Top web host report doesn´t work

The next message appear when i try to generate a "top web host" report in SCA Reporte 3.8.0
Incorrect syntax near ')'.
Please i need help.

I'm Xavier from Barcelona(Spain), I have teh same problem after upgrade my Apex 4.0.2 to 4.1. I print across BI Publisher, but now is impossible, when I try to print Apex send me this message :

I try to use APache FOP, with the same result, and try with a new version of Apex 4.1 (not upgrade) in a new server, but with the same result.

  • All of a sudden, report doesn´t work anymore

    Getting really tired of this whole SCOM-thing the last days.
    Now the reporting doesn´t work anymore. We changed NOTHING.
    State went from Zero to Healthy 4:14 PM on friday last week. Alright.
    But a few hours later, when nobody was here anymore, it changed to EROR.
    How can that happen?
    Reports are EMPTY suddenly. You can't start report-tasks anymore. They disappeared.
    We checked:
    - Discovered Inventory -> Data Warehouse Synchronization Server
    - State is Critical.
    - Display name is wild numbers+characters, is this normal?
    - Health explorer says:

    Hi,
    Generally these errors are caused by improper SQL SRS configuration, to confirm SRS is initialized correctly, are you able to navigate to http://localhost/reports or http://localhost/reportserver?
    Are you upgraded to SP1 RC yet and have you the latest versions of the MP' as a lot of these reporting issues have been resolved?
    Also re-check all your SRS accounts have the relevant permissions and all permissions in IIS are correct?
    You could try resetting the SRS configuration and re-install Reporting.
    1. COPY the ResetSRS.exe file in SupportTools folder of the OM 2007 media to
    C:.
    2. Open a Command Prompt and change your path to C:.
    3. Type "ResetSRS.exe  MSSQLSERVER" where MSSQLSERVER is your SQL instance
    name.
    4. Then open Reporting Services Configuration Console, select Web Service
    Identity and click Apply.
    5. Finally, reinstall your reporting service by running OMSetup.exe again.
    In addition, please provice the event ID under event vierwers, so that we could analyze it further.

    Hi, we are using Webi for On Demand reports (against Salesforce universe) and the hyperlinks to details reports are not working.
    my URL in master report looks like this:

    Hello,
    The openDocument.do url was really only designed for use with Crystal Reports documents.
    It is not officially supported for webi documents, or any of the other document types.
    That being said, it sounds like opening webi docs with openDocument.do does work, it is just the parameter passing that is problematic.

  • Scale of the graphic in interactive report doesn't work in french

    Dear all,
    I created a calculation column in an interactive report an put the format 9999999D99. When I displayed the information everything is ok.
    After that I tried to create a graphic with this column.
    The graphic is the type line
    The value is this new column
    The function is SUM
    order by label ascending
    The graphic show the good information, when I click on the dot the right number is displayed (19459,10). But if I look on the scale on the left the numbers are not good, we see 25,00000 instead of 25000,00.
    The application use the navigator information the first language use is french. If I use english the numbers are ok.
    What I need to do to use french and have the right decimal ?

    If I logon as Admin user (or I grant user Admin rights), it looks like this:
    So the prompt is visible but is empty. I changed privileges in CMC / Applications / Web Intelligence, so normal user has same right as Admin, but it still doesn't work. I also tried change user security in Connections and Universes, but none of them work.
    Please, do you have any idea what i miss?

  • I'm unable to open additional tabs to open another site...the "+" at the top of the page doesn't work.

    I'm able to open sites from my toolbar but the "+" at teh top of the Mozilla homepage doesn't work. I cannot open another window to go to another site by using the "+" at the top of the page. If I try to open another site frm my toolbar, it replaces the current page.

    We have recently seen reports about a Community Toolbar extension causing this issue with not being able to open a new tab.
    Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
    *Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance

  • Interactive Reports - group by in SQL - download reports doesn't work

    I have the following SQL as the region source of an interactive report.
    select SERVICELEVEL, SUM(CONTRACTVALUE), SUM(DOLLARVALUE), count(SERVICELEVEL) from "ACSPROD"."CONTRACT" where CONTRACTSTATUS='Active' group by SERVICELEVEL
    The report shows exactly as expected. I have also integrated BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1 with APEX 3.2.0.00.27
    Problem 1
    The report download doesn't work for any of the formats (CVS/XLS/PDF/RTF). When I rewrite the SQL without the group by clause (not the wanted results), then the report downloads work.
    What am I doing wrong?
    Problem 2
    Irrespective of the above issue - when I add a sum aggregate and download the report (any format) - it doesn't show the summed value.
    What am I doing wrong?
    Please advise!

    I could reproduce this issue at my end. This is a bug. So, I have filed on your behalf (6432429).
    When i use tables ( not views) directly in my SQL and use column alias for computed column, it does work fine!
    i.e., this query is good with databinding at designtime and runtime:

                        COUNT(*) AS Num_Trips

  • Ssh to Web Host from static IP works -- will fail if change to dynamic IP?

    Folks:
    Opening an OS X terminal window and uttering
    % ssh <myuser_name>@<my_sitedomain>
    has worked flawlessly for me for years. I depend on plain old ssh to maintain sites.
    BUT, my ADSL service is static IP, for which I pay a premium. I'd like to change to cheaper dynamic IP service.
    I'm vaguely aware that ssh security requires the host to recognize my client IP address before granting access. Is this correct?
    If so, it seems that SSH will no longer work if I try to connect from a different IP address for each session, which is what will happen with the cheaper service. Right?
    Is there a way to continue using SSH as before after I switch to dynamic IP service?
    My web host service (bluehost) supports two alternative web-based SSH clients, but I've had real difficulties working with these -- they don't seem to connect reliably at all. I suppose if there is no choice I would have to figure out why these are failing...and hopefully find a fix.
    But I would 'druther use plain ssh if at all possible.
    Q1: Is there a way to use plain ssh with dynamic IP?
    Q2: If so, how?
    Q3: Is there anything special I might do to verify this method before changing over to dynamic IP service?

    Oh! I thought you were asking about the gotchas involved with setting up a website on a dynamic IP address like on your home computer, and ssh'ing into it remotely for maintenance, like when you were on business travel or something -- NOT maintaining a website on some webhost's server someplace and wanting to ssh into your shell account there from home in order to maintain the site. So never mind about the dyndns stuff.
    As Caleb, Gnarlodius, et.al, have stated or suggested, the website host isn't going to care what IP address you are ssh'ing into your shell account from. Dump the static IP and save yourself a few buck$.
    And as Caleb suggested, as a test, got a friend with a Mac? Got one at work? Got an Apple store nearby? Pay them a visit, launch Terminal.app, and ssh to your shell account. Different IP address than at home, right? That would prove it to you.
    (There could be one "gotcha" with such a test and that would be if the website/shell account host was also your internet provider. Conceivably, they could restrict shell account access to their servers to only come from IP addresses within their own block of IP addresses, so if you had a failure with this test, you'd want to use a friend's computer that had the same ISP as you do. But I've never heard of any ISP doing that. But think about it -- ssh was made to facilitate connections and protect traffic across the untrusted internet while preventing unauthorized access.)
    (As an additional sidenote, I have my own little very-small-scale mail and file server -- itself on a dynamic IP address -- courtesy of the dyndns stuff I mentioned earlier -- running at home for the benefit of family members, the majority of which no longer live here. They tunnel their afp, imap, and smtp connections through secure shell (only my upstream MTA/MX agent is permitted access to my smtp port). They are all on dynamic IP addresses. When I am on business travel, Lord only knows what IP address I'll get at some hotel someplace. But I get in to my home computer via ssh no problem. It'll be no different with your webhost/shell account provider. Yes, the IP address that I, and any authorized remote client users have, gets logged, just as they will log yours.)
    Again, bottom line? Save a few buck$. Dump the static IP.

  • Web Dynpro dropdown doesn't work for Adobe Reader 8

    I've developed a Web Dynpro project which uses Interactive form.
    The form has a dropdown (simple type from WDJ).
    The dropdown works for Adobe Reader 7 but doesn't work for Adobe Reader 8 (when I press the arrow to open the list nothing happens).
    Do I need to config/install something for supporting Adobe Reader 8?
    I'm using J2EE 7.13.

    What is the OS on which HRC is installed? ALso please ensure that the Scheduler is running on the system tray. If not then manually run the scheduler. If it still fails, then please collect the Scheduler and the HRC logs.
