and create your own sotware components

    Also I am looking for info on setting prior to going to print.
    Just make sure you pick the right CMYK profile (ask!). Standards vary around the globe, and with different printing conditions.
    You also need to watch total ink limit. This is specified in the profile and is typically 300 - 330% (full coverage would be 400%) - but if you make subsequent adjustments it's easy to exceed the limit. Use the info panel (it can be set to read out total ink).
    In any case logos are better off as vector files, not raster (for scalability). Illustrator would be a better tool.

    Thanks very much for taking the time to post the info Florian. I will update this thread as well if I run into any new information.
    Do we have any idea on SAP's direction for Product Definition? PD is still version 2.0 and I heard that PD functionality will be incorporated into PPM 5.0 which does make a lot of sense. I very briefly went through the notes and config doc in this post and did not get the impression that PPM has any idea and concept management capabilities.

    Nobody replied so I called Apple. They seemed to think they could fix the problem but I had to agree to pay about $20 first. I told them to put it down as a complaint. I only want to use the software I bought. I can't see that it is my fault it is malfunctioning. I guess I will have to pay. It doesn't seem right.

  • No Project IMG has been defined for Starting Reference IMG  SOLMAN ERROR

                 I created a off release project in prodcution and assigned logical compenents. When I am trying to create a IMG object for SPRO it is showing an error stating that "No Project IMG has been defined for Starting Reference IMG ". when I click Ok button it is showing another message ""Screen output without connection to user.". I Verified in project administration(solar_project_admin)> System Landscape>IMG projects, status for distributing IMG projects to component systems is showing in Red color. No IMG projects have been distributed into the system.
              RFC connections are showing are correctly. I am not able to find the problem and solution. Could any one help me to figureout the problem and what needs to be done

    Is it mandatory that i need to create a project view?
    I have created a view "activity necessity", but not have selected any of the check boxes in "mandatory/optional/nonrequired". As well i havent generated it. I can do the "configure" now without errors

    I have tried to reinstall the CANcard and LabVIEW but my PC crashed by starting CANcard selftest which is actually the last step for installation?! Previously this CANcard worked on this PC but becuase by mistake two different LabVIEW versions have been installed, I reinstalled Win XP and now ...
    I have already tried with LabVIEW7 and 6 plus CANcard driver 2.1 and 2.2 but that did not help.

    what means crashed your PC? A blue screen came up or the MAX rashed?
    The problem could be caused by 6.0, because the driver was installed by the LabVIEW Installer of this version.
    This can cause problems with newer drivers, like CAN 2.x.
    try to uninstall all LV versions and all NI drivers.
    Then check with attached programm for NI components and uninstall the rest. Then remove the CAN board from your computer and start again.
    Now install LV 7 and then the driver 2.2.
    Then plug in the board and now it should work, if not contact the NI Support.

    Consequently SLD is not updated with TREX information. Using IE I can go to

    credentials (we log in using SLDDSUSER account - w/ Basis Admin level
    auth.), and we receive: Page Cannot be displayed (HTTP 400 - Bad Request
    Internet Explorer ).
    If we go to http://hostname01:50000/sld and login with the same
    account (SLDDSUSER) we see the full SLD Toolset.

    We were able to work through and
    resolve the error we initially posted in this Thread. Now we run sldreg
    and all looks good; however, we are seeing nothing in SLD (on our XI
    System) even after stop/restart of SLD Server:

    HI U CAN USE LSMW TO UPLOAD LEGACY DATA
    LSMW is used for migrating data from a legacy system to SAP system, or from one SAP system to another.
    Apart from standard batch/direct input and recordings, BAPI and IDocs are available as additional import methods for processing the legacy data.
    The LSMW comprises the following main steps:
    Read data (legacy data in spreadsheet tables and/or sequential files).
    Convert data (from the source into the target format).
    Import data (to the database used by the R/3 application.
    But, before these steps, you need to perform following steps :
    Define source structure : structure of data in the source file.
    Define target structure : structure of SAP that receives data.
    Field mapping: Mapping between the source and target structure with conversions, if any.
    Specify file: location of the source file
    Of all the methods used for data migration like BDC, LSMW , Call Transaction which one is used most of the time?
    How is the decision made which method should be followed? What is the procedure followed for this analysis?
    All the 3 methods are used to migrate data. Selection of these methods depends on the scenario, amount of data need to transfer. LSMW is a ready  tool provided by SAP and you have to follow some 17 steps to migrate master data. While in BDCs Session method is the better choice because of some advantages over call transaction. But call transaction is also very useful to do immediate updation of small amout of data. (In call transaction developer has to handle errors).
    SO Bottom line is make choice of these methods based of real time requirements.
    These methods are chosen completely based on situation you are in. Direct input method is not available for all scenario, else, they are the simplest ones. In batch input method ,you need to do recording for the transaction concerned. Similarly, IDoc, and BAPI are there, and use of these need to be decided based on the requirement.
    Try to go through the some material on these four methods, and implement them.  You will then have a fair idea about when to use which.
    LSMW Steps For Data Migration
    How to develop a lsmw for data migration for va01 or xk01 transaction?
    You can create lsmw for data migration as follows (using session method):
    Example for xk01 (create vendor)
    Initially there will be 20 steps but after processing 1 step it will reduced to 14 for session method.
    1. TCode : LSMW.
    2. Enter Project name, sub project name and object name.
        Execute.
    3. Maintain object attributes.
        Execute
        select Batch Input recording
        goto->Recording overview
        create
        recording name.
        enter transaction code.
        start recording
        do recording as per ur choice.
        save + back.
        enter recording name in lsmw screen.
        save + back
    Now there will be 14 steps.
    2. MAINTAIN SOURCE STRUCTURES.
        Here you have  to enter the name of internal table.

  • Adobe Premiere Elements Won't Start A New Project?

    When I open up Premiere Elements and try to start a new project, all it shows is a black and purple line, then it just stops. I have already tried updating QuickTime, Windows 7, Nvidia Drivers, and Uninstalling and then Reinstalling Premiere elements. I am running it on a PC that has an AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six Core Proccessor, 8 GB of RAM, a Nvidia G-Force GTX 650, and i installed the program on a secondary hard drive with 761 GB of free space.

    What is this "secondary hard drive" on which you originally installed Premiere Elements 12? Internal or external and how formatted NTSC or FAT32?
    I do not see where anyone has asked about "Scratch Disks" as they relate to your issues?
    Please refer to Edit Menu/Preferences/Scratch Disks...
    a. Where are the scratch disks directed and how much free hard drive space is at that location?
    b. Do you have all the scratch disks categories directed to the same place? If not, do so and make sure there is lots of free hard drive space where you are pointing them to.
    Please look for pile ups of preview files in the Adobe Premiere Elements Preview Files Folder and pile ups of conformed audio in the Media Cache Folder. Both these folders by default are in Documents/Adobe/Premiere Elements/12.0.
    Please go to Edit Menu/Preferences/Media and hit the Clean button in the Media Cache Database in that area.
    As for the matter of where Premiere Elements program should be installed. Interesting question and some interesting answers. Back in a 2010 thread here on this type of subject, Akshat B (Adobe Staff) wrote
    Yes you can install Premiere Elements on any other drive. For that you need to follow these steps:
    1. Uninstall current copy of Premiere Elements.
    2. Start the installer of Premiere ELements.

    -- go to-> RSA6 selece ur datasource & click on the push button enhance extract structure
    -- By default the system will propose a extract structure name which starts with ZA accept it.
    -- In the next screen enter the field name & componant type, make sure that the field name will start with ZZ.
    -- Save it and activate the extract structure
    Next goto RSA6 --select the data source that you want to enhance . in order to populate the data to the filed that we had appended to the structure we need to write ABAP code
    to write the ABAP code to populate the data to the filed that are appended follow the below steps
    1) GOTO Tcode: CMOD
    2) Select your project you are working
    3) sap enhancement RSAP0001.its provided by SAP
    4) Choose the exit which is called when the data is extracted.
