Supplier Business Classification - minority type
Hi - In our R12 supplier business classification screen, I see a LOV for minority type. Can someone advise on how I can populate this LOV with values the user can chose from?
Purchasing > Setup > Purchasing > Lookup Codes
Query "MINORITY GROUP"

Dear SRM experts,
We are facing an error and can´t solve it, maybe you can help.
When we try to create a purchase order based on a shopping cart personal model, an error (Enter only one business partner of type supplier) appears.
- All items in the shopping cart are from the same supplier.
- Supplier is correctly created
- Documents (bbp_pd) seem to be alright, no errors
- In the Shopping cart cockpi, no errors also.
What else can i try to check? what could be the reason for such error?

How many vendors are pointing to shopping cart ?
did you enter prefered vendor as well as fixed vendor too?
partner function 19 and 39 - did you see in the shopping cart bbp_pd
is it old purchase order template?
is it happening for all POs?
can you recreate the same issue in development server with all same data vendor? sc data must be same as production.

SLD: recreate deleted Business System of type Integration Server
Hi,
accidentally i deletet the business system of type "Integration Server" in the SLD. And i can't recreate it. It always says:
"Integration Server already defined There is already an integration server defined for the selected technical system. Please select role Application System."
Any ideas to create such a business system?
The old one isn't there in the list, after i deleted it.

If you change/delete the host name of the Integration Server after the installation in either the SLD or the exchange profile, you must adjust it accordingly in the exchange profile or the SLD, respectively

Error:-No delivery type defined for supplying plant and document type RB

Here issue is such that while creating purchase order(Return order type)the error coming as follows.
"No delivery type defined for supplying plant and document type RB"
Scenario:-There are some damaged goods which are coming from france vendor to ukrain customer,now ukrain customer wish to send back the damaged goods to france.
Looking forward:-1>Can anyone please let me know if there is an any customizing setting required if yes then how to maintain(navigation).
2>Is it something like practically it is not possible as goods are dispatched back to the country from where it is coming.

Change documents of material master classification class type 001 and 300
Dear guru ,
I want to see the history of change documents of material master classification using MM02.
The system allow to see the history only for class type 023.
For class type 001 or 300 the change document isnu2019t available.
I must do some settings or the function for these class type arenu2019t available ?

Business Functions of type Validation/Constraint not used when defined in the Glossary
Hi,
the problem is the following: in the Glossary, we have some Business Rules defined. They are of type Validation or Constraint and shall be used to validate the data in the system. These Business Rules are used in Domains in a CDM model.
From that CDM model we are generating a PDM model (for HANA, but it's not working for any of the databases available for selection). Now: I would expect, as this has been defined in the CDM, the Business Rules replicated in the PDM model and used as constraints.
This is unfortunately working only for Business Functions, which are directly defined in the CDM model, not for those ones, defined in the Glossary and reused in the CDM model.
Working case:
- define Business Rule in CDM
- define Domain in CDM and assign Business Rule
- assign the domain to a attribute
- generate PDM from the CDM model
- the Business Rule is replicated in the PDM model, the check constraint for the table is generated correctly
NOT working case:
- define Business Rule in Glossary
- define Domain in CDM and assign the Business Rule from the Glossary
- assign the domain to a attribute
- generate PDM from the CDM model
- the Business Rule is NOT replicated in the PDM model, the check constraint for the table is MISSING
Do you think it's a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

RafalLooks like a bug to me; I would expect the source of the rule to be irrelevant, assuming the PDM has access to the relevant metadata at the time of generation. Perhaps Glossary shortcuts don't have access to all the metadata?

->Configure field control->configure control for fields substructure (in tabs field)

Structure Field Name DESCRIPTION
Bus. Object Type BUS2121
Set Level ITEM
field editable checked
But for Internal Goods and Service which Bus. Object Set Type should i use to achive this

Activation of History Log for Material Classification CLASS TYPE 001
Hi All.
I've a question about this object.
We need to launch RCCLUKA2 to activate multiple objects registration and to generate history log for changes in classification of materials (AUSP table).
Reference are sap notes 942691 and 943559.
I FOUND OUT THERE'S a big problem. RCCLUKA2 change AUSP objek key, using internal number range from INOB objects.
There're hundreds of custom reports and other stuff that read AUSP directly with Matnr Code as objek key.
I think that's a serious problem, isn't it? Or is there any solution about ?

This report RCCLUKA2 does 5 steps.
1 step: activation flag for multiple objects in table TCLA and TCLAO only for input class type (in this case 001 -> MATERIAL);
2 step: download of KSSK data and AUSP data in two text files (name defined in input parameters);
3 step: delete all KSSK data and AUSP data for class type 001, 10.000 records every loop;
4 step: create reference object in table INOB for all records inserted in KSSKFILE, inserting all records in KSSK table at END of INOB upgrade;
5 step: inserting record in AUSP table from all records inserted in AUSPFILE, using INOB objectid created in step 4.

We think that this process is a little bit dangerous in production system, due to procedures that always run, in background or foreground.
I've found a work around that creates an implicit enhancement for LCLVFF10 form FILL_REDUN.
I think that it's not suggested to create this enhancement because of the missing flags in TCLA/TCLAO and missing reference in INOB and KSSK database.
This enhancement would create records only in CDHDR and CDPOS with a general key object reference (such concatanate matnr(without-letters) mafid and atinn code).
This enhancement couldn't also activate the standard function of reading document changes from standard menu in MM03/MM02/MM01, etc..
Do you have any suggestion about this?
RCCLUKA2 is a very old report. SAP didn't give any advice or upgrades for this need?

On B2B GUI , it says Oracle SpecBuilder is unavailable
and we have not installed OracleAS Integration B2B - Document Editor. It is mandatory ?
The error I am getting is access denied.

i am getting problem in vendor master data
1) recently we started inter company stock transfer order (STO)process for a vendor (delivery plant), the same vendor was using before for internal procurement for some other company code /plant, i made settings in vendor master last screen ie conditions , sales data and control data ,and took path from main menue selected extras-> addtional purchasing data tab to enter plant under plant assignment tab to work STO. now we are unable to create PO for other company and pur org(non STO company code /plant) with the STO vendor,if i remove plant under plant assignment tab in vendor master , it is effecting inter company STO,
i need solution for this , please help me by giving valuable solution.

Oracle Business Rules : File Type Rules Repository Creation Problem

I am trying to create File Type Rules Repository(SOA Suite 10.1.3.3).
As per the documentation:user Guide
Oracle Business Rules supplies a blank file repository that does not contain a dictionary. This file repository is named "emptyFileRepository" and is located in the
$ORACLE_HOME/rules/lib directory.To setup a new file repository, copy and rename the emptyFileRepository file.
Then, provide this file name and location in the Repository Connect page
I did the same thing.I copied the emptyFileRepository and renamed the file.After giving the file location and click on the Create button it is throwing the error "Please provide a valid directory path." Please Help me to fix this.
The same kind of the question was posted on the same forum which was un answered.Please guide me to fix the problem.I googled a lot but no help found.

raviI was able to create repository for business rules few weeks ago perhaps I was using an old version of the firefox, now I upgraded to firefox 3.5.7 and get the same error. IE 7 hangs, did you get a solution yet?
I am planning to downgrade my firefox and give it a try. Please update if you find a fix. -
Business System of type Integration Server In SLD .

Can anybody tell what is the criteria on which we decide whether a business system to be created in the sld should be of type Integration Server or Application System .
And also can we have only one Business system of the type integration server in the sld ?
Can anyone please explain the concept behind this.

If there is no business system for integration server, that means the post installation steps are not completed or someone messed with the business system for integration server.
To define a business system, follow post installation steps from install guide.

If you do not have integration server, that means your XI will not work.

Business Partner: Minority status in Bidder Data
Hello
i am analysing the possibility to activate the Minority Status flag + date to
in BP transaction of our SRM 4.0.
I was able to activate it on the related screen but I am facing problems:
1. for one testing BP I was able to insert X to the flag + date to ... but only first time
2. the inserted field is not found in the tables:
BBP_TMP_BID
BID000
BBP_TMP_BID000
at least one of them should hold the saved fields
MIN_OWN (BBP_MIN_OWN)
MIN_OWN_EXP (BBP_MIN_OWN_EXP)
but all 3 tables are empty
Why?
3. when I am trying to remove my previously inserted flag and SAVE. SAP gives me an error message:
"Bidder Indicator not available"
4. when I am tryng to change the previously (first time) set date field - I change it and save OK, but after returning to the same Business Partner the date is unchanged
does anybody has some idea how these field in Bidder data works?

EEWB - How do I change the Business Ojbect Extension Type
Hi,
We are on standalone CRM 5.0
I have created the BP extension via EEWB and created the extension with Business object BUPA and extension type as "Add New Fields". I have not yet started the Wizard. But before that I would like to change the extension type from "Add new fields" to "Add new Table" - how can I do it.
When I go into the change mode, system is only allowing me to change the project name and description but not the Business Object Type, Extension Type fields.
Appreciate your help in this regard.

I could delete the extension and create a new one, thx again.
Just for information: I gave "$temp" as the package (dev. class) for the project & extension while I created them because this was to be tested in the standalone CRM only.
The issue which is bothering me is, when I try to start the wizard for creating new fields and provide the technical details and press 'complete' button, am getting the following error:

Table BUT000_TD (Statements could not be generated)
Detailed Error message:
Message no. DT066
Diagnosis
A requested database action could not be carried out.
Procedure
First try to repeat the action which caused this message. If the
database action again cannot be carried out, find out the cause of the
error using the analysis tool in the database utility. There might be an
inconsistency between the table definition in the ABAP Dictionary and
the existing nametab (runtime object for the table).
Can you suggest what could be wrong here.
