Shipping point problem in Cash sale order

Hi friends
Hi friends.
I am creating Cash sale order, when i saved it, system display error display u201C Shipping Data/Receiving missingu201D and order can not be saved. But when i create standard order OR, it's no problem.
When we click on Error, another screen open:
Shipping point should come automatically and when we click on Combo box on shipping, there is no entry. I have check CS order type, Item category and all configuration. Can any one suggest me what i should do.

for cash sales shipping conditions are different check in VOV8 for your cash sales order type shipping conditions.
and assign them in OVL2
shipping conditionsloading groupplant. like

    There is a lot of difference between cash sales order  and normal sales order
    The differences are
    cash sale document type - BV , standard sales order document type - OR
    Item category for cash sale is BVN and normal cash sales order it is TAN.
    In VOV8, if you go to BV document type details , shipping conditions will be on where as in OR , shipping conditions will not be on .
    In cash sale order , automatically a  delivery number will be created in the background once you save the cash sale order , whereas in normal sales order , after saving order you need to do delivery and then save it then only delivery  number will be generated
    In cash sale  the billing date will be todays date only where as in normal sale billing date can be after 1 week also , depends on the availability check
    In normal sales cycle , you get invoice in billing F2, where as in Cash sale when you create a cash sale order the output you get is the invoice for the customer.
    In cash sale  there wont be any credit , where as in normal sales order there will be credit for customers .
    Example :
    cash sale - A customer purchasing goods in a retail outlet and then and there he is paying cash (no credit) to the retailer.
    Normal sale - Customer purchasing goods but paying in installments , that means he is a regualar customer and he is getting credit.
    Why cash sale  is order related billing ?
    Because , once you save the cash sale order automatically the delivery number is also created. now when you go to VL02n and enter the picking quantity it has to be fully referenced , of how much you have given in the cash sale order . But if you try to do partial delivery . you cant do again , you need to change the quantity  what you have given in the delivery and enter in VA02 and enter the same quantity. then only the order will be closed
    check the billing relevance for the item category BVN ( it is order related billing)
    normal sales order is delivery realted billing ?
    Because the item category for TAN is  relavent for delivery and Billing relevence is different from BVN
    you can do paritial deliveries in normal sales cycle till complete order quantity is referenced

  • Problem in Cash Sales

    Hello All,
    I have configured Cash Sales and made one order also where in the document flow it is showing that all the Delivery , PGI & Invoice transactions are completed whereas against the Cash Sales Order status it is showing " Being Processed" despite that I have done PGI of the entire quantitiy of the material for which the order is raised.Why is this happening?
    Moreover after creation of the delivery in the background as & when the sales order is saved , still I have to do PGI separately in VL02N otherwise the system is not allowing me to raise invoice though in case of Cash Sales the process followed is of Order relevant Billing & not Delivery relevant Billing.
    Please suggest if I have missed any step in the configuration portion.

    Process Flow
    In the standard system, sales document type BV is saved for cash sales with immediate delivery type BV.
    When the sales employee creates a cash sale, the system automatically proposes the current date as the date for delivery and billing. Once the order has been posted, a delivery with type BV is created immediately in the background and the system prints a document that is used as an invoice for the customer.
    The invoice papers are controlled with output type RD03, contained in the output determination procedure for order type BV.
    If the customer has already received the goods, this delivery should not be relevant for picking. If the customer is to pick the goods up from a warehouse, the delivery should be relevant for picking. If the goods are to be sent, this can be processed by maintaining the delivery in the usual way.
    The system automatically creates a resource-related billing index which updates the billing due list. Billing document BV is created as the system processes the billing due list, but an invoice is not printed.
    Once the customer has received the goods and is satisfied with them, the transaction is considered to be complete. We recommend that you post goods issue in the background using a program designed specifically for this purpose. You can then bill the transaction.
    The cash sale can only be billed if the order quantity is the same as the goods issue quantity. If this is not the case, you need to adjust the cash sale document so that the delivered quantity and the quantity to be billed match.
    You use an order-related collective billing process to bill the cash sale, but an invoice is not printed. The sales order number is used as the reference for the accounting document, created in Financial Accounting.
    Dealing with Problems and Complaints
    If the transaction does not run smoothly, manual intervention is necessary. For example, if the required quantity of goods is not found in the warehouse, you need to adjust the delivery quantity. Equally, if the customer is not prepared to pay the agreed price, because, for example, the goods are scratched, you can change the price in the cash sale document.
    In extreme cases, you can delete the entire transaction, starting with the delivery. If the delivery is damaged before it is picked up but after it is paid for and there is no replacement stock, you can initiate a subsequent delivery. If you make changes to the cash sale, you can issue a new cash sale invoice using the repeat printout function.

  • Ship-to address overwritten in sales order/delivery

    Hello,
    We have a peculiar problem in our production. 
    Our user created a sales order, then two deliveries out of this order.  No PGI had been done and the ship-to code in the SO/deliveries was not changed. 
    The user then changed the ship-to address in one of the deliveries.  The address in the other delivery was overwritten with the same address and so was the ship-to address in the sales order.
    Any idea what went wrong? 
    We tested this in our test environment and there was no such problem.

    As per my knowledge by changing the address in SO or delivery does not impact any where. Usally  we change the address in partners tab at header level by double clicking on the code. If client required any specific address ( not CMR )  in excise output or commercial output this new address we can get by making some changes in smart form and print it out.

                            I have one problem regarding stock transfer note, In my business scenario, product wise SR no use for excise invoice, So, i had maintain no range as per shipping point wise, But , when i have create stock transfer order, at a time system take default shipping point , as per shipping point determination, But i want to different shipping point in this stock transfer order, but i can not change shipping point in stock transfer order, Can u give me any solution of this problem,

    First create a STO with a Plant as per your Requirement by maintaining the same Plant in the Material.Also maintain the same Plant in determining the Shipping Point Determination.
    Otherwise to change the Shipping Point Manually is not a good habit by the Users.

  • Changing ship to party address in sales order

    Hi All,
    We have a scenario herein in sales order, the ship to party  address is copied from some other ship to party address. Put simply if the ship to party in sales order 1 is A, the address of A will be copied from ship to party B. The ship to party B is in sales order 2.  The ship to party in sales order 1 will remain A only but the address is copied from B ship to address
    i just need to know where this kind of development must have been done. i.e the include program, exit etc.
    i am trying to see exit  EXIT_SAPLV09A_001, but i could not see it in se38?

    Hi,
    In first place why you want to have such a requirement. Why can't you have the correct address in the Ship to Party master record in the XD01 and assign correct ship to party at the sales order line item, so that correct address flows to the sales order line item.
    Eg:
    Sold to Party A
    Ship to Party A & Ship to Party B (Both are assigned in the Partner tab of Sold to Party A)
    Ship to Party A has Address A & Ship to Party B  has Address B (Ship to Party B was created with Account Group SHIP TO)
    On the sales order line item, change the ship to party to Ship to Party B
    So that you have correct address in the relevant line item.
    As per your requirement, you have to have a Z table to keep the logic between hip to Party & relevant address.

  • Problem in importing Sales Order with udf in the rows

    Dear All,
    I am having problem in importing Sales Order with udf in the rows. I mean it is getting imported but the udf values in the rows is not getting updated. But the udf values in the header is getting updated. I am using SAP 8.8 Pl 10.
    Can anyone guide me what to do in this scenario?

    So , Login to DTW .
    with the Desired Database and Login Credentials.
    Goto - > Templates - > Customized Templates
    Select The Object .
    Right Click on the object needed and choose Create Template for the Structure .
    Then use this template for import .

  • Deletion of cash sale order

    Hello Experts,
    There is a cash sale order which has to be deleted for the user to recreate the process again. They have cancelled invoice, delted delivery ,but cannot delete cash sale order.the error message says "invoice already exists for this sale order" what to do. In the doc type for the cash sale it is mentioned as both order related and delivery related.
    Any ideas please?

    Please check whether accounting document is generated for the billing document or not.If yes then please reverse the same through T.code FB08. Then try to delete the cash order.

    I need to change the  ship-to party address at Sales Order headder level. for that which user exit i need to  use and which structure i need to use to update the transaction.
    I used : userexit_save_document_prepare, in that i passed data to 'xvbpa' and 'xvbadr' structures. even though it is not update the transaction.

    As soon as you change the address for any partner in sales order, the changes are recorded in table ADRC. ( Normal address table for business partners)
    Select table VBPA and for the document number (VBLEN) and item number (POSNR) get the address number ( ADRNR) for the ship to party (WE)
    Now in the table ADRC with this ADRNR you can find the changed address for ship to party for the order.

  • Erroneous Shipping Header Text in the Sales Order

    Hi ,
    We are facing one problem.Can you please help us..
    We seemed to have a recurring issue in SAP Production wherein an erroneous shipping text and supply location header text
    suddenly appears on the sales order header text.   As of this stage, our interim solution is to manually clear the erroneous text via invoking
    the SAVE_TEXT command directly in Production to clear out the text.   The problem with this approach is that we are "reactive"
    to the event meaning we only get to know of the issue after the National Order Centre reports the issue and by the time it reach
    IT it already affected quite a few sales and stock transport orders.  
    I
    a) an investigation to be conducted as to identify the root cause of this issue 
    b) permanent solution to be put in place to rectify the issue
    here's the text ID that got affected
    Text ID = Z022  (Shipping Text)
    Text ID = Z029  (Supply Location)
    Language = EN
    Text Name = XXXXXXXXXX
    Text Object = VBBK
    a list of programs that calls SAVE_TEXT and updates
    the above-mentioned text ID.  We have gone through the SD user-exit MV45AFZZ.
    The sample you see below is an STO.  As you know the STO is created inside the sales user-exit and uses the
    shipping instruction default from the originating sales order to pass on the text to the STO shipping text.
    We are unable to re-create this issue so this sorts of adds a layer of complexity.
    I found SAPLSTXD memory id..It is importing from this id..But there is no export in the program..
    Can you please help us where the text is exporting ..We need to find out the root cause of this issue and solution..

    Chances are it is set and exported at some point, then abandoned after processing for that document...it needs to be cleared probably, since your user is remaining in the same user context and therefore when another import is executed, the text stored there is brought in, even though not for that order/document....believe you'll find this is a programming error, need to export space or clear the ID after it is used...
    Check the other MV45AFZ* objects also...MV45AFZZ is not the only SD user exit...look at the inlcudes (named like mv45afz* )  in SE80 for program SAPMV45A.  I can't see SD (don't run at my employer), but you might also check copy requirements in transaction VOFM entries?  Some of the SD wizards can advise on that part.
    Try ABAP Scan program RSRSCAN1, probably as background job, if you don't find in MV45AFZ* members.  Sorry, that's the old program (but it might find for you).  Current version is program RPR_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN.

  • Unloading Points (KUWEV-ABLAD) on Sales Order Header via BAPI

    Hello all, first day posting on this forum, but I thought I'd answer a question before posting my own.
    We've built a nice .net based solution to entering sales orders into SAP using BAPI's, however I cannot find where we can set the Unloading Point ( field KUWEV-ABLAD) at the header level for a sales order. We're using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to create the sales order, and that works fine, but there's nothing in ORDERHEADERIN to set this field.
    I found a field in ORDERPARTNERS, called Unload_Pt , which relates to an ABLAD field, but passing the value to this parameter doesn't seem to work, which makes me think that it's a different unlaoding point.
    Can anyone help me here? Does the parameter not exist? Do I have to extend the BAPI (something I've never done before) or is there a simple method of updating the field directly somehow?

    I've found the answer to this problem, in case anyone comes across this forum when searching in the future.
    the answer WAS to use the UNLOAD_PT field, but (and this should have been obvious) you have to add a line for the Ship-to-Party in the ORDERPARTNER structure, this has the function parameter "WE" (you'll have a line for sold-to "AG" already)
    you can then enter the text of the correct unloading point into the UNLOAD_PT field

      Pricing will be carried basing on the pricing
    procedure.
    Case1: Prices will be carried out automatically if
    necessary condition records are maintained for the
    condition type.
      For this you can go to Sales Order-> Item Conditions
    In the screen you can click on command button Analysis,
    which gives you the list of condition types associated
    to the pricing procedure. By clicking on the condition
    type you can know the action that has taken place.
    Case2: Manually forcing prices for Items.
      To do this, you have to populate ORDER_CONDITIONS_IN &
    ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX. Also note to identify the item
    numbers, you manually pass the item number for each item
    in the sales order, use the same item number for
    populating conditions.
      Parameters required:
    ORDER_CONDITIONS_IN:
      ITM_NUMBER, COND_TYPE, COND_VALUE, CURRENCY
    ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX:

    We have a problem in personalization of Sales order form.Here we are trying to personalize three field based on order type
    Scenario 1:_
    _Nav-->Oredr Management Super User-->Orders,returns-->Sales Orders-->order type-->standard_
    In this type if we are navigating to lines it should ask the following fields as mandatory
    (Nav-->Oredr Management Super User-->Orders,returns-->Sales Orders-->others form)
    1.Shipping Method
    2.Freight Terms
    3.Shipment priority
    Scenario 2:_
    _Nav-->Oredr Management Super User-->Orders,returns-->Sales Orders-->order type-->Bill only & Internal & RMA_
    then it should navigate to line items without asking those three mandatory fields.

    The problem we are facing is when we first select the ordar type as Bill only or Internal or RMA it is working as expected. But first if we are select the order type as standard then we navigiting to lines it is not allowing us without entering those three mandatory fields as expected. Hence the problem is without closing the form we changed the order type as Bill only now also those fields remains as mandatory this is issue .
    So hope the problem is clear to you all and we have to move this in production on tomorrow.

    If the ordre type is standard the following fields should be mandatory without those fields it should not navigate to line items_

    for that we did three personalization for those three fields as in the previous post
    but the problem is
    when we first select the ordar type as Bill only or Internal or RMA it is working as expected the fiel sare non mandatory the without closing the form if we select order type as standard then if i try to navigate lines it is not allowing me without entering the three fields. But incase first we are select the order type as standard then we navigiting to lines it is not allowing us without entering those three mandatory fields as expected. Hence the problem is without closing the form now we changed the order type as Bill only or internal or RMA now also those fields remains as mandatory this is issue .
