Small Business Digital Signature Set-up

We have about 125 employees that have digital signatures created using Acrobat 9 and X. Is there a way to import all employee certificates (public keys) at one time into Acrobat so we can validate signatures when the signed PDF is opened?

You can import all certificates on one Acrobat installation, set the trust, and then use Security Settings Export feature in Acrobat to export all these trusted identities. Then you send the acrobatsecuritysettings file to each employee and have them to Import Security Settings from this file.

  • Office Small Business Premium 365 - Setting up multiple Exchange accounts

Can we set up multiple Exchange accounts on a single Outlook profile using Outlook 2013 (365 Full App)?  We have an email subscription to O365, and we have another email account that's hosted with GoDaddy that's an Exchange account.  I think it's
possible, but I'm being advised that it isn't reliable (or that it can't work).  I found this TechNet article that seems like it
should work: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee815819(v=office.15).aspx   However, I don't have OCT with O365 Small Business Premium, so I don't know how else to do this...
    Any suggestions/advise?  Thank you!

Seems like it is possible.  I was able to add two exchange accounts (office 365 services) into Outlook 2013.  I guess this is possible through Email Accounts (add New...).  Thanks, Microsoft!

  • Default Settings In Digital Signature

I've got the digital signature set up with everything I need including an image of my scanned ink signature.  No problem.  However, 99.99% of the things I sign are of the "I am approving this document" reason.  However, the "reason" field comes up blank every time I go to use the digital signature.  I realize that it is a small thing to click on the REASON tab, scroll down, and select the "...approving..." line, but if there was a way to have it come up as the default it would save a bit of time.  When you do a couple of hundred signatures a week, anything that makes it faster is a great help.
I migrated to Acrobat 9 from Acrobat 6, and I know in Acrobat 6 whatever you used the LAST time for reason came up as the default when you went to use the signature tool again, so I know at least at that time it was possible to make that setting.  Perhaps they carved that feature out of the signature routine somewhere along the line.
    Thanks,
    Jim

You can do it by trashing preferences:

  • Need Help Locking Digital Signature Field

I am working on a form with a number of sections to be completed by various departments. When a section is completed, I have a digital signature set to lock the fields related to that section. The form is sent to the next department and so on… Locking the form fields with the digital signature works just fine. The problem I have it that when viewing the form in Acrobat 8 Pro, the digital signature can be right-clicked on and cleared. This unlocks all the related fields and makes the form free for editing.
Is there a way to lock the digital signature to prevent using the “Clear Signature” function?
    Thanks for any help,
    Richard

    George,
Thanks for the quick reply.  Upgrading to Acrobat 9 may be an option.  If not, is there a way to lock these fields with scripting?  Or applying a password after signing?
    Thanks again,
    Richard

  • Setting up a Digital Signature

Hi all.  I have Adobe Acrobat X, and I'm trying to set up a digital signature with a graphic.  The graphic is actually a signature that is scanned. The problem is when I create the digital signature graphic, the graphic signature is very small and almost unreadable.
How can I make it so the graphic signature is larger?
    Thanks

  • How to set up a guest LAN? (small business, simple environment)

First before getting into my actual post, please allow me to briefly express my sincere aggravation at this Cisco website for it's lack of proper IE 11 support.  When I try to create a forum post, well, there is no way to do it.  The old Create a Discussion link is gone (actually when I log into my profile, the entire Actions pane is gone).  The Ask a Question thing you first see is terrible, it doesn't support IE 11 apparently because the message body field is just gone.  I can put a Title, and tags, but there is no field.  there's also no compatibility mode button anywhere in the IE 11 interface one this site.  I was lucky in that the Actions pane shows up when you click on another person's post.  I don't think Cisco realizes how absolutely annoying that kind of thing is.
I have a single 192.168.0.0/24 LAN with a single Cisco SG300 series switch to aggregate all the network connections, a single gateway firewall/router to the Internet, and a few wireless access points on the same LAN.  These are the AP541N's.  My goal is to set up guest Wi-Fi, but have it that guests cannot see or access the internal network.
Haven't not actually done this before, I have no idea where to proceed.  I know I can create guest virtual AP's in the AP541N but that doesn't do anything to prevent a guest device from having full access to all of 192.168.0.0/24 computers.
What can I do?  Do I have to put in completely new hardware?  Should I be contacting the Cisco Small Business tech support group if the specifics are unique to the SG300 and AP541N models?
Any help is appreciated, both general advice but ideally a full solution reply can be possible :)

    Hi Valley ITPC,
Here are some suggestions regarding the IE11 issue from the support team:
How to off compatibility mode on IE 11 by following the instructions given on the link below:
    Assuming its IE11 on Win 7. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-11-win-7
if not use this link http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-11
    Hope this helps.

  • Setting up Snow Leopard Server with Address Book, iCal for Small Business

    Hello Folks,
I have a small business with 2-3 people and I want to setup Snow Leopard Server on a Mac Mini. I have everything in place, RAID, Backup drive etc.
What I need is a guide on how to setup the server correctly and how to setup Address Book Server, iCal Server, DNS, etc. I was in IT a long while back but have gone back to my creative roots and sworn off IT but I am in a situation where my IT guy's wife is pregnant so he is busy painting the baby's room, etc.
I was looking at Snow Leopard Server for Dummies and a few other books. Do you guys have any suggestions on resources for me to read or research that would give me very straightforward steps in getting this setup. I am at a point where I can re-install from scratch if needed.
For the ease of those that might respond let's assume I know my way around Mac and general networking as a whole.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
    Cheers,
    Jason

    Hi Guys,
First of, I will give you a brief background on me regarding networking as a mac user since 1994. I can setup and network multiple macs without a server in our home and small office. Turning file, print and internet sharing with a regular Mac OS X client version at no problem at all. This would be my first time setting up a Mac OS X Snow Leopard Server.
I'm in the same boat as Jakekub but we do not have a static IP from our DSL provider. We just bought a Mac Mini Server for our small office with 3 iMacs and 1 MacBook. We will just use the server for internal usage and to centralized things out and use some of server's features like Address Book, Mail, iCal etc. I've search the forums and found Orhidy's post here:
    http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2148553
I even followed the sample IP Address, Subnet Mask, Router, DNS Server and I think I had it correctly setup initially. And I think I got it all running on the basic setup base on his instructions. So I tried to test my DNS settings via Terminal > hostname then got answer as
    servername.companyname.private
And double checking DNS again with a command: sudo changeip - checkhostname and was given an answer of:
    Primary address = 192.168.1.192
    Current Hostname = servername.companyname.private
    DNS Hostname = servername.companyname.private
The names match. There is nothing to change
    dirserv:success = "success"
But here's another one that bugs me. I tried to follow from "Mac OS X Snow Leopard for Dummies" the command line:
    NSLOOKUP hostname
    and got an answer of:
;; Got SERVFAIL reply from 192.168.1.192, trying next server
    Server: 192.168.1.1
    Address: 192.168.1.1#53
** server can't find hostname: NXDOMAIN
So does it mean that I still haven't configured my server properly?
Thank you all for the help in advance!

  • How do I remove a digital signature from Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I have set it up wrongly.

I created a digital signature but I wanted to change the signature and it also was not password protected. So I deleted the signature but cannot delete the certificate to set it up again.
    Mac OS X (Operating System)
So I am unable to delete the digital signature in Acrobat Xi pro.
I did the following: Adobe | Preferences | Signatures | Creation and Appearance Preferences and deleted the signature. But Adobe | Preferences | Signatures | Digittal ID and Trusted Certificate Settings, does not want to delete.
    Tank you.

It's not clear to me what you're trying to accomplish. If you get rid of your digital ID you will still be prompted to create/add one when you need to sign a form, which you say you still need to do? Do you really just want to e-sign (hand-drawn signature, or stamp) instead of digitally sign? Do the forms you're using have digital signature fields?

  • Setting up a small business network using mac and windows pcs

Setting up a small business network using mac and windows??

Ok that sounds great. What is your actual question as it relates to AirPort networking? Is it: Can I set up a wired/wireless network with an AirPort base station that support multiple Mac & PC clients? If so the answer is yes.
If, instead, it is how to I configure an AirPort network to support a small business you will have to provide more details on both your networking & computing equipment in order for any of us to help you.

[Paypal|https://www.paypal.com> and [Google Checkout|http://checkout.google.com] offer such services. And perhaps your bank offers such service.
You can embed Paypal code with the HTML Snippet. [Search this forum for Paypal|http://discussions.apple.com/search.jspa?objID=f1193&search=Go&q=paypal]
and is it possible to lock only certain pages with a password - so the site is public but certain pages are for "members"?? thanks
Only a Site can be password protected.
Create a second Site and make a link to it. In the Inspector>Link choose *One of my pages*.
