but month wise report you can see via MCSK, MC.9 etc. reports

Report with stock arrival dates

Hi, is there a report in SAP or something I can build in QuickViewer to show when stocks will be arriving from parent company overseas. Perhaps something that shows a list of all POs we've issued for stocks, and against each PO line, the expected arrival date or the invoice date (usually invoice is raised by parent company to us when shipment leaves there)?

Hi,
if you want a report on inward shipment, you need to use functionality of inbound delivery.
When ever a shipment leaves from Supplier point, Create Inbound delivery with Ref. to PO no. and enter complete shipping detail.
You can check the Open inbound delivery report to monitor daily Stock arrival Status.
When shipment arrives you can do the GR with ref. to inbound delivery.
I am also going to implement this functionality in our company for similar scenario, Testing has been done in QA.

Opening stock on date wise

To prepare a Customized report on Stock statement, I need the opening stock of each material on date wise. In MB5B, I am getting the opening stock. I have to give input to my ABAPer where to pick this value. Pl give your valuable inputs.

Unable to change stock posting date at usage decision while inspecting HUs

If we were using materials without WMS it's simple: thereu2019s a button in the screen for stock posting by which we're able to change document date and posting date; but we're using WM and the screen is slightly different: the button I'm referring it's gone!
So, how to change the posting date at posting stock in QA11 when we're using handle units? Some end-user told me that in version 4.7 this was possible. I don't think so ...unless there was something customized at WM IMG...or maybe they were using a USER EXIT to bring a pop-up window for this (I'm starting to believe that this was implemented..). This is the first time I work with HUs, so I don't know how to manage this.

Stock Posting date in QA11

Hi,
Usage decision is made through TCode QA11.In QA11 we also make stock posting. There is one screen that is document header data, in which system take by defalt current date for the document date and posting date.
In our case there is gap between GR date and UD date. But we need Document date and posting date should be same as GR Processing date.
Like wise. GR Date 22.08.2008
UD Date 24.08.2008
As per above example document date and posting date is set by default 24.08.2008.We can change here the date. Now Pl advice
Is there any idea so that system set posting date by default as GR Processing date ie 22.08.2008

In std it is not possible. When your going to take UD that date only system will take it as a default,
If want that changes like GR date = UD date you can try through User exist contact your ABAPer he will guide you.

MB5B is a report RM07MLBD u can copy it to Z, do the logic as you required.. instead of searching for new.. & buliding the logic from the scratch.. so that u will get all the Functionality of MB5B

Special stock partner data problem in ERP system during "Post Goods issue"

Hi all,
I have a (probably) customizing issue in an ERP 6.0 EhP4 test system which not occurs in the ERP 6.0 test system. There is a difference but no one could tell me, what causes the problem in this scenario:
I have two customers, C1 and C2. C2 is the special stock partner (SB) of C1.
I've created a Consignment Fill-up order, then a delivery document based on the order and posted it with "Post Goods Issue". During the update process, a function module (SD_PARTNER_UPDATE) receives partner data in an internal table which contains the sold-to, ship-to and special partner data.
When we tried the same process in the ERP 6.0 EhP4 test system then special-partner data did not occur in the parameter table (I've used the same customers and materials). The special stock partner is probably not taken into consideration due to some customizing settings.
My question is what should I change in the customization to run the process the same way as in the ERP 6.0 system? As far as I know there are no new modifications which have effect on this area, and the used test customers and materials are almost the same - there are no noticable differences.

I tried setting that field in the sale order this morning. By defaulting it to "C"; I was able to get warning message for TAE line. I was able to post goods with TAE and TAQ, being different quantities. I need the check to determine if TAE and TAQ delivery quantity are different. Using this fields seems to be line specific. Thanks for the suggestion. I now know what that field does to the delivery.

Last stock update Date Tab not updating in ICH

Hi Team
I observed that in ICH screen Last stock update Tab is not going to update every time while demand and stock information coming from ECC to ICH.
There is no stock inconsistency. All stock tab information are updating correctly in ICH compare to ECC system.
Only this Last stock update tab Date are not updating.
What is the reason behind this?
Could you please help me to resolve this?

Require assistance in rectification of Stock master data

We entered the wrong prices of the opening Stock Finished goods now we need to rectify.
Instead of entering the cost prices of the Finished goods we entered the sales prices of finished goods hence to get the proper profit and loss we need to rectify the opeing prices , we have also tarted the GRR pls assist

This can be done in data manager of MDM.
You need to go to record mode.Non-lookup text and numeric fields[as in your case it is price] require typed/manual input and utilize the standard Windows edit control for data entry.
To edit a non-lookup text or numeric field type a new value, or press Enter to open the cell and edit or overwrite the current value then press Enter to close the cell.

The DataSource 2LIS_03_BX is used to extract an opening stock balance
on a detailed level (material, plant, storage location and so on). At
this moment, the opening stock is the operative stock in the source
system.
The DataSource 2LIS_03_BF is used to extract the material movements
into the BW system. This DataSource provides the data as material
documents in the MCMSEG structure.
1.   Initialization of the current stock (opening balance) in the R/3
source system (transaction code in R/3: MCNB).
2.   Setup of statistical data for material documents in the R/3 source
system.
3.   Loading the opening stock balance (InfoSource 2LIS_03_BX) into
InfoCube 0IC_C03. In the InfoPackage, choose the upload mode Create
opening balance.
4.   Compressing the request containing the opening stock that was just
uploaded. Make sure the "No marker update" indicator is not set.
5.   Loading the historical movements into the InfoCube 0IC_C03 via the
DataSource/InfoSource 2LIS_03_BF. Choose the upload mode "Initializing
the delta process" here.
6.   After successfully uploading the historical material movements,
the associated request has to be compressed. You must make sure the "No
marker update" indicator is set.
7.   Schedule the V3 update for 03 area.
8.   Delta uploads can be started with the DataSource 2LIS_03_BF from
this point in time on.

No Stock Issue before stock entry date

Hi,
We want to put a check that when quality passing is done on a particular date say 25.03.2010, no issue can be made before this date. Presently, it is assuming the same month and is allowing to issue even on 01.03.2010.

As you already know, SAP only checks if there is enough stock in the month.
If you want check whether there was stock at a certain date, then you have to program this check yourself in a userexit for the movement (Enhancement MBCF0002 )
But think about the performance ... as each movement will then go thru this userexit, and a calcualation of daily stock means that you have to read movements, which is (or becomes) a huge table)
The question I would ask is: Who is doing his job wrong?
Does QM post much too late after the fact and the goods issue is done with the correct date?
or does the person who enteres the goods issue just post with a fake date?
Assume QM is late, do you really want force the other posters to enter a fake date then?
