Can any one please provide the tables for FM Budget and Release??

As per my knowledge, there are no direct tables w.r.t funds center and commit item.
That is the reason i have given main tables as well as useful tables.
Here, the mentioned tables BPEP and FMIFIIT takes POSIT and OBJNR.
So, first need to get the above mentioned fields using funds center and commitment item.
Follow the sample code, which might help ur purpose..

    Hi Ben,
    in order to retrieve the status of a WBS element, please select into table JEST by object number (JEST-OBJNR = PRPS-OBJNR). This will give you an internal status code (JEST-STAT). Then go to table TJ02 with this internal code and select field TJ02-TXT04: this will give you the external status code.
    For the budget, go to tables COSP and COSS, selecting by object number (OBJNR).

  • Regarding the budget release and assignemnt of budget.

    Hi,
    I have created investment profile and distibuted the budget.(IM01,IM11,IM22 & IM52)
    Partial release of budget is done through (IMCBR3)
    Project is created and investment position ID is assigned (CJ01)
    WBS element is created under the above project-  CJ02
    Budget is distributed to the respective project -CJ30
    Partial release of budget is done against the project - CJ32.
    problem:
    1. Budget can be distributed above the released amounts for the projects assigned with investment positions
    2. Assinment of budget happens above the released amount i.e., I am able to create PO above the release amount against the WBS element.
    Quiries:
    I want to how the release part controls the budget assignment?
    Is any configuration need?
    How the availability control acts?
    Please explain.

    Hi koshor,
    Please check for GL used for Material / Service procurement secondary cost element is created.
    In OBYC entries are maintained in GBB and BSX.
    Budget check will happen for only thos GL for what secondary cost lements is creaed. If for any GL cost lements are not created then budget check will not happen.
    Also check in Budget tolerence limit you maintained the setting for all transaction ++ or for some specific transactions. If you skipped PR PO here then system will not check for the budget.
    If your requirement is budget check for all transaction then maintain ++.
    Please check try and revert back.

    the above is right... but you would not find the objects directly.  opportunity and campaign would be identified as Role A & B in table srelroles.  
    The object guid, logical system and business object type forms a unique identifier for an object and defined as a Role.

    Can any one tell me where the actual fixed and variable costs are stored in which table and also the planned costs. I have checked it, but it is showing RKPLN as data structure. We are doing development report where in standard Cost Center Report we need to have break up of fixed and variable cost. Please guide me where exactly these fields are stored in which table. its very urgent.

    In regard to the tables for planned data please do a search of the forum as this question has already been asked a few times. E.g. here:

    In regard to fixed / variable actual costs: these are not stored in separate tables. If a posting contains fixed and variable portions, for example postings resulting from splitting (KSS2), then the fixed portion is stored in the COEP- WKFBTR (line items) and COSS-WKF*  fields (summary items).  Please observe SAP note 192107 on this issue.

    Hi experts,
    I created a view based on 2 tables i.e PA0023 - HR Master Record: Infotype 0023 (Other/Previous
    Employers) and PA0000 - HR Master Record: Infotype 0000 (Actions).
    But I am unable to get the records of employees who are freshers.
    Bcz PA0023 does not hold freshers data.
    Is there any table which holds both the Previous employers data as well as freshers data.

    depends what freshers data you are wanting to update, there is no separate table for freshers employment data (as they are freshers) you can use the same infotype to store their apprentice ship details etc.......if you do not want the same to be counted as experience in some report that you may have developed for experience you may have to put a custom field for maintaining the same or configure the work/contract type here.

  • CREATE TABLE for another OWNER/SCHEMA and in another TABLESPACE?

    I am logged in a SYSTEM user. Now I want to create a table aaa. The owner of this table should not be SYSTEM but user KARL. and the TABLESPACE should not be SYSTEM but the (existing) TABLESPACE tttt.
    As far as I know I can achieve this by issuing the following command:
    CREATE TABLE KARL.aaa ( a INTEGER, .......) TABLESPACE tttt;
    Regarding the TABLESPACE parameter I am not sure. Is it possible to allocate a TABLE for User Karl in a TABLESPACE which is not assigned to him?
    Furthermore I have an additional problem.
    I have a script with hundreds of CREATE TABLE + ALTER TABLE + CREATE INDEX DDL statements.
    All of them are not prepended with Schema/Owner and an TABLESPACE clause.
    Can I put somehow one single instruction at the top of the script which telles Oracle
    to use
    - OWNER Karl as Schema/Owner for all subsequent DDL stements
    - TABLESPACE tttt as TABLESPACE for all subsequent DDL stements
    In MYsql there is a "use <database>" statement. Is there soemthing similar for Oracle?

    Yes... you can do that. Take for example a user A who has a secret password that you don't wish to give out... like an application schema. User B needs to make tables/objects in schema A and you want to track what user B is doing. First setup Oracles Fine Grained Auditing and then grant "connect through" from user A to user B as follows:
    SQL> create user b identified by abc123
      2    quota unlimited on users;
    User created.
    SQL> grant create session to b;
    SQL> create user a identified by abc123
      2    quota unlimited on users;
    User created.
    SQL> grant create table
      2      , create session
      3     to a;
    Grant succeeded.
    SQL> alter user a grant connect through b;
    User altered.
    SQL> connect b[a]/abc123@a486
    Connected.
    SQL> show user
    USER is "A"
    SQL> create table a.my_proxy_table
      2  ( c1 number
      3  , c2 varchar2(50)
      4  , c3 date
      5  );
    Table created.-----
    See that I connected using the "username[proxyuser]" syntax. Also notice that user B is by proxy user A, illustrated by my "show user" command. The connect through can be granted/revoked as needed without divulging A's password to B. In addition, your audit tables or xml logs will track the fact that user B created table a.my_proxy_table.

    You can set up four tables:
    1) a summary table
    2) a table for pasting Checking transactions
    3) a table for pasting Credit Card transactions
    4) a table for pasting Savings transactions
    You will have catagorize each transaction or using the ones from the bank/credit card
    I used pop-up menus to make the categories (Type) and summed the two accounts in the summary table.

    Sorry but I require to fill the quicksizing questionare .I wanted to know how to find the no of  key figures and dimension undersection 3 (infocubes) for specific area like SD, MM, FI .
    also wanted to know if the infocube section is editable eg . instead of IC-FI can We put our own infocube . I guess we can only put key figures, dimensions, peak hrs etc .
