Time machine is full with backups, But I cannot find them!

Time Machine will not backup to my 500GB HD because it is full. When I open up the "About this Mac" option and click storage this comes up:
As you can see it's filled with backups. (I do not have ANY movies on this drive). You'll also notice that I use this drive to backup audio from CPU intense programs that reccomend external drives to prevent hard drive crashing.
When I open the disk up in finder these backups are nowhere to be found. Even worse is when I open time machine only ONE backup is available!
Time machine was working for almost a year. What happened? And how do I delete all these "invisible" backups without having to do a complete erase??

For TM to perform as expected it is recommended that the EHD be at least twice the size of the Drive(s) it is intending to Backup.
Your EHD is not... hence the issue you are encountering.

The apps you have purchased for your mobile device will not work on a computer. You will need to download the appropriate versions on your Mac from the Mac apps store.

If you have transferred or Downloaded iPad Apps on your Mac you will find them in iTunes on your Mac....
Open iTunes and in iTunes on left hand corner where Music is return you should see a drop down button next to it and once you click on that drop down button you will see Movies/Tv Shows/Applications, you need to select Applications here and you will find all your downloaded iPad Applications. And as they are made only for iOs devices that cannot be run on your Mac.

External HD Time Machine partition shows in Desktop but not in Finder

I have a External HardDisk with two partitions, one for Time Machine and other for Data.
Until now when I power on the disk two icons appear on my MacBook, one Orange with a USB logo for the Data partition and other Green with Time MAchine logo for the Time MAchine partition.
Suddenly when I power on in FInder I can see only the Data Partition. while in Desktop I can see both, but now the Time Machine Partition is orange with the USB logo (just like the Data partition).
On the other hand everytinhg seems to be workning, I can acces both partitions and Time Machine apparently works Ok, but don't know if something is happening in the background, and I have all my data in that Disk!!!!!

Excuse me if my explanation of the subject is not clear. Here is a screenshoot of what happens. In the left you can see the Finder window with just Data Partition, on the right Desktop with both.
If you haven't yet, from a Finder window's menubar, select +Finder > Preferences > Sidebar.+ Un-check the +External Disks+ checkbox, wait a moment, then check it again.
Try going to TM Preferences, de-selecting the drive (select "none"), waiting a moment, then re-selecting it.
Try deleting the file <your home folder>/Library/com.apple.Finder.plist and either relaunch the Finder (from the +Force Quit+ menu) or Restart.

I downloaded files with .asl extension, but I cannot find them

I cannot find my extension files in the new Photoshop. I placed them in the styles folder, but they do not show up anywhere.

What folder, SPECIFICALLY, did you put them in?
What OS?
What version of Photoshop?
Some Basic things to check:
Are you running the version of Photoshop you think you are?
Have you closed and reopened Photoshop?

You cannot update iPhone 4 to IOS 8.1.2, the highest you can update is IOS 7.1.2.

It appears I have lost all previously downloaded music including songs I ripped from my own cds..can I get them back? I thought they were saved in the cloud but I cannot find them

I had previously had years worth of Christmas music in my iTunes. When not the holiday season I obviously deslect it so that it does not play. I thought it was all backed up to the cloud, but now upon trying to recover it and resync it to my phone for travelling, I cannot find it anywhere. Is my music gone for good?

Why did you think it was in icloud?
You can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries, but this does not apply to music not purchased via itunes.

I have green lights on my express but utility cannot find them

I just recieved these APE as gifts ,they are refurbished and supposedly are like new. I am trying to stream music from my I-Mac ( using I-Tunes) to my analog recievers through a switchbox to speakers. Two separate systems. I have gotten to the point where I have green lights on both of the APE's go to Apple Utility , scan , it does not see them . one is ten ft away the other is twenty. What could possibly bee wrong?

Actually my wife last night made a seperate network and got one of them to work. We would like both of them to work at one time. If possibile with a network provided by a third wireless router from Comcast. If not then how do we get both to work at one time?

You can usually find the imported IE Favorites in a folder ("From Internet Explorer") at the bottom of the Bookmarks Menu folder (Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks).
If you can't find them in the "From Internet Explorer" folder then try this:
* Export the favorites in IE to an HTML file (bookmarks.html): File > Import and Export
* Import the HTML file in Firefox: Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Import HTML: From File

Trying to run GPU sniffer .exe with CMD but it cannot find the Adobe folder.

Hi there.
I am trying to get Hardware acceleration on Adobe premiere pro. Ive done this a few times before no problem. I do this by typing this into cmd.
cd:\Program Files
then \Adobe but whenever I type that in I get "
'\Adobe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."
It does the same thing when I copy the directory from Explorer directly into cmd.
I am running Windows Seven Professional and Adobe Premiere Pro CS6.

Time Machine won't recognize backups

I have two external RAID 5 units. One for content, one for backup of said content. Both are 10TB. Content to be backed up is 5.27TB.
Time machine completes the first backup, but fails to do any subsequent backups, saying there isn't enough space. It says it needs 5.27TB to backup, but it's already completed one backup and should only be adding changes, correct? When I go into Time Machine, it doesn't give me an option to recover from any backups. It looks like there are multiple snapshots, but I cannot scroll through them and the RESTORE option is greyed out.
Checking the drives contents shows it has 5.27TB. If I navigate the backup folder, all my content seems to be there. So is it simply not seeing my previous backup?
The Backup drive (and content drive) do go into sleep mode, does that possibly break Time Machine's link?
Super frustrating.
I've read a few posts here but they are all trying to backup with drives that are too small. I'm using identical drives.

Time-machine won't do backup

Heya,
I have a MacBook Pro and have upgraded it from Mavericks to Yosemite. Since then, it recognises my time-machine and prepares the backup, but doesn't follow through. I tried switching the time-machine off and on again. It also uses the right hard drive, but it just won't do a new backup.
Anyone know how I can fix it?

Ok, I did what you said. I edited some lines out. It was just repeating the lines before. Perhaps there's nothing wrong and it's just taking hours more that the usual minutes to do the backup, like others have noted. I don't know if that is the case however.
