The ITunes is stuck at the terms and conditions. It will not let me send the emaul to accept the terms of the priviacy policy.
The itunes store will not let me accept the terms and condition policy by email. I am stuck and not some of the application are not usable. Thanks.

Turned on my ipod. Update available. Updated fine, came to accepting terms and conditions and this is where it all went wrong. Stuck, cannot accept and cannot turn off the the ipod. It is stuck on the terms and conditions. Uninstalled itunes on my computer and reinstalled accepting the terms and condition in my computer. Pluged in my ipod, but still nothing. Just stuck on the terms and conditions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Let the battery fully drain till the iPod turns off.
Then place it in Recovery Mode for a full restore. (Setup as new when done)

I have recovered and restored my ipad, set up wifi, discovery etc, moved to Terms and Conditions and can get no further. Agree and disagree buttons appear but will not function. I can go back so it isnt a frozen screen. I have scrolled through all T&Cs and even emailed them. Still stumped. PLease Heeeellllllpppppp!!!
Thanks for the suggestion. Had tried that, and just did again. Still the same. Have tried plugging it in to itunes as suggested elsewhere - Agree button still will not respond. Went on to itunes to download an app - wasnt asked to agree to conditions. I just don't get it......

USF on iTunes U collections such as Sustainability and iteach Initiative are not displaying new items even days after they are uploaded to the collections. The items show in the Preview of the collections but not Live view. not displaying

The new additions to the Collection appear and are accessible in both the iPad and iPhone applications, but even though they additions appear in "Quick View", the material doesn't appear in the Collection itself. Reset your device: Press down on the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time and continue to hold them until the Silver Apple appears (no data will be lost). Once the Home screen comes back up, check to see if everything is working correctly now.

Apple store installed optical drive replacement. It plays CD and DVD but will not let me change a DVD to .mp4 without stalling and or going very very slow. Can I fix the HL-DT-STDVDRW GA11NR? The Apple store is a two hundred mile one way trip.
I didn't imply anything; I simply explained the terms of the ToU here because you had not specified what you were trying to do. Most such related questions are about copying protected content and I would not appreciate having my post removed with the obligatory email from Apple because I violated the ToU. In any case, you can find dozens of threads googling (or here) about the newer burners being slow copying content if it is protected. FWIW, if the DVD was produced by a commercial outfit, they may have used some sort of protection or an unusual file format - that problem has been discussed here previously.
As for your slow burner - since we don't even know what type of Mac/model/year/OS you have, it is impossible to guess. If it's an iMac, those vertically installed burners are known to be less than perfect; the horizontally installed versions are better, but still not as good as an external. I've used an external burner for years.
As for the conversion time: the burner should have nothing to do with that; it is your software and your Mac's processor and amount of RAM that matter for conversions and rendering. I have no idea what you are using to burn the DVD. And, as a last consideration: you should always burn your content at a slow speed so you can avoid burn errors and have better results.

My Iphone 4 will not let me send an email or reply to an email. The message states that it has put my email in my outbox and that my server does not allow for relaying. Can anyone help with this? I have read some other answers and nothing has worked Thanks
Your email provider has blocked the standard mail port 25 for sending emails and is requiring a different port. This is to avoid mail relays that use mail clients to send spam. You need to find the port that is used by your provider for sending outgoing mail. Then change the settings in your email account on your phone to match the port. You will also have to provide some security credentials for the account.
You can also try deleting the email account from your iphone, and the adding the email account back as this will many times set the correct port for sending emails.
You could also do a Google search on the the settings for your device with your email provider. That will provide you with the proper settings. -

My iphone will not turn on.... it froze earlier today and now it will not turn on all i get is a black screen with the apple symbol every once in awhile... also it will not connect to my computer so i can reset it to factory settings
Sammyhunter lets get you back in action! Has there been any physical/water damage to the device? Try pressing and holding the home and power button together. Once the Apple symbol appears release both buttons. Keep us posted!

hi um i have the ipod 5 and my computer seems to be fine with the wifi but when i pressed wifi and my wifi does not pop up it i put it on airplane mode reset the networks erased my safari history . and it still has not read my wireless internet ?

One user reported that placing the iPod in the freezer fixed the problem. A trick that works frequently with iPhones:
Settings > AirPlane Mode ON, Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
Power up
Settings > AirPlane Mode OFF, Do Not Disturb OFF
If not successful, an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is usually in order.

Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
