SRM3.0 ITS problem

Hi All,
   i have created custom Internet service in t.code se80in SRM3.0 system. after i published every thing when i trigger that ITS(My custom internet service), instead display as a HTML page in Web browser, the service display as normal R/3 t.code in web browser. can you please give me some hints for this.

As far as I know have u make all the settings in SE80 and publish and SICF area and enter the ITS link in Orgstructure and also maintained in the Table-TWPURLSVR.
Once u maintained every thing in these are the area I think u will be able to work properly.
Please revert in the event of any query.
Award the point if it solves ur purpose.

    settigns>itunes and app store to make sure you are signed in.. If  you are, you will see your account name..... anyhow, click your account name, sign out and sign back in
    also go to to settings>general>reset and reset network settings... if that doesnt work settings>general>reset and reset all settings!

    I recently made the same mistake.  The thing to do is download the new Quicken Essentials for MAC.  After you install the new version follow the instructions on how to transfer your old files.  There is a way, it just takes a little time and, if I remember correctly, it takes the info from your quicken backup files. Hopefully you had auto back up on and your files are intact.  I didn't and reconstruction was a bear but entirely possible.  The new Quicken is quite different but seems to work quite well.  Good luck.

    it is been a long time i have seen this on my firefox that when ever i open facebook it takes 10-20 or even more seconds to load and during that time it freezes down so if i try to do anything on FF it will say "not responding".i doubt that its problem with facebook only because i have been using FF for a long time and never experienced anything like this before.

    1. Double-click the Home button to close all Inactive Apps in Task Bar

    3. Tap the minus sign to close Apps
    4. Tap center of screen to return to Home Screen

    could you please help me with a problem that i cant solve? , this is why im posting here so i can get the best answer.
    i have almost 2000 bb contacts in my list, and whenever i try to send a BC using "select all " feature, it says the message has been sent but actually it hasnt been sent. i knew this when i asked a couple of friends: have you guys received my bbm broadcast? their answer was no
    also when u usally send any BC, u can find it in any available chat in your chats list so u know its there.
    just so u know, i tried sending a BC to one person and it worked out but when i selected all contacts the second time, it couldnt be sent at all... so please help

    well well, this is not my problem only. also a friend of mine is having the same issue. so i guess this is not a network issue, but its a technical one.. broadcasting to 100 people or less than 500 is working.. this is a bbm bug and i would like to report it to blackberry company or the developers of the bbm so if you know how to reach them let me know.. when i used the version 7.1, it was ok all the time. no lagging .. no issues at all. but now... this version pisses me off...
    have to find a solution ASAP

  • ESS 50.4. (ITS) problem... Initial R/3 screen displayed in portal

    Hi guys!
    I have installed ESS 50.4., connection to backend is wothout any problems. But, when I click to any item from ESS, the initial screen of R/3 is displayed in the portal.
    When I point the cursor over any item from ESS items, the url in the browser's status bar is always the same!
    It is worng for sure, but where is the problem?
    Wrong installation of ESS, or what??

    I have done User Mapping to access to SAP R/3 System through EP. In this case it is not displaying the Login page to access the R/3 System.
    I have already created the "SAP_R3_HumanResource" System and created the Alias for this System as "SAP_R3_HumanResources" and configured the ITS Connections as follows.
    ITS Description:- <b>DEVITS</b>
    ITS Host Name:- <b>SAPESS</b>
    ITS Path:- <b>:81/scripts/wgate</b>

    I tested the connection it is ok.

  • When will Adobe solve its problems with CS6?

    I am teaching a  class in RAW this quarter and I cannot ask students to purchase CS6 with its current problems unless Adobe can assure me a solution is imminent. As I have no way of contacting Adobe directly, I have to use this forum.
    My present CS6 problem, for over a month, is the Adobe Application Manager requiring me to send my registration number once every day. This only affects Photoshop; I can open Bridge and RAW without any problem. If there is a fix, I haven't heard of it. I have the latest updates, use a Mac, and don't use over 16 bit processing.

    Historically, Adobe has released their full versions about 18 mos. apart. Now, there have been some dot upgrades, that fell within that time frame.
    Usually, there are updates, made available, when complete and tested. Usually, the auto-updater gets the updates first (now, I would assume the Creative Cloud), and then, when an installer package has been released, the separate download/update is posted here.

  • ITS Problem of navigating to 2nd page

    Hi All,
    Hi Experts,
    I am trying to access ITS standard service mobile00 & mobile01 and found that it is not foinf to the next navigation point. non of the button is heading to the next page. If it is a standard service it should work.
    The transaction for which this service is, it is working fine in SAP system.
    I also tried to create a custom service in SE80 & defined it in SICF with CL_HTTP_EXT_ITS header list, GUI Link 'Y' and 3 parameters ~mobile = 1, ~transaction = LM01 and ~theme = 99.
    When i open it in internet explorer, it only opens1/4th of the page and i dotn get anything to proceed further. When i open it in Mozilla firefox, it opens the page with a bad alignment but i can navigate to the 2nd page.
    Can anyone please help me.

  • Lauching Custom transaction thro' ITS : Problem in Saving entries

    Hi,
    I launched a custom transaction which in turn launch the VA01 transaction thro'  Integrated ITS service. I could fill up entries for creating the Sales Order but unable to save it...the reason is the GUI status is not displayed in the displayed VA01 transaction.
    How to achieve the same?

    Here zlaunch_va01 is the service which launches the custom transaction which has a button named 'Create Sales Order', on selecting this button; the VA01 transcation gets launched but without the GUI Status, because of the same I am unable to save the filled entries.

    When running the generated link on the intermec device, i get the first log-on page where i can give my user+passw and it is displayed correct.
    After logging in , no field is displayed, i can only see the background image.
    I have also installed the "intermec browser" that should come with the html5,js and other support packages and still the same.
    This happens with several ITS services and i do not know how to solve this issue.

    and add the parameter
    ~SOURCES <the_name_of_your_itsmobile_service>, itsmobile
    in the 'GUI Configuration' section of your ITSMobile service.

    change it to CL_MOBILE_SYSTEM_LOGIN.  Again, that is in SICF, expand the

    Goto the Error Pages tab and click on change mode button.  Click the
    Configuration button and choose Define Service-Specific Settings.  In
    the Logon Layout and Procedure section select the Custom Implementation
    radio button and in the ABAP Class field type in CL_MOBILE_SYSTEM_LOGIN.
    Please save the change and then retest.

    Ok I just resently bought a Nano 1st gen and when i got it the pause button doesnt want to work all the time also the skip forward button doesnt work. Now I cant reset it or go into disk mode....
    I bought it thru Circuit City (which now is going bankrupt... I wonder y) So can I fix this or do i need to send it to someone. If I need to send it... where too?

    hi Ryan,i wish it was a simple mistake like that but no theres only 1 copy of each song in itunes and they all have the same album art and album name,theres 70 songs in my itunes and on my ipod it says theres 70 but really theres 100 songs on the ipod,my ipod shows theres 1 song on each cd for all 6 but theres actually 6 songs on all 6 of the same cd with the same album art,the problem is only on the 1 cd in itunes as all the rest only show the 1 album art on my ipod,i also have another question,when a song ends on my ipod how do i make it stop from going to the next song,do i use the stop time option in itunes-get info,thanks for the quick reply

  • The Problems With Logic (as I see them) - PART TWO!

    Hello again,
    It seems to be a tradition now that as I compose on a track, I keep a text editor open so that I can jot down all the annoyances and problems that I encounter during my creative process... Anyone who missed the previous edition of this topic, please visit PART ONE, here:

    That said, here I give you "The Problems With Logic Part II":
    1. Logic should clear the playback buffer everytime you play. Quite often you start playing and there is trailing reverb/note events from various audio instruments and plug-ins.
    2. The sample edtor "save selection as" has no memory of where you previously were in the file browser.
    3. If you double click on a wave form, the sample editor opens up with the wave form you double clicked on... Great.. But now, if you go and double click on another wave form somewhere, it just takes you back to the sample editor with the same previous wave form selected (not great). This is incredibly annoying if you are attempting to save out certain edits-- Quite often you will end up saving 5 or 6 of the same exact waveform, thinking you were saving each individual one. GRR!
    4. Key commands.. if you try to assign a key command to something that is already used by another feature, you are presented with a window warning you that it already exists.. If you click cancel, then you can no longer enter any keys in the key field.. You are forced to close the key commands preferences window and start over.
    5. Key command window: You should be able to search by command.. For example, if I want to find out what "o" is assigned to, I should be able to search by O-- Further, you should be able to sort the key commands by clicking the column titles "key", "command" -- or "midi"... After all, we can sort by name, date, size, etc in the finder by clicking on these column titles.
    6. Tempo Tap feature-- I am quite confused by this. There should be a simple way to tap and define a tempo. When ever i try to do this, the tempo is only temporarily changed until I stop playing, and most of the time I get error alerts about trying to sync audio and midi (mind you, when there are absolutely no parts in the entire arrange window). The manual states that with "tempo recording" checked on the tempo interpreter window, that the taps will record tempo changes, but this does not work. I tried doing this, tapping the key command I defined to tempo tap (ctrl-shift-t), and I was tapping at various speeds-- many taps fast.. and Logic recorded tempos of 99-101bpm.. I was tapping atleast around 175-180bpm. I then tried tapping slowing, and Logic recorded tempos of 99-101 again... so this feature obviously is full of bugs.
    7. When loading songs, as soon as various plugins such as Kontakt, exs24 begin loading samples, it brings logic to the front. If you're working in the background in other applications while waiting for your songs to load, you are rudely interrupted from what you're doing (such as, selecting from a menu, typing a document, etc) only to be forced to watch a status bar fill up.. and then all key presses at that point become error beeps.
    8. Logic's sample memory easily becomes messed up and crazy. Quite often when using AU instruments such as BFD, Culture, and even Synthogy's Ivory. I will switch to that particular track to play on my keyboard, and each sample will be full of horrible pops and clicks-- the kind that destroy speakers. Other times, in a sample of a string for instance, all of a sudden after one second will be a pop and then the sample will be playing at a completely different pitch... I have to remove the AU instrument and reload it at this point.. This happens quite often. Logic should offer a 'buffer reset' so that you can just flash plugins but they reload whatever preset they were set to.
    9. Volume faders resolution are lame! There is no reason why you shouldnt be able to access +1.0, +1.1, +1.2, +1.3, +1.4, +1.5, +1.6, +1.7, +1.8, +1.9... Further the display is only so wide and you can't even read the decimal values for numbers -10 and lower. They just appear as 10.
    10. When a movie is open, and you are viewing the video output via FIREWIRE, there is a mini-floating window which contains the smpte, position, and movie start information-- However you cannot modify any of these values. You have to switch video output back to "WINDOW" to change the start position of the movie. This is obviously a bug.
    11. Changing the movie's start time is very user unfriendly. There should be a simple way to specify to start at a moment of time relative to SMPTE-- So you can just say "+9:15" for example, and it would take you in 9 minutes and 15 seconds, rather than how it is now where you have to think backwards from SMPTE code and subtract.
    12. You cannot view video as a window AND output to firewire. There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to do this. For example, if I wanted to output my video to a monitor in a vocal booth-- I can do this.. but I can't see what the vocalist is seeing on my own screen! This is just nonsense. You should be able to output to the screen (desktop mode or floating window) as well as an external firewire device.
    13. Saving a song with a movie open should mean that when you load that song, the movie should be up and exactly as it was prior to saving. As it is now you have to select "open movie again".
    14. There is still definitely a bug in track automation-- this was really bad back in version 4, but there is still something not quite right here where starting playback will not always guarantee that the automation data is being read.. And in my experiences it results in volumes being incorrect until you stop and play again, and in some cases it will not work at all unless you plot some automation points. This is an intermittent issue-- but quite often activated by placing an audio region from the audio window on a track (SEE VIDEO).

    15. In the arrange window, sometimes when zoomed in tightly, all parts on a track are selected, and you think that only the part that you are looking at is selected.. you move this part, and now all of your parts are off. Logic should have some kind of visual aid to let you know when ever you are moving multiple selections... Something like, the parts you are moving will highlight a dfferent color or something... This is a similar problem I have with the loop area of the screen.. You can accidentally turn it on when in the matrix window, and have no idea unless you look down at the transport, but with me for example, my transport is at the very bottom of the screen and I am not looking there most of the time.
    16. Automation data, when two points are semi-close to each other, suddenly the value of the data is no longer shown.. I can understand that when you are zoomed out, and there is simply no space for this to visually appear, that's appropriate. But as it is now, it doesn't display this information when there is plenty of space for it to be visible.
    17. Logic should let you set audio track inputs to the various outputs (1-2, 3-4, etc) and buses.
    18. clicking on a track selects ALL parts. This is so so so annoying. How many times have I been editing voice over, and selecting a track, thinking I am shrinking the length of a part, and to find that ALL parts have been shrunk.. SO ANNOYING!!!! This needs to not happen, and there should be a simple way to right-click a track and it will have an option "select all regions"... also, when you click on a track and all parts are selected, if you horizontally zoom, logic zooms into the beginning of the track, rather than the song locator. I don't know what the LOGIC behind this is, but it's not very helpful, it actually is very frustrating.. Zooming should always move towards the song locator position.
    19. EXS 24 should have a "reverse/backwards" button so that samples played are backwards.
    20. Logic should offer a way to globally increase or decrease a specific automation type (especially volume) globally for all tracks... So if you have detailed crescendos that start at -3.8 and end at +1.6, you can add 3db to this and it will now be at 0.8 and end at 4.6.
    21. If you have multiple tracks of the same track (such as three Audio track #1's)-- say you are recording guitar parts, and just copying the track and muting the previous track as a method of maintaining multiple takes for later auditioning. If you draw automation volume data on this track (it appears on all 3 tracks), and then if you delete the audio from one of the muted tracks and tell logic to KEEP it, suddenly all automation data is gone. GRR!!!
    22. Several times I have opened Kontakt, and attempted to load an instrument while outputting a movie via firewire video to my monitor. As soon as I try to load the instrument, the firewire video output on my monitor goes crazy, and then comes back on.. Logic then crashes. This has happened 3 times randomly...
    23. UNDO does not work on every function. for example, if you change an output to bus 1 instead of 1-2, you cannot undo this. Undo should undo whatever the last command was, no matter what it was. This is what the word LOGICal is supposed to represent.
    24. Floating windows (as in plugin windows) should close with apple-w!!!
    25. *BUG* If you are in a part that is say 10 measures long, zoom in horizontally 100% in the matrix window-- You then isolate one specific quarter note pitch in the middle of this measure, and have cycle turned on, looping over this one quarter note, if you are not looking at this note event/loop region when you hit play, the display will jump to the beginning of the part and never show you this note event as it loops. However if you have the note event on screen when you hit play, then it will behave properly. This makes it extremely difficult and frustrating to perform detailed hyper-draw work. (SEE VIDEO)

    26. *BUG* Host Automation is not accurate. I assigned Kontakt's tune knob to C#000, and If I place a dip, the knob begins to move way before the automation data is even present.... So basically what I was trying to do, can't even be accomplished because Logic screws everything up by pitching the instrument too early... Such a shame.. By the way, I previously mentioned the importance of being able to display part data in the arrange window as matrix data (horizontal lines) rather than score data. Someone argued what good this would do-- Well this is a perfect example, if I am attempting to affect a particular section of a note with automation, I can't possible visually see where this is because the length is not described by the current score representation. Having a horizontal representation would solve this problem... (SEE VIDEO)

    27. There should be a way to convert stereo samples to mono in the sample editor.
    28. When you view "as text" in the environmentt, you cannot drag an object to the arrange window-- Such as to create a bus track.. Now mind you I don't know why you can't just select "BUS" when editing a track in the arrange window in the first place, however there is no reason why 'view as text' should behave differently than when it's viewed as icons.
    29. When you drag a bus from the environment to the arrange window, it replaces whatever track was there. It should ADD a track instead of replace-- atleast there should be a preference for how this behaves.
    30. Occasionally when dragging a bus from the environment, there is some visual garbage in the track automation (see screenshot).
    31. There should be a way to LOAD and SAVE selections in the arrange window. Quite often when editing audio from a countless number of parts/regions, it becomes painful when you have to select and move 100s of audio files. There should be a way that you can just select a ton of regions and save that selection, and reload it at anytime. There are a few 'select' tools/options under the edit window, however they are song specific-- not track specific. So they are completely usesless for what I need.
    32. Logic should offer a feature to collect sysex data from midi devices so that patch names show up and can be selected via program change.
    33. When no track or part is selected, and you vertically zoom in, Logic should zoom into the center most track.. It behaves very oddly and zooms in more towards the top. This becomes extremely annoying when dealing with a sequence involving 100 tracks, and a part is selected but you scroll far below where the part is.. When you begin to zoom in, it takes you towards the selected part, yet it's not displayed on the screen and you have no reference for what you are even looking at. The rule should be this: If the part is on the screen, zooming vertically will bring you to it. If it's off the screen, you will zoom into the center track of whatever is currently on the screen.

    There is a bug when using the transform tool involving the 'position' variable. In my example, I was attempting to reverse the time placement of three chords, that occured in a part somewhere in the middle of my song. By selecting the measure start and end of this part, Logic was unable to select or operate with the transform tool (and I tried a variety of transform options). If I moved this part to the beginning of the song, then the transform tool would suddenly work. After some research, I found online someone had said "Position Time position of the event, referenced to the start of the MIDI Region (not of the song)."--- But if I still doubt this is true, because I then placed the part on a new track with no other data, and placed it in the middle of the sequence and in the transform tool under position I selected '1 1 1 1' to '5 5 5 5' as well i tried setting the position to 'all', and none of this worked. This obviously is a bug... If it's not then it's a very serious design flaw. The position should relate to measure numbers of a song, and nothing else.

    For this one I'd suggest getting SMPTE calculator. Entering timecode numbers and having to add and subtract is not so difficult, and AFAIC part of a composer's gig. But what I would add, instead, is that it would be fantastic if Logic provided a timecode calculator (edit: even if it was in the form of a custom Logic widget).

    This doesn't always happen. I've struggled with this for a long time, and I don't know why sometimes the movie will load and not other times. I would also add here that Logic should show the file pathname to the movie. Somewhere...
    18. clicking on a track selects ALL parts. This is
    so so so annoying.
    You can prevent this from happening if you have cycle turned on and set to a set of locators that "contain" the parts you might want to select en masse. I always work with cycle=on so this is not a problem.
    21. If you have multiple tracks of the same track
    (such as three Audio track #1's)-- say you are
    recording guitar parts, and just copying the track
    and muting the previous track as a method of
    maintaining multiple takes for later auditioning. If
    you draw automation volume data on this track (it
    appears on all 3 tracks), and then if you delete the
    audio from one of the muted tracks and tell logic to
    KEEP it, suddenly all automation data is gone.
    GRR!!!
    Never had that happen. In my experience, telling Logic to keep the data always works.
    23. UNDO does not work on every function. for
    example, if you change an output to bus 1 instead of
    1-2, you cannot undo this. Undo should undo whatever
    the last command was, no matter what it was. This is
    what the word LOGICal is supposed to represent.
    Undo in Logic is highly problematic for other reasons. Here, I think there should be a specific Environment Undo, just like there's a separate undo for audio edits.
    29. When you drag a bus from the environment to the
    arrange window, it replaces whatever track was there.
    It should ADD a track instead of replace-- atleast
    there should be a preference for how this behaves.
    Right. This is a matter of personal preference. But still there are other ways to get an object assigned to a track. The "thru tool", for instance. No dragging required.
    32. Logic should offer a feature to collect sysex
    data from midi devices so that patch names show up
    and can be selected via program change.
    My guess: considering how much sheer time it takes to write this kind of software, let alone debug it with every conceivable device, it's not likely this is going to happen.

    department contact) at (408) 996-1010 and suggest
    that she hire me as a consultant to help eliminate
    Logic's many annoyances. I have tried to pursue this
    heavily in the past, but sadly I was completely
    ignored by her on all levels. Maybe you all can help
    make a difference?

    I must say, I'm very impressed with your list and attention to detail. And I feel your pain, trust me. But many of the things you've listed are feature requests and not bugs. And some of the behaviors you've described I have yet to run across. So this is typical with Logic, that it can be operated in so many diverse ways that no two people run it in the same way, nor would two people conceive the program's capabilities in the same way. But I digress...
    I also think there's a certain amount of Logic convention that I don't think you've adopted yet, hence your wish for behaviors that don't yet exist.
    I don't disagree with most of your feature requests, and I'm (quite unfortunately) able to say that I'm familiar with most of these bugs and about 9 dozen more. But again, it's important to distinguish between bug, feature request, time to RTFM, and errant behavior that's experienced by a very limited number of users.
    There's no doubt that this program has its problems. In particular, your #1 re the playback buffer. And I'm glad you've brought many of the bugs into the light for people to read. Good work.

  • Actvation problem DSO

    Dear all,
    we have written some logic in endroutine in transformation,
    the data floe is datasource->DSO(datasource having 10 fields in DSO we appended one fields to deriving the logic)
    when run the DTP in new table of the std DSO we are getting the data as per the logic as we written ,
    but after activation of DSO the particular columns shows blank value...
    could  u plz guide us how to resolvetis?

    i think if its problem in routine meas we cant get data in new table.
    our case we able to see the data in new table ,but in ative table doent have data of that particular coumn only in which we written the logic ...

  • 3 months left with Verizon. Eligable upgrade is a joke & 'm sick of Verizon & its lies & pricing

    First of all, I was a happy Alltel customer. Happy with my plan, my service, my reception etc. Then Verizon took over my reception became mediocre, and then I accepted a job offer in New Bern, NC. From the day I got here, I had problems with my reception and service. I could not have a conversation with my family 4 hours away with out multiple dropped calls or poor reception. Both areas were in the red areas which meant that there was coverage and plenty of it. Finally after numerous calls to Customer Service and numerous visits to the New Bern Verizon store we were told by Verizon that the only way we could solve this problem was to upgrade to a Verizon brand phone. We upgraded from a Samsung Hue to a LG ENV 3. We were also told that we could not keep our Alltel plan family share 1000 minutes and unlimited text. We had to upgrade to a 1400 family share plan with unlimited text which was about a $30.00 a month increase. But it was the lowest plan we could get and keep our 10 friends & family plan. We also added a phone for our son, since we were in a new area and felt he needed to have one in the event of an emergency. Okay so we thought our dilemma was over.
    Then shortly after wards we were getting charged for data usage. I would talk to Verizon customer service and question why there were multiple data charges when we did not use data. I was basically shrugged off by customer service every time I brought it up. Finally I called when I noticed that there was a data charge on my phone that I did not make, I remembered that day clearly and I hadn't used my phone all day. Even the bill reflected that day no calls were made or received. Long story short after a year of being charged here and there on each of the phones I finally totaled my bills up and took it to the New Bern Corporate store. The store employees were not helpful and frankly didn't want to waste their time with me. I asked to speak to the manager, Kendall Greenhill, who blatantly asked why I waited a year to come to them. I told him that I had been complaining for year and no one, no one was taking care of it. He was unhelpful and didn't want to hear it. I asked why there were people who were in the same boat as me not using data, but being charged that I read this and heard this on the news and why was I different? After several hours of my time and being talked down to, I walked out without any resolution. It took another week and I did finally get a 40.00 credit from Customer Service, so.. another dilemma finally after a year of complaining.. finally over.
    NOW... here is the new problem with Verizon. I have a little over 3 months to go on my 2 year contract, I have been flooded with text messages, emails etc regarding upgrading our phones. I wasn't planning on upgrading, but I unfortunately left my cell phone on the shelve in the bathroom and on vibrate, and when my alarm went off, it vibrated itself right into the toilet this past weekend. SO- I figure okay.. time to upgrade, and if I am going to do one, I might as well do 2 if not all 3 phones. EXCEPT.. all the feature phones that are offered to me are not in the same league as the ENV 3 they are a downgrade in quality.. and so I look at the Smart phones, well they require a 30.00 data package for each one. OMG. I am already paying 155.00 a month for 3 phones 1400 family share & unlimited text . That would clearly make my bill well over 250.00 a month. In this economy, I really need a phone that is decent and the plan cost to be affordable. That being said, I have also seen the need for the usage of internet on the phone at times. And if we are going to upgrade why do a lateral switch on a phone when all the normal cell phones are being phased out and smart phones and androids are becoming more common?
    Why get a phone just to replace what I lost and be locked into another 2 years and not be able to take advantage of the newer phones?
    Well after my unfortunate accident with my phone, I had decided to check in the offers I have received recently and in past months, I normally keep all my emails from Verizon and put them in my Verizon Mail Folder, or if I have a offer that we find appealing or information that is useful we will just bookmark it to our Verizon Folder. I had such an offer back during the winter, and at the time we were not eligible for an phone upgrade, it is the Talk and Text Plus Data Promo. There were 2 plans, one was the for Single lines the other Family SharePlans.

    Basically you get for $139.00 for the first two lines : 1400 anytime minutes, unlimited text; unlimited vzw m2m, unlimited data, then $19.99 per extra line. Great. I double checked, there is no expiration no offer ends date. My husband called both customer service and the New Bern Corporate store, no one had heard of this promotion, and after researching it after he tried to explain it to everyone he spoke to, the response then then was "oh", that promotion has expired. But why is the link still active? The ad clearly has no offer ends date, no expiration date..regardless, again my husband called both the Customer Service and then Kendall Greenhill the manager at the New Bern store. Both were very unhelpful and acted as if they cared less.
    My husband was directed to call the loyalty department who basically twisted what my husband said and called him liar and round about ways and accused him of just now opening up old Verizon Emails. That we could not get that promo it was expired.... All this when my husband was trying to make the sarcastic rep understand that this was a offer we have saved in our bookmarks and there was NO experation date at all. The Loyalty rep again was making my husband out to be a liar by saying there was 3 pages with detail information of it's experation date.

    After a heated conversation, in front of the Verizon authorized dealer in New Bern, we went in and spoke to a representative Tammy (who was helpful and nice). She looked at our promo and called customer service and spoke to a supervisor named Sharon, who after researching the information told her to direct us back to the Verizon Corp Store, that they were authorized to give us the promo andthat she would note our account and have them check it and they would take care of us.
    We did as we were told, we drove to the store, and Scott (bad problems before with him) was the salesperson who talked to us. We told him about the conversation with Tammy and what the supervisor Sharon told us and he remembered over hearing Kendall Greenhill's conversation earlier that day and checked our account and claimed there were no notes and that they couldn't authorize this promotion even if they were told to. My husband immediately called customer service from his cell phone and the person he spoke to saw the notes on the computer. We asked Scott to call Customer Service and double check. Lets just say, the store again was unhelpful and would not go one blink out of their way to try to resolve this. We drove back to the authorized dealer, and spoke to Tammy again, who called again, and after a lengthy conversation with a woman named Martina Williams,(who is the only Verizon Rep on the phone that seemed to care and was nice) she has put in a request to accept this offer. So we have to wait to see if our offer is “acceptable”. And that is where I stand right now. I am so upset at the lengths my husband and I have to go through with Verizon. My thing is that if you go the store, and the loaf bread has a sale sign on it for 99 cents and the cashier rings it up at 3.00 shouldn't she honor the price of 99 cents? The sticker has no end date, no offer expires...
    Tomorrow night we might go to the Verizon store but if we do it will be in Morehead City or Greenville NC which is 45 minutes away(More gas $ and time). Why? Because Every since we have lived here in New Bern. The reps at the New Bern Corporate Store has always been unhelpful or rude. And I'll be D%MM if we will deal with them anymore!!! Our quality of customer service experience with Verizon since day one has been awful and to deal with the local New Bern store just amplifies the pain. Since Saturday we have put in countless hours on the phone & internet and multiple trips to Verizon. Who pays us for our time and troubles? Yet Verizon , all they care about is the $$$ and not customer service.
    Maybe I should just order a crap used phone from ebay. Finish our contract with Verizon and when October comes switch to ATT and get 3 (better selection) smart phones with just enough data on each phone, the same 1400.00 minutes and unlimited text and all calls (ALL) to cellphones are free for 160.00 a month plus tax...

    I have been having issues with my phone. The problems started after only having my brand new phone for 2 months. I called customer service and they tried resetting my phone. Unfortunately, that didn't fix it. I thought I could live with the phone with its problems until it got worse. I am having to take out the battery several times daily to restart the phone. My phone charger suddenly stopped working and my text messages would not come through without taking out the battery. It reboots when I unlock my phone. It randomly shuts off. The battery life does not last even when it's fully charged. I took my phone to my local Verizon store looking for help. The representative was disrespectful, refused to talk to the Verizon customer service rep on the phone, and threatened me. I left the store crying. When I got home, I called Verizon customer service and after 2 days I still don't have a solution. They don't have the replacement phone in stock. I was told it could be up to 6 months before the new shipment. I have never seen such horrible customer service. My contract with Verizon has over a year left and I just want a working smartphone (which is what I paid for). My boyfriend wants to cancel our contract because we can't get any satisfaction from Verizon.
