Session is Lost Several Times

A few months ago I uploaded a site and it contains a login to a CMS. Everything had been working fine up to two weeks ago. None of the files have ever been modified since their first upload, and the CMS has been (and still is) used on a regular basis.
What happens is, after they log in, their automatically forwarded to a menu (there's many items on this menu). When the user clicks on one of the items, for some reason, it goes to the login screen again, which it shouldn't--obviously it's suppose to go the linked page. Once the user logs in, then their directed to the linked page they originally clicked on. Unfortunately, this does not happen all the time. The same user could log in on a different browser and not experience that issue with the same link, but they would experience it with a different link, again not all the time.
This is very queer because this just recently started happening. I have DW CS4 and would greatly appreciate any help. Just for a sample, I've posted the code for both the login and one of the pages we're experiencing a problem:

I do hope someone out there has an answer for this odd issue. I've created many CMS' using these same codes and none of them have these issues except this one.

Two things to consider... If it was working, and now it's not, what changed? And, does it work locally?
If it works locally in your local development/test environment ( you do test locally don't you? ) then it's a server issue.
If it was working, and now it's not, and you have not modified the site, then again, it's a server issue.
Test locally to be sure you can say with confidence "It's not my code, it works fine when I test locally" then contact your host to see if the server is having problems. Which is highly likely if you have done the above checks.

Firefox stores the bookmarks and the browsing history in the places.sqlite database file..
There are 10 rotating daily JSON backups (bookmarks-####-##-##.json) in the bookmarkbackups folder within the Firefox profile folder, one for each day that Firefox is started.

E71-1 Memory Card data lost several times

Hi,
In my E71 phone, I have lost my MemoryCard Data many times.
I dont know why this happens. I searched solution for this problem but failed.
I hard reset my phone, Formated data Card and ReInstalled OS And Softwares But nothing worked for me.
I lost my all data Images, videos and songs.
When I see the memory It shows the Size occupied by all Data But I cannt see them in galleries.
Anybody tell me the way How to get solution for this.

Safari restore session restore tabs several times.

so when ever i close safari, then reopen it. if i got two tabs it restores them twice, so now four tabs. and if i dont close and restart safari again its eight and so on. i had a slight problem and restarted the mac a few times (safari is sett to startup on boot) and ended with something like 50 tabs (had 7-8 open first time) so now im just annoyed.
anyone got suggestions? im going to try a reinstall soon. just havent gotten to it yet, but maybe someone has seen this before cause i couldnt find any in forum.

Reinstalling Safari or the Mac OS X won't help.
Try disabling the Lion "resume" feature...
Open System Preferences > General
Deselect: Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps
Restart your Mac.

First, uninstall "SuperTV" (whatever that is) according to the developer's instructions. It isn't working and it's filling the log with noise.
If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application.
Step 1
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left.
Enter "BOOT_TIME" (without the quotes) in the search box. Note the timestamps of those log messages, which refer to the times when the system was booted. Now clear the search box and scroll back in the log to the last boot time when you had the problem. Post the messages logged before the boot, while the system was unresponsive or was failing to shut down. Please include the BOOT_TIME message at the end of the log extract.
Post the log text, please, not a screenshot. If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don’t post many repetitions of the same message. When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
PLEASE DO NOT INDISCRIMINATELY DUMP THOUSANDS OF LINES FROM THE LOG INTO A MESSAGE. If you do that, I will not respond.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Edit it out by search-and-replace in a text editor before posting.

Still in Console, look under System Diagnostic Reports for crash or panic logs, and post the most recent one, if any. In the interest of privacy, I suggest you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if present (it may not be.) Hold the power button and the home button down until the screen goes black and the apple logo appears. This will do a reset and you should be able to update your apps then.

and did you try to add the account manually rather then letting it auto detect the settings

Edge has very clear restrictions, one being that you must have 6 months of clean payment history which you don't. Either wait until April 14, or good luck at Sprint.
I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.

Did you use a redemption code to get a serial number?

Earlier today Firefox crashed. Later a window came up, with the rest of the screen grayed-out, saying there is suspicious programs on my 'pc' (wrong because I have an iMac) and it will run a scan to see if there are any suspicious programs. I immediately quit Firefox, with an additional window popping up asking if I really wanted to quit the page, that data may be lost. I quit. I tried restarting my computer, but in opening Firefox, it did the same thing. I then tried to delete FF by dragging it from my appl. folder to trash and reinstalling using Safari. Did this several times with the same result...still get the popup window saying the same thing each time.
