Hi Guys,

  • How are deliveries automatically created from scheduling agreement?

How are deliveries automatically created from the schedule line of the scheduling agreement? Can anybody explain this step by step? Can we use the code VL10BATCH for this purpose? If we can, how is this code used?
    Thanks in advance.

    hi
A customer scheduling agreement is an outline agreement with the customer containing delivery quantities and dates. These are then entered as schedule lines in a delivery schedule. You can either create schedule lines when you create the scheduling agreement or you can create them later.
You fulfill a scheduling agreement by creating the deliveries in the schedule as they become due. You process deliveries for a scheduling agreement in exactly the same way as you process a normal delivery. After you have carried out the delivery, the system updates the Delivered quantity field in the scheduling agreement item with the delivery quantity.
The scheduling agreement is used as a basis for delivering a material. The customer sends in scheduling agreement releases, referred to as delivery schedules, at regular intervals to release a quantity of the material.
    Document Types
To configure document types for scheduling agreements, choose Sales -> Sales Documents -> Sales Document Header -> Define sales document types in Customizing for Sales and Distribution.
The R/3 System contains the following document types for component suppliers:
LZ - Scheduling agreement with delivery schedules (no external agents)
LZM - Scheduling agreement with delivery orders
LK - Scheduling agreement with delivery schedules (external agents)
ED - Delivery by external agent (consignment issue)
    EDKO - External agent correction
RZ - Scheduling agreement returns (no external agents)
KAZU - Consignment pick-up for external agents
KRZU - Consignment returns for external agents
    Item Categories
To configure item categories for scheduling agreements, choose Sales -> Sales Documents -> Sales Document Item -> Define item categories in Customizing for Sales and Distribution.
The system determines the following item categories for the related document types in
documents containing materials with item category group NORM:
Item category LZN for scheduling agreement type LZ
Item category LZMA for scheduling agreement type LZM
Item category LKN for scheduling agreement type LK
Item category KEN for document type ED
Item category EDK for positive corrections (or the manual alternative EDK1 for
negative corrections) for document type EDKO
Item category REN for document type RZ
Item category KAN for document type KAZU
Item category KRN for document type KRZU
    Schedule Line Categories
To configure schedule line categories for scheduling agreements, choose Sales -> Sales Documents -> Schedule lines -> Define or Assign schedule line categories in Customizing for Sales and Distribution.
The R/3 System contains the following schedule line categories for component suppliers:
L1, BN, L2, and CN for item category LZN
E4, E0, E5, and BN for item category LKN
L2 for item category LZMA (standard for delivery order processing)
    Schedule Line Types
To configure schedule line types for scheduling agreements, choose Sales -> Sales Documents -> Scheduling Agreements with Delivery Schedules -> Define schedule line types in Customizing for Sales and Distribution.
    Creating Scheduling Agreements
To create a scheduling agreement with delivery schedules:
    1. In the Sales menu http://Ext. choose Scheduling agreement ->Create.
    2. Enter scheduling agreement type LK (standard) or LZ (external agents) and the
    relevantorganizational data.
    3. Choose ENTER.
    4. Enter the following data:
    Sold-to or ship-to party number
    Purchase order or closing number
    Material or customer material number
You can use the Description field to identify the scheduling agreement. For
    example,
you could enter the model year for a particular production series.
The system allows up to 35 digits for a customer material number.
    Rounding quantity
    Usage
Choose Goto -> Header -> Sales to enter the usage at header level, or Goto ->
Item-> Sales A to enter it at item level. The system proposes usage S, for series, as default in both cases.
    Planning indicator
    Choose Goto -> Header ->Sales.
    Target quantity
Mark an item and choose Goto -> Item -> Sales A
    Partners
For scheduling agreements with external agents , choose Goto -> Header
->Partners to enter the external agent as forwarding agent and special stock partner
    on the partner function screen.
    5. Create a delivery schedule
Mark an item in the scheduling agreement and choose Goto -> Item -> <Delivery
    schedule>. Enter:
A delivery schedule number and date
The cumulative quantity received by the customer
The last delivery confirmed by the customer
A schedule line with date, time, and quantity
To enter additional data in the delivery schedule, choose DlvSch.Hdr (delivery schedule header).
    configuration:
    img->SD->Sales->sales document->scheduling agreements with delivery schedules->
    step1: define schedule line types
schedule line types are not schedule line categories. Schedule line types are used for information purpose only.
stds are 1. fixed date 2. backlog 3. immediate requirement
    4. estimate
step2: maintain planning delivery sched. instruct/splitting rules
The planning delivery schedule is an internal delivery schedule used to plan requirement s more efficiently.  It is sub divided into 3 parts
    2.1 delivery schedule splitting rules
    2.2 dly schedule instrusctions
2.3 assign dly schedule splitting rules

  • SUT selection in TO from storage type to PSA

    Hi All,
The business process is Kanban replenishment where the CCID is scanned for TR creation for demand. TR then automatically converting to TO (movement type- 350). In TO we are getting the storage Unit type selected. need to know the basis of storage unit type selection.
Further details of the movement as eg.
Movement is from storage Type 030 to PSA.
Storage Type 030 has Bulk as Put away strategy and FiFo as Removal Strategy.
    It is SUT check active.
warehouse is HU and SU managed.
Two kinds of SUT is there in the storage type 030 - Box and Pallet (L).
Let me know the basis of SUT selection in above TO.
The issue is that different material selects different SUT and there is no consistency. I checked for GR date, Quants, and material master, Move, ment Type data.
    Need help from all experts.
    Thanks,
    Shankar Kumar

    Hi Shankar,
    As per standard SAP flow,
Step 1 ) system picks the stock removal indicator from the WM1 view of material master
Step 2) Picks the storage type from the T334T table based on the removal indicator from step1
Step 3) Once the storage type selected it goes and check the available Quant in the storage type
Step 4) After selection of all the Quant it sorts the selected record based on the GR date
Step 5) Once the first quant selected it pass all the Quant information to internal table
Step 6) Checks the required quantity minus quantity of first quant selected if the balance is greater then zero process continue from step 2 till the time required quantity - allocated quantity =0
Now your query how system selects the Storage unit type, as you can see from above steps system selects the  Quant and the quant is already having the Storage unit type assigned. in the below example i have four quant in the stock and my requirement is for 120 PC, you can see the Sequence in Transfer order system stamps the TO line item based on the Storage type search (003,002 in below case) and then based on ascending order of Goods receipt  it selects the Quant from within the Storage unit
    in the below example
Storage type search strategy (Entry into T334T)

  • Scripting Crash- "Create from Data Type" on Typedef Enum

I just encountered a crash that I can duplicate in both LabVIEW 2013 and 2012 (student).
Attached is a project that contains the code I used on 2012. Run the target VI.
(I can get the project I had in 2013, if needed, sometime next week)
    Basic steps:
    Create a type def enum
    Place it on a VI
Use scripting to get ahold of the Control Terminal and get the data type
    "Create from Data Type"

Haha, I saved your code and ran it while I still had another project open... didn't really think that one through. Thank you, Auto-save.
So it looks like the crash happens at the Create node. I can get rid of the crash by removing the Type Def link from the enum.
I'm not at all an expert in scripting and have only used it a few times. Could a workaround be to get a reference to all of the Controls on the FP and copy the Control with the same Label "Enum" (instead of loading the terminal and creaing a new terminal)? Maybe creating a typedef by data type is what's causing the crash, but copying an already existing control will work.

  • RE: Transferring stock from storage type A to storage type B

what movement can I used in WMS to move stock from storage type A to storage type B for replenishment?
    Bye

    Hi ..
I think for replenishments standard movement type is 319 .
You need to assign storage type with this movement type.
Run Lp22 or Lp24 to generate replenishment .
If its one time activity you can use LT10 with movement  999 to transfer from one storage type to another.
    Hope it helps

  • Auto Confirmation of transfer order - 999 mvt from storage type W01 to S01

    Hi,
I am trying to automate the confirmation of transfer orders between storage type W01 and S01 using a 999 movement type. The 999 movement type appears to work perfectly when doing a bin to bin movement within the W01 storage type (for example move batch abc from bin 01 to bin 02) no confirmations are required. However if I transfer from a bin in W01 storage type to the S01 storage type (which only has a single bin to represent a staging area) a manual confirmation of the transfer order is required via lt24 or lt12. It appears therefore that the issue is with the storage type S01 for this particular Warehouse. The setting to confirm the TO immediately is already activated for movt 999 in customizing, is there a setting for the storage type that must be defined.
    Regards,

    F1 help for field V_T333-SQUIT:
Means that the transfer order item can be confirmed immediately during the creation procedure.
    SAP online help:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/c6/f83e4d4afa11d182b90000e829fbfe/frameset.htm
To set the confirmation requirement for foreground processing, select the indicator for TO item can be confirmed immediately.
As per my understanding the immediate confirmation indicator does not mean that the transfer order will be confirmed immediately. It makes possible that during the creation of transfer order you CAN put a flag in the confirmation checkbox.
If you use it together with "propose confirmation" flag (setting for WM movement type; V_T333-VQUIT), the falg in confirmation check box will be populated automatically during TO creation.

  • Automatic PO form goods receipt without reference Movement type 501

    Hi,
My client receive sample material from the vendor that is without reference to PO, but upon approval of sample the vendor has to make the payment for which i do not have the reference document number.
To arive at the solution i wanted to generate automatic PO for movement type 501, for which i have checked the movement type settings, 501- automatic PO, i ahve maintained the info record, and during GR for movement type 501 i enter the vendor even than system is not generating any PO in backend, I have centraalised purchase organization assigned to the plant.
can anyone suggest me if i am missing any settings,
    Suggestions willbe worth appreciating..\
    Thanks
    Sarf

    Hi,
You need to configure the following steps for creating automatic PO in MIGO transaction.
1.Activate the auto PO in Material and Vendor Master.
    2. Maintain the Info record.
3.Assign the Standard Purchase organisation for the plant you want to create auto Po.
Path: ENTERPRISE STRUCTURE-ASSIGNMENT-MATERIALS MANAGEMENT-ASSIGN STANDARD PURCHASE ORG FOR PLANT.
    4. Activate create PO automatically for movement type (101,501).
Path: MM-INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND PHYSICAL INVENTORY-GOODS RECEIPT-CREATE PURCHASE ORDER AUTOMATICALLY - here you can activate for the mvt type you want.
5.In MIGO screen, goto menu Settings and click default values , you will get a screen where you can check the mvt type 101,501... are maintained in mvt type column. if not you just enter the mvt type which you want. and click adopt tab.
    6. Now you do GR using 501 mvt type and give the material and vendor ..
    It will work.

  • Search for material from 2 Storage types

    Hi,
When creating a delivery for Subcon PO Via ME2O the transfer order is created automatically from the  source storage type
657 ( for example). The requirement is that the system should also look for material from source storage type  460 ( for example).
I did the following customization ( SPRO path):
    1) Logistics execution -> Warehouse management -> Strategies -> Activate storage type search - > Determine search sequence --
For the combination of Warehouse number & Mvt type 541 ( GI to Subcon delivery) -- 657 and 460 are assigned.
    2)  Logistics execution -> Warehouse management -> Activities-> Transfers-> Define Mvt types-> For the combination of Warehouse number & Mvt type 541 -- I have assigned source storage type as 657.
With the above the system does the search from 657 stoarge type only and not from the both.
Is there any other setting to meet this requiremnet?
    Best regards,
    Prasad

    Hi,
I removed 657 source storage type in the 541 mvt type set up ( Source storage type is Blank) . In the Movement Type set up for 541, "Ref.Stor.Type.Search" field is already with 541.
The Storage Type search sequence is maintained for the combination warehouse number & 541 mvt as 657 and 460 ( storage types).
When Delivery is created for Subcon PO, The Transfer order is not created automatcially ( Only delivery is created)
The requirement in detail is as below:
There are 2 plants ( AL70 & AL77)  linked to 1 Warehouse (AL1). When delivery is created for subcon PO in plant AL70, the TO is also created automatically with source storage type as 657 and destination storage type as 916. The additional requirement is when delivery is created for Subcon PO in plant AL77, the TO aslo should be created automatically with source storage type as 460 and destination storage type as 916.

    Prasad

  • Transfer material from Storage location to Storage type.

    Hello,
At the time of usage decision we are posting the stock in "To Reserve stock" for that we have created seperate storage location ie for Sample material.
we having two samples one is customer sample and other is in house sample both the samples we are posting in same storage location.
Client want to differentiate these two samples, so we have created two storage types.
Now My question is " can we transfer the samples in different storage types from Storage location.
This is the QM and WM integration.
    Please advice
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Anil

    Hello Anil
I don't think you can transfer from storage location to storage type.
If your purpose is to differentiate these two samples, then why not use different Sample types with different number ranges and thus identify them. You don't have to get into QM-WM integration just for that.
If you want you may also set up 2 different physical sample locations: That would be ideal.
    SPRO/IMG/Quality Management/Quality Inspection/Sample Management/Define Physical-Sample Types
    SPRO/IMG/Quality Management/Quality Inspection/Sample Management/Define Number Range
    SPRO/IMG/Quality Management/Quality Inspection/Sample Management/Define Physical-Sample Locations
On the application side you may use the sample management procedures to deal with samples. See the following link:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/b8/b9b3341a933f50e10000009b38f83b/frameset.htm
Does that work? Let me know.

  • How do you automatically create a page from an entry in another list?

I have a custom list with lots of entries and I would like to set it up so that by adding a new entry to my list a new site page is automatically created for that entry. I thought I could configure this by using lookup columns by adding these colums to the
site pages list which are linked to the columns in my custom list. That way the site pages list will be populated as I add more entries to my custom list. However I tried this and none of my entries from my custom list were displayed. So how would I go about
doing this? It would be great if a new page was automatically created from a template as well.
    Thanks!

  • Block 921 storage type from allowing negative values

    Dear all,
i am administrating mySAP and i have a problem that the users have to do bin to bin transfer using the code LT01 which will allow them to post from storage type 921 and leaving the quantity in negative i tried to block the hole storage type for the users but they also need to use the code LT10 for processing storage location transfer now i am stuck can someone give a work around for bin to bin transfer other than LT01 or how to block storage type 921 from allowing negative values to be posted
    thanks

  • ID Point for Storage Type V.S. Value in Storage Type Search Table.

I am trying to perform a GR without PO (MVT 501) for material ABC into Plant 1000, Warehouse number 100, Storage Location 0100.
During creation of Transport Order, the Destinated Storage Type appeared
is 011  (ID point for st.ty.010). However, the desired Destinated Storage Type should be 015 (High Rack) instead of 011.
I have checked the following configuration:
    1. At the SPRO->LE->WM->Master Data->Define Storage Type, the value set for Field: Assigned ID (Identification point) for storage type under the Stock Placement Control = 011 (ID point for st.ty.010).
    2. At the Storage Type Search Strategy, 015 is put as the first Storage Type, followed by Storage Type 001 (high Rack Storage)
    3. And I found out that using LX03 (Bin Status Report) that there is no
Storage Bin created for the combination of the following
    Plant 1000, WN 100, SLOC 0100, Storage Type 015, Storage Section 001
Since we do not have any Storage Bin created for Storage Type 015, it will display 011 as the destinated storage type during TO creation.
    My question
After I have manually created a Storage Bin 03-01-01 for storage type 015, during the TO Creation, system still suggests 011 as Destinated Storage Type instead of the 015 I put in the 1st column of the Storate Type Search.
I already have the Storage Bin created for Storage Type 015, why the system still fails to pick it but suggests 011 from Assigned ID (Identification point) for storage type.

    Dear Karthik
You are right, I did activated Indicator: Activate Storage Unit Type Check for Stock Placement in SPRO->LE->WM->Master Data->Define Storage Type
The Indicator: Storage type with storage unit management was also ticked automatically by system when I selected Indicator: Activate Storaget Unit Type Check for Stock Placement.
Are you trying to say the ID Port defined in Storage Type will have higher priority over the Storage Type value I maintained in the Storage Type Search Table?
I have already maintained the Storage Bin and I still do not understand why system still go for ID port. As far as I know, system will suggest the Storage Type from ID Port ONLY if storage bin in this storage type as their destination are not maintained in first in the other setting.
    Quoted from SAP HELP
    Identification point for storage type
Identification point (storage type) of the current storage type.
All goods movements that do not have a specific storage bin in this storage type as their destination are first directed to the identification point.
Here the goods are identified and a transfer order is generated for the actual transfer of the goods into the storage type concerned.
    Please help.

  • Batch Determination in SD - Fixed Storage Type

    Hi,
We have enable automatic batch determination at the delivery stage (VL01N). for example:
    Plant: 1000
    Storage Location: 3000
    Warehouse number: 300
    Storage type in warehouse number 300: 910,911,912, NF1, NF2, NF3
In SD batch determination process in some cases batch are select from storage type 910 or 912 or NF1 (depend on unrestricted use), how to configure in SD batch determination configuration for always select batch´s from fixed storage type (in this case NF1 or NF2 or NF3).
    Regards,
    Enrique Figueroa
Edited by: Benito Enrique Figueroa Flores on Sep 30, 2008 11:46 PM

Nice idea, but what is your plan if no other batch is there, and all stock is in the interim storage type?
From my point of view it does not really matter where the process flow stucks, if you wait for batch assignment in delivery until the batch is in its real bin or if you do the assignment right away and the creation of WM-TO stucks until the quant is moved from the interim storage type to its final bin.
You just have to understand that batch determination and source bin determination serves usually different needs.
I usually search for a by certain quality figures to meet my customers requirement. Or by age,  to always issue the oldes stuff first.
A interim storage type is a warehouse internal thing, as I already said, nothing phyiscal. And in WM you use the storage bin search to determine the bin from where you can pick the desired material and batch.
My batch determination is setup to execute automatically when delivery is created. My deliveries are either created manually at the shipping office or automatically with a batch job.
Instead of using LT03 we have to use LB10 to create a WM-TO.  Of course this will fail if the quant is locked because of an open TO or if the storage type where it physically resides is not includes in the search.

  • Re: Materials stuck in Storage Type 916

    Hi all,
I am having a situation which I am unable to figure out the cause.
In our current environment, we have implemented SAP WM.
Now in a normal Sales cycle (Sales Order > Delivery > Invoice), a WM TO is required to do the Picking after a Delivery Document is created.
When a WM TO is created it picks up the stock from a Fixed bin & Storage type XYZ (based on the search strategy) & then puts it into the Storage Type 916 & Storage Bin= Delivery Document Number.
Once the Delivery is shipped (PGI) then this stock is removed from Storage type 916. This works fine.
However there are many deliveries which have been shipped in the system, but the stock for that material is still in 916 storage type. I am unable to understand how to go about this situation.
Kindly guide me through the initial probe for this situation.
    Thanks
    Vinit

    Hi
I have checked all the status.
The Goods Movement status of the delivery is C
Also the delivery has been invoiced.
When I analysed the same in LT22
TO#       Item    Material  Stor. Typ  Source Bin   Qty Unit   Plnt           Created On         Typ   Dest. Bin        Dest.target qty
    159173   0001  Material#    009        MTS01        1    EA      US89        10/07/2009        916  0080080207             1
    168198   0001  Material#    916   0080080207    1    EA      US89         10/07/2009       009   MTS01                     1
    180051   0001  Material#    009       MTS01         1    EA      US89         10/12/2009        916 0080080207              1
Now the 1st entry is of the WM TO when the Delivery Picking takes place.
Then the remaining 2 TO are created by some business user using Movement type 999.
Hence I am not sure if a transaction has triggerred it or has he done it on purpose.
My final objective is to have this stock hanging in storage type 916 - Dyanamic bin, to move out of the system as the delivery is already shipped.
Can anyone guide me so as to how can I acheive the same effect to the system as that of movement type 601.
    Thanks

  • Putaway quantity does not show in Interim Storage Type 916

    Hi all,
It could be a silly quesiton however would need your help with the issue below.
When I create Picking TO from Outbound Delivery, usually I will see the Pick Quantity from Source Storage Bin and Putaway Quantity showed in Interim Storage Type 916. However, for the warehouse I'm working on I could not see the Putaway Quantity showing in Sty 916, only Picking Quantity displayed from source storage bin.
For example, I created picking TO# 17439 to pick stock from storage type 001 to destination storage type 916. Here I only see the 'Pick Quantity' showing in storage type 001. I don't see 'Putaway Quantity' shows in Storage Type 916.
Would appreciate if anyone can provide some advices. Thanks.
