Siri doesn't register that I have already set up an email account

When I try to send a pic from the camera roll or ask Siri to email a contact, I get a message that I don't have an email account set up even though I do. I have to have MobileIron on my phone as I use it for work. When I click my email app, it works fine. Any suggestions? Thanks!

How many email accounts do you have? Is one of them setup as a default account?

How can I reset my apple id security questions, if I have not set a rescue email account?

My new iPhone says "To help ensure the security of your Apple ID we require additional information." It then asks me for the answer to my security questions. Which I can not remember. I can log into iCloud and my apple ID, but can not change my security questions. A web search indicates that I should be able to send a security email to my rescue email account. Since this option does not appear on my accounts security question screen, it looks like I never setup a rescue email. How do I reset my security questions, or setup/change my rescue email account?

My iPhone 3GS just stopped working this morning. It tells me activation is required and that I need to plug it into itunes. When I try to plug it into itunes it doesn't register that I have anything plugged in.

However when I try to plug it into my computer nothing happens, it will only show the apple symbol when I plug it into an outlet. Does anyone know what I can do to get it to plug into itunes or activate it again?

Please plug the iPhone with the original doch-connector & USB cable into a USB plug in the computer (directly into the computer) and restart iTunes. It should register. Please do not stop the registration!!! You may need to press power on iPhone.

If I reinstall Snow Leopard to replace "user" with my own short name in accounts, will I wipe out all upgrades, mail settings, etc. that I have already set?

After buying a second-hand laptop running Snow Leopard, I made mistake of upgrading software, creating mail accounts, Safari preferences, etc., before noticing that the account name was "user". I want to replace this Admin account with my own short name, but can't seem to do it without completely reinstalling Snow Leopard. If I do this, will I lose everything I have done already? I have a question about that link....it said to change the name of the folder in the way you would change any folder....
There is where i am having the problem....I just got a mac and i am having windows withdraw...b/c i don't know how to do jack.......
When i have my finder window open and look under places i see the house icon with the (i assume) user's short name.....this will not let me rename this......Is there a reason why???

I am on Windows 7, and I was on Adobe.com. I went to downloads and clicked on Acrobat XI standard. It downloaded. But when I went to run it said Acrobat XI Pro and would not accept my serial number. I have done this now 4 times. I think that the system is downloading the wrong version. I am getting very frustrated and unhappy with Adobe!!!!

Does the iPod connect to other networks?
Does the iPod see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iPod connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Just had a quick check on my iPad and iTunes doesn't recognise the tv shows that I have already downloaded. This is also the same on my iPhone. I haven't checked if it is the same with songs but the app store recognises the apps that I have already downloaded. It is very confusing when browsing the app store without knowing the shows that I have already downloaded and I could accidentally download a tv show again that I have already downloaded. Is this normal?

Well, I have one episode of Top Gear series 14 and I want to buy the rest of the series but I don't want to buy each episode individually as it costs more. If I click the button to buy the whole series will I get I get the discount off from the episode that I already have and will it download all the episodes apart from the one that I already have.

First, grow up. Just because YOUR phone isn't working, doesn't mean Apple put out bad software. I've not had any difficulty, nor has anyone else I know. And just how is Apple risking lives with Bluetooth kits not working? It's YOUR decision to talk on the phone or text and drive. Not Apple's.
We're users here, volunteering our time to help others. Posts like yours, which are whiny and ranting, simply means we're likely to ignore you and not provide you with any help. Not to mention, it makes you look absolutely foolish.
Further making you look foolish is the fact that you haven't even asked a technical support question, nor have you provided anyone here with any troubleshooting steps you might have taken, including those recommended in the user guide.
