Transfer iCloud Data Between Apple Ids

So I got Infinity Blade 2 on my brother's iPad and got really far in it. But then I got it on my iphone and just started. I know it saves where you are at across devices but they are two different game center/apple ids. What I want to do is transfer the save data thats stored in my brothers icloud onto my icloud so then I will be at the same point in the game on both devices, then i will switch both devices to my game center, keeping my progress. I see the save data in icloud on the ipad, but have no option of transferring it. can this be done via iTunes? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, well i guess i have to start all over on my iphone on my account. oh well, its just a game!

how to transfer icloud data from old computer to new computer

The iCloud data will be on the new computer as soon as you download the iCloud control panel and sign into iCloud with your iCloud ID. What you see in iCloud is stored in iCloud, so it really doesn't matter what computer you are on. Once that computer is signed onto iCloud and the iCloud options are selected, you have full access to all of that information, and much of it is pushed back to your computer.
If you are referring to the data in an iCloud backup created by an iOS device, then that is not something that would be on a computer at all.
Does that answer your question? If not, post back with more info about what you are looking to find out.

  • How to transfer app data between two different game center accounts?

Hello, I really need some help.
I have looked all over the web for ways to transfer apps between two different game center accounts and different devices. Several weeks ago I started playing Campus Life on my relative's Ipad 2, therefore spending many long hours to get to this point in the game.
The problem is I just got an Iphone 5 and I really would like to transfer the data onto it, so that I would not need to start all over again.
My grandma has an account (Game Center) onto which the data has been saved and I would like to have it stored onto mine. On some forum someone said to sign into the account which has the data on both devices and to then open up the game on the new device. It worked. Then I signed out and logged in with my own account- the game started from scratch. I panicked. I went back on the other account, and the data reappeared. I have been going back and forth, the game changing as many times. I thought it would ask to back up my grandma's data on mine but I was wrong. I can not seem to save the game onto my new account, and I have even tried to back it up to Itunes and then copy it onto my phone after having signed into my own account. And I don't know how to properly use Icloud. I am a mess. I am completely lost and have found no help on the web. (All people seem to have to deal with is sharing Apple IDs with different Game Center Accounts for the kids and transferring apps from one of their devices to another.)
I am so worried I am going to mess up and will lose the whole thing completely.
I have just started another game with my own account but since I am using my grandma's, the data is erased. It's one or the other but I definitely prefer saving Campus Life. I do not like the idea of having to only pick one.
I do not know any technical terms, so if you understand or even have the slightest clue about what I am talking about, I applaud you.
This seems like mission impossible, so if anyone can help in any way, I would be really grateful.
Thanks in advance for your time and thoughts!

I meant to press on "This solved my question"... Sorry if you needed the points.
Thank-you and I will just go back and forth between the accounts.

  • Mobile Me to iCloud created two Apple IDs

I know that similar questions have come up but none of them seem to fit my situation. When MobileMe transitioned to iCloud, I was prompted to create an iCloud account. My [email protected] was then linked with [email protected] so they would be interchangeable and I thought all was well. As it turns out my original Apple ID that I have used for iTunes purchases and all of my cloud operations is associated with my [email protected] email address (yet all of my iCloud mail, calendars, etc. does show when logged into this account. However I have a seperate Apple ID that has my [email protected] & [email protected] addresses verified. When I tried to clean up those associations so that my original Apple ID is verified with [email protected] & [email protected], it won't let me becuase it says that "another Apple ID, has verified those email addresses". I understand why they would do that, but the other Apple ID is mine. I would love to delete one of these Apple IDs, but I just don't know how to do it.
I could live with it, but it makes my Calender, Contacts, Bookmarks, and other data that sync to the cloud very messy. All of my data comes through with my orginal AppleID, for example I have included a screen shot where you can see that I have two iCloud accounts. the one below is not one that I use for my calendar at all.
If anyone can make sense of all of this I would greatly appreciate it!
    Thanks in advance.

  • 1 iCloud ID, Multiple Apple IDs = problem...HELP, cannot make Family Share with iCloud work

So I have music stored in multiple apple IDs.  I have an iPhone & therefore an iCloud ID.  I wanted to use the family share option however I cannot as the other apple IDs do not have iCloud IDs.  Is there a way to get around this?  I believe the only way one can have an iCloud ID is if they currently have a Mac product & register it through that; I have a PC not a Mac.  Please HELP!!!! Thanks.

You can create an iCloud account using your existing Yahoo.com ID rather than creating a new ID.  (You can use the other one because it has to be in the form of an email address and linked to a verifiable email account.)  To do this you would go to System Preferences>iCloud and sign in with the ID to create the account, then check the data you want to sync with iCloud.  When you check Mail, you will be prompted to create your @icloud.com email address.  This is the email account that goes with your iCloud account, if you wish to use iCloud email.  When you type the name you would like to use for this address, iCloud will search and tell you if it's already taken by someone else, in which case you will have to choose another.  Type carefully, as once created, your @icloud.com address cannot be changed.  Understand that your iCloud account ID will still be your @yahoo.com address.  The @icloud.com address you choose is for email only.
None of this will effect your existing purchased media using your two Apple IDs.  These will stay the same as purchases are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase them.  Also, Apple will not merge IDs.

  • Transfer iCloud data from 4 to 4S

I'm having trouble with my iCloud data transfer.  I'm trying to send info from my iPhone 4 to my 4S.  Can you make a comprehensible step-by-step set of instructions on how to transfer data from a previous generation to a newer one?

  • Yet another iCloud with multiple Apple IDs question

I have a Mac, iPhone 3G, and an iPad 2. My wife has an iPod. I have historically synced via the desktop, and my music, calendar, contacts, etc. have shared just fine. I have a Mobile Me account which may or may not be doing anything for me. I understand it's going away anyhow.
Two of my devices share the same Apple ID, and one has a different ID. I don't know what my wife's iPod has for an Apple ID. One of the Apple IDs is a @me.com address.
I have set things up for iCloud, trying to have my calendar, photos, etc. come alive at once like they do in the commercials. After hours reading others' frustrations on here, I still am unsure how to proceed.
I can't change my @me.com AppleID because that is apparently against the rules. I can't add my other email address as a secondary address, because I am informed that that address is already verified as being in use (of course it is, by me). It won't let me change my other Apple ID to an @me.com address because that is also apparently against the rules.
Is there ANY solution that let's me keep syncing my music, plus let's me sync my calendar, contacts, photos, etc. in the Cloud? I don't want to lose any of my current information.

Thanks for the quick reply.  I don't think it helps me.
My Mac and iphone have the same Apple ID.  I innocently created a different AppleID when I bought my iPad. ([email protected]).  I want them to sync automatically. They don't because they have different "clouds."
I don't want to have to log in to sync everything.  If that were the case, I would just go on syncing every night via the Mac. Is there a way to get to where my iPad syncs with the other two?
Am I missing something simple here?

  • HT4436 How do I set up separate iCloud's and apple ids for two phones on one account?

I just got a new iPhone and when they transferred my contacts at the store they also replaced my husbands contacts on his phone! Major mess...how do I get the two phones on separate clouds??

To fix this, you need to migrate your data to a separate iCloud account.  Do not delete any data from either phone until this is done or it will also be deleted from iCloud and the other phone, and will be lost.
When you do this any data you sync with the shared iCloud account such as contacts is merged and will appear on all devices connected to the account.  To fix this you both need to have separate iCloud accounts (you can continue to share the same Apple ID for purchasing from the iTunes and app stores).
Decide which iPhone will be keeping the current iCloud account.  On the one that will be changing accounts, if you have any photos in your photo stream that are not in your camera roll or backed up somewhere else save these to your camera roll by opening the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tapping Edit, then tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share and tap Save to Camera Roll.  If you are syncing Notes with iCloud (Settings>iCloud>Notes>On), you will also need to email these to yourself in order to keep them.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.  (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud.  The phone that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.)  When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPhone.  Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom).  Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge.  This will upload the data to the new account.
Finally, to un-merge the data you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the data you don't want (i.e., deleting your husband's data from your account, and vice versa).

  • Transfer customizing data between SAP System

    Hi to all!
How I can transfer PS customizing data between R/3 4.5B and R/3 4.7?
    Thanks,
    Gianluca

    Hi,
Can I suggest a slightly more robust approach?  What Andreas is suggesting, is that in fact you should be able to transfer the customising data by doing a standard transport.  You can create a transport in your 4.5B system and then it can be physically copied (at the operating system level, for example FTP) to your 4.7 system and then imported.
I think that this is probably the right way to go, but you may have some troubles if the PS system has some changes in 4.7 (as the destination config tables may have different structures to the source tables).
The change I suggest from Andreas is start by using the IMG to generate the transport.  If you go to every area of customising that you wish to transfer to the 4.7 system and make a change (save to a change request) then change it back and save, you will make sure that you have every table required to be transferred in your change request.  You can then edit the change request (in SE09) and change the keys (by putting an *, rather than the specific data) to ensure you get all the data.
I just feel that given the complexity of configuration tables (and the sheer number of them) it would flow smoother if generated the initial list via the IMG, rather than trying to figure them all out yourself.
After the change request has all the correct entries you will need to release it (to ensure that the object in Unix has all the data from the SAP system).  You can then FTP it to the 4.7 system and do an import of the change request (and cross your fingers that you don't get import errors due to config tables changing in 4.7).
    Hope that helps,
    Brad

  • Transfer large data between two databases via ODI

Hi, we want to transfer our 2 billion records (70gb) A database oracle server to B database oracle server via ODI LKM SQL to Oracle (SQLLDR).We use a filter like "prod_enter_date>sysdate-1" for daily  records(about 200.000).It takes about 1 our.How can we transfer data faster, thanks  for your advice.

OK so assuming the Oracle DB's can see each on the network other have a word with your DBA's about creating a DBLink and test out the LKM DB Link KM.
Also try Uli's amended LKM if dont want to be too intrusive on your souce system creating synonyms etc. : http://sonra.io/tag/lkm-db-links/
I have used both and they work fine.
Basically you are currently unloading a large amount of data, transfering to another location and then uploading that data with no transformation to the target environment, a DBLink LKM will transfer this data without the need to unload / upload , just the network transfer.
    Another thread here : https://forums.oracle.com/message/9630782
To re-quote the that thread quoting the documentaion for that LKM : "As it says in the component description - "This module is recommended when developing interfaces between two Oracle servers."

  • Transferring calendars between Apple IDs

    Hello all-
I have two Apple IDs: my old me.com and my primary account. I'm not sure how, but some of my calendars exist on one ID and not the other, and some are duplicate calendar names, but with different events!
I want to copy the events from the me.com ID to the primary ID. Before I take this step, I would like confirmation from those more experienced than I that this will work:
    1. Select a calendar to be transferred in the me.com cloud
    2. export it to the desktop
    3. either create or open the calendar in the primary cloud account and
    4. import the calendar from the desktop
Will this work? If it doesn't, at least I will have the exported calendars saved on the desktop, correct?
    Thanks!
    p-h

Yes, exactly. When you re-import the calendar I should make sure to create a new calendar in the account you are importing to rather than importing it into an existing one, since the latter process will inextricable combine the events into the one calenda,r and should you wish for any reason to uncombine them you won't be able to other than one at a time.

  • HT204053 How do I switch between apple ids

I just updated my phone to ios6 and it switch my apple Id to my girlfriends email and now I don't know how to switch it back to my id

Two Apple IDs? Not a good idea. I believe that you will find that if you switch the Apple ID associated with your iPad that you cannot switch back to the other Apple ID for 90 days.

  • ICloud with 2 Apple ids (1 very old)

When Apple kicked off many years ago I set up an Apple ID with my work email address.  I no longer work at that Employer and have since changed my Apple ID to a generic email address.
Problem is, on my devices (iMac and iPad) I am consistently asked to sign into iCloud - using my old work email address.
Under system preferences on my Mac, it asks me to enter password for my old Apple ID - I have no idea what this is.  And I cannot ask for password re-sets as it would go to my old work email address - and I would never receive as I no longer work there.
On my iPad (within Settings) it references both my gmail Apple ID (the correct one) and my old work id.  It is 'Verifying' - so the system looks like it is trying to do something as it simply spins/buffers.  It says.
    ACCOUNT NOT VERIFIED
Check  your email at [email protected] for instructions to verify this account.
    Check Email
    iCloud
Account    (and it references my OLD work email)
So - in the above scenario - my iCloud tab in Settings is calling out both ids.
I simply want to use my current Apple ID for everything - but I am struggling to figure out how I tell my systems that my old work id is no longer relevant for anything in my life.
    Can anyone assist ??  Please ???  thanks..dt

On the iMac go to the System/iCloud preference pane and (if you're not signed it) sign in with your current Apple ID.  If you are signed in then sign out and back in with the ID you want to use.
Do the same on the iPad, sign out if signed in and then sign in with the correct ID.

  • One iPad two different users. Can I switch between apple ids frequently.

I share an iPad with my bf and we have all the apps we need on here but the only thing I would like is too have my music transferred to the iPad. Can I change the Apple ID without running everything.? And is it possible to keep changeling it back to his if necessary ? I started the process but I didn't understand the statement it fave about the 90 day thing.something about not changing it

No. The iPad is not meant for multiple users. You can change the Apple ID, but if you download a previous purchase with the second ID you will disable the first one for 90 days.
That means you won't be able to use it for that period of time.
So no, you should not be changing ID's all willy nilly.
If you transfer your music from iTunes on a computer unless the library on the computer contains both sets of music (yours and bf's) you will delete the music that's in the iPad and replace it with yours.

  • ICloud requires different Apple IDs?

Is there a way for my Apple ID to be the same as my iCloud ID?  My log on to Apple.com is one thing, but not accepted by iCloud.  iCloud requires an e-mail address (not *.icloud.com) for the Apple ID.  But, Apple.com will NOT accept an e-mail addrss as the Apple ID.
So, is there a way to have just one Apple ID - and password - for both?  Please say there's a way.  i am not sure I can remember another set of passwords.  Thanks.

You can change the password for iCloud and your AppleID to be the same if you wish, although it's not the best idea to re-use passwords from a security point of view.
You should be able to login to iCloud using either the associated AppleID or your iCloud address.
Hiwever, unless you're never going to sign up for another website or Internet service ever again, you will have to remember more passwords at some point in the future.
If you have problems remembering passwords, I'd suggest you invest in a secure password manager, such as "1Password", which manages your logins and passwords requiring you only to remember one master password.
