Skype says I have no credit

I have taken the unlimited subsrciption - unlimited calls and minutes to landlines per month - it expires the 16th - but when I make a call I get the no credit left message?

Email about stopping Skype and i have a credit

i received an email saying i have unused credit and you are stopping my skype. i have attempted to make a call to keep it activated. my imac doesnt have the application to use the skype. i have been attempting for over 45 min to have this solved. i am annoyed and frustrated and now just want my refund and dont really every want to use skype agian . can i get my credit refunded. i cant remembere when i signed up. i cant remember my accout name. all i have is the email thta i signe dup under [e-mail removed for privacy and security]

Unlimited subscription to US but Skype says I have...

I just purchased an unlimited subscription for 12 months to the U.S. I made one call to a u.s. mobile phone, now Skype says I have to buy credit to make my next call. The call was dialed, not sms. Why? I thought my subscription gave me unlimited mobile and landline calls to the continental us, guam and puerto rico.

Hello,
I have the unlimited US & Canada subscription plan on my account. For more than a year, I was able to call the skype number on my phone then make long D calls. I don't know why but recently my subscription decided to be cancelled so I subscribed to a new one and paid for 3 months in advance.
I now try and call skype number and it says I have not enough credit when I dial any north america number. What xxx xxxx is going on?!
Quick assistance will be much appreciated.

xxxxxxxxxxxx I have paid for a year subscription and when I go to make a call its acts like I need to add credits, I have double checked and it shows where I paid for it with my order number and it show where it was suposed to have been added to my account with a status delivered.

In your case your account shows that you have an active 100 minutes monthly plan and that you have already used up your allocation for this current period. Your next additional minutes will be added on July 15th 2014. Until then you can call using Skype Credit.

Skype says i have a problem with my microphone

Hi,
So i bought my first laptop computer and it came with windows 8. At first i said oh w8 looks really neat but after less than a minute i was already hating it. The fact that i cant turn off all this redesigned UI's is really annoying. So i tried to use skype, when i call or receive a call and i answer it, the call gets terminated immediately and skype that " there has been a problem with my microphone ". That is, my mic that is built in the pc.
If i use mumble teamspeak or even audacity, i can record and use the mic without problems, so its not a hardware problem, its just this crappy software. In my audio settings i have " Microphone (Realtek HD Audio)" selected.
As if this vomiting minimalistic design wasnt enough, i have to deal with configuration problems that programs that are 5 mb (audacity ) dont have.

Owkey i had the same problem with my computer but i will explain now to you step for step how to solve this and its pretty easy.
NOTE: this is for the winsdows 8 version not desktop. Yust saying.
Step 1: Launch Skype in the winsdows 8.
Step 2: press the flag buttom on you keyboard with the C combined.
Step 3: Click on settings.
Step 4: Click on permissions.
You will see a smal bar that will allouw you to activate is de-activate anny hardware tools from skype.
Step 5: Make sure webcame and microphone on ON.
Step 6: Call friends and have a good time
Hope you can use this to enjoy your Skype experience.

The newer version is all about ads that will appear in the chat windows. I know because a month ago I had an automatic update of Skype and that was the only thing new and improved about it; so I immediately took the advice of other users and returned to my previous version of Skype. Now the commorades are forcing everyone to take the updated version by deactivating the previous NON-comercial version. This is like taping my eyelids opened forcing me to look at ads. I resent this as I resented losing Microsoft Instant messenger. This is a Plutocracy not a democracy that cherishes Liberty. Don't push too much or we might make a better communicator! How much is the in-app purchase you wish to make? Is it possible that with sales taxes, charged on most states if you're in the US, would push the price over $10? If so, and all you have is $10 in your balance, then the iTunes Store will require a credit card for the remainer of the cost.

How can i get my credit card info to save? it says its saved and then as soon as i leave the page it says i have to provide credit card info?

every time i save my credit card info in my account on ITunes, it shows as saved and as soon as I go to buy something, it says I have no credit card on file and starts over again.

I don't mind having my card info on there but now I can't download anything and it's frustrating. All it ask for is the card security number and when I put it in it says it's invalid. So now while I'm trying to delete it, it just won't let me. The visa part stays checked all the time and I can't unmarked it. It could be that you have a pack active on the account. So each time you top up it would deduct the amount for the pack.
If you log in or register on My Account to can see and manage any packs or add-ons.

HOW? WHERE TO CLICK???
I signed in, I clicked in "Manage features / Voicemail", then in "View SMS alert history" and it says:
"No voicemail alert for june 2013"
??? I've just received a voicemail alert in my email! Would it be a SPAM? Wouldn't Skype make clear where to click to hear voicemessages? (I've been a skype user for many years, but always in my phone. I rarely sign in. When I do it, I find skype pages very, very, very difficult to navigate in, to find the thinhs we want, the button to hear a voicemessage, to a support chat, etc.
I've never used this Skype Community and I'm testing it, to see if it can help. Will I receive an email from Skype saying that somone has answered me? I hope so! THANK ANYONE FOR HELPING, I APPRECIATE THAT!

I agree with the OP 100%. Skype.com sucks. It's a labyrinth, and you may never find what you're looking for. Like this message thing. I had exactly the same problem, got an email saying I had a voice message. Logged in to skype.com and COULDN'T FIND ANY **bleep** WAY TO RETRIEVE VOICE MESSAGES. WTF? This is just about THE MOST BASIC FUNCTION any phone service could offer. But it's nowhere to be found. Thanks a bunch, you sharters.
I came here and searched the forum, found a post apropos to the question. Yes, OP got a reply to the effect that he has to go into contacts and look for the number the call came from. Seems like a big pain in the butt to go through all this rigamarole, searching forums for clues...

Skype connect and bye more credit

I already paid 2 times 10 Euro each time through paypal. And in member features - I have 20 Euro Skype credit. But, when I attempt to do anything with Skype connect - my credit is 0, and I am again prompted to by more credit. But I do not need any skype services. I just need to see how Skype connect can be setup.
It is simple. For me, my country etc - there are many much better much cheaper services, and Skype can't offer nothing to beat them. But my client wants to use Skype Connect, and I have to solve his problems.
Unfortunately up to this moment, I see - Bye more credit, Bye more credit, and even I bought 2 times 10 Euro more credit, in Skype connect I have 0 credit and Bye more credit.
Unfortunately I can't see how I can send direct question to support, with all data of "bought" credit etc...
I was ready to pay something to setup Skype Connect, but it seems I am just paying to get nothing.

This is a killer for professional users. I postponed my plans to get / promote a business account until Microsoft gets its act together.

I have skype credit, 5,10EUR, that has been in my account for quite some time now, and I know that Skype sent me an email 1 year ago telling to send an sms to "activate" the credit, which I did.
I'm trying to use it now, but the client tells me I need credit to make a call, but I already have a credit !!
How do I solve this ? I don't want to buy more credit, I already have some.
