match invoice (rebate problem)

I recently purchased and received a MacBook Pro and iPod Touch online, taking advantage of the rebate program. I was just filling out the rebate form when I noticed that the serial number on my iPod's UPC sticker does not exactly match the serial number on the invoice. By that I mean there are three letters in the serial number that does not match. I checked with Apple's service support coverage online and found that the serial number which is on the invoice is recognized and the one on the UPC sticker is not. I was just about to send in my rebate coupon, and I am wondering if this would affect my rebate claim?
I'll most likely call Apple tomorrow, but just wanted to see if anyone here has any idea.

Sorry, I forgot to include those details. The MacBook was purchased online directly through the Apple Store on 12/20/07. The AppleCare was purchased directly from the Apple Store online on 12/19/08. I usually buy it direct from Apple because of horror stories I had heard about resellers when I bought my first Mac (G4 MDD). I had purchased the G4 MDD years ago and had an issue with it during the first year and called Apple and they informed me that I could buy AppleCare during the first year warranty. The individual I spoke with indicated I did not have to activate it before the first year anniversary, but that I just had to purchase it before the 1 year warranty expired. Before purchasing my wife's Applecare I checked to ensure that was still the case. From the information on the Apple site, it is my understanding that it is still the case. I know I cut it close, but I thought I had bought it later than the 20th. One night I pulled out the invoice and found it was ordered on the 20th so I ordered it that night (19th)!!

Serial number not showing on delivery or invoice

Hello I am trying to get serial numbers to print out on Delivery and Invoices. According to Suda in a prior thread (Serial Number on the Delivery Challan) this is suppose to happen automatically in 2007 versions of SBO. I have created a test item (serial numbers setting "On Every Transaction"), rcvd the item and assigned it a serial number.
I then input a Delivery for the test item and printed it to the screen (draft) before posting it via the "Add" button. The draft did not show the serial number. I did the same for an invoice using the test item and again the serial number did not show on the draft invoice.
What step am I missing to get the serial number to print on the delivery and invoice?
What is required to get the serial number to print out on other forms such as credit memos and sales returns?

You are right . So far some other thread has been generated also before identifying same issue .
The option you have :
1. Administration --System initialisation -print preference >AR Invoice
However , if you want to bring it your serial number in one invoice , you probably need to customise your PLD .
2. AR invoice donot show serial number at row level because serial number is stored in different table .
Right click on AP invoice with serial number and Serial number transaction report or By menu bar Goto -->Serial Number and transaction report .

Automatically update PLA Serial Number

Hi CIN Gurus,
When we create J1IIN-Excise Invoice, the RG23A Serial numbers getting updated.
But how to get PLA Serial Number automatically updated in the database table. (J_1IPART2).
Because the client requirement is When the Invoice is printed, in that it should also list the RG23A/C or both Serial numbers updated and also the PLA Serial number(CESS or some times other excise duties).
And also to print the PLA Ledger which shows all the entries i.e RG23A/RG23C/PLA register.

Then each and every invoice before printing and send it with the lorry we need to do the utilisation. Is it what required ?
In real time, before printing the billing document, do we need to all that ?
Is it mandatory to print the RG23A serial number and PLA Serial number in the Invoice ?
With out printing them , just mentioning the duties and reference excise invoice number , will be accepted by Excise Department ?

Where did you buy the machine? An Apple store, an authorized reseller, or ??
Also, what is the model/identifier? Is it the latest or was it purchased used?

Apple put the wrong serial number on my replacement MBP invoice

Hi all.
In short - I purchased a MBP early 2011 which I needed to return for replacement 3 days later. This was done on the spot and a replacement invoice was to be emailed to me. I purchased AppleCare with my original MBP and I was told that this would automatically transfer and be registered with my replacement model. I must say I was pretty impressed with the speed and hassle-free nature of the service (for my first ever Mac as well).
Unfortunately, I have just checked the status of my Apple Care and noted that it was listed as expired !!!
Doing my research, it appears that on the invoice for the 'replacement' unit they sent me, they listed the original (faulty unit) serial number for both the unit that was returned, and the replacement unit. This was obviously an error because they gave me a brand new unit in a new box and I am typing on it right now. I also noted that they 'returned' my old AppleCare Agreement and applied a 'new' AppleCare Agreement (with new agreement number) but it has the returned MBP serial number listed (not the new one) !!!!!
I am looking for suggestions on how to get this rectified for the following reasons:
- I need my Apple Care that I paid for to be applied to the correct unit
- I need my current Apple MBP to be registered to me as the owner (I have no idea who they would have it registered to at the moment given the invoice is incorrect .........)
I look forward to any advice you might have, and suggestions as to any problems I might expect in dealing with Apple.

For One of my Client the Serial Number Transaction Report Window is not opening when adding the AR Invoice.
In the Invoice all the item's that is present in the line level are SERIAL MANAGED and Management Method is ON RELEASE ONLY.
Why is it so?

Please then use your web Browser address http://www.adobe.com/ and sign in with your Adobe User ID and Password to your account the has your Subscription and use https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html capture the page which shows you have a subscription like I showed you I have.
Open Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application use the APP tab and capture that scree to show Photoshop is installed and up to date like I did. Capture that screen. Show us you have installed Photoshop and its up to date.
Open Photoshop and use menu Help it should show tha its activated because there will be a menu item Sign Out. If it is Sign In, Sign in using the account that has the subscription the one you used above to Activate Photoshop.
