Skype India subscription problem

Dear Skype Team,
I am using Skype India Subscription 2500 Mins last two months.
First month it is working Fine.
So, I recommended Skype to my friends. but from last months Skype subscription is not working fine. Every Two Minutes automatically disconnecting the call. and lot of time there is a problem with Voice.
Im trying to chat with your Live support also but they are also not responding.
Today my subscription is going to Finish. If u try to Solve the problem today i will continue with skype. otherwise i will delete my account and my friends account from skype. and i will advise my friends to cancel the subscription from skype due to non responding and Voice call problem. My friends also having same problem in voce calls.Everyone is blaming me due to skype is recommended by me.

I am using Skype India Subscription 800 Mins from yesterday (7/10/14) voice clarity very nice but every 2 minute automatically disconnceting tha call.then again i call same problem. i don't what problem with me. i'm using samsung s4 active. first time i purchase skype calling credit.
please help me any one knows about this problem.

Skype number subscription unwanted automatic renew...

it is inconvenient when a subcription lapses, one might beleive it cancels. not so, it will instead automatically renew without further authorization. i no longer need a skype number but wish to use the land and mobile call out feature so when i added skype credit, it was intended for calling out only and i feel i did not authorize a payment for the skype number, it just deducted my skype credit anyway. now i don't have enough money to pay for my call out script since no refunds are available.
perhaps skype can charge a correction fee and refund at least some of the unexpectedly deducted funds or cancel a script when it lapses? this would seem a friendlier approach.

I subscribed to Skype unlimited minutes subscription to +91 destination (mobile & landline). Later, after a week or so, when I visited Skype to suggest same offer to one of my friend; I didn’t find it. My question is ‘how to I renew my subscription next month? If I renew, should I get the unlimited minutes?’

The Unlimited India subscription has been discontinued, and you can now choose from 4 subscriptions - 60, 120, 800, or 2500 minutes per month - for calling India.

I'm using Mavericks and there are no issues with SKYPE.
I using SKYPE 6.9 and this version is working well without issue.
For some reason I didn't downloaded SKYPE 6.11 I don't know why anymore ... but I'm sure I hat my reasons not to do so.

Skype Number subscription

i'm waiting for almost 2 weeks on my online Skype number subscription. It says: "Pending". What is going on there? If my number has not been activated for tomorrow, I will ask paypal to return the money and I will buy a phone at my own provider! Skype Support, skype live support.. nothing is working here. Grr.. I get almost regret registration with Skype. I hope someone can help me.

Your account shows 2 payment applications for your Number and 1 expired Number. Skype has sent both payment applications to PayPal but they haven't yet processed them.

Your topic title states that "Skype number subscription paid... says expired". Your account shows that this Subscription is current and will automatically renew on 05/1/15 unless canceled. Your Unlimited World Subscription is current and will also expire on 05/1/15. It will not renew automatically. Your Unlimited USA/Canada Subscription expired on 12/2/14 [that's why you see a "renew" message]. Your Skype Credit balance is current so you're in good shape to make calls. Sorry about the confusing statements on your account page. Hope this clarifies the situation.

Skype number subscription cancelled? No!

Howdy, in one of my Skype Numbers (I have two), there's a message that says:
"Your Skype Number subscription was cancelled. It will expire on November 9, 2013."
Then have the option of getting a new Skype Nr.
However, I didn't cancel that subscription and want to continue to use that number past that date. It's a US number.
How can I do that?
When I get a new Skype nr, I can get fairly close numbers, but not the same..

Ok, contacted customer support (CS) via chat and this is what I got:
CS: I suggest that you wait for this Online Number to expire for you to see an option to reactivate the Online Number.
Me: But I need to put this number out there for people to add in their contacts.
I need to be sure I'll be able to continue to use the number.
Are you telling me that for sure when the number expires I will be able to reactivate it and continue to use it?
CS: Don't worry once the number is expired it will still be on your account for 90 days.
Me: ok, tx. Any reason I can't extend it now?
CS: I apologize but there are some cases that extending an Online Number is available however, we suggest that you wait for this number to expire.
Basically, looks like I can only renew close or after expiration, which 1) doesn't make sense and 2) why does the error message saying my subscription was cancelled appear?
I guess I'll have to wait and see. Meanwhile, the number is working.

Cost of Skype Out Subscription, Cost of Online num...

My Skype Out subscription is up and I am researching other VOIP alternatives. Current I pay $30.05 USD, is that what I will be billed if I renew in November?
Also, if I want to purchase an online number for 12 months, what is the cost for that?

1. The cost of a subscription to a Call Plan depends upon which Plan you have.
Please advise.
(It wouldn't be a "SkypeOut Subscription". We don't have such a product.)
2. The regular price of an Online # is $60 for 12 months and $18 for 3 months.
If you are subscribed to a Call Plan (any length) the discounted prices are $30 and $12 respectively.

Re-Activate Skype Number subscription

How do I re-activate a Skype Number subscription that was cancelled. The subscription is set to expire in a month, however, I want it to continue. I've added a PayPal payment method next to the service, but the alert still shows that it will expire. Any ideas how to reactivate it?

In Skype, when we cancel a subscription, the subsription remains active until the end of its term. What we are actually cancelling is its renewal. Therefore, check your account settings to see when your Skype Number subscription's expiration date is - which, as I just explained, is not tied to the date you accidentally cancelled the renewal. Even so, your number will be held in reserve on your account for 90 days so you have time to sign on and reactivate the subscription.
When your Skype Number subscription expires, you should receive an e-mail alerting you to this. The next day, sign on to your account dashboard and reactivate the subscription.
Skype Customer Service can also help determine the status of your Skype Number subscription.

URGENT: Skype Subscription Problem!

I purchase a subscription just now and amount as been charge but its not active. still i cant able to make calls poping up insufficient credit msg.

I can only assume you purchased the same exact minute subscription that you had previously. Minutes will still not be available until the old subscription month is over. Skype subscription problem

I have 400 min subscription. I red all the additional subscription detail and I should be able to add another subscription to my skype account to the same country!
When I added new subscription, it charged my but then after it just replaced with the previous subscription not adding the new one!
I want to have two 400 min subscription to the same country.
Anyone new how it works and if I can add two subscription for the same country without replacement!

Hi Mahdi,
You can't have two identical minute subscription for the same country active the same time. If you buy the same subscription again it will be appended afterwards.
